On 26/01/2019 i visited bigbazar inox ln lucknow for shopping but there was a log que on billing counter and i was feeling urinal pressure so i decided to go toilet first but there at returning they stopped me detectors and claimed me that i have stolen the product but the product was completely unused still they doesn't listen my any sentence and talked me in a very intollerent behaviour and when i complaint their senior rajesh he said "gali to nhi de hai naa" they the money of the product and didn't provided me bill of that product i feel very embarrassed. The product is still unused and it's with me please take an appropriate actions other wise i have to go consumer forum.

    I bought loose potato 1.075 kg @ ₹9 on 26 january, 2019 from big bazaar, burdwan. It's actual price is ₹ 9.67. But it is reflected ₹32.25 in my bill. I went to help desk/care. But there was insufficient associates. My problem remains same as i have to go home in time.
    More people like me may suffer from this type of problem due to not updation of rate of products.
    Please check it.

      Went to maxus mall bhyander on 25.01.19 was thinking of buying himalaya neem face wash of mrp mention 63 had offer 10 or 15 off something don't rembr properly, also had taken besan laddo which was b1 g1 but i wanted only 1qty of laddo not the offer, when went to cash counter he told you will b charged mrp i[censored] buy only 1 so better to take 2, 2 day back i bought same besan laddo from you bb outlet in daisar central mall, where the person sold me 1qty with half the mrp then y there is different in here also the face wash while billing it showed in system 67 rs i waited to finish my bill till then the person did not told me anything i then told him why in your system it showing 67 instead of 63 on that also it should reflect the offer which you people are giving at that time he told arey yeah cash back apko customer care se lena hoga.. # if i haven't told him or if i didn't had an idea of the offer or mrp you guys would have billed and i would had moved on. Is this what i get in so called bb...? And same item different offer..? Even told to senior person on the customer care desk he is giving me foolish reason that uska mfd alag rhega and all that. Bloody will post on you fb nd twitter wall. Atleast dmart doesn't have condition on b1 g1 they give in 50% i[censored] want 1 item also.

        This person has a very aggressive behaviour was rude with me as i am a customer he given me very bad reply very much upset with you big bazaar as i always visit there and shop there but this time got very bad experiences i was very paitaienceily handling the moment as the name of the boy i don't know but he is the only person sitting in home delivery section wearing specs.

          I am purchasing some items in Hubli Big Bazaar Gokul Road. But billing time staff is very distrub to me and I heritade from above staff. My bill amount is 1248/-.i will pay with Paytm. Above staff told Paytm not allowed in big bazaar. Please purchase Paytm vouchers. Already two days before I purchased some items above amount is 3000/- at the time I paid with Paytm that time anybody not told this type. Already I told 3 times my amount I will pay with Paytm or cash. Above person are not agreeing that thing. Same thing I complained at hubli customer care in big bazaar. Above person told very bad. Totally I confirmed big bazaar shopping is very worst. I will attached my bill. Please take action above staff for distrubing customers.

            Respected sir I have done the shopping today at Big bazar raguleela mall Vashi Mumbai. The final bill is higher which we have got is different from the amt which is mention on product.we have taken chana dal the price is 49.83 And the Amt on final is 54.36. Not only this On Tide washing powder Jasmine & Rose the staff had told 2Kg is for 180/- Rs on final bill iit is mention 191.76.
            Sir we blindly trust on big bazar, but this is not done this is really a cheating, Big Bazar is charging extra from customer . I have proof & Photo of this

              My self lathish regular customer of big Bazar and holding profit club card. We have purchased a football from your palakkad store .it was mentioned that we have a discount of RS 200 and rate mentioned was RS 500 in the football . We purchased it and later when we checked from our home came to know that it was damaged as stich was coming out.On the next day my wife and 6 year old son went to store for exchange and we noticed that all the football kept on offer was damaged one and they convinced to give a better one what they have and not a perfect one as they don't have and all the pieces displayed are damaged one which they selling as discount and hence we took the better one and left.
              My son just played for 5 minutes and the stich was torn and the wrapping done in polythene cover had not gone completely.i was wondering what is the quality of the product if the stich is torn before the wrapping is gone.
              I had a call to customer service also before going to store and the reply was we are selling this football in offer as there will be some damages or quality problem s and came to know that all the offers displayed are either of low quality or damaged or expiry nearing . This is the reply from customer care .
              I could visit the store again as I am out of station.

                I want to inform you that i have purchased the care mate aluminium foil for rs 299.00 along with other items from big bazaar laxmi nagar, v3s mall east delhi dated on[protected] the total bill amount was rs 1, 496.00 paid by master card. When i opened the product i found that the quality of product is very cheap and it is not as per the company quality product. I have raised a complaint against this product. The scan is also attached herewith. Please provide me the resolution at the earliest and refund my full amount back at the earliest.

                    I am a old customer of big bazar & since 2014 i have been continuously shopping from big bazar.

