Updated by Daanu I raised first return request on 23/07/2022 and it was cancelled from Bharat pe and again on 28/07/2022 i raised second return request and the same was cancelled by Bharat pe.so kindly take an action against Bharat pe

    A scamster called and duped us by the name of buying old coins and recd money on name of form fees and now he's not responding and has held 33000 of ours in his account.
    Please freeze his payments we've also filed an online FIR for the same .I'll be attaching the QR code of the same please ensure to freeze and block such scamsters

      On 6th august 8:03pm i went for investing 4000rs on my investment section in the bharatpe...i did the transaction from debit card...and 4000rs was deducted from my bank account, but i didnt received it in my bharat pe account and the balance in my bharat pe as well as investment section is showing zero...its over 24 hours and the balance in there is zero. Please look into it and give me my money as soon as possible

        My Machine number : G2RW354051
        I return my machine on 27th july 2022
        My security deposit of Rs 2000 not credit in my account and 596 rs charge debited without informatiin current started month shows the reason bharat pe swipe payment
        Kindly refund my money on high priority

        Your current feature are unaffordable to us
        You will loose many customers for this fake and unsatisfying service

                I booked hotel in mumbai when i directly called hotel then a person had created fake website and number given was also fake. He asked me for payment for booking room. But after payment i went to hotel then i found its fake website pls help to recover my money i had attached qr code of merchant and take legal action against him

                    Hi, two of my payments have been disputed amounting to 49911 & 49962 against which I uploaded the invoice on 25th July.
                    I was told that by 27th you will get your fund released, but it's 30th today still my funds are not released. Every day they are saying it will release tomorrow.
                    Pls, help.

                        I have swiped cr dit card transaction with bharatpe machine and bharatpe kept those transactions on hold and mentioned dispute transactions
                        I have submitted invoice but not received funds as of now and the bharatpe service support is not available.
                        Need to resolve urgently since amount blocked more than a month.

                          My name is sukhwinder kaur i have taken credit card from bharat pe due to my father expires i was not able to repay on time and requested that please make instalments so i can pay because my father used to manage all for me but Bharatpe started calling my relatives telling them lie that i have taken some loan on there name they have illegally have the access to my phone and they are harassing me to death please take action against them i am mentioning no from which the harassment has been done to me i am not denying the repayment but they should not do these harassment to me

                          i recive msg like it is solved but it is not no one has apolozise to my reletives to whom they abuse for no reason bharatpe has haked my ph and according to it act its illegal please look into this

                                My customer paid 30, 510Rs to me via Bharatpe QR scanner from PhonePe, payment was was successful from her side and I haven't received the payment yet it's been 15 days now. I have contacted customer care also but still they are not resolving issue. I have proof of my transaction. Please find in attachment
