We are not receiving the ring tone from the instrument but when we lift the instrument it is working. Therefore i request you to kindly provide me the new telephone instrument at the earliest. When i phoned to give the complaint it is announcing as complaint is already registered & work in progress. Its already been a long time over since this problem occur. Therefore please exchange the instrument at the earliest.

As there is not tower in chirkutagondhi village, dist saunser, dist chinwara.custmers r unable to contact or talk to persons on mobile sim of bsnl.cau u give orders to install mobiletower in chirkutagondhi gram so that customers near chirkutagondhi and nearby villages can use facility of bsnl telecommunication

as there r lots of customers in chirkutagondhi and nearby villages who r unable to use mobile phone services thats why they r unable to get information through internet .most people r there are tribal .govt have policy to take in them in main stream of devlopment .hance it is essential to give a mobile tower in chirkutagondi gram

bsnl must install tower in chirkutagondi gram to give valuable internet and communication service to trible peoples in that area.please give orders to bsnl saunser to install tower in that area
