Kindly deactivate immediately bsnl hangama plans/services from my tele. No[protected]. It is activated to my account without my consent. I do not want to have any hangana plans whichever are added to my bill. My tlephone no is[protected] and account no is [protected].
As such, kindly deactivate all hangama planswith immediate effect.

My bsnl broadband service account no. [protected] is not working since last two months. I have complaint so many times at medical colony AMU exchange but they have`nt took any action till now. Kindly take any necessary action in this regard.
