Dear sir,

I have been using bsnl broadband for the past 8 years. My bsnl landline number is[protected]. Till now i was happy with the billing of bsnl. But last 04 month i saw that an additional amount of rs.410/- has been charged against mod (Music on demand) movie on demand and games on demand. When enquired at exhange, they said its from bsnl. Hungama.com. I am tottaly not aware of this service and i called up hungama.com customer service and understood that the service was not activated without my consent, neither i didnt get the activation details for the said servvice.

I really dont know why i am suppose to pay for something which i havent subscribed.

For the 02 month, i am trying to escalate the issue with support. [protected]@hungama.com, but i am not getting a proper reply from them.

It would be really appreciated if you can take an action on this, as i feel it really humialing (Even though the amount is small). It really kills the reputation of bsnl.

If i am not getting a proper respose from hungama, i will be forced to move this to consumer court and fight against this cheating.

I want to have this issue sorted out without such hassled. I request you to intervene and guide where to complain about this.

Dear Sir,

I have been using BSNL broadband for the past 8 years. My BSNL landline number is[protected].Till now i was happy with the billing of BSNL. But last 04 month i saw that an additional amount of Rs.410/- has been charged against MoD(Music on Demand) Movie on demand and Games on demand. When enquired at exhange, they said its from bsnl.hungama.com . I really dont know why i am suppose to pay for something which i havent subscribed.

My BSNL LL which is out of order since last week, after repeated complaint, no action is taken from BSNL.In this era when people are disconnecting their BSNL LL due to the poor service by the service provider and it's a great loss for exchequer.

    The bsnl landline no. [protected] is not working for more than 15 days. No action has been taken after giving the complaints, whoever, every time they gave false commitment of 24 hours deadline. My father is 82 years old retired person staying at the residence with my seriously ill mother. Since we are staying outside it is difficult to communicate with them without the telephone connection. I am really surprising the reluctant behavior of their technical service, while they are very prompt about the monthly charges. Why there is no action on the irresponsible technical support staffs? Kindly take some necessary action to restore the telephone.

      I made a call to above ([protected]) toll free number of bank of baroda on 17/6/17 @ around 7.30pm from my bsnl prepaid card ([protected]) and the amount of rs.7.72 has been deducted from my balance
      I made complain on help line but they denied the toll free number
      As it is a toll free number written on website /or google it you will get answer
      I want refund for the same

        This phone has been dysfunctional for almost 2 years and i have been paying the bills regularly - the minimum amount of re. 286+.
        I have asked for disconnecting the line, but no action has been taken, and i have been getting the monthly bills every month.
        Despite repeated request to the concerned authority no action is taken. It is highly unfair that when the phone is dead and bills are being sent every month.
        I request to disconnect the phone immediately and stop sending the bills.

          On day of june 16 2017; i did phone recharge through phone pe account to wrong number [protected] amount of 110/-, actually recharge should be done for my uncle, i call customer care 1503 of bsnl mobile, there told that third parties such as phone pe and other online recharge network, should take care of this cases and i contact the phone pe portal person and they told they can't do due to absence of mobile service operator's refund policy

            Internet service is not available as of 17/06/2017, 7.45 am and upto current time, which is 9.40 am. This lack of service occurs quite usually and the company doesn't take any action to rectify it. Also, the customer service of bsnl haven't attended my calls. Also, even though they claim to have only 3g service, i can't get 3g service in any rural areas, like my hometown. (They charge the 3g rates). I humbly request the proper authority to look into the issue and take proper steps to curbe the issue, and to rectify the inconvenience caused to me and others like me.

                      My balance is getting automatically deducted in bsnl. Please refund back the same in my balance. If not, then do let me know the procedure to get it back more than 100 rs have been deducted till now. Whenever i recharge, balance is reduced in few days.                           I recharged my mobile under the plan stv 333 data on 30th april 2017through on line using internet banking for an amount of rs. 333/-. For the mobile no. [protected]. Amount was debited from my sbi savings account but recharge was not done. The reference no. Was 201704300077087326981 gabfpdya3. I booked a complaint through sbi customer care and they informed me that the amount was deposited into bsnl account vide ref. No. 9907176 on 08/05/2017.
                          Hence i kindly request to resolve the issue and make necessary reverse payment in my account immediately without any further delay.

