I am ishuita from lucknow this is to inform u that i have been a regular customer of big bazar and such kind of pathetic and helpless attitude of your staff in customer service desk named Mr. pankaj at big bazar bhootnath centre he just continued to shout at me for again going down from the 3rd floor to ground floor inspite i was having a problem in my legs and was arguing like an ### if my issue is not resolved i will surely go to higher authority i want strict actions to be taken

    It is really appreciable, the quality that you guys at big bazaar maintain. Yet at the same time i find it really unsettling and upsetting that you guys cost 20 bucks for the cloth carry bags.

    Just like in other countries i think you should also give the carry bags for free. The reason being by doing so a large number of people who visit your stores across the country, daily, would take those home and would in turn contribute to the environment at a much larger scale. I just wanted you to be the first one here to do so and believe me it is indeed a big and daring decision to for once keep ones profits aside and think and work for a better and greener future.

      I bought 1.75kg of 'rice idli loose', the printed price on the product is rs.63, but in bill they printed rs.171. Such a huge difference cannot be a mistake... This happened to me 2nd time... Once there was difference of rs 12, and now the difference is rs.108. This is a huge difference. When i inquired about this with my friends, even they have faced the same problem.
      I request a refund and a strict action against such activities. I am big bazaar's regular costumer since a long time.

        4th time unlucky
        1st visit to pondy bazar chennai outlet less billing counters so had to make noise and get a counter opened and then fight for change
        2nd 3 rd visits less billing counters so had to leave the trolley and buy else where
        Today same story
        Between 4.30 pm and 5pm visited pondy bazar outlet bought 2 soaps beetroot sugar and waited endlessly at cash counter as only 2 billing counters were open
        All had 3 customers i was the 4th
        Due to your various cash back and priority card schemes lot of time was being taken.
        The lines began to swell.
        No extra counter was opened.
        I asked one o[censored] r staff standing near the juice counter he cooly said he doesn't work there and joking with sales girls how he fooled me
        Ditto u r customer help desk
        Since i asked in english why more counters r not opened for billing
        He joked with his companion in tamil that if people want to buy
        They should learn to stand in line.
        Needless to say i didn't purchase anything.
        Walked down to more and got my things unless than 10 minutes
        I fervently hope that your pondy bazar loses maximum customers.
        Your staff should know that customer is the most important cog in the retail chain.
        I have visited the shop at 10.45 first time
        2.10 second time 3.30 the third time and 4.45 pm today.
        Always only 2 billing counters r open
        I assure you there is not going to be a fourth time.

          Your staff did not not removed.. Security tags on my kids r shirts..2 pieces.. I am not able to came to your store again. So arrange. Your store managers and staffs behaviour is very bad. Poor services. Requested many times to sort my issue of removing tags from clothes lying at my home. No response. A bad experience. I missed attendind a function because of it and had a great harrasement.

            Hi,
            I ordered shirt from brandfactory in the month of august 2019 and the item is not delivered until now. I called more than 15 times to customer care and 15+ times contacted though email. Every time in phone they promise to solve the issue by friday and it is not. There is no reply to most of emails sent and for few emails the response is templated saying "we forwarded request to concerned depart, it will be resolved soon".
            On october 13th the item state changed to "cancelled", but refund is not given until now. There is absolutely no use calling customer care, i contacted with senior executives and supervisors as well, they also giving some time and dated but there is no resolution untill now.

              Bigg bazar people on many products tell futurepay cashback but in actualy most of them wont be eligible for any offer..
              Sales Manager named Prakash ([protected]) in bigg bazar mandya branch had put dipavali cashback offer.
              While purchasing they showed many offers
              After purchasing when we went to ask about cashback he says offer wasn't when we purchased.. this has happened with couple of people purchased on 16/10/2019 in mandya bigg bazar.
              Such fraud manager to be taken care by bigg bazar heads. Legal action to be taken on them for misguiding customers for the sake of their sales target

              But big bazar charged me for such a poor quality bag of Rs.19/-

              I informed him that he can not charge for the bag but they didn't bother.

              And told me that do whatever you want.

                I entered the store and the metal detector s was silent. Then me and my friend bought few items and billing was done.
                But while leaving the outlet the detector started making sounds. The gaurd stopped me and started searching. I was taken to a room.

