hello

I ordered for a laptop bag and canon camera pouch a week back order no.[protected]

2 more orders they say ,its pricing error and returned amount paid by cancelling the orders.

Can anything be done on this, so that such a BIG GROUP like FUTUREGROUP will not cheat the customers in this way.

I would like to inform you that the ordered products are actually a Free accessory along with various Laptop and Cameras however due to a rare error the same were erroneously listed online at a price of Rs. 1/-. Let me assure you that we deeply care about our customers and it is our constant effort to provide best deal at competitive prices however rare error may occur as it happened this time. Due to the above we will not be able to fulfill the order and hence the amount has been refunded back to you which will reflect in your forthcoming bank statement.

    I Have purchased some of the items on dtd-17/07/2011 via cash memo no.1623, 1624 and 1625. The cashier was Sandipp which is printed on cashmemo. When i was getting the bill done for the items whichn i have purchased one of the product which was under the tag of 60% was being billed to me at 40% off when i opposed why 40% then he himself told me that he will take permisson from manager and then he will make new bill and that will be 60%off so i relived on it and paid for all as he said to me But when i returned back to home and was checking the bill and the products which i purchased and i was totally shocked that He made 2 bills of the same product and charged me twicely when i have one pc only.
    I AM PROVIDING YOU THE PRODUCT CODE AND NAME FOR THE REFRNCE: [protected] PORTICO KIDS SG.
    I ALSO CALLED AT THE GIVEN NUMBER WHICH IS PRINTED ON THE CASH MEMO AND LODGE A COMPLAIN TO MS.SAYANI AND CAME TO KNOW THAT THIS NUMBER IS JUST A CALLCENTRE WHY I AM BEING COMPELL TO SEND MAIL FOR THE MISTAKE OF THE CASHIER AND NOT BEING PROVIDED THE STORE PHONE NUMBER .
    I NEED MY CASH TO BE REFUND OR ELSE I WILL BE COMPELLED TO GO TO THE CONSUMER CARE..

      I have purchased few items from Big Bazar , Kalyan ( Metro Junction ) on 17.7.11 as per challan No. 185752, totalling bill amount Rs 1242.72, Out of this purchase in one item Chandrika soap the MRP was written as 120/- but the Big bazar charged Rs 125/- . Further this item was given an off i.e. Rs. 105/- was there price. leave aside this offer. The original MRP printed on this item is Rs 120/- but they charged Rs 125/-

      Earlier also in various items they charged more than the MRP the details are available. please help .
      because every time when there is a overcharging you simply say it shall be refunded. How about a person when no checking is done by the correctness of the bill, the money simply goes into your company's valut

        Future Bazaar — Refund is not initiated

        I purchased a Milestone Mirage Airbag 50 from www.futurebazaar.com on 27th May 2010. After using it for sometime the chain of the bag was not working properly so I formally initiated a complaint against it on 1st Dec 2010. I got a call from their backend that the payment againt my product order is being initiated on 2nd Dec 2010, but I have not got the payment back as yet. I have logged the complaint again and again so many times but all the time I get the same excuse that please wait for 24 hours or 48 hours bla bla bla .....

        Can anyone please help in this regard so that I can get the refund back.

        I am sorry to know that after using the product for 6 months you are facing difficulty with the chain of the said product. I confirm that as per the return policy you may return the purchased product within 15 days of delivery incase the same is found damaged or defective.

        As the said product was delivered at your shipping address in the month of June, the same is not covered under the return policy. However, I understand that you have already dropped the product at the Big Bazaar Outlet and hence as a special gesture we are refunding the amount charged to you for the order.

        Further, I thank you for providing your banking details to enable us to make the funds transfer directly to your account. The amount for the order has been refunded from our end and the same will reflect in your forthcoming bank account.

        Future Bazaar — Product not as shown in Picture

        I placed a online order No.[protected] For Parker Pen Amont Rs 140/- & paid it by debit card. The pen was shown in Picture was Vector steel. But The Pen I received on 07/01/2010 was simple vector Ball Pen. I complaint about it on the phone & Mr. Santosh there give me docket No. 627719 & assured me to take action within 24 hour. But I does"t got any reply from them. Today I again call them & the customer care doesnt give me satisfied answer. So I am here.

