She is stating i robbed a earnings and got me waiting for nearly 20mins like a criminal. I[censored] dont do anything abt it i'll make sure to go the highest authority. I want to tell you how bad these ppl can be at times when u have no clue about it. I come here all the time and this the way these ppl get treated.

    I have recently taken 10000 rupees profit club card, after that found as new policy fo profit club card member will not receive future pay cash back on profit club member, then what is the use of taking this card, what benefits will get member, like a begger every month we have to wait for 1000 rupees for they paying extra 2000,

      Hi team

      I have visited phoenix market city big bazaar on saturday by 3 and took few ladies dress and around 4:40 we have move soap and shampoo section and took few home maintenance item near to me by kept trolley in side. With in 3 min trolley was missed and i report to soap session person, they mention as in charge was left out for personal work. I have reported near by billing counter and by 4:48 i have report to mr gowtham on customer care.

      Gowtham called floor in charge for the same. They mentioned as its not our people who clear it. Ask me check with gowthan.

      When i have revisited gowtham left for lunch and bala who attend and he complaint that its my mistake which you left over some place. Without understanding of time we spend and laziest way of answer

      I ask him to convey his incharge again. He show a person name is unknown (Seem like north india person). He spend around 40 min and check cam as well.

      Could didnt find who shifted the trolley. Seem like camera dont have coverage and unable to find.

      When his manager came and ask me sorry and ask me walk away from shop

      I have ask him if i have miss any of my belonging will you answer in same way

      That tall black manager simply reply cam is for our product security only not for costumer belonging and its costumer belong they need to take care otherwise it there mistake.

      He doesn't care about the costumer time and money. May be sale and security of product is motive for him so

      Before i move from the place he start murmur that, we should not allow these people to take more other wise they will waste our time.

      again i have argue with him, if you are not for customer.and if you thing we missup your environment, you can have some conference room to discuss these type problem without disturb other.

      every day 1000 of customer here for shopping, we will not need to bother about 1 or 2 think over it and it not my duty to help you here. it might duty for sale and retail business. i dont want to here anything if you purchase also i ready to give refund. walk away from here.

      is the way you people will behave with customer?

      if employee is not track you manger need to have controller. in my case bala who dont have responsible to keep me wait for 30 min

      your branch manager who behave like boxer or security ask me to walk away

      is this softskill person you hire in store where 1000 of people visiting daily

      have you check anything the manager who handle case these case in good manager
      I have shopped with big bazar on 7.12.2019 having tax invoice no. [protected] and they have allegedly charged me for a product that is not shopped by me.

          I made fd with future group at vasai big bazaar.
          Submitted form 15 g at vasai big bazaar on 29th may 2019.
          They deducted tds on 1st of july.
          I complied to customer care. They replied deducted amount will be credited within 10 days.
          Amount not credited.
          Again they deducted tds on 1st of october.
          Again i talked on customer care. They told to send mail with acknowledged copy of form 15g.
          I mailed more than 12 times in last 2 months.
          No reply.
          Shameless management is operated by shameless employees & shsmless managment team.
          Be careful & don't deal with this group.

              Hi,

              I placed an order in branfactory online and i received wrong size and it's like old clothes so i want to return those, but they are not changing the status to 'delivered' still my order status is 'ordered'. Due to this i am not able to return the products and i contacted their support team more than 20 times till now and they didn't even responding properly.

              I am contacting them from past 4 months and they are not even responding and they are saying only one answer from 4 months that we are working and will let you know.
              It's been almost 5 months and still they didn't refunded my amount.

                Today on 04 dec2019, i have visited big bazar t nagar pondybazar. They have charged 110 for orysa rice bran oil 1l while the mrp is printed on the pack is 99.00

                I have tried to contact with big bazar team but they are not responding.
                I am wondering how one can charged more than the printed mrp.
                Looking forward to get the better solution so that they can't charged others in such a manner.

                    I was forged by your agent for selling the future pay card @muzaffarpur, bihar by saying that i can purchase amount of12000 by investment of 10000 once, i did that but when i purchased i got to know it's monthly 1000 deduction.
                    I was so angry with your agent then he said cancel the card and get the refund.
                    As nobody carries their cheque book with him and for cancellation of card they need cancelled cheque so i went on 1 nov due the diwali i couldn't go early.
                    They forced me to use that 1000 balance before cancellation i did that then he got my card and cancelled cheque but didn't give me any receipt.
                    Today it's 2 december but i have not received my 8000 rs till now tell me what should i do.

                    Kindly do this urgently otherwise you will face the consequences.

                        I had almost 6-7 items some big ones like a 5kg aata packet etc. I had to pay using futurepay which i was told by my mom that she had a kind of 1000rs in the future pay and i can buy some stuff on the start of month. Though i am a sufficiently good amount of tech and internet user i don't knew the process of futurepay because i never needed it to know. Whenever i bought anything using that i was told by my mom that she will sent me the otp because her no. Was registered. Same happens on this day (1dec2019). I went to the billingcounter and as that person was scanning the codes on the products after that he asked the registered no.in futurepay.. On the one hand i had my mum ready to tell the otp because i had warned her to tell me immediately and on the other hand there was the person looking irritatedely to me i don't know why.. Two times the otp failed due to somr chaos of his annoyance shown on me and my mums cracking voice.. I was also irritated at this momemt. This guy on the billing counter started explaining in a sarcastic way to me like bring ur phone next time and u should login u have two android phones.. He was saying that there are more customers in the queue.. But what if the delay happens from the billing counter sides? I was talking very calmly but he started yelling.. I relied on the otp because that only i knew about this futurepay thing. And he said he was worried about customers but when the next person put down his products on the counter he was still arguing with me. I was like hardly 7-8 mins there and he got so annoyed. But these kind of people will ruin the business due to their not so friendly behavior. I need an action against these kind of people.

