[Resolved] Bharti Airtel Ltd. — Pending refund | |||
On 2nd may 2016 i have done a online transaction (Transaction id.[protected] from my bank account for my mobile recharge but the transaction was not successful however the amount is deducted from my bank account. Airtel customer care person told me that it will refund to my account within 7 days but i didn't receive the refund yet. I have complaint so many times by email and calls to their customer service but my problem is not resolve yet.