        FutureBazaar — Receiving daily sms from future bazaar even after unsubscribed from it

        My Self is Suril Patel. My mobile no is [protected]. I am getting unwanted SMS's from Future Bazaar daily. I have unsubscribed from sms alert as per the guidelines of customer care ( send “DEALZ NO” on to 575758 to unsubscribe for the promotion SMS from futurebazaar). I had also received confirmation sms that "You have been successfully removed from our Daily Deals sunbscriber list." but till date i am getting SMS from them.

        even after spending 3 rs to unsubscribe SMS alert, I have not been unsubscribed from their subscriber list.

        Future Bazaar — CHEATING CUSTOMERS

        Dear Customer care,

        This is johanna from Lucknow. Regarding order no. [protected]

        I am so sorry to tell that future bazaar is cheating the customers and taking the money and doing business in a bad way.
        I have placed the order on 29th January and its almost one month and i haven't got the PRODUCTS.
        Now i am helpless thats why i am writing this as the final mail and this will be evidence for the future legal issues.
        I have called today from 6pm to 7pm and lot of people have taken the call and transfer to some desk and i have waited from 6th caller to 1st and the line will disconnect automatically. Now i am fedup i have the proof and i am forwarding this issue to FIR and going for consumer court and the company have to pay back for all the pains that you gave to customers. I am going to sue the company and lets see what else can do.

        Today i called and requested to cancel and they are not cancelling. Now i am not willing to do anything with this case and now lets go legally.

        Hope this mail will understand you about the felling of the customers and let you stop cheating the customers.
        This mails wil be sending to all blogs and consumer court and other department for legal rights... I will not let u guys to flow to cheat from now. ITS ENOUGH.

          Hi, I had ordered an Mitashi - Kids Guitar for a kid on 02.07.2011.
          Order No : [protected]. But I had not received yet. And when do I call them the answer is "Your product is already shipped. You will receive within 48 hours." This lines were told by all operators since 5 days. And no further action was taken for my product. Even though when I called for cancellation, they told that u reject the delivery whenever the product comes to home and then u will get your refund money back. But the delivery was not done till date so I cant cancel also my order till date. The service is very poor and representatives are also very rude from Future Bazaar.com.

            I need to travel from kalyan to exchange and bear fuel cost of 350.

            Please avoid shopping at hometown and any future group products.

            Bad quality is intrinsic and incorrigible in their brand.

                I bought a WR2D-MDF from Home Town - NOIDA which was delivered to my residence on 20-Jun-2011.

                Today(22-Jun-11) your associate came to assemble it and when He opened the piece we found the following:

                1. The Lamination on it is damaged on the front door( around 10-15 places), at the Drawer and at back side.

                2. There are lots of scratches all over the almirah.

                3. The lamination is coming out at the back as if it is not glued properly.

                4. The boards at left side and middle are irregular and not even, there are gaps in between.

                5. The key was not delivered with the consignment.


                I feel cheated on seeing this and it seems Pantaloon Retail has delivered an old & damaged piece.

                I will not accept this damaged piece and want full refund of amount paid along with compensation for the loss of time and harassment caused to me and my family members.

                It was very sad to know that the Hometown Team knew that It was a defective piece and then also the salesperson at store did not bother to inform us of the same at store.If you are selling a defective/damaged pice then it's Home Town's duty to inform the customer of the same and mark the such a piece.
                Moreover, the way these items are displayed side by side how would I know that it's broken at the top or at the back or at the side- the places which are not visible.

                It's really shocking to know that such a big brand works and fools loyal and returning customers like me in such a way.

                Please close this case and refund my full amount as:
                1. I did not find anything suitable which I can buy from your store in lieu of this damaged piece.
                2. I am in urgent need a WR and I can buy only when I get my refund.
                3. After such a episode of cheating, I don't think I would ever be able to buy anything form Home Town in future.