                I realised that the tshirt i was wearing which i bought from brandfactory contained a tag "cut here" which i never paid attention to.

                They said that the tshirt is from their outlet the gaurd even pressurised me to admit that i had stolen the shirt. I asked them to check the item but non of the official regarding the concerned matter was present.

                I had to wait for a long time. At last a person came and when her scanned the barcode there was empty stock of the tshirt i was wearing.
                I felt humiliated infront of people and even traumatized for a certain moment.

                So the thing is, if both the detector s would have been same then such a problem would have never arised. And also the official s should be very careful and sensitive in such situation s. I still am facing anxiety attacks and sleep disorders due to this incident.

                    I had shopped in bigbazaar on 2nd october 2019 for ₹823/-. While making payment error occured in the billing tab but my account got debited and bill was not generated so they said that to make payment again and the payment which was debited will be reversed with in 7 days.
                    Its almost 40 days and no refund.
                    Please take action as soon as possible to return my money back.

                      Dear sir, i had purchased future group membership ie fbb card number is [protected], when i was residing in faridabad, and was using it regularly. During the tenure i got my card topped up with inr 10000, on which i was told that i will get 12000 in return whenever i do purchase in future group outlets. I got transfered to ambala, since there was no close bigbazar near my residence i started using easy day club services, and fbb card not getting used. Now i had shifted to nainital and last month i visited haldwani, big bazaar which is the nearest big bazaar outlet keeping in mind that i will be able to use my fbb card, issued by future group. I did purchased my house hold items and when it came to payment i resented my card the redeem. I was told that my card is expired and i cannot use the same. To which i requested them to renew m card, on which they said it cannot be renewed. I checked for my balance in my card and was told that i have 8295/ as balance. On which i asked them to return my money back. I was told that i will be refunded for 6295/ only and 2000 which was offered to you will not be given back to you and you have to come physically with documents, cancelled cheques and card, that they will process my case. I told them its difficult for me to come to haldwani to get this done, cannot this be done online, in this era, when everything is digitalis ed and centralised it should have been done. I was told that they will not be able to refund my full money. I raised this issue with customer care on 12th aug and still there is no proper response from them for my refund. If benefits issued are not offered, than why dont they pay the interest on the amount which was lying in their account and why no reminder was given to customer for his renewal of product and explaining him the terms and conditions. The invoice num is [protected] dated 11/8/19. Amount of which was 3868.83/. I here by request you to please have a look and offer assistance which you feel is right from customers point of view, i am sure its not only me there are many customers like myself, who must be facing this issue. And we are having no choice rather than accepting future groups weird terms n conditions.

                        This is to bring to your notice misbehaviour by agents at exit counter who were collecting cash for parking. As we all know, there can be cases when someone might not be carrying cash, the entire country is going cashless and digital india is trying to pick up, here at central mall bellandur, we are following age old tradition of collecting cash at counter. And if in case, one forgets the same, they are ill treated by your staff and then finally they provide you a paytm number. So, if at all you have such facility, what effort does it take to out a paytm scanner at the exit booth?
                        And if you are unable to achieve it, kindly train your guys to be atleast courteous and helpful, and not ill treat the customers. Such behaviour is totally shameful.

                        Carry bags are not available at your stores. After asking for one staff behaviour is rude n unsatisfying. Parking, which is also compulsory for every building is paid of 30/- . Such a big brand n so many loops n no one to listen. What a shame!!!

                          Called [protected] and made a Complaint to Mr.Lucky from Ahmedabad...asked for complaint number... not given... Was informed that complaint number would be sent by sms on my number... not received.staff lies.
                          The customer returned a product on 10/05/19 at home town Vadodara central, validity of credit note was mentioned for 180 days...which is counted upto 10/11/19.
                          When customer went to use the credit note...the staff immediately informed, without a blink, that it must be expired as there are 30/31 days in a month...so you have to count 31st also.
                          A common man would not note that.
                          And the staff was so sure about it...it felt that such cases must have happened earlier also.
                          The customer felt like being CHEATED.

                          Why is the date of expiry not mentioned on the credit note... when everything is completely computerized????

