This Nirmalan jayaprasath.J complaint letter against you. I have inspected the mentioned property hereby purchase from you AKAI 40” LCD A20 (15th August) last 15 days back ,till now I didn’t get any response from you. That you have told, it will be delivered within 3 days. But still now getting delay. I need response from you otherwise matter will be serious. I will go for an legal action on before that i need response from you. Then last week I have meet manager Mr. Raja. He told that will you get 100% with in two days. Still now I didn’t get information from you. For this i get so disturbed from you. That i have enquired many time Nobody Given any proper response from your side repeating same answer. Treating like any thing. I didn’t know who responsible person for this electronic bazaar. Whoever please let me to check for my property? Whether is it fake???

    I purchased Koryo 7200 multi media speakers from big bazaar outlet at Udaipur on 14/08/2011. hardly it worked for 10 days and its failed to functioning (No Sound).

    I hand over to service center guy which address is given by big bazaar officials.

    The service guy told me that he required 10 days to get the electronic card replacement (original is burned) so I am waiting....

    May I know why big bazzar deals with such poor quality product's brand sales outlet in India?
    I have lost my confident on this speaker system because its quality of functioning..

      I bought a Dining Table from Big Bazaar Againt transation no. 81891....

      For the last 10 days they are asking me for 2 days time ...

      It seems they themselves do not value thier own words ... Ruthless , unworthy hopeless fellow...

      They are most unreliable company,,

      BIG BAZAAR — Delay delivery and no information

      I have been ordered on a wall unit on early march with invoice number [protected], which supposed to be delivered before 30 the march, but there was no indication that it is going to delivered sooner or later. The all commitments made by the store manager looks like to cheat or fooling out the customers. Now we are on a fix what do. Keep on calling the store regularly to know the status .. L that is quite unfair. As the store manager said we are taking the maximum time on precautions but never been told what will happen when it goes beyond that. and when i called up they still dont know when the product could be deliverd

      I m now on a fix please let me know where should I do ? and when I should I get the product, is there any compensation for these kind of harassments.
      I have purchased a double bed wooden cot at Bigbazr located at Express avenue Chennai on 16.02.2011. My oredr No is 509 dated 16.02.11Rs 12750/- Delivery time is three weeks . I waited for three weeks but I have not received the cot. I called the manager who is incharge of stotres but he refuse to deliver the product because it is not available in market . I asked him to refund the amount which I was paid. He is not responsing for it . Kindly help me.

        I do not know if someone from Big Bazzar is looking into it. But I am going ahead with a legal notice and proceeding to consumer court.

        I booked a Samsung washing machine WA85ASNEH on August 14, I paid full amount for the product and was promised delivery with in a week. Now after 11 days of followup they told that the washing machine is discontinued hence it cannot be delivered.

        Points to note:

        1) Customer Service: If they knew that the product was discontinued they should have not booked the product for delivery. This is pure cheating for past 11 days my money is lying with them and I dont have any mental peace.

        2) If the product was discontinued after purchase, they should have made a courtesy call to customer explaining them the problem and have not waited for the customer to call back in search of the product they booked. Had I not called up and enquired I would have waited for ever.

        3) Today I made many calls to big bazzar enquiring other products in my budget, but they were least bothered to respond to my call informing me about other products.

        4) More over they dont allow partial payment so that we can be rest assured that the products are delivered in its fullest shape.

        Total un-faithful and un-ethical customer service.

              Note: Waited the whole day for the delivery on the assured day of delivery, ( My child's expectation and emotions were shattered)
              nothing happened till 6 pm. called up the shop twice, (very poor phone etiquette ! ! ! ) first the guy said he will call back after inquiring at the delivery shop; but no call back for one hour; then i called up the second time. This time the lady (Leena ) immediately said (they have been scheming what to say this time ! ) that the selected colour is not available and will take 5 days more ( Oh my God ! Shipment Container from China will take more than 15 days! ) Why was I not contacted in advance and informed of the inability to perform the promised service? (very bad service record)
              Also each product is coded and the software would easily tell items availability even at the time of sale.

                I am a Customer care professionalist, I know the value of a customer "CUSTOMER IS KING OF OUR BUSINESS" i don't want to complain anything, but the management should know only then u can improve your service...I went there more than 3 times, sometimes they are doing good job, but some time it is TOOOOOOOOO BAD, i can't afford this kinds of careless, yesterday I went there for facial and 4 threading, i was waiting there for more than 20 minutes, since no one did not come and ask me about anything like y i came there or the pupose of visit etc.. it is hurted me a lot, i am looking at everyone , they are also looking at me and their look is like ****** i don't like that, they don't have even a smiling face, i was a regular customer for that beauty parlor, c my situation, and i found those people are not professionalist in spa treatment there is no perfection in their work, you should have to improve your customer care ,otherwise u r going to loose a big number of customers from your list.