                  1. I purchased a Bed room set from home bazaar on 28h march 2010 on exchange(R no.-[protected].).
                  2. Bed was broken immediately after assembling due to lack of support. Home Bazar did not register my complaint but instead, after many days of persuasion, sent a person to fix my problem .I had to purchase wood & ply for repair of bed, which were fixed to bed after several request of repair. Though the company was aware of the problems, the bed was sold to me.
                  3. Home bazaar did not give any acknowledgement of complain.
                  4. After 3 months of purchase I noticed white color powder appearing on the surface of all furniture. I informed this to home bazaar several times. I asked them to acknowledge my complaint several times but they refused.
                  5. After several reminders & personal visits to store, few people visited my house for inspection & took photographs of white powder on different occasions.
                  6. At last in the month of September chemical treatment & temperature treatment was done.
                  7. White powder reappeared within few days of treatment.
                  8. Again after several reminders & personal visits to manager of store again chemical & temperature treatment was done in the month of November
                  9. White powder reappeared again so I visited several times to store to exchange the bed room set.
                  10. Home bazaar had written to head office to exchange the bed room set.as infestation is of fungus & it can reappear whenever there will be favorable environment
                  11. After several visit to home bazaar, they informed me that they received advice from head office to treat the bed room set again. Company has already stopped the sale of that item so there is no availability of other pieces for exchange.
                  12. In the month of January vigorous chemical & temperature treatment was done. Due to high temperature there are patches of wood burn on bed room set.
                  13. I informed again to home bazaar regarding this problem & requested to change bed room set but they did not respond favorably
                  14White powder reappeared again.Now there are patches of treatment & white powder.
                  15Manager of home bazaar visited after few days & inspected the bed room set & adviced to inform if problem increases.
                  16.I again informed them regarding very bad condition of furniture in the month of may 2011. A person from home bazar visited & taken photograph & went away.
                  17.I am visiting home bazar again &again ,getting only assurance regarding change since long.
                  !6.I am sending some photograph of paches due to treatment & of white powder to see the problem ..
                  Therefore I request you to kindly see the matter on personal level, there is fungus infestation and there are patches of burns on bedroom set. Need REPLACEMENT. Of Bed room set.

                    I have to say that your shopping site is one of the worst in its kind. I bought Espirit watch online on 14-Jun (Order ID: [protected]). Till now, I have not received the product. I called the call center number yesterday to enquire about the order and they said it is still shows "Under Process". That means it has not even shipped. May I know what the hell you are doing with my money without even shipping it in 7 'working' days?
                    The call center guy asked me to dial the same number but press option 3 for complaint.

                    When I do that, it is taking me a ride for 10 minutes asking me to wait - surprise that everytime I call, it tells me that I am No.4 in queue. I think you have programmed it in such a way to discourage your users to log complaints. After 10 minutes, I am getting disconnected. I tried thrice and same result.

                    And your web site is as slow as your order process - my browser just gives up after some time, trying endlessly to retrieve something from your server.

                    I am not too keen on shopping in your site anymore. But I want my money back. If you are not going to give my money back, I have no other option but to take legal action against you.

                    If you are having a shopping site which is not working, a call center number that takes users patience to no ends and a stupid order process mechanism, why the hell you are in business. Please shut your shop and look elsewhere.

                    As per the discussion I had with Aditya (Escalation Manager, Future Bazaar), they are supposed to ship the order by 28-Jun-11. He also promised to call me and inform about the shipment when done, till it reaches me.
                    Now, I was expecting Aditya Pathak to inform me about the shipment of the order today. It is 6:20PM now and still not got any information on the shipment of the order.

                    It is proved that Aditya was just giving some false promises to buy time. It is me who has to be ashamed for dealing with such fradulent shopping site. I am not going to leave these guys and I am already talking with my friend (who is a lawyer) to see how I can drag these guys to consumer court.

                    Aditya, are you listening?
                    I called Aditya on 29th June and asked him about the order. He told me that the order has been shipped (but I did not receive any SMS on my mobile) and it will be available in 3 days time.

                    Finally, on 30th June, I received the order. The product is in good condition too.

