We are very much surprised to see our telephone bill No[protected] dated 6/1/2016 for Rs 1414/- D K, Telecom District. On going through the bill in detail, we found that one time charges for hungama (music, movie, games) on demand has been charged. We never demanded for the above. When we were not at home, our son received a call on land line phone from BSNL and they started explaining about HUNGAMA . We never thought this type of cheating from BSNL just like some professional cheaters who often call on mobile and asking for PIN number etc, and we strongly condemn the this type of day robbery from BSNL, a Govt of India undertaking in which we had trust till date. We request you to revert Rs 410/- charge from our bill and immediately unsubscribe the BSNL HUNGAMA and take action against those who are all involved in this scandal.

Bsnl hungama was activated to my landline number [protected] and i was charged an extra 410 extra for the last 4 months.i want the bill to be cancelled and my connection to be back.this is just a case of cheating.

I had been following up with BSNL for multiple months to get my landline connectivity problem resolved and rectifying the intermittent internet connection. After much efforts I was able to get the attention of senior authorities, who then expedited the request and assigned a lineman technician that resolved the problem. However, my landline phone remained dead for almost 4-5 months. I expected that my landline and internet charges be refunded as a compensation of inefficient service.

Hi, This is to bring to your notice. I use the BSNL postpaid mobile for the past three years. I didn't have any problem so far. But in recent days, the calls are automatically getting disconnected. This continues. As you may know, every single call is charged by BSNL. I have already complained but problem not yet resolved we have complained to customer care and local exchange and local SDO phone is not working from last 2 months nobody is taking seriously please help to resolve issue on urgent basis

During payment of my first wifi bill my first transaction failed and money was debited from my account.My BSNL phone number is [protected]. After enquiry from bank the bank confirmed that the payment has been received by BSNL twice. BSNL after several complaints also is not willing to return that money. I activated Hungama movies whish was offered during purchase of sandisk pen drive. Though we do not watch or download any mivies, regularly Rs 422 is being billed in the monthly bsnl BB bills.My LL no. is[protected].

I am Vikash, Working in CSIR CEERI Pilani as A Contact Worker Last one year. My Complain is regarding BSNL. My landline connection is working since 1998. We tried a lot to get Broad Band connection on Landline [protected] since last 6 months. But they are not giving a satisfactory answer. I went to their office regarding this. Mr Rajkumar( SDOT) Mr Karmveer Saini(JTO), Mr Himanshu Saini(TTA) said that we can provide this connection only in distance of 5km. My home's distance is near about 4km. Although they are not taking it seriously.Every time i went to office they gives lots of Ifs and Buts. Sometimes they refuse to meet and sometimes they are not in office in working hours.Its really makes me disapointed. I m really fed up of this. I only want to take Broad Band Connection (BSNL) On landline [protected]. please take some positive step towards this problem. you are the ONLY HOPE for me.

I got connection august 15 for the purpose of my daughters educational ( bds) we are staying in kanddappa chetty street there was very very crowed area, after conected the linewas every 6 days once disconnected so i am not able use brad band continuously i inform line man or book complained it will take more than 8 to 10 days for re connection and after one week same thing happens but i was pay as bill amount in full but as usual dis connect as several times i given oral and written complained to d.G.M, he refer to in chargers to reduce the bill amount but your people approved only rs 600/- some thing but past 6 months i am not used in full one month continuously, so my request is please if possible give two month s rental discount other wise not possible please cancel my connection[protected] this my final compliant, in our area wiring system not worth you find permanent fixing .Already i was given one compliant to dgm please do need full, you adjust my deposit to my bill amount

Sir without my premission mobile nu [protected] pe 37stv pack susbcribed and deduct my blanece 37 in number and when i call with customar care then not attend the call . i requested to salve my case

When i activated the bsnl caller tune, they told me there is a song selecting charge 12 rs and monthly charge 30 rs. I paid 42 rs and got the tune and the next month it is automatically renewed and when i checked my balance 42 rs is cut again, when i inquired about this to the customer care, they are saying that every month there is a monthly charge of 30 rs and a song selecting charge of 12 rs. Is there any justice in this. what is the meaning of monthly charge. i asked them to deactivate this and refund the amount, they say no refund. i am fed up of BSNL who keep cheating people to make money. Please do something to cut these hidden charges from all the networks.
