                          I have paid security deposit 5000. Rupees 12 months back I have taken bharath pay swiping machine the machine has technical issue I have complaint en number of times still today date I'm not received proper response from bharath pay customer support team I lost my money and my time
                          Kindly help this 🙏
                          I'm requesting you take serious action against them

                              I am viknesh, my Company name is Akshara Industries, I have two Barath pe swiping machines, August 7th i gave a request to change my company Bank Account, and uploaded all the documents also,

                              bank account details have been changed in one machine and another machine is still with the old account, i have been keep on calling the customer care for past 15 days but no use, they said it will get changed but still it dint happen,

                              I have diverted to the local barath pe person Mr.mukesh( mobile[protected] and he diverted me to the other person MR.Sakthi ASM([protected]) and again he asked me all the details and i gave him,

                              but still nothing has happened and now for past 5 days no body is picking the phone Either sakthi or mukesh, i guess they have more prioritized work than this, this sakthi is useless person, he asks me to stop useing the other Machine, i dont know how can he easily says that, he irritates me a lot by not picking the phone past 5 days continuously i was calling him,

                              i am doing a business jus imagine wat will happen if my money is getting stucked and how will i do my business,

                              please solve this as early as possible

                                Kindly resolve the issue of my Bharat Pe swipe Machine .
                                This Machine can't be ON since last 2Months that's why i am not able to make any card transaction through this machine.
                                I already raised a complaint 8-10 Times but nobody can be respond from your customer care executive care No. ([protected])

                                So, I requested to you kindly kindly resolve the issue of my Machine otherwise Refund back my Security amount of Rs6000 (Six Thousand Rupees)

                                    i am going to complaint in consumer forum against bharat pe regarding refund as i have handover the swipe machine on 29th july as the policy of refund told me that the refund of Rs.5000 may be credited into my account with in a week but till today i.e 25.08.2021 no refund amount credited as i have given so many times request to the customer care.
                                    but no response.
                                    this is not good and the image in the market is very bad

                                      Hello,
                                      Advertise which was shown was no MDR charges but just after installation within a week they started charging 1.8% + GST as service charges but when the machine went bad they dont even care to visit the merchant place and rectify it.

                                      Charging point of our swiping machine got burnt while it was kept on charging, we have raised a replacement request on June 23 2021, and we were informed that the issue will be resolved in maximum 7 days.The next time i called up the call center they asked for the issue again from scrath and asked to upload machine pics which was done immediately by us.we uploaded the images in link provided by bharatpe. And till date we are only receiving idiotic calls from there customer care but not even a single technician visited to us to check or replace the machine and now its 3 months and i am unable to use machine and inturn i am missing this services for the clients who visit my store thinking we accept cards.When ever we follow up we get some silly answers but no proper attempt to close the issue.And highlight is they keep on closing tickets without even attending the complaint.
