10. Reminded personally on: 26/12/18 interacting with Mr Senapti, the store head of Big Bazaar, Puri, who expressed his helplessness in the matter and advised me to wait with patience. He advised me to come after a few minutes by which time he would sort out the issue, but to my great dissatisfaction, he was neither in the office room for half an hour or so afterwards and, even, did not attend to my five phone calls. But, once I finally met him for the second time, he told me that he had talked to the appropriate authority in the matter. But the fact remains that I am still to have the elusive grinder.
11. I rang the Koryo service centre twice today at 12.14PM and12.34PM, but no response came from anybody and position could not be known because of their failure to attend to my call

Please attend to my problem as quickly as possible and restore confidence in me in your service and Koryo products. Incidentally, I have not gone for the recent customer initiative of 1000 benefit on purchase of 4000 due to the shaking confidence factor.

    Sir,

    On 25.12.2018 around 12.30pm i went to big bazaar located in express avenue.

    I bought one minute maid pulpy mosambi juice 400 ml and diary milk chocolate.

    I have paid the bill rupees 55.

    Later i checked the bill i was shocked to note that minute maid 400ml charged as rs.35 in the bill while the bottle itself showing mrp as rs.32/- only.

    Kindly check my complaint and do the needful.

      On the last saturday, i visited big bazaar shopping mall at jalandhar along with my son. It was evening time, past 6:30, so the mall was not crowded. I noticed an unusual hustling of 125 strong crowd of sales personnel all about the mall. We browsed through various sections and chose a number of articles including apparels and went to the cash counter for billing. Trouble arose over a pair of trousers which we picked up from the section marked with a plank of flat 50% off. We asked the sales girls moving around and one of them said that it was priced at 50% on mrp. At the sale counter we had to wait for over 20 minutes to confirm the final price which was denied to use on the pretext that it was wrongly displayed and there was an error on the part of stock displaying team. I raised the objection and called the manager who apologised but failed to convince us why this had occurred obviously, the team was not well trained, well framed and well informed about all aspects. Really it is a sad state of affairs especially corporate affairs.

        Visited the area and they are saying that we have stolen the t shirts and are trying to steal. And they are not even cooprating. They are trying to steal a article themself which they could not do and in the end used that barcode to blame us. The staff here is trying to blame us on the article which they used to steal themself and now they are blaming us.

          Worst shopping experience ever! Big bazaar must teach their security staff on how to behave with their customers. They just can't talk whatever they want and behave bad with the customer when fault is on their side. Better have some mannered securities and teach the bling staffs on cutting the tag before handing over to customers. Such an irritating security staffs in arcot road bigg bazaar... Better change the security.. N assign some well mannerd securities... Worst big bazaar

            I bought amul rasmalai on date 22/12/2018 from big bazaar baddi himachal pradesh having date of packing 15 october 2018 and expire date 2 to 3 days than why big bazaar still kept it in stock.
            I realize the mistake when i taste it. Its just ridiculous. Please do the needfull and refund my hard earned money as soon as possible. And take necessary action.

              Dear sir,

              I have purchased clothes from big baazar gorakhpur.
              They have not provided the discount of 10% which is automatically deducted or refunded.
              At the time they had said that there is some issue but not aware of the exact issue.
              Also they have taken any initiative to write complaint to sbi for the same and get the discount amt reversed to me after some time.

              Have you questioned sbi for plan b if the machine is down.
              And such a big store was having 8-9 counters but only 1 machine?
              I am surprised.

              Request to look oito it and revert.

                I am complaining about the unsatisfactory service provided for furniture delivery of hometown store @homeland mall

                The delivery was scheduled on 21st dec, no one appeared, neither called when we reached out to the customer care they said that our ph number was not reachable thus the delivery person has rescheduled the delivery to 22nd!
                There was no call received in the primary or the alternate number.
                We asked for the delivery contacts the customer care representative told us to contact at 10 am on 22nd.

                We called at 10 am on 22nd the customer care person was confused they did not have details of when the delivery would occur told us to call at 12, we called at 12pm and asked for delivery poc, they told they cannot provide!

                Now this is height of harassment, we bought furniture, was ready to accept it on day of delivery no one appeared, next day no one contacting we are following up proactively it does not make sense, we have made the full payment now it should not be our headache to get the product it should be the responsibility of the store to get the product deliver but the store-man says we are only co-ordinator!

                Utterly disappointed, we cannot wait whole day for the delivery person to come!

                Need the delivery and the fitting issues top be resolved asap

                I have written to [protected]@hometown.in but no response, customer care is insensitive don't understand why it is open they are of no help

                Today at big bazaar exhibition road patna had A bad experience at the top floor. There was rush out on the floor but only two counters were open till 1 pm. Again the rude behaviour of exit guard . I asked for home delivery but the girl who was not balanced patience . Not going to come again. Thanks

                  Consider this mail as grievances against big bazaar outlet located at eva mall, manjalpur - vadodara (Gujarat) where a gift coupon of rs 2500 issued by my office as gift coupon was not accepted at said outlet assuming the technical error with card.
                  Please note that after hour spending in big bazaar for selecting required grocery items, gift coupon was not working at counter - wasting our valuable time.

