I purchased goods worth over 2.5 lac from Hometown at its Vikhroli outlet in May 2011. The furniture had to be delivered to Lonavla. On delivery I noticed that more than half the furniture which included most of the wooden articles that were ordered was defective. The dining set had bubbles in the wood lamination, and a sideboard worth Rs 35,000 which they said was made of "pure" Sheesham wood was infested with termites. I had to visit Vikhroli from my home in south Mumbai atleast 4 times to get the complaint heard as the phone service is terrible. Not only that I was told that all the dinning tables of that type had this defect and that they offered to mend it instead of giving me new ones. Not only that twice they did not turn up the day they had promised to re-deliver the goods and thus I had to travel to Lonavla unnecessarily. The second dinning table that they delivered which mind you I had to choose another type because all of those were defective again had defective chairs and I again had to get it replaced, they delayed the process for over a month and I finally had to take the chair to my Mumbai home to get it replaced.

This particular venture by the future group has been cheating on its customers and I thus have very bad complaints against it. I doubt that I will ever visit this place again

I had ordered furniture worth 90, 000 from Hometown Vikhroli. Was promised delivery dates for all 4 purchases - Bed, Mattress, Dining Table and Wardrobe and that furniture would be set up the very next day of delivery. The bed was delivered on time but I had to follow up multiple times with call centre to send a guy to set it up which yielded no result. Visited the store twice and after several follow ups got the guys late night to set up the bed. The mattress delivery was delayed by a day and they delivered wrong set of pillows which the store told me not to use and that they would replace them in 3-4 days. I followed up in store and on call centre for around 20 days before I got the original pillows delivered. Wardrobe delivery was promised within 21 days, a day before delivery date, I got a message saying "as informed, delivery date is pushed back by 10 days" without providing any information. again had to follow up with store and call centre to no avail. On the next promised delivery date I called them again and got to know they had pushed delivery back by another 10 days without any information. 15th September 2013 (which is today) was the date promised by the in store personnel. Again on inquiring I have come to know that the wardrobe is still out of stock and they have no visibility of delivery date. In summary they now hold my money with no promise of delivery of the item ordered. Its a case of fraud with the customer and I have no clue how to get my money back from them.

Their customer care is absolutely incompetent and they have no regard for their customers and are committing fraud. Strict legal action must be taken against them, will recommend that no one visits this store in Vikhroli.

    Very poor service. Even after booking of materials with 25% advance payment the materials was not supplied even after 25 days left from the date of booking.The contact no & helpline provided is purely . I'm fed up with making calls for last couple of days but unable to catch anybody.

    I suggest, please do not visit again in hometown.

    ……..I have also bad & pathetic impression regarding Home Town Kolkata....they have very poor Management in store specially on top, when i was brought a furniture ,in that time they have committed to delivered the product within 15days, so i am not interested to booking the Material, then they have asking 5 mint. but unfortunately have taken 20 mint, ok... after that they confirm me new pieces will be delivered within 7 days & it's in transit, ok.. am getting my product after 7 days, then after 2 days fitter will come to fitment unfortunately it was damaged pieces inside the box, so i am trying to call home town call centre but,, no response.. again i am going to home town to talk with manager but don’t have time to meet his customer ….....after 20 mint, in the same time i find the display unit was not in floor & the same unit had to delivered ( Wrong commitment) , then ask to the manager when should i get my new material..reply..it will take more 15 to 20 days...i asking for refund, but they are not agree to refund……..

      Hi All,

      This is a new practice I observed in Big Bazaar at Kathriguppe Bangalore, Karnataka, where if you pay your bill with food coupon (Sodexo etc) the billing staff will refuse to pay you the remainder of your paid amount. For example if the purchased items are worth 80 rupees and you pay two sodexo coupons of Rs.50 then they will say we don't pay remaining 20 rupees as you are paying with coupon.

      What can be done?

      Nice to hear that Future Group care for customers. I like shopping with Future Group.

      I haven't kept any record of which transaction, when and how etc but I ll surely check whether the practice is stopped or still on and ll post here again.

      they also have bad staff. in the billing counter they billed the items but did not put them in the cover and when we went for recovery they refused the item...it sure was a huge loss.

        Last Sunday I went to BIG BAZAAR to purchase grocery items like Maida, Dal & other edibles, while making payment I have informed the cashier to check properly regarding the price as we everytime we face problems regarding the same & later we have to go customer care for the dispute but he said he has checked the same & we wont face any problem this time, after returning home when I checked the same I found out that they have not even provided me store discount as well as they have charged excess amount which is more than MRP which is printed on the packet.