                            I have recharged my number with the internet package of rs333 which gives 3gb 3g data /day for 3 months. The offer may seem seriously nice but i am not getting the 3g speed at most of the times or in the hour of need. Even if you used up your daily limit of 3gb at 200kbps or around 500kbps then we are at a loss because after that we do not get 3g speed only 80kbps according to the company. If go to a new location i lose all connections and i get 2g at best which hardly gives speed of 15kbps. Even if the network receptivity is good it vanishes off after a while. The main bug is changing the location of the phone even by a centimeter to lose 3g network. I have never got 1mbps when i hold the phone in my hand because i have to keep it on a stable surface, god knows why. What is the use of 3g if it doesnt give 1mbps at least. I am upset with the network they provide terrible services with all the things they do.

                              My bsnl telephone and broadband no is[protected]. This no not working last morethan one month. I have complained to customercare three times. Still no body taking any care of the complained. Everytime they say we have send your complained to mr. V. K rana. He will repair it. But no body call us. Now we need this internet connection very urgently for govt. Councling. Please solve the problem as soon as possible.

                                I am facing problems in my broadband service telephone no. [protected] as under
                                1. Since[protected], speed of my broadband is 0 level and displaying following message when i try to open the any site, that is
                                “this site can’t be reached” and “there is no internet connection”
                                2. Since 1st may 2017 to 15 may 2017 my broadbad stopped working completely and dsl signal coming continue but not connected with internet.

                                3. On 15th may 2017 evening internet signal received but not connected to any sites when i tried to open any site a message displayed, that is

                                “this site can’t be reached” and “there is no internet connection”

                                4. When i do modem on it takes several hours to connect the internet. When get connected speed of internet found 0 level.

                                5. I have lodged complaints many times through customer care and local phone, but no any response is received. Only messages received mentioning complaint nos.

                                6. In the message assigned this duty to mr. Jit lal yadav several times but he did not attend any complaint. His contact no. [protected] mentioned in message of customer care also is wrong.

                                7. Please take the action immediately. I am enclosing some proofs in this regard.

                                Respected Sir,
                                Bharat Sanchar Nigam (BSNL) local customer support ([protected]) has called me and inquired about problems in Broadband service NOT visited any technician to me.. I have explained problems in my Broadband as inquired on phone. I got connected the internet but following problems still persists
                                1. Takes 20-25 minutes to connect the net.
                                2. Speed of internet is very slow.
                                3. Sites are not opening properly and displaying the message that " THERE IS NO INTERNET CONNECTION" and Other "THIS SITE CAN NOT BE REACHED PLEASE TRY AGAIN".
                                4. It takes 2 - 4 hours to loading the emails
                                Approx Two months have passed since this problem has made me very upset.
                                6. I am not satisfied the speed of Broadband
                                7. My Broadband problem is not solved till now but a message received from BSNL to me that " DEAR CUSTOMER COMPLAINT WITH REGISTRATION NUMBER [protected] ON PHONE NUMBER[protected] HAS BEEN RESOLVED. IF THE COMPLAINT STILL PERSISTS KINDLY CONTRACT 1500 OR [protected] OR 18345 FOR ANY FURTHER QUERIES. THANKS FOR CHOOSING BSNL AS YOUR SERVICE PROVIDER"..

                                      I am having bsnl ftth broadband / landline connection at yeshwanthpur area, bangalore. Since last many months i am observing that many times services get down and it is not available for many hours - mainly data services. Even after complaining also it takes many days for rectification.
                                      After 9 pm where bsnl has made all calls free, when ever i dial even a local bsnl no. Most of the times i get message "all lines are busy" and after 8-10 tries only call gets through. This is highly irritating. Many times complained local customer service center on this but till date no solution.
                                      Bharat Sanchar Nigam [BSNL] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
