Company float a message on my mobile no.[protected] that take koryo uhd 55" led smart tv in 12 month emi rs.3333.00
But when i visited to your kanpur z square big bazaar outlet than your company employee totally refused that this scheme not applicable for this retail outlet and here scheme will provide you only for 5 month.
And also he was saying that this scheme applicable in lucknow.
So i want know that if this scheme is applicable in lucknow than why company floating this scheme all over india
Company making fool to the public as your employee expressing his views.
Why is it so?
Because now bug bazaar become a big brand now a days...
So pls this is request to the company that don't fool to the innocent public bcos you r here just bcos of public support.

We have 400gm but not 900gm packet... Then why its added to our bill. If your chashire don't know exact deals then he she can refer with other.

      This incident happened at jorhat big bazar outlet. We were billing at the counter and it so happened that the surf excel 6 kg bag was torn om the side. There was no one at the counter who could get it exchanged. She went all the way back to get it changed and there wasn't any salesperson to lift up the heavy packet and put it on the trolley. She's been suffering from back problem since 20 years now and this is the service you claim to give? While i was holding the line at bill desk and asking about the payback option to the bill desk person she told me that there was no one she could reach out for and there is poor management of personnel out there. The bill desk person gitashri dutta started showing tantrums and behaved in an unruly manner, telling we are abusing her. To our utter shock we complained the manager. The manager understood the situation and said sorry on her behalf but the girl won't budge. I asked her whether the number was printed on the bill for cashback she spoke back, 'haan aur kya kar rahi hu', in a can't you see i am doing it voice and attitude. She banged the bill drawer and was asked to stand aside. With her arms folded she yelled i am not the manager here, don't tell me anything. The customer care service person was least interested in giving us the complaint book. Overall the kind of staff they have here lacks the basic etiquette of dealing with customer and the manager just seems to be a puppet of the situations. None of the authority said a word to the sales girl in front o[censored]s inspite of accepting her mistake and apologising on her behalf. Kindly take strict actions against it. If i am not satisfied with the feedback, i will surely go to consumer court for the kind of harrowing experience she has given us. For brand like big bazar who claims to be people friendly, this is not the kind of service we expect from you.

          I have purchased few products from big Bazar. They were asking if I need any carry bag while billing my items. I said no. I already have one.
          Suddenly the person at billing counter has issued one carry bag unnecessarily. I told him several times that you cancel it. He has forcefully given it. Then he has started misbehaving. I am attaching the bill with this.
          It's not about only 3 rupees carry bag. It's about admitting the fault. It may happen that big Bazar is insisting to sell carry bags to every customers. These days it can be noticed in all retail shops that they are selling plenty of shopping bags. Per day they are earning a lot by selling only carry bags.
          I will be very happy if you take any action against carry bag selling from not only big Bazar. From any other ratail shops also.
          I will be even happy if you take some action agaist big Bazar LB nagar branch. They should train their employees to learn how to behave with customers. If any item is wrongly billed, there shoybe provision to correct this immediately.

            I had return request of order no.[protected] which was picked by courier boy of xpressbees but instead of return of salwar suit my blue zinc london jacket was picked up due to miscommunication with the delivery boy
            So kindly return back my jacket immediately and pick up the correct item i need it urgently
            I have already lodged complain (Ref. No. Bb[protected] dated  14/11/2018) but 15 days have passed till now not resolved
            I have to return that wrong product and it’s date will also expire on 6 th december
            Kindly look upon my complain in priority

              I went on 2dec for shopping in big bazaar situated in logix mall, noida city center. I paid 4677 inr payment and purchased groceries. On each and every shelf i have purchased it was written discount 79 rs. Was offered 49 rs like that according to that i purchased and billing was done. I noticed after billing it all was false written.
              (I am having bills copy with me)

              Please audit and sent then ultimate to stop doing this fake business. Even they have poor customer service there.

                Kiit college branch, bhubaneswar. This is third time when i came here, security guards are saying it will open at 11 am, earlier they were saying it will open at 10.30 some time 11.30.
                What the hell is going on? You don’t have customer’s respect of time.
                Pls tell me what is the real time of opening big bazar.
                Do the needful for this behaviour of big bazar staff.
                Right now so many people are standing and waiting to open. If this condition will remain same hope u will lose the trust and respect of the customer.

                    Check each and every product carefully before purchasing. They break open seal and steal products which are liquid. They remove the free product which comes along with the product. So check if it is for individual sale or not. Employees are worst, they steal free products.
                    The employees might tell you that the trolley bag of your choice is detective, which is actually not true. Intention is to sell it outside at a higher price.

                      I have made a shopping for rs. 5147 on 28.11.2018. In the bill Big Bazar has charges me Rs. 48 when MRP is only 36rs.

                      I spoke to store manager regarding the same, and he told me take back 12rs. I asked him, how about returning money to people who are been charged extra. He told me to get lost and not to visit the store. I told him that this is not right way to talk customer, i will complain to head office or consumer forum. He told very clearly, if want to take your 12rs back then it's fine. Otherwise do what ever you want. I haae kept bill and product with me. Looking for a corrective action for looting the customers.

                      such a rubbish way to waste customers time. After receiving complain number, I got a mail saying complain resolved and closed. Such a fraud company and liar management. resolved means what?? Note complain today and mark it resolved after two days.
                      Student card is not available in any of the big bazar store in Ranchi from a long time. I visited many times but the store denied to issue student card by saying that the card is not available

                        Tried reaching hometown customer care tool free number on the status of delivery however no luck till-date. After multiple follow-ups got response from hometown customer email, that the product would be delivered on 23/nov. But they didnt keep the promise on further discussion mentioned the product was found damaged in pre-delivery check and its been re-ordered.