                  People of big bazaar handling the issue was also very reluctant and didn't make any extra efforts to resolve the issue. He said that mail will be sent and will inform you when the issue is resolved. It has been more than 3/4 days and when asked about the status on telephone said very casually that ' jab hoga tab bata denge'.

                  You are requested to look into the matter and try to resolve the issue asap. We are regular customer of big bazaar and expect the early response from you.

                      Im designated as manager in uco bank yesterday i went to purchase skybag backpack and other household products in which i paid rs 2500 for the bag and around rs 1100 im a regular user of big bazaar product... We arenalso associated with future group future generali g. I. C tie up with our bank but the kind of vehaviour shown at the skybag counter of big bazaar esplanade staff really disrespected me and i was misbehaved as a customer and the staff disguised a 3rd person as a store manager when i asked to cal the store manager which i realised today that wasnt a store manager when i got to knew today from the phone call from the store manager after i gave a disasatisfied feed back.. I just dont want anyone of your staff to get disciplinary action but at the same time want good customer and big bazaar staff and please make sure that such a thing doesnt happen to anyone.

                        Harrased of wrong billing.

                        For details refer to attached bill... and look after the units consumed for last month and earlier...
                        Too much difference, how this is possible???? before it was upto 225MD and suddenly went to 540MD...
                        Even d metre is defective and we gave several complaints to change d metre but that also not done and on instead of changng the metre they are sending the wrong bill.

                          I have shopped today 16 dec at big bazaar koramangala branch and not good with below.

                          1. Samsung pay is not at all working on any of the billing counter @ koramangala, but still they have samsung pay machine.
                          2. Offer on fashion minimum purchase of 1250 with 250 cash back denied due to technical issue
                          3. Product given for billing not billed and noticed after reaching home.
                          4. Person in billing counter or customer manger his name is manish not at all customer friendly. When i reported both issues and telling it's their fault but no solution provided.

                            In bibbazaar bannerghatta road, meenakshi mall, loose wheat is mixed with rice and i see lot if other loose pulses mixed with other ones. There are no price/discount information for most of the products.
                            Staff didn't care me even after complaining about the issue. As i am a regular customer for bigbazaar i don't want to see this other time.
                            Completely disappointed with the maintenance today.

                              I just bought rice cooker from big bazaar and got spoiled within three days and when i ask for exchange they said they can't exchange. Whats the use of buying electronic goods from big bazaar if things will get spoiled within 3 days not lasting even for one month. My first visit from big bazaar is such a disappointment atleast we bought from them it should be their duties to send the spoiled product to the company service centre.
                              Very disappointed i won't buy any products anymore from big bazaar its just a hoax advertisement by saying that goods are good and upto mark and given their assurance about the product. Such a waste a big thumps down to big bazaar i would recommend others not to buy stuff from this shop.

                                This is regarding issue related to successful transaction in future wallet where the amount got deducted from my bank account but yet i couldn't get the money for successful transfer in the future wallet.

                                1. On 02nd december i made 02 transaction of rs.1500 +1500 via google pay upi but somehow the google pay wallet website showed successful transaction.

                                The future group is a big cheater they take money and dont refund back the money.

                                Kindly refund my money back as it is more than 11 days.

                                  I would like to bring it to your notice that the carry bags you are providing after the plastic ban in mumbai is pathetic.

                                  Firstly it is very costly. ₹15 per piece.
                                  Second it's very small
                                  Third - it's quality is very cheap. Obviously i am carrying some groceries which might be heavy. The bag couldn't even hold less than 5 kgs. It's handle came off.

                                  There is no branding on the bag so unable to determine the authenticity.

                                  You really need to improve the quality of the carry bags or find an alternative. ₹15 is too much for a cheap ₹2 bag.

                                    Purchased mamy poko diapers from big bazar malleswaram branch bangalore on 08-12-18, my invoice number 1: [protected]/ invoice no 2: [protected],, actually their was a offer of getting 120rs cashback in future pay wallet on purchase of 1pcs of mamy poko pant, i purchased 8pcs of mamy poko pants (4pc of l size and 4pc of m size) but i received cashback for only 4pc 480rs only, i didn't received cashback of 120rs*4pc=480rs, so i request you to credit my balance 480rs cashback for my purchase as soon as possible,, for your reference i have attested bill copy of my purchased items. Pls check and solve my problem.

                                      I have purchased 1kg fresh pure ghee day before yesterday from the big bazaar, the executives there praised the store like anything bluffing that it is very different and so! I am a patient and am adviced to intake ghee every day! On consulting the head executive over there, they confirmed me that it is pure! But to my surprise when i melted it to transfer it into a container, it changed its color and is tasteless!! Are you fooling the customers?? I am a patient! Is big bazaar responsible if anything happens to me?

                                        I purchased whole lot of cloths and accessories yesterday dated 8.12.16 at big bazaar dhanbad. The employee packed bags and tagged it. I asked whether everything was properly packed they said everything is fine. We checked after returning and found one leather belt and two packs of kankies not put in the bag. Employee at the counter cheated us. Name of employee mentioned in invoice is sohan prasad mahato. Ch: 186089. Tax invoice number-[protected].

                                        Sir, I have paid msed mahavitran electric bill of rs 1920.with order no [protected].i am not intrsted for insurance policy. Kindly cancel the home burglary insurance of rs 149/-.added by default. It is ticked automatically in check box. I request to refund rs 149 into my bank account
