The parking fees at big bazzar baddi is not fixed & the behavior not good. There are no charges for parking at maximum malls. So many customers are moving towards local market due parking fees & rude behavior of parking contractor. The bike parked out of campuss of bigbazzer was forcefully shifted inside gate. Charged rs 100 & misbehaved &wrong wordings. He misbehaved with many others due to having local power

    I went to purchase the diary milk silk chocolate as there was a 50% cash back offer in future pay on 14.2.19. I got the notification around 4pm and rushed to nearest bigbazar at around 5pm. ( Big bazar esplanade, Kolkata outlet).
    They said that the item is out of stock and forced me to buy other items.
    Also the customer care help desk did not verified about stock.
    I need a detail about total stock received of diary milk silk plus opening stock on 14.2.19 and the time sale of last item.

    I m of the opinion that the store is purposely suppressing the stock so that customers are forced to buy other items.

I bought a one ezee press (Iron) and same press foluted, i am told that your product foulted so they told no issue same has check and give a best solution but till same completly 10 month complete but no solution also when every time vist give a sweet toffy (Goli) no solution. And get please give a some time i call you contact with in one or two days but still no call and no solution.

        I am a senior citizen aged 65 years and a regular customer of big bazaar from the time it started. On 10/02/2019 i had come there with my wife dr radhika thampi. I was badly humiliated at the exit by your security to cover up the mistake of the counter girl by labeling me as a thief.
        I had purchased some provision items which was paid as per the bill at counter no:5. As usual after billing, items were kept at the other end of countertop, which i again put in the empty trolley after paying the bill. I did not check the bill at that time. At the exit i handed the bill to security. He arrogantly pushed the trolley back to the counter without informing me anything and told me to follow him in a rough manner. He then told the counter clerk that one item a packet of big onion (Savala) had not been billed. It was only when he informed the counter girl that i came to know of this. She said sternely that the item had not gone through the counter but she will bill it immediately, but the security said this cannot be left like that, in malayalam he said “ithu anganae vidaan pattoola” and reported the matter to higher officials. After sometime another security person came and the counter girl repeated her stand. All this time i was made to stand there with my wife like a thief caught red handed and all other customers watching the show.
        I am a profit club member card and big bazaar pay back card. I have been making a purchase of not less than rs.25000/every year. The security employee and the billing clerk were behaving as if they had caught a thief redhanded.
        I was put through all this humiliation merely due to the over enthusiasm of the security who did not even bother to check the details or inform me of the error in the bill and the counter girl’s adamant nature to admit her mistake. They evidently seemed unaware of the humiliation and the subsequent mental trauma their behavior had inflicted on us. The mental trauma i had gone through cannot be explained in words.
        Nothing can ever compensate for the humiliation and shame i had experienced during that time. But i want to find out what has happened. For that i request you to take the following steps.
        I want to view the cctv visuals to make sure that this was not a preplanned drama to glorify the security guard.
        The security staff and the billing clerk should apologize in person and management should apologize to me in writing. I expect a reply immediately.
        I request you to cancel my profitcard and refund the balance by cheque.
        If you are not taking any action i will be forced to take legal remedy.

          This complaint was sent to [protected]@hometown.in 3 Feb and before that from 7 January i am continuously calling and asking for status.

          Recently I have purchased full hydraulic Queen size bed with mattress. I have purchased this from hometown near garvare college Pune.

          While purchase, Store was having same bed but half hydraulic with screw fitted base and agent committed that I will get same type of bed with full hydraulic but when I received the bed the base flap of the bed was moving and coming outside the bed as it was not screw fitted and base fitting was not appropriate as the base was movable so it was not completing the expected storage benefits.

          I had raised multiple (5) complaints regarding this issue but customer care and store were unable to resolve this issue. Last four complaint was closed directly without my acknowledgement. I got to know that complaint was closed through sms and then I had call customer care for getting the reason of complaint closing and even worst was your complaint response which was closed as there is no issue.

          Yesterday I visited the store and explained everything to all the senior staff available in the store and service department head told me that issue cannot be fixed as this is as company design which was never conveyed to me.

          Store manager told to select different bed and after selection of bed I was ask to pay additional 7000 rupees as a difference amount which I am not comfortable to pay.

          I am requesting you to look into this issue on priority basis and provide a refund or other selected without paying any additional difference.

          Looking for your call at the earliest as it been 25 to 30 days I have not received any proper response from customer care and store team.

          Current status: I endup paying extra 5000 rs for another bed which i am not happy with.

            The coordinators misbehaving with the customers and passing comments like so unprofessional and charging more than market price at the time of billing which as a result we have to go again and again to correct the bills. Not removing previous price tags (Offer price tags in the food bazaar), hence confusing the customers about the actual big bazaar price.

