I bought this item at jayanagar, bangalore outlet of big bazaar vide invoice no. Ka[protected] on 15.03.2019. Contacted toll free no.[protected] for installation demo. Told to contact new no.[protected]- not functional for several days. Finally when i got through to them i was told that i have to contact bb outlet since it is in store purchase. Three months lost! For the last 4 months i am contacting the store but nothing has happened. Manager krishne gowda has asked for invoice details a dozen times but there is no action.
I have been a satisfied customer of koryo for several years but this experience is so frustrating that i will not touch this brand again in my life. Even a good product needs good service after all.

    Dear sir,
    On 28th august 2019 i purchased groceries from big bazzar store located in magneto mall, bilaspur, chhattisgarh. During purchase one of your representative told me about the ongoing offer. The offer was about profit club membership i. E on giving 10, 000, one could do shopping of about 12000, spending 1000 each month for 12 months. I availed the offer. Soon i got trasfered to ambikapur where your store is unavailaible. I requested big bazzar representative to cancel my membership as i no longer will be able to use the card. Representative asked me to bring the cancelled cheque in my name and other id proofs. On 9th september i went with all required documents and submitted. Your representative named manoj assured me that i will get the balance amount in 22 days for sure. On 21st day i. E on 30th spetember 2019 i went to know the status of my refund. I was shocked to see the irresposibility of the representative named manoj, he did not process my documents further and was still lying on his drawer. I asked the staff the reason and i asked him to connect me to the superior person over there. Even after doing the mistake, i staff didnt even felt sorry and thrown my documents on my face telling me to go where i want to complain. I felt very insulted. I carried the issue to the administrative officer over there named mr. Rajesh kumar ambastha. He listened the issue very politely and assured me that my problem will be resolved in a week and i will get the refund as soon as possible. Today another 17 days have been passed and their is no sign i can see about my refund. Please look into it and resolve my problem as soon as possible.

    As per my complaint dated 16th october 2019, i want to notify you that my issue of refund amount has been resolved and have recieved the amount in my account. I want to thanks Mr. Rajesh kumar Ambasth for his regular follow up with the concerned team and active response. I would also like to mention that i am a regular customer of big bazzar and cancelled this membership offer only due to my transfer to ambikapjr city where your store is not availaible.

        I have purchase samsung washing machine on 15.09.2019. And they delivered the product on 17.09.2019 but the packet does not have rat pad as said by installation engineer. On contact with big bazzar, they said that the washing machine has not have any rat pad. After that i contacted the samsung customer care, they said they delivered the machine with rat pad, and collect the same from big bazzar. I again contacted the big bazzar, now they said come and receive your machine's rat pad. The big bazzar provide an old rat pad of any other washing machine while i confirming many times regarding this. Now today i. E. 15.10.2019, the installation engineer, he said this rat pad could not install in this machine (Photo enclose). Neither samsung nor big bazzar want to provide the rat pad, i am frustrated now to go again and again big bazzar and contacting again and again with samsung and big bazzar. Call records also enclosed if asked.

              I am mohd shahbaz khan. I went in one of your big bazaar (Mayur vihar extension) branch, i didn't buy anything that's why i decided to exit from the store and suddenly a gaurd came and started asking questions like hey do you have something which you didn't buy i said no but then he called his supervisor and he asked me same question twice which is unbearable for anyone and now i am going to file a case in consumer court.
              You better have to gave an explanation for this.

              In Lucknow, Phoenix mall, I have purchased of RS 644 and I said for carry bag and your support staff said it cost is 24 RS. You people are giving service or try to just earn money bu any ways.. Disappointed
              Please provide clear update to customers during festival offer times as mentioned by employees that there will be Future pay offer if we purchase less than 3000 / 4000 Rs for products that shows future pay cash back

                I had recieved Rs 150 cashback on my registered mobile no ***********.I got a confirmation message from futurepay stating it will expire on Oct 10th.I was under the same impression .However, the amount was expired on Oct the 06th.It's a scam

                I am planning to take them to consumer court.
                They have mentioned the price as Rs. 25per piece but when they made a bill they stated price is 35 per piece and 10 rupee you'll be getting in some future pay app.This is ridiculous, they should mention it clearly in the offer.

                  I purchased my grocery in coimbatore big bazaar shop id 2544 on 09 oct 19 items worth of 5000. I asked them to deliver that in my home i gave proper address & contact number. They gave me the challan no: 1253549,.in my challan, it is mentioned that the items will be delivered before 10 oct 19 12:00 to 15:00 but still, now i didn't receive my items. I called customer care but they did not even give a proper response. The shocking reply is big bazaar customer care dont have the contact number of their own coimbatore branch.

                    I bought a wild stone ultra sensual deodorant on 09.10.2019 from big bazaar (7 seas mall) vadodara.

                    This is literally the worst ever deo i've used. Does not contain any perfume. It's literally just alcohol and water. I have tried at least seven different brands of deo and this was the first of it's kind. And it's nothing but alcohol. I don't know of this is fake or tampered with, but i'm never purchasing wild
                    Stone ultra sensual again.
                    And i have also face an issue for infection in my body, after use this deo.

                    So kindly answer me asap.

                      On 9/10/2019 i purchased some products from big bazaar kalkaji metro and at the billing counter i asked them to give carry bag for my purchased products but they asked me to give rs 24 extra for that carry bag. I told them that carry bag should be provide free of cost but they refused and charged me rs 24 extra for 1 carry bag in the total amount of rs 4888 (Including rs 24 for carry bag in the name of "plain cloth sb 20*20" in the bill). The bill is attached with it, i want you to take strict action against with my refund and stop them for charging fees for carry bag.

