    So I purchased a big bottle of lo real extraordinary clay shampoo, which I've been using for the past 1 year or more, but this bottle of shampoo was different than previous bottles and as i started using it i noticed neither did it have the color of the original shampoo nor did it smell nice. It smells like a handwash and at the same time i noticed so much hairfall. I decided to get the same shampoo from somewhere else and voila it had the original smell and color and a nice effect on my hair. So obviously the big bazaar is selling fake shampoo in the original bottles. I tried complaining to the authorities here but in vain

      Address: Dr. K.K. Verma, H.No. 492-B, P.L.A., Hisar. The stores of the company are Throughout India and in Haryana at Hisar

      Future Retail Ltd. opened the retail stores in the name of Easyday through India and Hisar Haryana also where two stores are operating. The company floated a scheme in which the consumers were made members of Easyday Club in bulk throughout India. The membership for this club was Rs 1000/- which was valid for one year. The company received the membership amount well in advance fro thr customers. Under this scheme the customer members were given a discount of 10 % on all the items purchased except wheat flour, rice, cooking oils and sugar. I also became member of this scheme. All the members including me were getting the prescribed discount.
      But now all the members(since I am representing all the members) are feeling cheated as both the stores in my city are almost empty. Whenever the customers are vising the store, we have to return back either empty handed or with a purchase of no choice as we have no choice due to empty store. Even after unlock period of corona, we thought that the supply of essential items will be resumed after some time but to our dismay, the supply is nor resumed and stores are almost empty. Since the validity of the Easyday Club membership was for one year. Now that period is going to be finished without purchasing any thing or very few things. So it is demanded that either our money(Rs 1000/-) should be refunded to the members or this period of about 5 months be extended so as the validity of the card may also be extended for this non availability period. The consumers feel cheated as inspite of many verbal reminders at the outlet, the supply is not resumed. If it is counted, throughout India, the company collected crores of ruppes in advance. Now the company feels that let one year be passed, then the cards will be disfunct and the money will be saved without providing any purchase facility out of this one year contract. The customers are very disappointed and they are planning to give it in press. They are also planning to go to the court of law for justice as it is not the talk of Rs 1000/- but of the commitment by the company. So it may pl be decided at your part that what could be the future course of action for this. Either refund of Rs 1000/- to all members or extend the validity of cards

        Koryo has the worst customer services experience. my washing machine stopped taking water 2 months back, i registered a complained with then and they assured that it will be repaired in next 2-3 days.
        it has been 2 months now, i am constantly trying to contact koryo through mail and call but till now no one has bothered to repair it.

        i am planning to sell my washing machine in scrap and get a new one either LG or samsung.

        koryo has shown that never ever trust big bazar on electrical appliances.

              Got a call from HR Zoya for big bazaar job vacancy and offered a store keeper post and for register told to pay 730rs as we paid and told us after this don't need to pay any amount but still they ask for account opening amount of 3499 which is not mention in the letter again we paid as they told us that this amount will be refund once the account got activate for which they agreed to send a NYC person but he didn't came so for cross verify we remind them about this as they were told us to pay another 3499amt for laptop security and for KYC and to handover the laptop they will send a person after 2days as we dispute it they Arrogantly spoke to us and not responding please help us as we forwarded the education and personal details and don't want to get misuse for the same

                  Sir/ madam, I had applied for premature closer of my future group fd on 28 aug 2020. I made several calls to customers care Mr Dilip and every time got assured that it will get cleared within 7 days. More than one month have gone but I didn't get any response. Please help and resolve at the earliest.

                      Hello

                      In lockdown period I am unable to use my gift card voucher and it's expired. Lockdown relaxation has announced on 7th September I went big Bazaar ( Vadapalani) they said gift card has expired and they said to requesting gift card validity extend through mail to [protected]@bigbazaar.com.

                      I have send mail on 12th September not getting any resolved mail till now. Daily I have called big Bazaar customer care executive they said you will get response within 48 hours but I didn't get any response from there and I have send more than 10 chasing mail also.

