Trying to contact with Bharatpe Merchant App but no response from BHARATPE App. my money not deposited in Accounts.

it seems it's a fraudulent transaction. My order I'd is 3139 and my upi payment I'd is 12402, 7413318 Kindly check urgently.

Loan amount is due and they are calling relatives without our consent we havent gave them any reference number of our relatives they fetched contact numbers and it is illegal to fetch the contact list of the customers and misbehaving and asking our relatives to pay them.have they gave the loan to relatives.

I have done your Dubai contest target but the scratch card 2and 3rd is not opening. Kindly see.

Dear Team,

I have raised the complain of Rs.1.00Lac disputed transaction dt on 25/08/21 and unable to transfer the fund due to some showing disputed transaction. I have discuss so many times from customer care but not yet resolved. The above issue raised before 1 week but still pending.
I don'tt understand that how much taking the time for resolve the issue.

The service is very poor and customer suffer from the issue.
I have raised so many times the concern and ticket but still pending. Customer care close the ticket but any solutions

I have initiated to transfer Rs 257502 from my Bharatpay investment account on 24/08 /21 for which investment account is already debited but still today not credited to my account after complaining many times they always says will be transferred within 24hours and your case is transferred to seniors there customer care always closed cases marking it solved

I have made the payment to my merchant Bharath pay account(linked to Karnataka bank account) using my IDFC bank account through phone pay app
After transferring money my merchant informed that he closed Karnataka bank account but money got deducted from my account not reached to merchant account we both raised the complaint initially Bharath pay people taken another bank account no and money will be credited to that account with in 24 hours. My merchant submitted the account closing letter also but almost 10 days over no information abt my money.
Now Bharath pay people just giving irresponsible answer that amount credited to Karnataka bank but amount not credited
My idfc bank also enquired with the federal bank which is Bharath pay account holding bank they denied to share the information

Now we are not getting any support from Bharath pay request you to please look into this and please enquire that where the money is gone

About Loan E NACH IS DONE AND TELLING NOT DONE AND PENDing .actually I changed bank but e nach is processing and put the same one previous bank linked to loan .so I put same page and is shown enach done.

I transferred 17400 on 29th August 2021, but still didn't credit in my account
