I, alok kumar, purchased a new sim to retailer, from parwalpur bazar, distt. Nalnda, bihar some days ago but till date it is not activated which no. Is [protected].In this regarding, i complaint your office/ officers so many times but not took action properly till dtd.

I want to deactivate the bsnl hungama plan as soon as possible. Do it immediately. My land line number is[protected].
I have not subcribed for the plan but the plan has been activated and the amount for the same has been charged in my telephone bill for the month of july 2016.
Please deactivate the plan as soon as possible.
Please consider my request and resolve the problem as soon as possible.

I have surrendered my bsnl phone[protected] and modem on 8th Feb 2016. Its been 6 months but I am yet to receive the security deposit amount.

I have acknowledgement from bsnl which i have attached. Please help as its been 6 months and I still haven't received Security deposit whereas BSNL claims that it should be resolved in 60 days from disconnection. I have all receipts that shows I paid :
BB Modem Security Deposit :[protected] for Rs 500
BB Security Deposit : 30-11-08 for Rs 750
Phone security deposit : 23-10-08 for Rs 500
One Time Charge Rs 500 on[protected]when I transferred phone and broadband to new address)

I have paid rs 1008 by sbi atm card for the bsnl tta exam on dated 7 august, 2016 and the payment gateway atom will showing the payment is unsuccessful because of broken link but the amount of rs 1008 is debited from our bank account we received a message from the bank account. and atom payment gateway saying if payment is debited than it will be refunded within 7 days. This is totally fraud from bsnl because they have already stated on the payment page that any amount deposit cannot be refunded. All you guys please raise your voice against this BSNL Fraud.

I switched on bsnl no gprs for around 10 mins with no auto download option at around 1700 hrs on 07 aug 16. But still 40 mb from my net plan and ₹60 from my main balance were deducted. The customer care executive cited usage of 61 mb data in 523 secs. What a joke. I didn't download anything and 61 mb used.. Moreover from when bsnl started having such great speed..

I applied for surrendering bsnl landline no[protected] on[protected], till today refund of security is not received.
I visited pthankot office many times personally, even gave complains at pathankot office (Complain no-238 dated[protected], 723 dated[protected] but of no use
Please take action and inform me.

I am a BSNL broadband user.My landline no is [protected].My broadband is not working from past 20 days despite complaining so many times to the local BSNL authority.This problem is very frequent, everytime broadband goes down and they take almost 10 to 15 days to fix the problem but this time its almost a month.Please help.KBUNL, Kanti, Muzaffarpur

My come landline phone is nor working properly since last 5 years. Many times i have requested and also complained in Puthantharuvai BSNL exchange in Tamilnadu. No action is still taken. For every month Everyone is paying phone rent along with the bill. We are not expecting or demanding anything for free of cost from you. Just asking for the basic provisions for which we are paying. Kindly do the needful ASAP.

But, in the telephone bill, my name is printing as SURESHKUMAR VENARAM CHOUDHARY

And the address of my residence is not full as i need the full address for giving the BSNL bill as a resident proof for my son's passport application.
the full adress of my resident is:

amount rs 514 deducted from my account (bank of india)but the application shows unpaid and page asks to do payment. on 4 aug 2016 i submitted all my documents and the final option payment i further did process of netbanking for payment 514 already deducted but i wasnt directed to the final submission page .please refund my amount.

Problem with landline connection since more than 2 years :
1. Often dead, no clear voice, gets various issues like someone calls to my phone it automatically gets disconnected after 1 ringtone etc.
2. Happens in every 20-30 days even after the repair from BSNL Technicians.
3. Have bought new handset also, but the problem still remains the same since 2 years.

Kindly resolve the problem in landline connections of Telephone Nagar, Indore, Madhya Pradesh permanently as why the same issue is happening again and again. Wasting my time and BSNL time again and again.

My land line[protected] is having a typical problem which never gets rectified completely. It is having a cracking sound which is so intense that no voice can be heard at the time of calling.
Every time i get my complain register at 198 the next day the complain is shown as solved without any marked improvement of the problem.

Now the problem of cracking sound is so intense that it has almost become unuseable.
A fast and permanent rectification of the problem is solicated

It is bring to your kind notice that the broadband belong to telephone no. 26602139 at tailors road postal staff quarters (B3) for the last one month. Many complain were lodged online and physically but every day some TTA is coming and checking and going without giving any complains report. The line connection is blinking for while for two minutes and loosing a connection after wards. one of the TTA's suggested that the cable have fault and cable needs replacement till that time he suggest to take a new FTTH connection. It was also said that there was heavy usage in the last month but it is to clarify that last month also we could use only couple of times since the connection was not in order. we have been facing this problem ever since we have taken the connection. There appear to be a serious problem with the line. In this connection you are requested to take up necessary action to rectify the connection and in the case of non rectification kindly close the connection permanently and refund the deposit at the earliest. This issue was personally discussed with the SDE Smt. Vasugi so many times but off no use. Please treat this as urgent.