        Last saturday I purchased groceries from BIG BAZAAR, Ghatkopar, Mumbai for Rs. 1750. When I reached the home, I checked the prices printed on bill and items. I was shocked to see that they have charged Rs 332 for two packets Taj Mahal tea - 200 gm, however the MRP is only Rs. 75 for one. The amount to be charge should be 150 instead of 332. Please check and help me.

          I purchased an office workstation from HomeTown Marathalli wide order no :[protected] on 29 May 2011. I made complete payment and I was assured that goods will be delivered on 2 June 2011.

          Surprisingly I got a call from a driver at 3:30 PM on 1 June 2011 itself and said he will deliver the item same day. But he didn't turn up till 8:00 PM. I called him up just to hear that he is running short of diesel and could not deliver. And he said he would do so the next day i.e. 2 June 2011.

          When I called driver on 2 June 2011 he didn't lift phone from morning 11 AM to 3 PM. And at 4 PM when I called the driver he says, he is on vacation and don't want to be disturbed.

          Then I called call center and informed that it will be delivered the next day, i.e. 3 June 2011.

          And today I called up call center at 11:40 AM. And the representative says he will contact warehouse and call me back in 30 minutes. Within 5 minutes I get another call from warehouse to say that it would be delivered the next day, i.e. 4 June 2011. I informed warehouse representative that any further delay than today won't make up a good experience. And she said, delay is because I didn't pick up phone on 1 June 2011. I had to make her realize the fact that it is due to lack of diesel in truck as per driver. And representative shuts the phone with a note saying 'will get back to you'

          Don't understand why such things happen even with shops of stature of HomeTown. Is it so that so much of infrastructure and workforce can't offer a good shopping experience. And despite paying the amount quoted by HomeTown, we as a buyer beg around call center, ware house, driver.

          Please help me.

            On May 8th, I visited Big Bazaar at Phoenix Mills, Parel, Mumbai for shopping alongwith my family. We shopped for more than Rs 15,000 from your store and at the billing counter we got a big shock. Earlier my father in law had given me gift vouchers valuing Rs 10,000 (Rs 500 x 20). They were issued on November 11, 2010 from the Malad Big Bazaar. It clearly states that they are valid for 6 months from the date of issue. Hence they would legally expire on May 10, 2011. However to our shock and dismay 2 of the vouchers showed that they had already expired. I escalated the issue and a senior customer service manager, Mr Allwyn, told me that these are expired and i will have to pay cash. He was not at all helpful in the matter when I repeatedly told him the date of issue shows November 11, 2010 to which he also agreed but said that the system showed that they were expired. I made the payment by credit card of the additional Rs 1,000.

            Can you please help me out with this problem as technically they should not have expired and I have lost Rs 1,000 because of your system issues.

            Further i have complained at the share with us email id and have been following up for teh last 3 weeks but have been receiving no response

              I have purchased a split A/C from Big Bazaar - T.Nagar on May 2010. The A/c worked only for 3 days.
              afterward it has not worked. we have complaint to the koryo service centre many times, the service man has came 3 times and given 3 different feed back. Finally we came to know the compressor is totally down and it has broken so it is not working. Till date no one not come to my home to change the compressor (out door unit). We have requested them to change the 2nd out door unit (New compressor) but still it has not happened. If the criteria goes very worst, I will log a claim in the consumer court. Pl take necessary action immdly.

              I too have a similar issue. I purchased a 1.5 ton Koryo split A/c in June of last year and the installation was terrible. Then I complained and a supervisor ? by name of Vishwa came and re-did the installation. I paid him for it. He then returned at a later date to re-route all the refrigerant pipes properly for which also I paid. Everything seemed OK until I found when the warmer weather came, the cooling was just not there. I have been trying to reach this Vishwa (who advised me to call him if there is any problem) and he was picking up my call each time promising me to come but to-date has NOT come. Now. lately he disconnects my call as I have caught his bluff on 5 occassions where I have taken time from my work to be at home when he comes. Yesterday, he said he was within 5minutes of my home and never showed up and further did not pick up my calls and when I called from another number he answered and then disconnected when I asked him why he didnt come yesterday. I find this total experience very unprofessional and very rude. Furthermore, I have posted a complaint in the ezone website and have not received any response. I just need someone to check the refrigerant level and fill it.. Is this too much to ask for a brand new unit that I have really never enjoyed.                 It seems Big Bazar in Hebbal (Bangalore) has a habbit of fooling customers who are not suspicious and cautious while purchasing. I guess it is completely outrageous to expect customers to check everything at the counter when they are making a monthly purchase worth 3 to 4 thousand. The volume of things and the rush around really does not make that suitable and moreover that should not ever be expected.