                        Noticed in the hometown web portal the order status still showing as status "processing". There is no option provided to cancel the order or to seek an refund. I'm really frustated and unhappy doing follow-ups with various team. Seeking your support to expedite the resolution.

                          Recently i have shopped at big bazar located in high street mall, majiwada, thane, maharashtra. So i bought dawart basmati rice recently i have opened the pack, but there is cheapest quality rice in it. Also i bought santoor soap (Large size) pack 0f 8 pieces, i have opened it there is different sizes of soap. Some of small size.
                          They are doing fraud business. Poor quality products. They are cheating customers by cheap quality products.

                            Purchased karmiq olive oil today on nov.28 in jabalpur south avenue mall at rs 399 where the mrp that is written on product is 380 means more than mrp price. The amount that was written on display was rs 426 and offer price was rs 402, they cheated on price and manufacturing date is of 9/16 with best before 24 month's hence product also got expired two months back.

                              I Bought Electric Iron in July, 2018 and it stopped working in October, 2018. On 21st October, 2018 I submmitted this Ecectrical Iron in Big Bazar of "HOME LAND CITY MALL, vill. Kalyanpur, Sai Chakka Road, Baddi(H.P.) - 173205, and they said I will get it after one week but I visited their twice after every two weeks but still it is not repeared yet.

                              So, Kindly request you to resolve this issue or I should get my pament back.

                                Worst ever service and worst ever online shopping experience! Customer satisfaction lies in the way you take necessary actions quickly! Not in the way you reply to the customer when they call with some cheesy replies! I ordered some things for offer on august! Got only one after a month of order and the remaining things are still undelivered! When we asked for refund you ppl say it will get refunded in 3 days and it's been 3 months you are still refunding! And don't ever betray people with offers again!

                                  We have ordered an item on the Mahabachat offer scheme on 15.08.2018 (Order No. BBMB[protected] later the order was canceled by the Big Bazaar (Future Group) and after contacting them they told us due to the shortage of the product we canceled your order and amount will be refunded to your account. After repeated followup with them still, we are not received refunded amount. Please help us the get the amount.

                                    My son's birthday was there so i went to bigbazaar orion mall to buy silk mini bar packets. We collected 5 packets of 200 each. As it was sunday, there was a long queue. Onlu 2 counter were working. When enquired then they said it was a lunch break. When my number came then that lady started swiping the barcode but it didn't work. So she manually entered the code but the product entry was not there. After inquiring they said that as they are having new stock they don't have entry in there system. Why these people are not ready. They know huge crowd will be visiting on sunday. It is irresponsible and careless attitude towards the customer wasting there valuable time.

                                      Dear sir/madam,
                                      I am very disappointed with the way easyday handles consumer complaints. My parents live in muzaffarnagar, up. They were easyday club member for last one year via my father's number [protected]. Recently (Before diwali) the membership expired, i made online payment for new membership on the same mobile number [protected]. I choose circular road easyday store, filled rajangoel1970gmail.com as email and made payment of inr 999 via upi (See attached screenshot).

                                      I instructed my father to go to circular road as i selected the same before payment. When he reached at store, staff pointed out that in confirmation mail the store mentioned was some other store in city which was very far away from my home. My father went to the store mentioned in email (Roorkee road, muzaffarnagar). But the store staff was not proficient/trained enough. No one knew how to use payment id emailed at [protected]@gmail.com to accept payment. The store manager never picked up phone (Number was mentioned in email). As the need of time my father travelled to a third store in city and tried taking membership by paying offline. But the system was showing error to give new membership on his existing number [protected]. May be it was due to the fact that online payment was already made. Store suggested to use another number for membership. Father used alternate number from home, payed online and got membership card: [protected].

                                      Through this incident many problems were uncovered for easyday:
                                      1. Wrong store assignment over after payment (Email).
                                      2. Online portal allowed old mobile to enrol as fresh member.
                                      3. Store staff is not trained for roorkee road, muzaffaranagar store and manager do not respond. No one can knows to accept online payment id to give membership card.

                                      I was denied for the service from the store i selected before making payment as well as the one allotted by easyday, so i requested a refund for online payment i did for membership. Now that we are already enrolled by different number, we do not need additional membership. I have requested for the refund via many channels (Including calls, email, twitter), but most of the times the complaint was forwarded to some store, which tried forcing me to visit store again and have additional membership even if i no longer require it
                                      I am really feeling harassed as no one is taking proper action required, i. E. Make a refund.

                                        Sir,
                                        When i visited your big bazaar tirupati on[protected] for shopping, a person given me a coupon to fill it, saying that it's a lucky dip. I thought that it was promoting by big bazaar, finally came to know that it was from "bajaj capital". They repeatedly called to visit their office, saying that my coupon got best "couple prize". When visited their office, with false & fabricated information they made one insurance policy, saying somany vouchers of benefit, but no voucher of gifts given to me.
                                        I would like to know that is big bazaar in association with "bajaj capital" doing this promotion?