                I purchased a pack of imported mangosteen for 499/- on 9/2/2019 18:16 from bigbazar marathahalli-kundanahalli bangalore.. After coming home we cut opened the fruits, fruits were spoiled.

                I raised a complaint immediately. Store manager is asking me to bring the fruits to shop and disconnected the call not allowing me to tell any much.
                How can they play with customers time and money.

                I would like to provide big bazar to provide resolution and take action against impolite behaviour of store manager.

                Printed price on packet is 105 and billed price taken 115. This is second time that price have been charged higher. First time I thought it might be technical glitch.But same has been repeated.This is purely cheating by Big Bazaar.

                  I am sick of writing and complaining everywhere about the fraud done by hometown and no solution provided. I am sharing the email i wrote to them on 3rd November 2018. I purchased a modular kitchen from hometown pune on 10-15 August 2018, order number: [protected]

                  The quality of product for this 3.5 lakh kitchen is pathetic and poor.

                  Sanjiv Gogoi and his designer Nopur messed up and did a fraudulent promise of delivering a 3.5 lakh worth kitchen which shouldn’t have been even 1, 00000. i want hometown leadership team to forma committe and review the quality of kitchen delivered and either charge correctly or return the entire product.

                  please find my review for the recent modular kitchen purchase.

                  I am someone who appreciates people and never let them down professionally and personally, but I am writing this review with lot of bitter and bad experiences from hometown people. I will ensure all of this also goes to consumer court:

                  Hometown might be a GREAT PLACE for small goods but certainly not for a modular kitchen.

                  Me and my family has never been HARRASSED as we have been for purchasing a 3.5 lakh worth modular kitchen from this hopeless place. What is shown and what is delivered are two different things. Absolutely naive and stupid designer who doesnot knows the basics of designing. Please ensure that you don't get your kitchen designed by the lady called Nutan or you will yourself end up writing a review like myself.

                  TIME LINES FOR THE INDUSTRY MADE SO CALLED MODULAR KUTCHEN:
                  1st August: I purchased the kitchen on 1st August with a commitment of delivery by the store manager and the designer on 25th September, and we had told that they will be working on deadlines as my father has retired and we will move by 1st of October.

                  TILL YESTERDAY, I DIDN'T RECEIVE THE RECIPT OF THE PAYMENT I MADE NEARLY THREE MONTHS AGO.

                  Somewhere around 20th September when we followed up for the kitchen 3d design and reciept: I was notified that the kitchen will be delivered by 5th October.

                  5th October : I followed up for the status, they told due to some error from designer the delivery will be on 15th October.

                  I was not happy and called Nutan, the designer and got absolutely rough and irresponsibile replies from her, she said in hindi "choti so galti hui hai merit taraf se is liye delay hai aap mujhe kyu bolt rahi hai" I was shocked, she is responsible and accountable for the kitchen and that's how she spoke with me. She didn't share the designs with us on time, she took all the payment from us before time and whenever I used to call her for follow ups she would not receive the call.

                  This is when I got a bit worried as my parents had to leave the defence service quarters by end of the month.

                  12th October : I called the store and they said the item has not left warehouse and would reach by 16th October. I became absolutely worried that they are not taking this project seriously and simply delaying. I told them sternly that they have to deliver and assemble before 18.

                  On 17th October : store manager notifies that item will be delivered by 19th. THIS IS WHEN I ABSOLUTELY LOST MY NERVES AS WE HAD TO DO GRIHAPRAVESH ON DUSSERA, 18TH OCTOBER. AFTER CALLING LIKE A MAD PERSON CONSTANTLY AND PRESSURISING THE STORE MANAGER AND THE INTERIOR DESIGNER (SOMEONE WHO WAS NOT ALL RESPONSIBLE FOR THE KITCHEN) FOLLOWED UP with the delivery man.

                  After 1000s of escalations and follow ups, I got to know the product (unassembled kitchen) will be delivered. We received the products at 2.30 PM, BUT AGAIN NO ONE TO ASSEMBLE IT. Finally the technician showed up at around 6 pm on 17th, we told him he has to complete the work no matter how much time it takes as we have to do the housewarming on DUSSERA. He was very cooperative and was working on the assembly, however some important screws were not delivered by the supervisor Chandra Kanta and he left the site after a heated discussion. Again the technician wasn't able to complete the kitchen as there were several flaws with the kitchen and he had to stop the work at 2 am in the morning as the stupid designer designed a wrong kitchen.

                  There are so many flaws in the kitchen even though the technician tried fixing. The glass assembly wasn't done and we had to do several follow ups with our interior designer (as the kitchen designer was a dumb lady who must have got her degree by fraud or cheating) and the store manager.