                          Looks like done purposely.

                          Staff did not inform while giving the credit note.

                          Customer care staff was useless.

                          Sir, there was an offer on Big Bazaar that if we pay through Paytm then we will get a discount of 10% and the discounted money will be added on Paytm within 72 hours, but it's been 5 days that the discounted money is not refunded in my Paytm wallet ...                             I had made profit club card of big bajar 2 months back in muzaffarpur bihar. While making card i was assured that no parking charge would be levied as being profit club card member. Today when i visited and purchased grocessary of 1209 i was not given waiver of parking charge stating that limit has increased to 2500 rs purchase which is complete fraud by big bajar promise which they made during making profit club card

                              Purchased from Diamond Plaza Big Bazar, Kolkata. Price listed Rs 85 each. For 2 packs price should be rs 170. But I was charged rs 180. If so, there should be rs 10 payback points. But I got only rs 5.5.

                              This payback option is worthless. Please stop it.

                                I bought a safari bag at bigbazzar saligramam chennai shop which got defected within 3 months then i complaint the same to the safari customer care. They responded with mail saying me to take the defected bag to the venue of purchase and replacement will be done there. Today i went to bb, there they called the safari sales person, he came and he didn't even see the mail properly, asking us to go to service center which is far from my place and give the bag. We said it is mentioned in the mail to give it in the venue of purchase but you are asking us to go to service center which is far for which he called his manager through phone and gave to me his attitude was too worst, he was speaking like the mistake is on our side and commanding us, none from the bigbazzar staff came to solve the issue they just called the safari sales person and said us to deal with him. Now i am going to file an case and face them legally

                                I have purchased American tourister trolly in July 2019 from big bazar center V3S Malli delhi, and it has been damaged in October 2019 so they are not accepting. They are telling some other stories.
                                I am surprised why it happening like, I have trust in big bazar but they are doing which is not relevant.

                                  In recent week i gifted my friend a gift voucher of fbb and he went to fbb nucleus mall. After purchase he handed them the voucher and they checked it and said that it is invalid and they insulted him and family infront of other customers. They treated them like fraud. The next day he handed me the voucher and i went to the place where the voucher is bought at palarivattom after talking with the sm he interacted with customer care and told me that it is the fault of the fbb at nucleus mall the voucher is already redeemed there. So i talked again with the sm and i demanded a refund. They agreed me to give refund nxt day. When i went there nxt day again they waited me there about 3 hour. First they told me they will give another voucher so i can purchase from fbb but i refused that and demanded the refund and finally they gived refund but after several hours of waiting. The problem was simple a technical error but the employee of fbb nucleus mall was so arrogant and rude. Their behaviour to customers is very bad. Plz think twice before buy gift voucher from there or else you will get ashamed infront of others.

                                  I am from rourkela. I visit big bazaar regularly. Here management is very poor. There is 5 counter but only 1 counter is opened for service..and they are so rude to customers. One person does billing and packaging at same time. How could we come to such place?

                                    I ordered 'sony wireless behind-neck in ear headphone with bose wireless earbuds' on 27rd october, 2019;4:31pm.
                                    I received a damaged jbl tempo on-ear headphone on 1st november, 2019.
                                    I was going through social media sites and i discovered an advertisement of the product on facebook. I thought of buying it and then ordered it. It is a very serious matter that the consumers are cheated like this. Consumer order anything and receive completely different damaged product. I think some strict actions should be taken against the company. The company should be banned from selling products. I hope through this complaint my problem will be solved, the product will be accepted back by the company and company will learn a lesson.

                                      My name is akansha parekh i visited your vasai west outlet of big bazaar on 9 sep 2019, there was a offer that if you do shopping of 3000 u will get 100 percent cash back which will be credited on 1 st of every month in your future pay wallet till the next 10 months but the cash back has not been credited in my future pay wallet, so i called the customer service team and spoke with an arrogant guy named deepen sharma i told him about the offer so he is telling go the big bazaar outlet and complain because the offer is from that specific outlet, so i told him that he will have to take my complaint as he is bound to do that, he is telling that he works for pan india and cant take this complaint so why have u guys opened customer care i[censored] dont want to serve your customers properly.