                They conveniently forget adding the free products and do billing errors on the higher side. It definitely indicates that it is intentional. Of Course the trend shows it happens for grocery / Food items.

                It happened to me for the 5 th time today at the same outlet. It has happened once before at the Food Bazar at Esteem Mall. So far the transactions with Big Bazar at Old Madras Road has been satisfactory.

                I have once called them as well and they very conveniently say please come and we will adjust it right away. They very well know that people who come there are mostly at least 5 to 10 kms away and coming they come something like once or twice in a month. The point is that it really does not make sense for me to spend 100+ bucks of fuel to recover lost many which is almost the same. Moreover it is not a big amount but since it happens everytime, this is what indeed points that these guys do it intentionally. Furthermore, once I have been there after 15-20 days and showed the bill and pointed out the errors that happened earlier, They kind of gave a very casual treatment as if it was my mistake and its too late now and I should better forger it.

                Today again they did an error in billing colse to some 65 Rs. and have not included freebies close to another 36 rs.

                Cheating has become an habbit here.

                  I purchased a Hitachi RAU018KQDD-KAZE 1.5 Ton SAC on 03/05/2011 Invoice No:[protected] at ezone T.nagar branch Chennai under “future group The Great Indian Shopping Festival”. In my e-passbook (no:[protected]), I got 124 points. According to scheme, for 100 points
                  1)Bajaj Sandwich maker worth Rs.2099.
                  2)Spalding 19 inch Trolley Bag worth Rs.3999.
                  3)Sansei Digital Video Camera Worth Rs.6990.
                  4)Sansei Video Camera worth Rs.6990. are eligible to get from the redemption centers on basis of token amounts.

                  As per your procedure, from 16th May to 31st May the redemption starts . I visit the redemption center “Big Bazaar in Express Avenue Mall Chennai”. I met “Mr.Alli” in customer care zone. After he checked the points and everything, he mentioned that only bajaj sandwich maker is available as stock and nothing is available. On the very first day of your redemption, he mentioned like that is shocked for me and I request for sansei digital camera. He finally, spoke with some superior and told me to wait for three days.

                  After 3 days, I went again and he told that to wait for 4 more days still stock not arrived .

                  Again after 5 days, I called him. He clearly mentioned that stock will not come and you have to get either sandwich maker or Timex watch. Then he gave Mr.senthil ‘s (Asst.Store Manager) contact. He told to contact ezone, where I purchased. I clearly mentioned that the redemption center is only on Big bazaar, for this why I have to contact ezone. But he is not responding anything.

                  This makes me worried about your service. While I purchased, I clearly asked about everything and choose the product according to the points. Now it seems that I am cheated by showing some product and insisting to take some product.

                  Kindly give me the solution for this. As your final redemption date is on 31st may, I need a immediate action on this.

                  Future Group — Shopping festival Gift Redemption

                  I agree that this is the biggest sham from the Future group yet.

                  I had collected 114 points since I purchased an LCD and some other items from Hometown Hyderabad. When I went for redemption on 6th Jan, I was told that they did not have the stocks. I gave them my redemption requirement of TV games and Vacuum cleaner. They took my phone no. with a promise to call back. That never happened.

                  I went there again on 11th and was again told that they only have some items. I redeemed 60 points for a Vacuum cleaner. The only other items available there were bottles(??) etc and the costlier items like camera etc. I am still holding on to the balance 54 points and have visited them twice after 11th but they have still not got the stocks.

                  Having spent Rs 200 on parking for the 4 visits, no clarity from customer care on what will happen to my balance 54 points, rude behavior of the customer care desk staff, I guess that is what the GREAT Indian shopping festival was supposed to be about !!

                  I expect them to either get the things I had asked them for, or redeem my points against the next available item which is more that 54 points. Hope Mr Biyani gets to see some of these mails and corrects this before his brand image takes a huge dent !!

