Pathetic customer service cashier having to much attitude like I m working under him, memo no 0007328, Tr : 22673, St : 4819 date 24/11/19 time 18:59 CH 447374, kumar sonawane, kothrud pune .he didn't asked before for paper bag I paid the bill by card later I asked for bag he said for Rs 10, I have rs 200 cash don't have change so he asked me get change from some where, why should I bring than told me take your product and leave how should I can take all product in hand asked him to arrange change he told I don't have change and arguing me you are running not a shop its shopping mart I think after so much arguing I asked for manager he told me to go down you think I should go to your store manager and tel him is this customer service big bazaar gives where everything should done by customer closed the store if you not care for your customer than one staff apolize for his mistake by giving me change but still that cashier have same attitude didn't pack my product and asking me to leave I went to down to meet operation manager Mr abhijeet he appolize me but when I leaving I feel why should I come to these place where these type of people are working like big organization even I asked for his name he told its written on bill but didn't tell name thanks big bazaar great experience with you guys never visit these place again and recment to others .suggest you to train them how to deal with customer.

again i have argue with him, if you are not for customer.and if you thing we missup your environment, you can have some conference room to discuss these type problem without disturb other.
every day 1000 of customer here for shopping, we will not need to bother about 1 or 2 think over it and it not my duty to help you here. it might duty for sale and retail business. i dont want to here anything if you purchase also i ready to give refund. walk away from here.
if employee is not track you manger need to have controller. in my case bala who dont have responsible to keep me wait for 30 min
