Bharat Sanchar Nigam [BSNL] — bsnl landline billed paid on 20 nov 2018 (73 days before) but still did not credited in bsnl account

My bsnl telephone no. Is[protected] &[protected], i had paid both bill amount of 1401 rs. & amount of 640 rs. On dated. 20/11/2018, time. 13:23:20 via india post office in miyagam karjan, city. Baroda, gujarat, pincode. 391240, invoice no. Sl[protected] but still my both bsnl amount was not credited in my bsnl account.

Almost 73 days was finished, kindly check this matter & solve it..

I had attached receipt of of both bsnl payment with this mail.