                  Future Group — Great Indian Shopping Festival

                  Futures group shopping festival ended on 16th May' 2010. There was a lucky draw based on certain minimum amount of purchase. But the winners of lucky draw has not yet been announced. And the details of the lucky draw are neither available at any of the futures group store nor at any of the company website. When asked at the store there was not proper answer about how and when this is going to be held. Why are such promotions done if there is no transparency and such delay around the process. This is nothing but a marketing gimmick, where in you are making a fool of customers.
                  Even I'm very confused about the proceedings of this promotion. I guess they tend to relax because they feel people will eventually forget. I have shopped for over 1 lack this time around and sat and filled almost 200 coupons.. my efforts remain vain. We should all form something and do something about this. I was thinking taking them to court for misleading customers, but I don't have the time or patience for such a task.                   I also got a same problem, how to make this complaint to Governement Consumer auhority. they had cheated everybody and no action had taken place. And the breaking news channels are also not looking at this. Some one just ignite this to some breaking news channel and that's enough for us.
                  yester day i had posted a complaint and i am unable to see that compalint. Is there any way to view all my complaints?
                  And in how many days this complaint will get resolved by this forum?
                  I agree...it was a Great Indian Fooling Festival. Even we have been duped after spending about 35000 at Ezone in Bangalore. Here too, they have only the sandwich maker & for everything else they have a standard answer that there is no stock.

                  We need to lodge a complaint with consumer forum to teach Future Group a lesson. I have also tweeted my experience, you can check with hash tag #FutureGroup

                  I am manas from Bangalore, i am also facing the same problem here in bangalore. These future group people just cheat their customers nothing else. in all stores they don't have any stocks where ever you go they will say they don't have stocks. so i think they just fool around their customers saying
                  " Great indian Shopping festival " for looting all the money during purchase of products and while purchasing they will gladly and kindly tell u, "buy this you will get this and all" . So i would say once you buy some thing, while redeeming for any gift or offer or some thing they will just say we don't have stocks what shall we do sir and we don't have any one to take complaints and work on it . so its just cheating to all the consumers. i feel some govt. agencies or some govt. body should look into these kind of problems.
                  I am in Bangalore & approaching the consumer court, hopefully we all will get justice & this cheating by Future Group has to stop.
                  i agree about items not being in stock. i am from mumbai, i had about 43 skcs. The items available for 12 and 17 skcs look cheap especially the bowl sets. There was one decent looking glass set, however the one set he had, had a broken glass, so the guy at the Bigbazzaar at Milan mall counter said, they would be getting new sets in a couple of days. Went there again after 2 days, he said they dont have the stock yet. this was on 28th may. Since i didnt like any thing else i told him to give a call when they get the stock.. which he didnt do.

                    In October 2010, I have given a Lee Cooper shoe for replacement (replacement slip no. 6985) to Brand Factory, Vaishali, Ghaziabad as the sole started to crack within a week of purchase. I have been told that replacement can take upto 2 months as the shoe factory is in Himachal Pradesh. But there was no reply after 2 month and when i went back to store I came to know its closed down. After contacting each and every place i reached a person name Sunil Kumar Bhardwaj email: sunilkumar.[protected]@futuregroup.in who told me to mail the replacement slip to him. I mailed on 24 march 2011 but received no reply. I reminded on same email on 24th April 2011 but no reply.

                    I dont know whom to approach in this case now its more then 8 months.

                    Brandfactory — NO Replacement

                    Hi ..I have purchased cloths from BrandFactory last week later I found that there was fabric problem in trouser and got damaged as soon as I wear it..Today I went to them asking for replacement Mr.kantanand who is handling this division blamem that it's been ironed and because you dont have bill which I lost cannot be replaced..I asked them to get the copy of bill from database matching my transcation id of debit card he denied...Again he behaved very roughly with me..I want to sue this bastared..

                      I bought one portable dvd player of mitashi company from home town. After 5 days i was finding difficulty on opening the monitor properly. The issue was swivel screen support has been not wokring properly. I have taken this to home town and they said you need to call mitashi. I called mitashi and the person visited my house from the company. The name of the person is tapas and his number is [protected]. He mentioned to me that he is going to change the screen support and would charge rs 125. Although it is in warranty period and i an not supposed to pay but still i agreed, but then he mentioned it is not in stock. It has been more than a month not being replaced and home town also is not doing anything. I am not very sure what to do. I am telling tapas (Mitashi) to change the model. He (Mitashi) and hometown has turned deaf ears to this request.

