Bharat Sanchar Nigam [BSNL] — mobile postpaid security deposit refund

I am not getting 3G speed in my BSNL SIM. I have made so many calls to the customer care number and no one could help me and fed up with their arrogant behavior. I am getting only 1 G speed during day time and during night I am getting 3G speed. It's been one month I am complaining about this issue. I am in Karnataka state.

I am a subscriber of Broadband[protected]paying a monthly rental of about Rs 950/- but it is unfortunate that the system is out of order from 21st July. It means one third of the month. Kindly see that it is immediately repaired.

I have postpad to bsnl to pripad on April 2017. On connection time i made security deposit of 500 rs. For new connection I was cleared all my outstanding and successfully pripad to BSNL. I request the bsnl officer at jayanagar customer center, bangalore to refund the balance amount of500 rs. Security deposit amount, "they told me give one cancel cheque and one request form, will process your refund within three months and the amount will credit to your bank account". And i gave the request form and one cancel cheque to the officer. But till now i didn't received any amount from bsnl. Please help me to get the amount.l ast payment receipt send now.