                        I purchased the following items from big bazaar Embassy Paragon Bangaluru Kundanhalli Gate under the offers scheme valid from on 01 Oct 19 but didn't get the cashbacks as per the offers.
                        As per if I am purchasing a (5+1) ltr safola gold refind oil, the bill price will be Rs 799.oo ( selling price) where as offr price is Rs 595.00 . As per this offr I should cash back of Rs 184.00 but I have been paid Rs 47.00 only.

                          Hi,
                          I went to narendrapur Kolkata 700 103 Big Bazaar for shopping.

                          I was wondering to shop approx 10000 rupees but something happened which made me feel so bad and I was unable to shop that amount.

                          I saw some staffs had no uniform, no identity card and their shirt collar was UP opposition, just like down market Sub standard outlaw.

                          One of the staff Mr Sagar Sen was told me, it doesn't matter how they dress up!

                          Big BAZZAR is a brand and it's STAFF don't know how to groom themselves.
                          this person was so rudely answered my question, it doesn't matter to him!

                          When I went to POS for payment Mr.Prem Nal Thakur told me, he is also without identity card and without uniform and it doesn't matter to him!

                          He did not return my change and start billing other customer. He generated the computerized bill, i paid for my shopping but he did not return my change.

                          I was standing in the POS for 15 minutes and he was billing other customer without return my change!

                          He is a rude and unprofessional. After that I was discovered his name is not that he told me! in the bill invoice his actual name is Sumanta Chakraborty.

                          This person is outrageous, he was hiding his identity card he wasn't groom properly and he introduced himself with different name and he also rude behaved very rude and harassed his customer.

                          Big Bazaar is a brand and it's staff's behaviour not polite very rood and have very bad attitude. It is not acceptable at all.

                          I am very disappointed.
                          I want you to take strong action against these staffs and investigate the matter.

                            I have purchased prestige hobtop 2 burner on 16/07/2018 with 2 year of warranty and for top glass life time warranty at the time of purchase there is no warranty card in the box i complained to sails person he promises that we are here to help us. Now i have some issue in the product and prestige wants warranty card or bill. I went to big bazaar gip noida where i purchased this and they said we have only one month data in our record. I show them my payment details and transaction number and date from my bank records but the totally refused.

                            Now what i do product is under warranty of 2 years and life time for glass top

                              I bought a kurta from acropolis mall for ₹699 and tried to exchange it with another kurta from himalaya mall big bazaar worth ₹899 in three days time but i was told that i can’t do the same without downloading the future pay wallet and i can only buy kurta for same price and not more. If buying and exchanging is going to be this difficult it should be made clear at the store itself and not be advertised that big bazaar is exchange friendly

                                I have bought a pack of golden harvest almonds from big bazaar in palakkad, kerala. I didn't open it for 2 months and it was within the expiry date. But a few days back when i took my pack i was shocked to see fungus in my unopened pack. Also, there are dead insects as well as some web-like formations. Moreover, there are worms lurking inside. And the expiry date is on october 24, 2019. Also, i have found worms in cashews in my previous purchase but didn't raise a complaint. But this one was beyond what a consumer deserves on food items which are sold under the tag "premium" and hence overcharged. This is a high-level failure on the quality and trust of the products sold by the brand golden harvest. Requesting to provide me a refund.

                                  I went to big bazaar bharuch on 08.10.19 around 07:15 pm. I asked at exit gate security boy to assist me to take to manager. I requested manager (I am not sure but as said by another staff-mr. Niyaj) at customer care center to open the magnetic tag of my cloth which i bought a month before, he asked me to produce bill.
                                  As i purchased the same cloth a month before, i had not bill with me, so i requested him to search the bill by my registered mobile number-"yaar, ek mahine purana bill hai, mobile no se search kar lo". He yelled at me - "mai koi aapka yaar nahi, aapko yaar banane ka koi irada nahi." is this the way big-bazaar representative talk to customers.
                                  I told him to open the tag and gave my cloth to him and said i am waiting at exit gate as my kid was crying at exit gate. He gave my cloth to guard at exit gate and asked security personal to not give that cloth back to me. When i took my cloth, security boy and girl both held my arms as they were not allowing me to take back my cloth. I was surprised that the same security boy who assisted me to the customer care counter with the cloths in my hands, was then not allowing me to take back the cloth. Is this the way of treating customers at big bazaar. It is disgusting.

                                  Kindly look into the matter and ask the manager who was present at 07:00pm on 08.10.19, is this the way of treating female customer.

                                    I am pankaj from delhi. Last sunday 06.10.2019 me and my roommate karishma manral. We bought some household thing from there. They asked for carry bag and charged rs. 24 for it. I asked that why are you charging for carry bag than they said we charge for it. I told that you cannot charge becasue it is free of cost but they denied. Kindly take an action against it.

                                      This is it intimate u that i have submitted my pf claim form in my organization in 2008with the store hr, they have given me a proof of submition of claims but in pf online check it states that there is no pf number as such, but till date there is no reply from the company
                                      People over there keep on saying will do it as soon as possible but in vain,

                                        I bought multiple things yesterday evening and as it happens one came check the bill at the counter due to rush. On reaching home i was shocked to see that the chargers were much higher than what was written on the product display. Even the smallest of the thing eg bananas where their own sticker shows a lower price my bill is charged with a higher value.

                                        The amount may be small but it's a daylight robbery where the customer who may not check the bills in details are being looted.
