    My online grocery order with local big bazaar store is not delivered 10 aug 2020 was the delivery date.

    I tried to contact local store no one replied, on stores phone number.
    Mailed couple of times to there customer care mail id again no resolution
    Called big bazaar support again no use
    No ones responding or resolving yhe matter

      This is regarding my big bazaar profit club card [protected] for which refund request and all related documents have been submitted to big bazaar grand venice mall greater noida outlet on 5th july 2020 via hotlist id 79020

      However inspite of the card being cancelled and refund due being acknowledged refund is being delayed by big bazaar without any explanation. Even the period of 20 working days has been surpassed.
      Customer care acknowledges receipt of all documents however no refund is being credited to shared account details.
      It appears big bazaar does not intend to refund money.

      After much request Refund was processed. It has been a very unpleasant experience with Big Bazaar profit club card. It has taken not less than a dozen calls and emails to get the money back. Beware of Big Bazaar and their schemes.

      Regarding my big bazaar profit club card No.[protected] for which refund request and all related documents have been submitted to Big Bazar, The Celebration Mall, Udaipur on 4th November 2020 via hotlist id 85317

      However inspite of the card being cancelled and refund due being acknowledged refund is being delayed by big bazaar without any explanation even after a period of one and half month.

        I placed an order and paid which showed failed in portal on 6th august. I got a confirmation only on 7 aug 2020, 16:31. I wanted to cancel before 24 hours, but couldn't reach customer care. I got info on product on 8th and about cancellation policy and immediately sent request to cancel the order on 11am on 8th august. The order is not shipped and delivery date is 25th august - still cs is refusing to cancel the order. I would like to bring your notice the harrasment we are going through after placing the order.
        The order was paid by wallet payment and your website showed that payment as failed. But money got deducted from our account.
        I had to send multiple mails to get the confirmation of the payment.
        I tried calling customer care multiple times on 7th, 8th and 9th to reach to know the process of cancellation of the order as there was size issue with both the products and it can not be fit in our room.
        The toll free number everytime put me behind 20 callers. Despite i waited for 25 to 30 minutes everytime, the call finally was not connected or of very bad quality. I have all call records to show how much wait time i had.
        Finally i could connect once and was told to send mail for cancellation which i immediately did.
        Now i received email from your team that order can not be cancelled after 24 hours.
        If you have a stringent timeline like that, you must also ensure customer care is available on the phone number provided by you.
        This is very bad example of customer service by hometown.
        Being an old loyal customer, i never expected such a response.
        I will not be able to accept the delivery of the order which i can not use.
        The order not shipped yet and delivery date is quite later so technically it is possible to cancel, but your team is not cancelling it. This is despite the fact that the order had initial payment issue and repeated failure to reach customer care within 24 hours for cancellation.

        Please cancel my order and arrange for the refund at the earliest.

                Dear consumer forum, every time whenever i purchase from big bazaar, it has been noticed that they charged the wrong amount at higher side and whenever i noticed and complaint about this then they apologies and accept the mistakes and refund the difference amount. I felt that it is in their use and regularly they are doing it and if customer noticed then they apologies and refund and difference amount.
                Tell me what should i do if again they will do the same kind of thing, i have all their mistakes and acceptance in written form.

                  I am a profit club member of big bazaar since 2019. My card no. - [protected]. On june 2020, when i checked my card balance on my future pay app, it showed rs. 1243/- in my account. After a few days when i checked my balance in july 2020, on my future pay app it showed rs.17.50 in my account. To know about the missing details i visited the nearest big bazaar outlet which is at krishna plaza, bhubaneswar, odisha. On reaching out to the customer care at that store, they checked my card & said that my card has expired in july 2020. When i asked about the money, they said that the money is gone and they won’t be able to retrieve it. The people in charge there told me that since i haven’t used my card within the time period it’s now useless nothing can be done. I told them that when i had visited their outlet last 2 times in may and june, every time i asked the person at the counter if i could use my profit club card for billing, they said no. When the store manager was asked about the same, he denied of being aware of any such fact. He even told that delivery services was being done and we could have ordered online or through call, but the fact is i had tried calling them not just once or twice but for many times a day for an entire week during may 2020. The store manager also said that the store was always open whereas i had visited the store on several occasions just to find it shut down. I even have received messages from big bazaar in april, saying that due to covid-19, the profit club card won’t be useful at present. When i asked about this to the store manager, he denied of it as well.

                  Also no prior notice was given by big bazaar or future pay group regarding the expiry of my card or that my money will be nil if i don’t use it, by any means of sms, mail, etc. Again the store was closed for 2 months as per government order.
                  Under this circumstance, i want my money back in my wallet, so that i can spend in the store.

                  Big Bazaar people informed me regarding the refund of money and I gave the required document on 15th July, but till date I have not got the refund in my bank account.

                      I ordered many products from brandfactory in 2019, I returned many products due to missing parts and two orders were cancelled by them and they told the reason that it was due to technical glitch and they told amount would refunded in your account but after contacting customer service many times they didn't took any step and didn't refund my refund.It was almost one year plz help me in this regard.

                                  I was an employee in the future group (Big bazaar, bangalore). I joined this organisation on 24th march 2010 & resigned 15th june 2011. I have submitted my first documents regarding my e p f claim 2nd june 2011. Still now i submitted my documents more than 8th times at the big bazaar bangalore hr. I am totally upset about this issue that i don’t know when i will be receive my epf amount. My former authority didn’t co-operate me.

                                        I found that many a times the stores charge higher priced for products and when we submit the bills for price match the cashbacks are credited without informing us by sms or e mail and if not redeemed by us they are forfeited by the company. This is very unfair policy. The stores had first committed the mistake of charging higher prices and then forfeiting the cashbacks after a month. The cashbacks show only in the app and nobody has the time to open the apps to check such cashbacks regularly. Id the stores have overcharged at the time of billing they have been following unfair practices and later by not intimating us they have gone further to eat up our money for which we gave a right for the lifetime. No timeframe can be attached to it to redeem since this is the unfair technique of the company to retain our money.
                                        I had written to them as follows through the app but there is no reply or action
                                        Without even letting us know what cashback has been credited how can we use it. I have written several times that the customer should be intimated through sms and e mail about the cashback about you simply think about the benefit of your company and forfeit the cashbacks of customers. Nobody has the time to check from the app everytime on this busy schedule. I hate this policy of yours and shall complain. To the consumer forum.
