We would like to bring to your kind notice, that we made purchases of Rs. 33,000/- from 1st May 2011 to 12.05.2011 at Big Bazar Koramangala.
During this period there was a scheme was going on, that is on earning of 108 points, customer will be getting freebie of “ Set of 3 Tuffle Trollies”.
Since we were short by few points, we have purchased Water Filter KENT worth Rs. 14,750/- and earned 108 points. When we approached the store manager to take our freebie “set of 3 Tuffle Trollies”.
We were told that the trolley bags are out of stock and asked us go to J.P. Nagar Big Bazar from there we have visited following stores :-
Bangalore Central, E-Zone Koramangala, Banashankari Big Bazzar, Old Madras Road Big Bazzar, M.G. Road Big Bazzar, the only one answer we have heard from all the stores is that “ No Stock”. This is very disappointing, after wasting our time, energy and perol.
Our question is, why were you run the schemes, if you don’t have the stock of freebies?
We again met Koramangala Big Bazzar store manager, we were informed that the stocks are not available & this particular scheme is over hence we will be not getting anything.
As a regular customer of the Big Bazzar we were very much disappointed and more over your staff have taken 15 days time to supply water filter and again they have taken four days for installation.
You will be getting more information from your customer care executive Mr. Amit at Koramangala store, with whom we were coordinating.
You will highly appreciable if we get Scheme at the earliest.

This is with reference to your below e-mail and our telephonic conversation regarding the order number [protected] "HP Laptop Carry Case" and "Canon Pouch".
I would like to inform you that the ordered products are actually a Free accessory along with various Laptop and Cameras however due to a rare error the same were erroneously listed online at a price of Rs. 1/-. Let me assure you that we deeply care about our customers and it is our constant effort to provide best deal at competitive prices however rare error may occur as it happened this time. Due to the above we will not be able to fulfill the order and hence the amount has been refunded back to you which will reflect in your forthcoming bank statement.
I can understand that the recent experience you had is really unfortunate but I urge you to show confidence in our competency again, with the assurance that such errors will not be repeated in future.