                      I placed an order for portable dvd player with screen as shown in naaptol web site.order date was 17 10 09 and order no. was75669.after one month, on 13/11/09 i received one simple dvd player.after complain the same some gita bagheel email me to send back the item for replacement along with courier expenses bill.i did the same next day.but till date i have not received the item(1/04/10).now nobody reply my emails.the customer service rep.they are giving falls comitment.they are all sitter,daku,lottera,.
                      do not buy any things from them.do not wastage your money.goverment should take strict action against naaptol.

                        4 pieces of furniture was purchased from Home Town Vikhroli, mumbai Bill Number [protected]. First the delivery was late and after follow ups. Second only half the delivery was done and another date booked for the rest. Third a defective piece was delivered after the delay. Fourth the pieces to assemble was missing. Fifth after repeated reminders they cant arrange for the pieces required from their warehouse to assemble the furniture. As a consequence for 2 weeks furniture is lying unassembled and the defective piece plus parts needed to assemble are still not there. Customer service is very poor with the likes of Sanjay Agarwal, Aruna, Shanti, Ibona all promising dates but no service. Complete money has been taken but no service is provided.

                        if your services are not available for Madhya Pradesh or any of its part, then in what capacity you have accepted the consignment? I have sent courier through DTDC which was "TIME BOUND", then what will I do even if I'll receive my consignment back after 12 days i.e. after expiry of deadline within which my documents have to reach to a address in JABALPUR.

                        I hope that DTDC will take an urgent action on this. This is a clear case of DEFICIENCY IN SERVICE. Why should a customer suffer for negligence of abovesaid COURIER SERVICE? Throughtout the week, service provider is sleeping over my CONSIGNMENT, its reference no. is -M44359494. I tried to enquire the same from your customer services and they didnt bothered to revert back to me. Who is responsible for inordinate delay and my losses- please let me know the same? Sufferer is a legal officer and well aware of CONSUMER LAWS.

                        Let me know the action initiated from your side at the earliest. Redressal of grievance should be taken without any lapse of time on your part unlike the non- delivery of my consignment.

                          Home Town offers great deals on many appliances like ACs with a promise of FREE INSTALLATION. However that's a trap. The Service provider who came for installation is asking for many additional material to be paid by us at a cost double than the market price. It is a big harrassment to negotiate with these service shops. We are stuck as we had to pay 100% advance and the only option is to follow up with the un-reasonable service provider. I would never never never buy ANY THING WITH FREE INSTALLATION FROM HOME TOWN.

                          I booked shower panels on 18th June 2011 vide your buyer’s order no.:- [protected] with a promise from you that these panels will be installed on 25th june 2011. please note the panels available with you in stock were picked to ensure these will be installed by the said date, but there seems to be no trace of your technician. I tried to contact Mr. Naveen (mobile :- [protected]) incharge, but the my calls are ignored. This is disappointing.

                              The WORST BAKWAAS customer service award in India should be given to Future Bazaar Group.

                              Please guide me what action I can take against them for this.

                                I had purchased a mattress worth Rs3999 from big bazaar sealdah on 30/5/2010. However within few months the mattress got sagged. For the last 3months i have made several complains but nothing has been done till date. Even one of their person visited our house to check the product and he agreed that the mattress is defective. We have made many calls and even visited the store but the manager MR SOUMITRA is just making false promises and delaying the process by giving false dates.
                                so i am writing this mail to the concerned authority to take prior action in this regard and do favour to the needful.

                                I had purchased a bed from Big Bazaar, Highland park(FUTURE VALUE RETAIL LTD)P.S.Jadavpur, kolkata-75 on 15th Aug. 2011. It was delivered within 10 Days, but while assembling, it came to notice that the rot iron bed was defective. So the assembling could not be done properly, and it laid in the corner of the room(unusable).

                                Since that day, we had been trying to contact the couple of numbers, provided for any assistance needed. But we are yet to receive any remedy from their side. They have been providing false promises and dates, whenever we give them a call. Sometimes they don't even bother to pick up the call. And what's most disappointing is, one of the number belongs to the Furniture department. your departmental staff has been the biggest liar during all our communications, and has been providing false promises. And notably, also threatened saying that, we are trying our best, and nothing would happen even if we try to speed up the process from our side by escalating it to higher authorities, or even go to the Consumer Forum.