                    I thank Aditya for delivering the product as he had promised.
                    No way to find what happened to my order
                    I have to say that your shopping site is one of the worst in its kind. I bought 16 pen Drive online on 12-Aug-2011(Order ID: [protected]). Till now, I have not received the product. I called the call center number three times to enquire about the order and they said it is still shows "Under Process". That means it has not even shipped. May I know what the hell you are doing with my money without even shipping it in 7 'working' days?
                    The call center guy asked me to dial the same number but press option 3 for complaint.

                    When I do that, it is taking me a ride for 10 minutes asking me to wait - surprise that everytime I call, it tells me that I am No.4 in queue. I think you have programmed it in such a way to discourage your users to log complaints. After 10 minutes, I am getting disconnected. I tried thrice and same result.

                    And your web site is as slow as your order process - my browser just gives up after some time, trying endlessly to retrieve something from your server.

                    I am not too keen on shopping in your site anymore. But I want my money back. If you are not going to give my money back, I have no other option but to take legal action against you.

                    If you are having a shopping site which is not working, a call center number that takes users patience to no ends and a stupid order process mechanism, why the hell you are in business. Please shut your shop and look elsewhere.

                    Your call centre experience is exactly same as I have gone through. They have decided that number 4 is lucky for them, thats why we keep hearing that number.

                    You can contact Mr. Aditya of FutureBazaar to lodge a complaint directly to him. I did the same and I got my watch delivered - only thing is it has stopped working for no reason :)

                      Futurebazaar is the worst company ever to deal with. I ordered a Maharaja Mixer on the website on 31 May and have been waiting for it ever since. I have made several calls to their customer service department, only to be informed that the product is out of stock. The most frustrating part is that they first made me wait for 9 days before confirming that the product is out of stock. Now the surprising part is, the product is still being advertised on their website, http://ezone.futurebazaar.com/Product/Mixers+%26+Blenders/Maharaja+Nano+Mixer+Gr...

                      I read through various forums and discovered that this is very common, people buy online through various sales etc and many a times are just told that the product is out of stock. I was quite frustrated by the standard replies of the customer care( Deepali Manjrekar ) that despite of their 7 days delivery guarantee, they were unable to deliver. I then asked to speak with the Manager and have have been speaking with Mr. Juzar , for the past week. I had used a discount coupon for my purchase and got a discount of Rs. 250 when buying the product. I asked Mr. Juzar to refund my coupon and also that I needed a compensation for the agony I have been going through for the past two weeks. I asked if I could get another mixer, since this was still out of stock and he said I would have to place a fresh order and wait for another 7 working days! I couldn't believe that I had to wait so long for a mixer! Another 9 days including saturday and sunday. I requested that the delivery be hastened and he said he would look into the matter. Then I decided to order a Kenstar mixer instead http://www.futurebazaar.com/kenstar-prince-mixer-grinder/pd/53640/ and was asked by Juzar to place the order with a customer care advisor. I was in for another shock! The customer care advisor, told me that I could get it only if I pay Rs. 1690 and the price advertised was for 1450! He said" at that price , it is out of stock, if 1690 is paid, it is in stock!" shocking! I refused to place the order and wrote to Customer Care again, for the hundredth time! Then I was contacted by a Mr. Irfan from head office and assured that I would get the mixer at 1450 but I insisted on a quick delivery and using my discount coupon and he said he would call back and take my order. This was last week. Then again a customer care rep called me on friday last week and I said enough is enough and I want the mixer delivered latest by Monday, as usual he told me he will call back to confirm and I have not heard anythin yet. Now the customer care have even stopped replying to my mails.

                      All in all this was the worst shopping experience of my life. I am writing this to warn anyone, who is considering buying from futurebazaar to please think again. I am sure buying from anyother place willbe better and give you some peace of mind. Futurebazaar is full of careless people, who think that the customer has all the time in the world to make them a hundred calls and write to them several times. Please save your time and money and NEVER BUY FROM FUTUREBAZAAR!