                    I have a credit note of rs.1199/- of big bazar, vashi, raghuleela' branch, navi mumbai, which has time limit of 30 days. Due to some medical emergencies in family we could not go to redeem it.

                    We approached 3 days post expiry date, however they are refusing to give item against credit note.

                    Please look into this. Attaching credit note for your quick reference.

                      It is to inform you that i have purchased one induction heater of make: prestige, model: pic 3.1 v3, s-[protected] dated: 21.1.19 at 20.22 vide big bazaar tax invoice no.[protected], till no. 7, tr 46341. It is observed that induction heater is not working & can't able to boil anything i. E. Heat is very low even in 2000 setting and sometime it gets off. I raised one commplaint vide service ref no. Bb[protected] today. But sorry to say you that till now nothing resolution is made.
                      I therefore, request your good self to kindly look into the matter carefully to make an arrangement to replace the same at an early.

                        On 22 Jan 2019, I made a purchase of approx 11000 and when I checked my bill the items which were supposed to be on discount were charged twice. I somehow managed to get the amount back in my future wallet after 2 hours of continuous effort with customer care centre at mayur vihar extension. When I reached home while checking the items and bill I realised that the amount charged was incorrect. For eg. The chilly powder was for rs.140 however they have charged 160 for it and same was the case with 3-4 items which I could recall. I revisited them, I ended up wasting my 2 hours and at the end nothing happened. The customer care people(Bhagwansingh and Vivek) said that the amount mentioned on the board and the amount as per their system is different. These are not saste din. Rather the most expensive din. Stop fooling people.

                          I purchases a myghty performance water bottle worth rs 179 on saturday 5 jan 19
                          The bottle leaked so i went to the store on monday 7 jan 19. Unfortunately i had no bill as i had put it in the trash but i had a message on my cell phone from big bazaar about the purchase as well from hdfc credit card about the purchase. I showed them both the message s and requested them to give a replacement how ever they said they are unable to track this purchase. This is ridiculous. We have wasted rs 179 now. While the entire world is making efforts to go paper less... Big bazaar is still insisting on carrying the bill that too despite the fact that there were messages on the cellphone which were shown to them. What kind of system are they using if they were not able to track the purchase still. Please look into this. I still have the unused water bottle and the messages too.

                                I placed an order against order[protected] for a trouser and shirt on prepaid mode. At the time of delivery, got call from courier, since i was out of station i refused to accept the product and asked the courier person to return the product to warehouse (As per instructed by bigbazar customer care) but later i got a message that the same has been delivered and i have no clue, to whom the courier was delivered. When i logged complaint at bigbazar customer care they told me that it had been returned to original and i will get. My refund in 7-10 working days, but i didn't receive the same, again and again i kept calling for the same but no status was given to me except few false promises. Today i got to know that the packet was delivered so case has been closed positively, so there is no question of refund.
                                I am mentally harrased and the bigbazar is not taking up my case. They are literally cheating on customers and making fool of them.

                                    My sister is working in ambala cantt big bazar rai market. Two days before she was ill.in two days she even not get up from the bed. And today she is not completely fine still she had go to their duty because their hr didn't give her leave. While she asked his hr for medical claim they said first u need to get the registration from the esi dispensary which is so far from our home. Sir may i asked u a question that i[censored] r serious injured or god forbid if any mishap has happens with u so first shall you go to esi dispensary for registration then you will get the treatment. That a great thing. According to the article 21 of medical law and rights every patient have right to get the first treatment from any government and private hospital without compromise their health and we are belonging to middle class family we really need to get the medical and even your procedure to get the medical claim totally foolish. Because ye sab to sirf employees ko pareshan karne ka trika hai or u must take effective measure and and toward their hr mrs pankaj who don't have any ethics to talk with others they have an position and there is not limited toward upper department but also toward there subordinate but vo to sir[censored]n per pressure buildup karna jante hai they even don't know the defination the hr and they share the position of hr.
                                    Please sir i am requesting u, u have to take effective measure toward all this incident. That happens with all the employee not only with my sister.

                                      I have ordered redmi mobile phone on 15-aug-2018. After that i have waited for 20 days but mobile was not delivered. I asked them the reason and they gave me very stupid reason that it is out of stock. If product is out of stock then why you are accepting orders and taking money from customers.

                                      After it i have cancelled it and request for refund. I have sent them my bank details and my photo id but they didn't processed refund.

                                      It's been more than 5 months but i am still waiting for my refund amount.

                                      Very very much disappointed from big bazaar.

                                      Whenever i send email for refund then they send only one reply everytime-:

                                      i have sent too many emails on same email id " [protected]@futuregroup.in " but i never got any appropriate answer. Still my money is not refunded by Big Bazaar. Very Very much disappointed.

                                        I have baught patanjali ghee 500gm from easy day store matiala road, nawada and this shopping was done on 6th of jan. After some day when i opened the ghee box it was noticed that the ghee is not original (Either duplicate or expired material) now when i approached the retail store to chenge my product they refused by saying that the sold product is not of there brand so they will not exchange it.