                    Yesterday, once again, we were forced to buy the PLASTIC COVERS, @ BIG BAZAAR- Kolkata. We tried to explain that we have our own bags, but those sales guys and the supervisors, dont even bother and are FORCING us to pay money for those covers.

                    Sometimes, the rupee were collected against cover but not showing them in the bill..

                      I Bought the SIM card from Big Bazaar, Kalyan (Metro Junction) yesterday on 14th August around 6:30pm (18:30) , and also
                      ---> I had done the Recharge of 49/- for GPRS Plan of 1GB for 1 Month <---
                      They said that GPRS will Start within 2-3 Hours, But that DID NOT HAPPEN.
                      I Called the Customer Care at "52121" but they were as if THEY DONT EVEN CARE; I Called them 4 Times Since Yesterday, even though I've given them ALL the DETAILS of My Problem still they say something else than My Problem and DON'T HELP ME in Anyways, the Worst from them Came today when I Called the Customer Care and I was discussing My Problem with them and THEY SIMPLY DISCONNECTED THE PHONE WITHOUT LISTENING TO ME.
                      I have NEVER LAUNCHED A CONSUMER COMPLAINT, this is THE FIRST TIME because thats too much of Suffering.
                      I Hope I get Some HELP from Your Side as I EXPECT a LOT from You !!

                      GPRS — SIM card not working

                      My mobile number is [protected].

                      I activated my GPRS on 9/7/09 at night. I was asked by the customer executive on 121 to switch on and off after i store the GPRS settings which I did so.

                      After switching on the mobile says " INSERT SIM CARD" even though I had not touched the SIM CARD.

                      what have you done with my SIM CARD. pl rectify its urgent.

                        Complete lack of commitment in delivery of products

                        I fully agree with what has been said. The people selling products at Big Bazaar appear to show lack of commitment, especially once the order is booked. It seems they are more concerned with booking orders than honouring them. My experience with product delivery is very bad.

                        Recently I bought a videocon fridge (serial no. 19, cash memo no. T17/6925) at Big Bazar (MGF Metropolitan Mall, Jaipur) for Rs10990. At the time of purchase I was told that the product would be delivered in a couple of days. I, in fact, asked them to deliver in four days. But nothing happened in these four days. They even did not bother to inform me about the delay in delivery of the product.

                        Then I called at the customer care number was given another number to call. When I called at that number, I was told that the concerned person is not available, and he would call me in 15 minutes. But in another one hour nothing happened. Then I called again, and after making 10 calls, the concerned person picked the call. He then told me the product is yet to arrive, and therefore could not be delivered.

                        Now the question is, if there is not product available, why should the order be booked? In such cases, Big Bazaar should pay interest for each day of delay in product delivery and also for the harassment caused to the customer.

                        I wish, Big Bazaar should look into such issue more seriously and should ensure that this is not repeated in future.

                            I have parched a NILKAMAL almira at BIG BAZAAR INDRAPURAM dt 12.08.2011 bill No T1/792 first customer in day this store.store staff Mr. Neeraj [protected] commit me sour delivery on same day but last evening 8pm til not delivered my item, i am called to mr Neeraj but not pic my calls other day next staff Mr. Akhilesh [protected] same condition not pic my call and no any replay to delivery time . very unpractical experience my to day holidays time loss.

                              I had ordered a Mtiashi TV from futurebazaar.com. The debited my credit card and sent me a confirmation of order and payment. Then they emailed me the next day that the order was cancelled. I called customer care and one Mr. Goldie Creado told me that the company was not obliged to give any explanation as to why they cancelled my order. I called my credit card bank and they said that they had approved the payment and that the payment to the merchant was complete.
                              Please do not deal with this shopping portal. Not only are they involved in unfair and unethical practices, but they also are very unhelpful in resolving issues.

                                i would like to put forward my compliant against the take of big bazar in bhubaneswar. I am aware that a new law has been put in place by the government according to which shoppers hav to buy the polythene in which they take away what they have shopped. This is aimed to reduce the consumption of polythenes for environmental concerns.
                                But when in Big Bazaar I told the billing man that i did not want to buy the polythene/carry bag from him as i would like to take away what i had shopped in my college bag. I was denied and very rudely asked to either get a polythene/carrybag from outside(buy it from outside) or buy it from him otherwise he couldn't sell me the product i had shopped for. i had to use a polythene/carrybag and could not use my own college bag to carry the stuff i had shopped for.
                                this behavior only implies that big bazaar is trying or modeled to increase its business of carrybags/polythenes and not reduce the consumption of polythenes/carrybag. People buy those carry bags from big bazaar because it costs only Rs.1 and you cannot carry your shopped items without a carrybag/polythene even if you wanted to and thus polythene consumption is not stopped but in turn is promoted.
                                This is hugely not what the intention of government was behind putting up this new law.
                                this has to be taken care of asap otherwise its just fooling people in the name of government.

