    Got a call from HR Zoya for big bazaar job vacancy and offered a store keeper post and for register told to pay 730rs as we paid and told us after this don't need to pay any amount but still they ask for account opening amount of 3499 which is not mention in the letter again we paid as they told us that this amount will be refund once the account got activate for which they agreed to send a NYC person but he didn't came so for cross verify we remind them about this as they were told us to pay another 3499amt for laptop security and for KYC and to handover the laptop they will send a person after 2days as we dispute it they Arrogantly spoke to us and not responding please help us as we forwarded the education and personal details and don't want to get misuse for the same

      Hi,

      I worked with Pantaloons in the year 2006 till 2008 in chennai Spencer plaza branch. On that time we have not been provided with any pay slip or PF acknowledgement for applying for PF.

      Have tried applying several times but have not got through single time also. Now i want to either withdraw my pf or need to create a UAN to merge with my current PF. Pls find my details below.

        Sir/ madam, I had applied for premature closer of my future group fd on 28 aug 2020. I made several calls to customers care Mr Dilip and every time got assured that it will get cleared within 7 days. More than one month have gone but I didn't get any response. Please help and resolve at the earliest.

            Hello

            In lockdown period I am unable to use my gift card voucher and it's expired. Lockdown relaxation has announced on 7th September I went big Bazaar ( Vadapalani) they said gift card has expired and they said to requesting gift card validity extend through mail to [protected]@bigbazaar.com.

            I have send mail on 12th September not getting any resolved mail till now. Daily I have called big Bazaar customer care executive they said you will get response within 48 hours but I didn't get any response from there and I have send more than 10 chasing mail also.

                It's been around 1 Year of modular kitchen booking and still not completed. Very poor service from Hometown Amanora Pune. I will not recommend Hometown to anybody.

                Modular Kitchen booking - First week of December, 2019.
                Confirmed the design on - 11th dec, 2019.
                Incomplete material delivered and work performed - ONLY two weekends of January 2020.br...

                  I worked in big bazaar (Previous easy day) for 5 and half years, i joined 24/8/2011, and i left out 1/12/2016. After leaving i tried to get my experience letter many times, but whenever i met my hr (Named sharath) he didn't respond properly, he was busy all the time, so i couldn't manage to get my experience letter at that time, now the hr has been changed. So i request to u to please look into this matter and send my experience letter through email or post

                      Disgusting services from Hometown.. I paid amount for my purchases and waited for more than a month after contacting customer care.. They assured and kept me waiting for 15 days... And then we are sorry.. We are cancelling ur order and payment will be refunded in 7-10 days. This is approach.

                        Bought 2 shirts of company "bare", in dec 2019, after wearing for 2-3 times maximum, the shirt got torn/ripped from multiple places.
                        The product quality was not good.

                          Store publicises in their advertisement and portal and invites customer to visit their outlet and when we reach there are hardly any items available. The store does not have sufficient stock and we have to come back without any purchases. Also they have taken ₹10, 000 & ₹5000 as profit club membership from hundreds of customers but fails to render services in return.

                              My online grocery order with local big bazaar store is not delivered 10 aug 2020 was the delivery date.

                              I tried to contact local store no one replied, on stores phone number.
                              Mailed couple of times to there customer care mail id again no resolution
                              Called big bazaar support again no use

                                This is regarding my big bazaar profit club card [protected] for which refund request and all related documents have been submitted to big bazaar grand venice mall greater noida outlet on 5th july 2020 via hotlist id 79020

                                However inspite of the card being cancelled and refund due being acknowledged refund is being delayed by big bazaar without any explanation. Even the period of 20 working days has been surpassed.
                                Customer care acknowledges receipt of all documents however no refund is being credited to shared account details.
                                It appears big bazaar does not intend to refund money.

                                After much request Refund was processed. It has been a very unpleasant experience with Big Bazaar profit club card. It has taken not less than a dozen calls and emails to get the money back. Beware of Big Bazaar and their schemes.

                                  I placed an order and paid which showed failed in portal on 6th august. I got a confirmation only on 7 aug 2020, 16:31. I wanted to cancel before 24 hours, but couldn't reach customer care. I got info on product on 8th and about cancellation policy and immediately sent request to cancel the order on 11am on 8th august.
