[Resolved] Big Bazaar / Futurebazaar / Future Retail / Hometown — overcharged and cheated | |||
I have puchased some spices (Masala) offering buy 1 get1 such as gh redchilli pw 100g -02 no. Gh turmeric sp 100g-02 no. at bigbazar sealdah commercial complex, kol-14 on 13/01/19 but charges are deducted for redchilli not termeric (I. E. Higher chargrs). Similarly offer for gram masala was buy 2 and get 1 but no offer given to me and charges are deducted for three packets of gh spice super 50g. I complained to customer desk but he was misleading me and his behavior was not proper and not attended. He also not given complained book to me. I request, pl. On 9/1/19 i went to big bazaar and bought 10kg wheat flour but in billing they typed it 20kg and and added double amount to the total . Instead of 530rupees i had to pay 1030.Memo no. 0435175.
