amount not settled in bank account

An amount of Rs. 24500 on 7th September 2021 and Rs. 90 on 6 September 2021 has not been settled with our bank says the bank statement as attached below. According to BharatPe application the transaction had been settled but not received yet... the BharatPe customer care is responding us to wait for it for the last 12 days. No action has been taken till now.

Therefore, you are requested to kindly look into the matter and credit...

Bharat pe LOAN department last 10days regular harassment call your collection agency me and my family survive covid that's the reason I can't continue your LOAN payment I will complaint your CUSTOMER care department but no buddy help me that is ### way calling my relatives and friends and collection executive use abuse language this is not good please stop call I am complaint against your company I will otherwise I am suicide I am totally mentally disturb your calls this mail attached my husband

      Amount Hold

      Almost one month onwards my amount approx 28000 rupees hold in my bharat swipe account, i returned swipe machine and closed my account still amount is not credited
      Just i got machine refundable deposit only, what about my amount struck in bharat pe
      Several times called to customer care but there is no use
      ....

      An amount of Rs.44400/- was kept pending under disputed transaction from 17.06.2021. They instructed to provide charge slip and invoice. We provided the same on 28.06.2021. We talked the representatives of BharatPe several times but of no use. In App it shows that the said amount is still pending and processing.

        r j fashion bhosari pune-411039 lon amount-290000/- my account has not been received but bharat pay account is showing that the loan has been passed but i have shown my bank in it that 290000/- bharatpay loan amount has not been credited i have fitted my bank statement in the mail as well as i have a life penalty he is fully responsibe for bharat pay and if i do not meet the amount going forward, he will be responsible for full bharat pay

        08day call for bharatpe and only answer is 24 hours even though the day is over, sam answers that in 24 hours your problem will be solved but is not done.

        I have given bank statements to bharatpe seven to eight times till date but i have been repeatedly asked for bank satatements from india but none of my complanints have been redrssed
        1-request ticket id-4824775, 2-request ticket id-4840553, 3-request ticket id-4844233, 4-request ticket id-4844460, 5-request ticket id-4846285, 6-request ticket id-4846449 my request is 9 days. bharatpe is saying that any complaint from us is completed within seven days. my reduest is not resolved even though it is resolved.

        Please resolve my problem
        Amount settlement from Bharath pe between October 12 to October 30th is not reflected back in the bank account. Even after raising tickets several times no response from the support team. The support team just tells us that our query will be solved within 24 hours or someone from the team will respond but none of this has happened. This act from Bharath pe is unexpected and not acceptable and needs to be resolved very soon.

          I try to add money in my bharatpe interest account of 11150 rupees via paytm upi. The transaction is successful completed by paytm upi linked bank account. Money cut from my bank account but it doesn't add in my bharatpe investment account. Please help me. Here is the screenshot of my transaction.

                I took a withdraw from bharatswipe of Rs. 202868 on 21 august 2021. it has been now more than 20 days and my money never received in my bank account, every time I contacted the support team they do nothing, only say the same thing that you will receive your money very very soon and your complaint is highlighted, even the senior team also say same and they make same false commitments, and now senior supprt team is also not receiving the call.
                i should never thought o[censored]sing bharatswipe.

                if bharatpe executives are reading this messege, its my request to kindly give my money back.
