on 1 December 2008, I write an application to chage my bsnl broadband plan from 125 home to 500C plan. after 16 days that 17 dec 2008 I confirm by phone for that. BSNL Commercial Officer assured me that the plan had change to 500C. and they told me you can use night unlimited, after that i start my downloading after 4 am and close before 8 am.
But after one months i receive the bill of Rs 4942.00 . it's really huge for me.
I am really depressed,
Now bsnl say according to the rules plan will change from the next months for the application. but commercial officer can't tell me all about this and they misguide me,
on the other hand Reliance, Connect set a credit limit of bill for example reliance set a credit limit of Rs 2500 for Bill, Is there is no Limit for BSNL.
It's really impossible for me to pay that amount.
Someone plz see me the right way.

and than i am receiving message on 16/2, 19/2, 20/2., 21/2, 22/2.
on 21/2 again they renewed this jokes pack and charge again.
so without any mistake of consumer it becomes something wrong.
please took some healthy steps to avoid this ways..
hoping for a positive response.
