My number is [protected]. I requested to deactivate my voice chat service on 28.8.2018. The reply i received from your side through phone call was we will receive a message from your side regarding the deactivation of voice chat service. To my disappointment i did not receive any message. But rs 10 was deducted since 28.8.2018. Kindly deactivate my voice chat services immediately.

Dear sir/madam;

Just picking the phone rs. 30 debited from my prepaid account and received a sms about that friendchat service activated for 30 days on 16/09/2018.

Immediately, i contacted customer care and requested to deactivate the service and revert back the debited amount [complaint no.2i 16616819]. Ccr replied that it would be not possible. Picking the phone only without giving any response how it is possible to debit such big amount.

I request to help the needful and refund the amount for same

Dear sir i am bsnl user untill 2 year ago but now i am in delhi and here is bsnl network problem so i want to port bsnl number [protected] and then i contact to bsnl office muzaffarnagar for porting code, firstly they dont give me porting code but after 1 month they provide me but further not allowed the request for to port the number in airtel, cancel it and give the reason that i have not paid my number bill while i have already paid my number bill and i have proof for this,
So plz take a quick action otherwise dont send me the bill why i pay.

Sir,
For the last five to six years i am facing the problem with my landline. I suppose the men working at this marcela centre are incapable and unqualified for the job
After evey eight days i have to complain about the phone that it is not working. So much so that if you get the record of my complains i am sure you'll can win guinness book of world records for the no. Of complain registered.
However i hope you will act on this issue and resolve accordingly.

I made a transaction through BILDESK to pay my BSNL postpaid mobile bill for 2 mobile account on 25/07/2018. The amount of Rs.1033.00 had been debited from my ICICI account. Whereas BSNL showing the transaction failed.

The transaction id is EGM[protected] dated[protected] time 22:40:05.0

Please do the needful to resolve the issue.

My land line no was [protected]. It was established at SIRSA HARYANA. I DISCONNECTED THE phone in may 2017. After that i am reminded again and again but nothing replied by the department.
As per rule security should be refund maximum 90 days. But I have passed above ONE YEAR (16 Months.
It is seemed that officers are not taking pain seriously to refund security to the customer.
I see many customers are rounding to BSNL office. But no satisfactory response given by any officer. They clearly says thay that can't do anything to refund your security. It will be released by AMBALA DIVISION.
I am 62 years old senior citizen, but nothing hearing. I also already lodge complaints online. At that time a call received by me at that said to me that your refund will be sent in JANUARY 2018.
BUT no result. I request you to kindly take action against defaulters officers.

I am receiving unnecessary otp numbers from 57171. I have not requested these otps for any sort of transactions. These messages are being sent automatically without any request for the same. I have received around 6 messages since morning.
It is a harassment to receive such messages more so when no request has been made in this regard. Please do the needful.

Subject: protest against preposed bsnl mobile tower

This is to call your attention to our outright objection against the proposed installation of the bsnl base station\mobile tower in the heart of our residential locality.

The installation of the aforesaid base station started under disguise but now stopped by changanacherry municipal authority.
The health hazards of radiation from mobile towers needs no explanation.
This is not an isolated case and there are substantial court orders in our favour.
Court rulings.
Kerala high court
Even if municipal building rules (Mbr) allow construction of mobile towers in residential areas, such use cannot be allowed if the town planning scheme (Tps) prohibits it, a single bench of the kerala high courthas held. Pointing out that tps would prevail over mbr, the court further held that mobile towers cannot be allowed in residential areas. The ruling was given by justice anil k narendran [2015]
Supreme court
Harish chand tiwari has succeeded in getting the supreme court of india to shut down a mobile tower for causing cancer to him. Gwalior-based harish alleged that a bsnl tower located less than 50 meters from the house he worked exposed him to radiation that further led to hodgkin’s lymphoma. According to times of india, a bench of justices ranjan gogoi and navin sinha [2017] said, “we direct that the particular mobile tower shall be deactivated by bsnl within seven days from today.” this will also be the first time in the country when a mobile tower has been shut down on the ground of radiation.
Direction given by supreme court is fair and is in larger public interest. The apex court has passed the most appropriate directive. The mobile towers are hazardous for health, ashok k. Aggarwal, director general, tsdm (Telecom system design manufacturers association) said.
We submit this memorandum as per the unanimous decision taken by the general body meeting of the star residence association held on[protected].
It is imperative that the installation of the tower in our locality should be abandoned.

