I went to big bazaar bharuch on 08.10.19 around 07:15 pm. I asked at exit gate security boy to assist me to take to manager. I requested manager (I am not sure but as said by another staff-mr. Niyaj) at customer care center to open the magnetic tag of my cloth which i bought a month before, he asked me to produce bill.
As i purchased the same cloth a month before, i had not bill with me, so i requested him to search the bill by my registered mobile number-"yaar, ek mahine purana bill hai, mobile no se search kar lo". He yelled at me - "mai koi aapka yaar nahi, aapko yaar banane ka koi irada nahi." is this the way big-bazaar representative talk to customers.
I told him to open the tag and gave my cloth to him and said i am waiting at exit gate as my kid was crying at exit gate. He gave my cloth to guard at exit gate and asked security personal to not give that cloth back to me. When i took my cloth, security boy and girl both held my arms as they were not allowing me to take back my cloth. I was surprised that the same security boy who assisted me to the customer care counter with the cloths in my hands, was then not allowing me to take back the cloth. Is this the way of treating customers at big bazaar. It is disgusting.
Kindly look into the matter and ask the manager who was present at 07:00pm on 08.10.19, is this the way of treating female customer.

As per my complaint dated 16th october 2019, i want to notify you that my issue of refund amount has been resolved and have recieved the amount in my account. I want to thanks Mr. Rajesh kumar Ambasth for his regular follow up with the concerned team and active response. I would also like to mention that i am a regular customer of big bazzar and cancelled this membership offer only due to my transfer to ambikapjr city where your store is not availaible.