                          Today at about2.15p.m I shopped for grocery at big bazaar GIP.There was a pasta sauce in glass bottle along with other items. the packing guy wrongly placed that glass bottle below heavy stuff like 1 kg rajma & other packetsof dals.To my shock when I opened the bag at home the sauce bottle was broken, spoiling all the stuff in the bag thankfully saving the cloth item I had purchased.Had a tough time cleaning all the things. How can your staff be so careless in packing such stuff & who is accountable for my loss.

                            I made the online transaction for:

                            product: prestige induction cooktop & prestige 3 pcs nonstick cookware set fbid: 2580122)
                            date & amount: 2nd june, 2011; rs 3,599.00.

                            I got the confirmation email as well as sms on my phone for the place order.

                            I called up customer care of futurebazaar on 4th june to check the status and got the reply that the order was never been captured in their system and they asked me to send an email for further investigation. I got the reply on 4th june to provide the payment details. I checked with ICICI bank and found that they DID not have any transaction for the amount rs 3,599.

                            I made the payment again on 7th june on the below account:

                            I got the reply on 7th june that they have received the payment and confirmation would be sent by 9th june.

                            Nothing received till 11th june so I sent the chaser and got the reply on 12th june, that they have placed the new order for the product as the previous order was not captured successfully.

                            sent via quantium solution airway bill number d37320911

                            when I checked the status online on quantium, it was shocking that the airway number belongs to somone by the name rituparna in bombay.

                            When I called up customer care; they DID not admit that I never recieved the order. When I argued they checked my long chain email and agreed that there is an issue. However, still refused to help and said that I have received the order and they are correct and asked to send an email to [protected]@futurebazaar.Com

                            they made me a proper liar even for their mistake in place the order at someone others name.

                            Below is the last response on the email on 13th june, 2011:

                            in reference to your below e-mail. I understand that you have still not received the ordered products under the order number [protected].

                            I have instructed our logistic partners to investigate the case and arrange for the proof of delivery (pod). Please be assured that the necessary action will be taken at our end and we shall revert with the pod latest by[protected].

                            Your kind understanding and patience in this matter is greatly appreciated. Meanwhile, if we can be of further service, please do not hesitate to contact.

                            I live in gurgaon, haryana. My address is updated in future bazaar records. I have kept the screenprint of my whole profile as on date so that they do not say in future that the address was incorrect. How could they send the order to someone in bombay. Are they mad in even seeing the name of the customer?

                            now why should I wait till 18th june for their investigation when it is their mistake. They should either send me the product at the earliest or refund the amount.

                            They are stick to their comment that I have received the order. Are these many proofs enough that future bazaar is at guilty in this whole case.

                            I wanted to gift this product on the birthday of my sister and told her same after placing the order. So embarasing and frustrating experience with future bazaar

                            please help me in this matter.

                              I booked a wall unit from Home town, SaharaGanj, Lucknow on 23/04/2011. They told that the product is not available in the warehouse and will be delivered in 30 days before 23/05/2011. When I didn't received I called up and they said that it will take another 7 days. After 7 days they told me that plesase wait for 10 more day and promised to deliver the product by 10/06/2011. I called on 6/06/2011 to inquire about the status. The representative told that it is in transit and will be delivered by 10/06/2011. On 09/06/2011 they called and told that the product can't be delivered and told that they will be refunding the amount by 12/06/2011.
                              Its now 14/06/2011 and I didn't got any amount or any confirmation from them.
                              I am really annoyed with the false promises made by their represntative and companies service.

                                I got a sms from idea, stating if I used there online recharged facility I would get Rs 150 discount coupon.
                                I got the future bazaar discount coupon. When i tried to used the same I got message on web site that its a invalid coupon. When I contacted there online services they all information and promised to get back to me on my mobile. However no one contacted me, I also drop an email to their customer care. However first time they responded saying trying again. I tried again and got the same error and inform them same over email. However after that there is no response.

                                  I undergone really bad experience on last FRIDAY[protected] in Kothrud Big bazaar Pune outlet (timing from 10.30am to 1pm).