From 3month service not available complete i was sufer more but on one help for resolve problem i was regularly launch complaint on [protected] but problem wad not solve withing time period palghar office also not take action agarwadi exchange problem they are not giveing reason about problems landline dead for 3 month or broadband no working properly most time service is close for day on one solve this please give justice because i was pay my landline bill on time give justice... On 2/sep/2018 my mobile went to inactive. I was Called the Customer care executive, they said to recharge with 110/- by that your number will come to activate. I was done 110/- rupees recharge 2 times. After doing top-up also they are putted my mobile in inactive. On next day i was called customer care, for this issue, they are taken a complaint ( Docket No: 8105AP300220). By today also they are not resolved my problem. From last 4 days they are saying today your problem will solve. Finally today i was done another Top-up with the amount 10/-. they are putted my mobile active, but not extended the validity date. My query is to resolve the issue of two time recharge of 110/- (2 * 110), extend the validity as per the pack.

I have to inform that I don't subscribed or never subscribed any VAS service on my mobile number but BSNL giving VAS itself and deducted My Money from my Mobile Balance today at 5:45 PM. Regarding this issue I made a call to BSNL Customer Care Service then a Customer Care Representative named Mr. Ashish picked up my Call and I told him to Remove this service and also requested for returning My Mobile Balance but Representative removed the health service but didn't refused to return My Mobile Balance. I want My Mobile Balance into my mobile balance. Please do something to support my words. BSNL is thief Mobile Network Service Provider.

I am using the bsnl cellone prepaid number [protected] in the jharkhand - bihar circle and the outgoing facility is not working as i get the message "check operator services" whenever i make an outgoing call. This despite there being both validity and recharge amount in the account. I lodged a complaint with the jharkhand bihar call centre in ranchi or patana. However even a week after this the outgoing facility has still not been restored please solve the solution

I have submitted my application for disconnection of landline on 30.5.2018. Today is 5.9.2018 more than 3 months still now no refund check received. The landline number i disconnected [protected].

I went there and talked to them in the counter but nobody gave any proper information about when the process will be done. I gave my address and right now have no clue when i will receive the refund amount. I still feel bsnl is a good company to provide customer service in a smart manner.
Fyi... I used to be a nri stayed in usa for 10 long years and that's why feel frustrated to experience that the refund check is not received in more than 3 months.

This is niraj kumar parihast using bsnl network for years got blocked again. As i have already registered my complain some days before but not getting response and still my number is blocked. I am facing lots of difficulties. I got this sim in deoghar, jharkhand. This problem has happened to me before. This number is linked with my bank, payment app. So please consider my complain soon and unblock it as soon as possible.

I paid bill for bsnl postpaid mobile no:[protected] for the month of july using paytm services. The payment was successful and got the ref no:[protected] from paytm for successful payment.

But in bsnl portal it still shows as payment due and now i am unable to pay the bill of august due to this issue. Anyway to rectify issue?

Calls to bsnl customer care did not help to resolve the issue.

I brought a replacement of my prepaid gsm sim card mobile number ९४२४६०६५७५ on ०१ september ११:५०am from bsnl office kareli district narsinghpur madhya pradesh. I call १५०३ call centre many times but my prepaid gsm sim card hasn't actived yet not lodging my related complaint any customer care executive. Pls activate my prepaid gsm sim number [protected]