                                additional complaint would be " when i asked for the complaint register , i was asked to go all the away to the entry when i was standing on the exit that too very rudely". this does not encourage customer loyality.

                                i hope this all is put into place soon.

                                  I had booked furniture from home town Indore which was delevered to me in Jan 2011 in from Hometown hyderabad. However due to bad quality wood used side wooden support of my bed broke and fell just after two months of the delivery. Its going to be almost a year and my warranty is going to expire but despite of calling them continuously I No body has come to get it fixed.

                                  I was told at the time of delivery that the product parts will be replaced if it breaks under warranty and that mantling and dismantling of it will be free for atleast three times.Let alone thrice i had to go through a hard time to get it done even after delivery.

                                    Plastic bags have been banned; everybody knows that. Big Bazaar has one problem. What are they going to do with there plastic bags? They cannot just give it for packaging because it will be illegal. Solution: First ask the customers if they have brought their own bag, if not, sell them. Sell the biggest possible Plastic Bag for Rs.4/-.
                                    If big bazaar can spend so much for advertisements, why cant they advertise that they no longer provide plastic bags and the customer should bring their own?

                                      As per the recent environment law Biz Bazaar puts in a big board everywhere stating bring your own bags else you need to buy bags for Rs2 (for small) and Rs4(for big)

                                      However BigBazzar cheats people and gets away from the Law as well i.e.

                                      a) If we bring our own bags it says we don;t allow
                                      b) If we buy one or two stuff and wants to take in hand not allowed

                                      On the contrary we are forced to buy the plastic bags at a price.

                                      So BizBazzar tries to show like its supporting the law and has social commitments towards society and country and takes advantage of the unware public by telling them that we are doing for security(however they don;t do anything other than just half tie the bag).

                                      This is not fair business practise and is against the law.

                                        Hi,

                                        I have placed an order for Onkyo SKS- HT 528 speaker package (FBID: 2561580) on 24-July-2011. The Product was delivered on 27 July 2011. Order no: [protected]

                                        When I opened the package, I noticed all the accessories of the speakers are missing in the package. The Onkyo Manual listed the following items should be present in the box. Else dealers has to be contacted for the missing items.

                                        Missing items in the package:

                                        1. RCA Cable for the subwoofer
                                        2. Speaker cables for the Front speaker (3.5 m) Red - 1 quantity; White – 1 quantity.
                                        3. Speaker cables for the Center speaker (3 m) Green - 1 quantity.
                                        4. Speaker cables for the Surround speaker (8 m) Blue - 1 quantity; Grey – 1 quantity.
                                        5. 16 – pin Rubber stoppers
                                        6. 12 – Thick Rubber stoppers
                                        7. 4 – floor pads for the sub woofer.

                                        All I could find was, only the speakers in the package. All other accessories are missing.

                                        I called up the consumer care and registered a complaint. Even after following up sveral times for the past four days, they couldn't give me an update. They said, they have forwarded my complaint to the concerned person and waiting for the response form that person.

                                        I am not sure whether the concerned person is in Mars/Jupiter. They have been waiting to get a response from him for the past 4 days. They doesn't value the customer at all. I couldn't even imagine a organisation which asks his customer to wait for a week to get a response from an insider of the organisation.

                                        The last update was, they are currently investigating the missing items. So I assume i should be waiting till their investigation about missing items at their end, is completed. After paying the full cash, I should wait for the update on their investigation daily, which they missed at their end.

                                        I didn’t expect this from a reputed Online shopping portal like EZONE Future Bazzar. I, myself recommended a number of friends to EZONE shopping. But this shopping experience has disappointed me.

                                        Hello when I was browsing through the online portal to place the orders online, this complaint makes me feel shocking and I think it makes me feel to have a secondary thought before placing the order in online portal like EZONE Future Bazaar where our full cash is paid but the product not delivered completely and no action taken still and makes the customer chase for an update.

                                        Thanks Mr. Arumarai for sharing your experience since it creates awareness for common living people like us to be cautious before placing any order through the online portal.

                                        Ok here is the latest update...

                                        Mr. Aditya, the esculation manager of Future Bazaar called me on Monday and asked me to return the product as Defective at Chennai Big Bazaar. He said he will process a new order for me.

                                        On Tuesday Aug 2nd, I returned my product with missing items and got the receipt from Big Bazaar.

                                        I contacted Aditya and updated the same. He has given me the new order no [protected].

                                        But since then I have been waiting for the last 2 days to get the shippment number. The sad part is they are yet to ship my product. I dont know when they will be be shipping the new product and when it will be reaching me.

                                        Its been 15 days since my original order was made. Waiting patiently after paying 20, 000 INR. Lets see whats next...

                                        I received the new package on August 5th friday. I found all the items this time.

                                        I like to thank Aditya for making special efforts in getting this straight. Though Future Bazaar made mistake by shipping a defective piece earlier, I appreciate the effort taken by Aditya, the esculation manager to keep up their credit and commitment towards customer care.
