Hi,
I have purchased Samsung 3D Led from Home Town, Ishanya mall pune. receipt no [protected] on 5/12/2010 worth rs.1,30,000/-.
With this model there was free gift woth rs. 53,450/- which includes -
1) 3D BD Player C6900 worth rs. 30,000/-
2) 3 glasses worth rs. 14,700/-r
3) 3D titles worth rs. 3,000/-
4) wireless LAN adapter worth rs. 5,000/-
5) 1 HDMI cable worth rs. 750/-
Now its 1month but i received only 3glasses and 1 title from above list.
When i am contacting home town, they says samsung company is not yet delivered the gifts and when I am contacting samsung customer care they are saying contact dealer where you have purchased.
I have also raised customer support from sumsung online and got reply that "We are forwarding your complaint to the concerned department. Soon you will be contacted by concerned authority."
and still no body contacted. I dont know where is the problem?

I am helpless and dont understand what suppose to do with this issue. Please suggest.

bigbazaar(Future value Ltd.) — excess billing

I have purchased one soccer ball @ rs 329 along with many other things and total bill amount was Rs.3537/-. i have duly paid the amount. But when i checked the item-wise details after return back at home, I have found that they have charged for two soccer balls instead of only one which i got with the other item.
I have called them (at Big Bazar Customer no.[protected] and tried to register the complaint. but their customer care team leader name Yogendra has refused to entertain this till the time I, in person, go their again and discussed this. As I live far away from that place and was visiting some relative there, it would cost me a full day time as well as Rs. 300-350 of petrol.
We don’t expect to receive such vague and rude response from a brand name like Big Bazar which claims to have all India presence and core connectivity of their service outlets. There omnipresence and fair & uniform service delivery is the distinguished characteristic which make us to go there for shopping. I thought this kind of mistake or I should word “cheating” must be highlighted…
