I ordered few groceries on big bazaar webpage, paid for it as well as delivery charges. The delivery boy arrived on time. He was carrying my groceries as well as of few other customers i'm reusable cloth bags. The delivering man was not wearing masks or gloves. The cloth bags were dirty from inside, may be they were not washed for sometime. When i objected to such contact delivery i met with a rude response with big bazaar logix mall noida supervisor who insisted upon me to take delivery and was rude. May be he didn't expected to be criticized about such filthy delivery attempt. Big bazaar holds it's customers to ransom as they keep your money in their future pay wallet and you have to spend there only. It's unlike grofers or amazon where you get the money back.         Hi,

        I have claim pf on october 2019, and it got approved and claimed as per portal it has been claimed to wrong account number, instead of [protected], they have processed to [protected] missed 1 at the beginning. Hence i request you to look into this and update the same and claim the amount to correct account.

          Yesterday i visited bb aura mall, bhopal for purchase of grocery and other stuff... Since big bazaar is one stop solution of all needs and in this chaos of corona everyone want to visit to the safe place.. But during my visit i was shocked to see that there is no dairy n frozen food available... If for that i have to go some other place... Why would i come to big bazaar then.. I am quite disappointed with this approach of store... One they opened after long n then with these anamoloies... These small things which should be taken care are actually a name spoiler for such prestigious brand...

            Hi,

            I had purchased a double cot and mattress with home town, punjagutta showroom, in hyderabad on the 1st of feb'20 and was promised that the products will be delivered by the 15th of feb'20.

            Till date the product has not been delivered...

            Multiple mails to the customer care are sent but no response from them till date.

            Had called the branch show room contact no, and mr. Dayakar, head of the show room attended and confirmed to revert, but failed to get a revert from him too...

            I strongly believe that the show room has cheated me and all efforts have yielded no results.

            Request to please look into this matter and help.

                Now they are displaying that store stopped for while and i m not able to check my order

                  I have ordered some of essential things on big bazaar onilne at atria mall order no[protected]. I have paid it full payment online. But on the day of delivery i got message my order was cancelled and your payment was refunded. When i have checked with my bank account the payment was not received. I have called the customer service and they said your payment was refunded check with your bank. Very much frustrated 😡 with this fraud company.

                          I placed order on sunday 3 may which was suppose to deliver on 4 may which was not not delivered yet.

                          I called customer support more than 50 times but no one is helping me. All of them are just repeating same line that they are making this as high prioritu case & our will get delivered soon. This is worth service as in this time of lockdown we are totally helpless. Please help us out.

                            The order was placed on april 28, 2020 however its been 7days and i have not received my order yet.

                            On may 04, 2020 i have received a text message at 1.24 pm that my order has been delivered. I have not received any order, nither did any delivery person contacted me, payment was made in advance

                            I have tried calling customer care number couple of times however everytime they would inform that the order will be delivered in 24hrs however the promise is not fulfilled by them.

                            When raise query on an email without contacting me then send an email that issue has been resolved.

                            I have not received any refund nor did i received my order.

                            Big bazaar is fooling there customer collecting money and not delivering the order.

                                I made an order on 1st may for grocery with big bazaar (Thakur mall - dahisar). The order is updated today at 8:30 pm as delivered. But in reality i did not receive it at all. Moreover no call was made to me throughout the day by delivery person. This is highly unprofessional and was not expecting from brand like big bazaar. I expect refund of my money asap.in this crisis, if you can't help people, i will request atleast don't cheat them.

                                    I placed and order on 29th april for a delivery on 1st may. I was charged 75rs for home delivery but everyday i am getting messages that there are issues so delivery will be late.
                                    The order details-
                                    Namaste, thanks for shopping at your big bazaar vashi-raguleela mal club! Your order# #[protected] of 23 items, estimated value 2317.00 is being processed

                                    There is no eta. I want my money to be refunded to my source account. The amount is 2317 to my bank account not in future pay account. These guys have pathetic customer service and no contact if the store.

                                      What nonsense is all this? Almost half the order value is cancelled and credit memo for 840/- is showing against an order of rs.2084 - when i placed the order nothing was notified that products were not available. I have ordered 5 times from big basket and while placing the order it notifies us which products are not available and then only if i am agreeable i proceed for payment for the available goods only. My excess money is never paid anytime. I do not even have to pay delivery charges. They are cheating by cancelling a part order later and crediting to the future pay wallet instead of the original source which shows they are forcing customers to shop through big bazaar and even after telling them that i shall complain about their incorrect policy to the consumer forum they are least bothered.

                                      Had called the helpline and was told that half the delivery charges would be refunded but already 4-5 days have lapsed but nothing credited to my wallet.E mail responses state that the matter has been resolved whereas there was no development at all.Further shopping value was ofRs.2009 +Rs.75 for delivery charges but only Rs.1169 worth of products were delivered with overcharge of Rs.40 for kitchen bamboo set of 3 and delivery charge of Rs.75.There is a total overcharge of Rs.40+38=78 by the Lake Mall store .Calling up helpline doesn’t help at all.Nobody talks

                                      Why are you people cheating?You delivered products worth only Rs.1169 and charged Rs.75 for delivery against my order value of 2009 plus delivery charge of Rs.75.I was told that 50% of deliverh charge would be refunded to my FP wallet but nothing has been done till date.Trying to call helpline the phone is connected but nobody talks and the sound becomes null.Please stop all nuisances and refund my unnecessary charges.Even on 23-4-20 when i placed the order the bamboo kitchen set of 3 pieces was showing at an offer price of Rs.129 whereas i have been charged Rs.169 (an excess charge of Rs.40)
                                      I had requested for full cancellation and refund but the order was delivered only partly on 27-4-20 instead of 24-4-20.
                                      Please stop your unfair practices and cheating customers for your benefit.
                                      Given feedback through the app around 10-12 times but no action taken at all

                                        I have purchased a wheat on april 1st 2020.

                                        When i am using this i was shocked see that they have given me expired atta.

                                        This is worst i have purchased 4 packs and i was about to throw
