I have purchased some items costs around 2.3k and given for the home delivery. They told that it will be delivered within 9.30 pm. Now it's been 10.30. I have not received any call or sms. How long i should wait for the delivery. And also i got a 24/7 support number from google [protected]. When calls it says that the support will be from 9 am to 10pm. Then y it is given as 24/7. And also i called on [protected] and somebody has picked the call and told they are not supporting currently. I told them that i didn't receive the items then he disconnected the call. What kind of support you are providing. We are paying money. You are not giving the items for free. I am waiting for the things to cook my dinner. When i should expect the delivery. Why there is no communication if it will get delayed. Neither a call nor text. This is pathetic and humiliating. I lost my confidence on bigbazar. I should stop purchasing.

    Big bazaar is fraudulently billing and charging people above MRP, I AM a victim. On 26.10.2019, I was charged for 3 items above MRP. Oil price is only 309, but I was charged 314. Another oil price was 92 but I was charged 96. I was to get a free turmeric packet but they didn't give.

      I went to return a top and buy few more clothes from FBB, Eternity Mall, Nagpur.
      They said they have done piece to piece replacement for the top to be returned.
      Then I went to pay for the new clothes that I was buying, by mistake I handed the cashier the top that was piece to piece returned by the other cashier (cost of top 699/-)

      So in this way this top which I had already paid for, was again added to the new bill. Then I told them that I have a 300Rs coupon rewards for shopping over 3000/- earlier day. Which then they deducted from the new bill (also from the top that I had already paid for so new cost of the top was 598/- as per this bill after applying coupon).

      When I realized that I had handed over the top to them by mistake they said "We cannot delete it now from the bill, You have to pay for it again". I paid for the top AGAIN, which I had already bought. Later they told me we'll give the amount that you paid in your future pay account and they gave me only 598Rs in my future pay account whereas the original price of the top was 699/- (The reason for not paying me back 699/- was because they had applied the coupon discount on it).

      This is clearly looting the customer. This is not expected from FBB. They made me pay for the top twice and didnt even return the exact amount. I want my 101 Rs back.

      In addition to my above complaint, Not only they fooled me and made me pay twice but the mental harassment was enormous. Adding an item (already purchased) and charging the customer twice without any SHAME! This is horrible! Arrogant cashiers, hopelessly managed store and complex return procedures, where they blame the customers for everything. No wonder why people are shifting to buy things online from Myntra or Amazon. Who wants to buy from such stores where the sellers treat the buyers this way and lure money twice?? Learn something from the online sellers and adopt good practices or else soon there won't be anybody buying things from such stores.

        They never provide carry bags, if we ask to provide they started argued with us. They have 2 types of bags nd charged 11rs and 24rs each.

              After purchasing had to wait in que for 35 min. The customer next to was was waiting after his payment process was finish. He was engaged by counter executive for explaining the benefits of bigbaazar card. After his agreement counter executive started the procedure of issuing the card.

              This took 35 min.. Just west of time for and people behind me.

                    Yesterday 26/10/2019 my wife purchased a designed white shirt from big bazar pondicherry inside providence mall. The shirt size is 39 so it didn't fit well for me so went today 27/10/2019 for exchange with size 40 but the customer service desk rejected us by saying white shirt will not be exchanged but no where in the exchange policy it was mentioned. After talking with customer service desk lady she called the sales dept person and he came and told that since the price tag is cut they can't take shirt for exchange. But these rules are not there in the exchange policy. Either you update the policy in the policy list or please do help me to exchange my shirt. Tax invoice no [protected].

When i asked them for a free bag which i have been provided earlier the representative said sorry mam this is what the company is providing now a days.                         I am entitled to get rs100 cash back in both my numbers based on your 21st 22nd september 2019 midnight sale offer for new future pay customer on rs1000 or more of food and groceries shopping.
                        I was supposed to get it by 15th october 2019 but i have still not got any cash back nor any reply from your team.

                        This is extremely annoying and frustrating. Please check the below 2 complains and release my cash back asap.

                            This is to bring to your notice that i "kumar gunjan anand" own two profit club card, and usually do shopping using the same. I have been a customer of big bazaar since at least ten years and had never any complains regarding services and any products ever. But this time i have to write as i found myself cheated by one of the policy of yours.

                            I did shopping while some cash-back scheme as going in the month of september 2019 and for the same the cash-back was to be done after to days. Out of curiousity i used to check on and off but i never get to see the wallet is reflecting any sum.in the mid of october when i went for shopping againg i used my wallet and still it was not reflecting in my wallet. I raised the concerns to the customer care and they said it will get updated in 24 hrs from now. And after that day i forgot to enquire about the case.

                            The day before yesterday an sms prompted in my phone stating that my cashback have expired. Don't you think its a case of real trap. I want to raise few concerns

                            1. Cashbback is my money as a member of profit club it should expire once after the card (Profit club) gets expired.
                            2. If wallet in not showing any credit then how come customer gets the responsibility to bear the loss...
                            3. There should be proper notification regarding the cash-back in the wallet.
                            4. Last but not least the scheme should be proper explained to a customer.

                            I have attached photos which is clearly showing that after the date of cashback as per app screen shot i have visited multiple times to your store and made payment through the future pay wallet as well as profit club card.. Which clearly proves that no cashback was showing in the wallet...

                            I hope being a big brand this kind of cheat should not be repeated and customer should get their rights without any question.

                              Anyway I am selling all the furniture so this sofa would be useless for me.

                              I bought a kurti from big Bazar which costed me around 900 most probably. After my first use and wash the chrome faded away and left as dirty looking pink scars on the kurti. I am very offended on big Bazar for making such quality clothes which are costing so much. I can't even wear it again.

                                My order id-[protected], i had done the shopping of rs-5095 on 21/10/2019 from bib bazaar shopprix mall meerut.
                                During billing i had asked the billing boy to give cloth bag with my items so that i can carry easily but he asked the charge of rs-18, but last time no charges had been included of cloth, i told him its a free then he asked me had u ever purchased big bazzar item from any where else then i answered him why u asking this to me, he told me i am asking from where u get the free bag.
                                Please reply me asap why this is happening.

                                  Bought a sweet pack, which was of buy one get one, but charged for both. We asked about the offer to the staff before billing in counter itself. The offer was for lal sweets, and they they will charge for the high priced sweet pack. On asking about this to customer care not responded properly. Instead he was blaming us. That was not on our side. It was the responsibility of the staff who was working there. If they don't know regarding the products, offers, why they are working there. So many people have been cheated by this.

                                    If you receive this complain then let me know i will explain issue with bill proof. How manager at hinjwadi store is cheating and about his behavior. Even he doesn't know about process of big bazaar seems he is illiterate because he doesn't know maths calculation even after explanation.
                                    And he is not even ready to exchange gehu flour. I can show the proof if i get response from this complain.

                                      Today, when i purchased stuff from big bazaar, the sales guy charged inr 10 for the carry which has the branding of big bazaar and fbb. I asked their sales executive akshay kumar that as per the government norms, you cannot charge for the carry bags which has brand promotion. He said you can speak to my boss kishore biyani and even you can file complain but government will not interfere in this matter.
                                      Does government is really helpless in this matter??... If so, probably they should remove this norms if they have no authorization over such so called brands.

                                      Offer as per display is 50% for sunkist all ptoducts but biller said 32%. Happend at bigbazar malleswarsm. No one to attend us properly. We r waiting for mlre than 20 mins at billing counter and again askin to wait? What t **** is happening?