                          Regarding Modular Kitchen from Hometown Amanora Pune

                          It's been around 1 Year of modular kitchen booking and still not completed. Very poor service from Hometown Amanora Pune. I will not recommend Hometown to anybody.

                          Modular Kitchen booking - First week of December, 2019.
                          Confirmed the design on - 11th dec, 2019.
                          Incomplete material delivered and work performed - ONLY two weekends of January 2020.

                          Today is 1st October 2020, still getting false promises, no delivery of pending materials and no work at all.

                          Issues:
                          1. Only 60% work has been completed that too after many follow ups over phone and shop visits.
                          2. Instead of Hettich, other company's materials were installed in some parts.
                          3. Design not as per confirmation. Totally different design built up for one of the units.
                          4. Very bad customer service, every time I called Hometown for further work enquiries and got false commitments always.
                          5. Everytime supervisor comes and takes measurements, I don't know why, when measurements are already confirmed on mail in December 2019. Doing timepass or what.

                          Please be professional and maintain your hometown reputation.

                          STOP GIVING EXCUSES OF COVID19 LOCKDOWN, WORK IS PENDING SINCE JANUARY 2020 THAT IS MUCH BEFORE LOCKDOWN.

                          3. Skirting, Tall Unit door, pumps still not installed.
                          4. Aluminum front panel still not delivered for 6 drawers.
                          5. Very bad customer service, every time I called Hometown for further work enquiries and got false commitments always.
                          6. Every time supervisor comes and takes measurements, I don't know why, when measurements are already confirmed on mail in December 2019. Doing time pass or what.

                          Modular Kitchen booking - First week of December, 2019.
                          Confirmed the design(high level) on - 11th Dec, 2019.

                          Today is 15th Nov 2021, still struggling to get work completed.

                          Background of ongoing issue:
                          1. During Design discussion, I have asked for Aluminum front panels for 6 drawers of Tall Unit. But Designer took internal approval for some other material.
                          2. Discussions were going on for drawer front panel, so Hometown's third party vendor built tall unit with - incomplete drawers having no front panels and fitted tall unit shutter. Both at the same day.
                          3. After 1.5 years, I compromised on front panel material, as Hometown was in rigid position. And I wanted to get work completed as soon as possible.

                          Issue:
                          Other material front panel installed. But again problem arises, 1.5 years back when at the same day, Hometown's third party vendor had already fitted tall unit's shutter hinges at wrong places knowing the fact that later on when drawer front panel get installed then drawer need to come out (serving its purpose). Again hinges places are corrected which left 2 holes on shutter.

                          Person in-charge is asking me to pay for shutter lamination. Saying its not Hometown's responsibility and Vendor will not agree. I mean seriously, its clearly vendor's fault. Why do I suffer again and again because o[censored]nprofessional behavior and now for inexperienced fitter.

                              I worked in big bazaar (Previous easy day) for 5 and half years, i joined 24/8/2011, and i left out 1/12/2016. After leaving i tried to get my experience letter many times, but whenever i met my hr (Named sharath) he didn't respond properly, he was busy all the time, so i couldn't manage to get my experience letter at that time, now the hr has been changed. They assured and kept me waiting for 15 days... And then we are sorry.. We are cancelling ur order and payment will be refunded in 7-10 days. This is approach.

The store does not have sufficient stock and we have to come back without any purchases.                                         I want to draw attention My self Samta existing customer of Reliance Retail Footwear. Actually I bought this pair from your Yamuna Nagar store. After little time this pair was destroyed from the bottom. I can't come to your showroom due to Pandemic COVID. During the lockdown, your showroom also closed.

                                        Now when I visited to your showroom your staff denied exchanging my footwear while I have taken from Fresh stock. In between 3 months sole was broken from the bottom. If even after taking such an expensive item the complaint comes & your company will not solve it then the customer will be disappointed.

                                        It is a genuine problem. I hope you can understand my problem. If you'll sort out my problem I'll be grateful to you.

                                        A kindly humble request to you please allow me to exchange the product. I am also sharing images of broken sole & Invoice of the same footwear.