                                I have made the full payment for the furniture as I needed it badly, and yet suffering to the whims of one of the employees of the so-called-esteemed brand.                                 I bought A Samsung Front loading Washing Machine & Samsung Microwave Oven Convention model on 16/10/2011. The material was delivered on 19/10/2011 evening but no body yet came for the demo. The samsung service centre is telling that my demo order is not yet registered. The sealdah contact number is also not working. Kindly help me out in this matter.
                                I had purchased a wrote iron bed from Big Bazaar sealdah family center.It was delivered after 30 days and they said it assembling after 7 days.So we waiting for 7 days but nobody came to fix it.since that day we are trying to contact them, they pick up phone and said next day it will fixed up.but 12.3.2012 we also called them, some body pick up the phone but they live the phone without answering me and when we talking about our problem they cut the phone.We are really very much dishearten by their behavior.we have made full payment after that this behavior is expected?

                                  ICICI Credit card: Dispute Transaction @ Big Bazaar
                                  On 23-Jan-11 I used my ICICI credit card three times for shopping from Big Bazaar, Baroda and during one of the payment the person in payment counter swiped my card twice saying one swipe was failed. But next day when I checked my credit card transaction history I found that there is an additional transaction shown of amount Rs. 9027.25/-. I immediately checked with Bank through dispute transaction query and Bank advised me to check with merchant i.e. Big Bazaar. When this issue is reported to customer care of Big Bazaar, Baroda (Mr. Narendra) he confirmed me that no such amount from my credit card has been credited to Big bazzar and may be a bank mistake.
                                  I again raised dispute transaction query to ICICI bank. Bank credited the amount and blocked the card and also advised to send a signed letter to bank for intimating this dispute via Fax. It was immediately sent. But after few weeks Bank reversed the credited amount saying they are unable to initiate the investigation as signed letter is not received, but fax log shows that it was delivered. However I sent the required documents again and Bank again credited the amount.
                                  After about a month or so Bank replied that the transaction was a swipe transaction. When asked for proof, bank sent me transaction charge slip (merchant copy) which clearly shown the signature was not mine. Bank denied to take responsibility for processing payment to Merchant even after my intimation of dispute transaction. And I had to pay the due amount to bank.
                                  From signed chargeslip of the dispute transaction I noticed the payment was made 6 minute before one of my valid payment and the difference in Bill no is just 1 (from same payment counter).
                                  Now I have again approached Big Bazaar with below documents and requested to reimburse the amount
                                  1. Bill & Charge slip (customer copy) of Three valid transaction
                                  2. Copy of ICICI bank letter along with signed chargeslip of dispute transaction (signature of someone named Mr Mohanty)
                                  3. ICICI bank statement for the month of Jan-Feb’11 showing all 4 transactions of Big Bazaar.
                                  Big Bazaar customer care forwarded above said documents to regional office for checking database as they didn’t have data of 3 months old transaction (as informed by Big Bazzar).
                                  Even after producing proof which clearly indicates that card was mistakenly swiped by Big Bazzar at payment counter for other transaction, they denied to take any responsibility and blaming Bank for processing the Payment.
                                  I hereby request for help to resolve the issue with Big Bazaar.

                                      Dear Sir,
                                      For last three Saturdays, two page big Bazaar advertisements appear in Major Newspaper in Delhi and may be in all over India For “Major Shopping Festival In all Big Bazaar Stores.”
                                      On 24th April we had gone to Big Bazaar located at Shadara, East Delhi, for purchasing a Window Air conditioner which was to be financed by Future Money. We inquired the price of Window AC Model KWR18AOPLT3S and was told its price is Rs 16000/- and this price was also confirmed by executive of Future Money and accordingly he got disbursal advice (DA) sanctioned for Rs 16000/-.
                                      When we asked for free stabilizer, he refused. Then we showed him the advertisement which appeared in Times Of India dated 23rd April, he consulted his senior and agreed to give the stabilizer but said the cost of AC is Rs 16990/- and not 16000/-. I protested and eventually I was forced to pay for stabilizer as he insisted that cost is Rs 16990/- and not 16000/- and we will be giving you stabilizer Free.
                                      When I got the bill, the computerized bill was showing the cost of AC as Rs 16000/- and Cost of Stabilizer as Rs 990/-. When I pointed out to store keeper he told me that the breakup is shown only for accounting purpose.
                                      The above indicates that Big Bazaar has overcharged and they are giving misleading advertisement and that amounts to cheating.
                                      Therefore I request you to kindly help me resolving my grievances