                          I had taken a member ship of easy day with 1000 rs. Account balance at wakad pune store in october 2019, around 1 week time we got a message from easy day that the store has been closed & we can use the balance amount in any future retail store like big bazaar or brand factory till 31st december 2019, later on 28th november i got the message tha balance of 1180 is available in your wallet & can be utilised till 30th november at any future group store, though i got only two days i went to big bazaar on 30th of november where they told tha all easy day stores in pune are closed but we haven't received any confirmation on accepting wallet amount of easy day account so they asked me to check with customer care but that was of no use as customer care was busy for more than 15-20 min. & then i disconnected call & left big bazaar, today on 1st december 2019 i have only 200 rs.in my easy day wallet. This is clearly a cheating case from easy day.

                          I suggest people, If possible avoid this product.

                            Bought bed in the last month of october which was assembled on 3rd november but few parts were found damaged and not fit for use. Thus the assembly was considered unsatisfactory and i put my comments on the assembly log book. Your person took pictures of the same. I was informed that damaged parts will be replaced. I have been following with no response including visiting your store. I would like to return the bed and i want refund failing which planning to go to the consumer court.

                            my problem is not yet resolved. nobody has contacted me. its extremely disappointing. the email id as mentioned by you [protected]@futuregroup.in does not work. i want to return the item and want refund. at present, i am making a request but as a customer i do know my rights. kindly resolve.

                              I made a payment of rs. 903 through upi transaction no[protected] at big bazar, sentrum mall, asansol on 15.09.2019 at 11.55 am. But i was told that transaction was timed out and my deducted amount will be refunded automatically within 2 hours. Till date i have not received back my payment. I have approached concerned peoples at the said mall. Only thing they did is that they sent a mail to their head office at mumbai. But since then there is no update.

                              After submission of complaint I got a phone call from the concerned store within 2 days that my refund has been initiated and will be credited within 7 working days. It was the same person who sent the mail regarding the issue to their head office. Amount was credited on 01-12-19. Thanks for your support.

                                Pathetic customer service cashier having to much attitude like I m working under him, memo no 0007328, Tr : 22673, St : 4819 date 24/11/19 time 18:59 CH 447374, kumar sonawane, kothrud pune .he didn't asked before for paper bag I paid the bill by card later I asked for bag he said for Rs 10, I have rs 200 cash don't have change so he asked me get change from some where, why should I bring than told me take your product and leave how should I can take all product in hand asked him to arrange change he told I don't have change and arguing me you are running not a shop its shopping mart I think after so much arguing I asked for manager he told me to go down you think I should go to your store manager and tel him is this customer service big bazaar gives where everything should done by customer closed the store if you not care for your customer than one staff apolize for his mistake by giving me change but still that cashier have same attitude didn't pack my product and asking me to leave I went to down to meet operation manager Mr abhijeet he appolize me but when I leaving I feel why should I come to these place where these type of people are working like big organization even I asked for his name he told its written on bill but didn't tell name thanks big bazaar great experience with you guys never visit these place again and recment to others .suggest you to train them how to deal with customer.

                                  The eggs from ovo farm. I bought it from bigbazar. The egg packed dare is 5th november. And it written on box that expiry in 25 days. But today when i broke tge eggs its all jammed..in bad condition. Please check for the things. We are buying to eat. 6 eggs 75 rupees.. Its very expensive. You people are looting us your customer service is very bad.

                                    I am Manish Kumar sah from gurugram visit in your big bazaar on 20 Nov 19 and buy two food boxes. When I came home i saw one box is damage. Next day Again I visit at big bazaar but item not changed by your staff. Your staff is saying that item not to be changed.
                                    I fully believe on big bazaar but this type of behavior i am not satisfied.

                                      I purchased a Artois Solid Wood Six Seater Dining Set in Antique Cherry Colour by HomeTown Great India place Mall Noida . Tax Invoice No 94076553 Dining table no[protected]. Dinning table goes bend in middle. Looks bed. Quality is very poor. It is not of solid woods.
                                      I contacted company several times, response was it is out of warranty.Actually one year passed. Actually this problem came after one year. I feel cheated.
                                      I suggest people, If possible avoid this product.

                                        I purchased 11k worth clothes from fbb hyderabad ameerpet. I must say that i was very happy to see the collection you have and i was really impressed. However, i am unhappy with the staff for your poor customer service who was least bothered to answer my query and has dismissed my request and asked the next customer to serve. I reminded him that i was talking to him and he ignored me again wow!!. I was charged 20rs for the carry bag and it has a logo of bb why should i pay 20rs when you are promoting your brand on it.
                                        When i returned home i have noticed that the security tag was not removed. I live 14km away from the store and i can’t afford to go that long just to get the tag removed. What kind of service are you giving to the customers?