                                  MY BILL NO IS:T23/67749

                                  As I was in office and wanted some urgent grocery at home I called up Kothrud Big bazaar at around 9.18am[protected] to ask whether they will provide Home Delivery for my area(Bavdhan) from Kothrud branch. The person who attended the call ensured me that they will give ‘Home Delivery’ for the goods. Because of some work at office I could not go to big bazaar on 9th instead I went on 10th June 2011
                                  at 10.30am.

                                  As I had called yesterday and got confirmation I purchased grocery plus other items worth Rs 5360 and got the bill. When I reached ‘Home Delivery’ counter I experienced really bad behavior. Attendants were really RUDE. I never experienced the same in Baner Pune Big Bazaar which I usually visit.

                                  Please find below things which happened that day:

                                  - First they told they won’t take OIL for delivery. It is just too much. How can I take back my 15ltr oil to office back? I have got delivered same from Baner branch many times. They were so senseless that they were not even ready to sense that how can I take to office.
                                  - They got the address they told they won’t deliver it to Bavdhan area at all.!!!!!I tried to find who took the call at 9.18am on 9th Jan 2011 but they were not co-operative at all. I really wasted 3 hours there and at last they offered my money back!!!!..Really I wanted goods not money back. They wasted my time and energy both.
                                  - I wanted to speak to the person who took the call, they not even ready to mention the name or do enquiry. Really hurt by the behaviors of attendants at ‘help Desk’ at that time.
                                  - I think they are so rude because Big Bazaar won’t take any serious actions against them for customer complaints. That’s why they have such rude and senseless behavior.

                                    We would like to bring to your kind notice, that we made purchases of Rs. 33,000/- from 1st May 2011 to 12.05.2011 at Big Bazar Koramangala.



                                    During this period there was a scheme was going on, that is on earning of 108 points, customer will be getting freebie of “ Set of 3 Tuffle Trollies”.



                                    Since we were short by few points, we have purchased Water Filter KENT worth Rs. 14,750/- and earned 108 points. When we approached the store manager to take our freebie “set of 3 Tuffle Trollies”.



                                    We were told that the trolley bags are out of stock and asked us go to J.P. Nagar Big Bazar from there we have visited following stores :-

                                    Bangalore Central, E-Zone Koramangala, Banashankari Big Bazzar, Old Madras Road Big Bazzar, M.G. Road Big Bazzar, the only one answer we have heard from all the stores is that “ No Stock”. This is very disappointing, after wasting our time, energy and perol.



                                    Our question is, why were you run the schemes, if you don’t have the stock of freebies?



                                    We again met Koramangala Big Bazzar store manager, we were informed that the stocks are not available & this particular scheme is over hence we will be not getting anything.



                                    As a regular customer of the Big Bazzar we were very much disappointed and more over your staff have taken 15 days time to supply water filter and again they have taken four days for installation.



                                    You will be getting more information from your customer care executive Mr. Amit at Koramangala store, with whom we were coordinating.



                                    You will highly appreciable if we get Scheme at the earliest.

                                      Myself Devendra Burade had purchased 2 Pears soap from Nasik road Big Bazzar on 05 June 2011 with Cash Memo T13/49157 time 20:02:18.



                                      As per packing on :

                                      1st Soap packing : weight : 126 g :Bar code[protected] : Mfg 18.10.10/L3 13:32

                                      Printed Price on Pack : Rs 40.00

                                      As per Bill price in invoice : Rs 44.00

                                      Excess Charged amount : Rs 4.00



                                      2nd Soap packing: weight 80 g : Bar code[protected] : Mfg 01.12.10/L1 07:32

                                      Printed Price on Pack : Rs 27.00

                                      As per Bill price in invoice : Rs 29.00

                                      Excess Charged amount : Rs 2.00



                                      Why such so? what time I will get revert for same?

                                      How can I get refund and what is time frame?

                                      If I am not satisfied with reply what should next level to forward grievennce.

                                      My self Hitendra Ghagre, 256, shyam Nagar Nagpur,

                                      I have purchase one Sony Camera Model DSC-H70 by Cash @ Rs. 11000/- from your Nagpur, Buldi, outlet, dtd 26.01.2012 on Mega Sale (Subse saste panch din) but the said camara price list amount is as per company rate: 9990/- per single unit.