                  Major pitfalls of hometown modular kitchen staff:
                  -What frustrated us the most was that we paid upfront for the kitchen and we were only following up for the work to be done, where as this should have been the responsibility of the responsible employees.
                  -The Unprofessional behaviour of the designer. She was so unprofessional that we visited the store and she was shamelessly chit-chatting with fellow colleagues and she had our kitchen design open on her screen and she must be telling them about how royally she ### up (absolute apologies for using this language, I have never used such words for anyone but sadly I am for this review) our kitchen. She didn't even have the courtesy to apologise.
                  - The mental stress and agony we had to go through as a family for our first dream home.
                  - Even today, work is pending for the height adjustment for the big cabinets
                  - Due to multiple handling of the product, the finishing is poor on various places

                  I will share photos for the same in my next email for your reference.

                  Nutan messed up my first kitchen ever, I will ensure that this review is seen by the consumer court team and some serious action for all responsible people is taken.

                      I am a regular customer of yours, i like big bazaar, as it is one place which fulfills all family need.
                      Every month i purchase approx 6500 to 7500.
                      But today your system hearted me a lot,
                      Today i visited your shop and did all the shopping, kindly refer my bill challah no 695488.
                      I stayed in queue for billing, i was in queue for more than 30 minutes but no issue as i know, sunday little rush will be there.
                      Approx after 30 minutes i reached near your counter, and just before me one customer was standing in queue who was well known to your counter employee, as they were talking about there family matter, same customer called another person from back side, i objected the same, even all the customer standing behind me objected, but he informed me we are one family.
                      But actually it was not, we complained to your counter and said if they are together then issue only one bill.
                      But your counter did not listen us and issued separate bill.
                      It feels we are value less and your shop has no discipline.
                      I also visited your helpdesk and ask them for complain book, but they given me your feedback and suggestion book, and said it is your complain book, i surprised such a big store do not maintain complain book.

                        At billing counter jagdheeshan was very rude and had a very unfriendly behaviour. He was encouraging people to enter in q random while i was carrying my little infant and standing in line for very long. Upon asking him not to do so he infact encourage the people getting in line by taking them first. He even told me go ahead and complain nobody can touch me he said.

                          I have purchased items from big bazar & asked for home delivery on 24/01/19. Today is 03/02/19 & still i haven't rec'd my product...
                          Store no-2506 @ avani mall
                          Because of their negligence i didn't able to give the item to the concern person n today he died.
                          If this kind if service is given by big bazar, i would request you to close the store immediately as we don't get any facility from that store n the staff are very slow, specially home delivery section.

                                On 26 jan 2019, i purchased grocery from big bazaar and some of the cashier employees were billing through a mobile phone for the customers with limited products. So i went to these cashiers with my colleague and split the products into 3 parts to avoid the waiting time of long queue. The bill amount was

                                1039.78, 1066.30 and 444.00 and the deducted amount was 1058.19, 1085.17 and 451.86

                                I raise this concern to my bank but they replied to confirm this from the merchant.

                                  I have purchased Grocery on Saturday 26th Jan 2019 from Big Bazaar, IT Park, Nagpur and have opted for Home delivery. Challan number is: 673509 and store number is 2971.

                                  I was told that my order will be delivered by Sun 27th Jan, but till today i.e on 29th Jan, i haven't received my Groceries.

                                  I have registered the complaint on the Big Bazaar helpline no:[protected] and was given service No as: BB[protected], which was closed without addressing my issue.

                                  I have called again and was provided another service no: BB[protected] and once again it was closed with addressing the issue.

                                  I have even visited the store twice and the employees are so rude and are not available to provide any help.

                                    This is regarding issue related to successful transaction in future wallet where the amount got deducted from my bank account but yet i couldn't get the money for successful transfer in the future wallet.

                                    1. On 02nd december i made 02 transaction of rs.1500 +1500 via google pay upi but somehow the google pay wallet website showed successful transaction.

                                    Please find the attached screenshot mail from Icici bank regrading the successful transaction in future pay wallet.
                                    But future pay has not credited the amount either in my wallet or in my bank account.

                                    Request you to kindly forward us the future pay wallet Bank statement, as an attachment, which reflects the complete account number along with the transactions of the beneficiary.

                                    Its been around 2 months and still waiting for my money to be credited in account or wallet.

                                        On dated 26/01/19 i purchased a clean mate disinfectant solution with billing amount of 320 however there is an offer of buy one get one free after getting confirmation from concern executive i take one bottle of floor cleaner of 2 ltrs. But the bill i given was 320. Moreover neither they gave me 1 bottle free or deduct the amount of 1 bottle. After communicating with customer care the # fellow is telling me that come with bill we will search in camera and further steps shall be taken.
                                        I came to vizag for 2 days and returned back to native which is 200 km from vizag.