                                      But Big bazar price is Rs. 1000/- (+) more the the sony price list this the complent against big bazar Charging higher price under mega sale it is totally faulty and innocent customers are facing big problem form it.

                                      Now, Iam writen comlent will be sumit to your above address on sunday along with your Tax invoice and other details.

                                      Kindly do the positive action to prevent the white money of customers.

                                      I am buying at Big Bazar Rajkot where I have to exchange coupons for my old used goods. According to scheme I should get extra 12.5% but they are not giving benefit of extra 12.5% saying that goods price is 5% or 10% discounted for all that is called big bazar price and from that price 12.5% will not be allowed. 12.5% will be deducted from M.R.P. and not from Bigbazar price. means if you have no exchange coupon you will get at Bigbazar price which is less than MRP but if you have exchange coupon, you will have to buy at MRP.
                                      Infact exchange scheme is very clear that extra 12.5% will be allowed without any restriction or condition of price. extra means treating the all customer at par. I bought Rin detergent powder (4kg) where price is Rs.352 if we deduct 12.5% it will come to Rs.308 but they charged Rs.314.50 same way Wagh bakri tea Rs.299 but they allow discount of Rs.22 instead of Rs.37

                                        I had a horrible experience in Big Bazaar Faridabad yesterday,when a male employee delibrately touched me at a wrong place while walking past me when store was empty,the attitude of store staff was pathetic,I was shocked and it is a shame that the management n store manager did nothing,I even called cops but the store people wasted our time in looking for footage which the apparently did not find................................................................till it happens with our daughters n wives we are not affected n big bazaar people should be ashamed it was in the electronic section while purchasing t.v.date:7th june 2011,around 5.15.

                                        I have employees name n address,do not have his id...but have store managers details.

                                        can any action be taken against store management and that employee....

                                        BIG BAZAAR — miss guide

                                        i brought a PNY pan drive with life time warnty but they not repair/change. they refer to maker who is aboard. it a very bad service
                                        I totaly disagree on this because an employee of Faridabad store have done this indecent matter & apologize taken by Ms Priya instead of that employee.Apologize must be taken by that employee in writing & in front of her(complaintent).
                                        I appreciate the approach Ms priya from Future group that atleast she has taken a step regarding this incident and has shown a sense of responsibility towards this.Now the lady should give the details about the employee so that a strict action is taken against that person.However, I think that the employee should apologize in person at the same store rather than posting it on the internet.

                                        In Big Bazaar Faridabad is not a good place for customers. If you can go for any other big Bazaars you can get good response. As a male I have also a victim of irresponsible staff, but it's for billing case. I have seen in Delhi/NCR region such a stupid staffs that they are not value the customers. I have complained to their manager regarding the same, but they are also not bother to him. If you have complaint to the manager nothing will happened. Pls complaint to police for this .

                                        Branch : Big Bazaar Ulsoor Near Lido Branch.

                                        This is bring to your attention about my grievance.

                                        I, S M Surendra Babu with contact number [protected], had booked a cot by paying the full amount 12 plus thousands (16K approx. including the xchange vouchers) on 20th Feb 2012, with bill number T477983 and deliver note number 1143 while I was promised delivery of the cot within 15 days initially later they told me it would take a maximum 25 days – I was forced to agree as it was understandable. But now it’s over a month but still no signs of delivery of the cot.

                                        Sales man : Raju ( emp no 252697 ) & His supervisor is Krishne gowda

                                        On bringing this to supervisor Krishne Gowda’s notice, he had checked with delivery note, it was been over written by internal staff in their copy with April 1st 2013 as the delivery date, while Raju ( sales man with emp id : 252697 had written as 7th March 2013 not clearly visible as it was scribbled) which not acceptable. He assured a call back but failed to call back and on repeatedly calling back he is not been answering my calls. I request your intervention in getting me the delivery and compensation for the delay, stress & agony cause.

                                        So please do the needful and hope nobody get such an experience.

                                        Any further delay beyond today EoD I shall be filing this as a case in consumer court in breach of contract and fraudulent over written transaction in your copy of the book.
