I wanted to purchase a spectacle from lake mall on[protected]. I waited there for more than 35 mins but non of the staff responded. I asked at customer desk but they said i could not do anything till the spectacle in charge come. The time was almost 12:35pm.
Kindly do the needful action so that one cannot wait for long time.

    Wednesday around 6.30 pm i did shopping and after returning home i found that one of the items is missing. We were not able to check it at the store itself as it had heavy rush as well as due to loss of handbag we were bit tensed. Later on, we realized that one item is missing. Can you please let us know what needs to be done in order get that product back.

      1) No tags where there on the product purchased kiwi fruit and the bill issued at
      the counter for coconut husk small.
      2) Diffrence in price confirmed by the sales man and telling multiple price to
      us & other customer also, he was not sure about the product price and discussing with there internal staff and saying discounted price us & other customer who where asking the price for the same product and rudly behaving with us & our family members too.
      3) To solve the issue we have told the executive & sales man that we complain the same to customer care they are advice us to do the same.

        Hi Customer Care,

        I ordered some products on 16-Aug-2018 as part of mahabachat offer in online and paid Rs.3080/-. As i not received all the ordered products, I refused the delivery and I raised request to get the refund amount. I received gift vochure message for the partial amount. When I am trying buy the products by using gift voucher, bigbazaar told that gv balance is zero.

        Again I raised request to get total amount RS.3080/-. But till now I didn't get the refund in my account.

        Request No : BB[protected] 

        I didn't get any response since 16-Oct-2018 on my refund.

        What is the status of this request no?

        I already provided id proof and cancelled cheque leaf as attachment.

        Let me know how long it will take to get my refund in my account.

        And also let me know the escalation process to highlight this issue.

        Still I not received my refund amount. Since 6 months I am following up with customet care, but no resolution as of now. I never expected this kind of support from Big bazaar.

        Please do the needful ASAP.

        I am also waiting from 5 months for my refund. They made fool to people. They said MAHABACHAT but they didn't deliver products. They kept our money and hope they are earning money form our money.

          We have received 200 off coupon code on registered mobile number [protected] but when we went in bigbazzar at that time i was not working your customer service agent was also confused and didn't advise what i should do now.
          Finally we came back because of you only our time has been waisted the bigbazzar is for from my house more then 40 minutes and after that you code is not working then why you sent us unnecessary you are giving trouble to my family members those who are sr. Citizens.

          Hence forward you should not do any kind of activities which is giving us lot of problems now i have forwarded that compliant in consumer court also.

          If you can not run your business then kindly close down don't give the problem to others.

          Your are 4rd class service provider in the india market.

          We got almost 5 coupon code which was not working and no one is there to help us and advise also your customer service agent was also don't know about that offer.

          Now give me my money refunded asap.
          I can't trust on you in future
          And close of all my family members member ship almost we have 15 member in my family those who have club card.

            Hello sir,

            I bought a 32 inch reconnect tv from below address on 28/10/2016. But currently display of this tv is not working and for that i raised a complain number [protected] with customer support. But i did not get any support from them even it is coming under it's 2 years warranty period.
            One support guys came to my home on 20th october 2018 and took the screenshot of this tv, after that i am keep on calling to customer support but i didn't get any response about to fix the my issue.

              I have purchased from big bazaar mahagun mall, now at home when i checked and tally with my bills. I can see the counter person double enter my a product and charged me twice for single product.
              I have asked him also to recheck and he was like don't worry everything is alright.
              Really upset to see this from bb. How can i get my money?

                Hi. I am from central delhi making big purchases from big bizar from every second or third month. Just couple of days ago i made a purchase of more than 25000/- rupees
                Today i am surprised to know that on a purchase above than ten thousand company is giving a silver coin so as per that i am supposed to get two coins and nobody told me about that in your store. If you are offering something for the promotion of sales, your sales staff should inform the customers regarding that.
                If i am not getting these benefits from you i will switch back to more stores. If you feel my demand is genuine so compensate me. Hope i get feed back

                  I placed a order during Big Bazaar MBS sale on 14th Aug from Big Bazaar's official website. The order number is BBMB[protected]. Due to a logistical issue, the product didn't reach me on time and I requested for a refund within 10 days of placing the order. It has been almost 2 months since then and I have not yet received the refund. I have called BB's customer care regularly and requested them to do the needful without any luck. It's very strange to see a company like BB doesn't have a proper refund structure in place and they have taken customers like me for granted. This to let you know if I don't get my refund by the end of this week, I will pursue a legal course of action.

This is a prime location and for us to wait for more than an hour to get our bills done is just not acceptable. U either need to increase your number of employees or atleast train the ones already working to be more efficient. As it is ur employees are found gossiping and entertaining themselves than helping the customers.. Plz improve the quality i[censored]r employees

                      As per the scheme of shopping of more dan rs1000 on homemade appliances a casserole is given free to the customers. We shopped for rs.16000 and only 2 casseroles were given. We even asked to get our different billing done so that we may avail 14 more casseroles but they refused to give us the coupons. On conpalining, they hid the scheme banner. no assistance on their part. highly dissapointed.. Cheaters!!

                        We went for a exchange to big bazar Banaswadi on 28th October evening rather completing the billing the customer care executives. They conpleted the billing of their own staff memeber products.we argued why not complete the billing of our exchange products both had no answer and the both the guys in the counter were about to hit me and my wife we some how managed to come out of the store. These were the words of these guys don't come to big bazar we will hit you next time if we see you here.

                            I visited the bigbazaar today and while billing they asked me if was card or cash. Then this lady not knowing her name came to offer me the future vector group policy telling will discount my bill and will hv to pay only 100 and 100 she wud add. Plus discount 500 in my bill.

                            Did not give me any discounts and charged me a complete of 700 rs on the future vector, i was told will give me a discount of 500 rs.

                            Can u tell me y was this info given wrong and u charged my card 700/- wen u told i will have to pay only 100 to get this.

                            Please revert me to this asap. Or wil be forced to take a legal action on this.

                                  There was a public holiday offer of shop for Rs.4000 get back Rs.4000 of below items
                                  Home & Kitchenware Vouchers Worth Rs 2500, Apparel Vouchers Worth Rs 1000, and Cash In Future Pay Wallet Rs 500

                                  They have not mentioned any terms and conditions on the display board.

                                  The display board clearly says I have to get direct Rs.4000 vouchers of items on purchase of Rs.4000 and not saying you have to shop for more and then avail this Rs.4000 back.

                                  They have no where mentioned that I will be getting discount vouchers where in you need to shell of thousands of rupees then you get back Rs.4000

                                  I have attached the screenshot what that they have posted in big bazaar shop.

                                  This is really a nonsense and fraud business

                                  I want my Rs.4000 back at any cost. from there end.

                                  There is no any kind of action from the store manager - Mr Deepak - Deepak.[protected]@futureretail.in
                                  He is been neglecting my calls and mails and not even bothered to respond back.
                                  Going to take a different step. I think you guys are taking it very lightly.

                                      Dear team,
                                      I have made a complain against profit card
                                      Which has miss seled to my by executive of big bazar. When i know about truth of emi i was iniciated for canceletion and submitted all docs required. Big bazar team has told me that it will deposite in your account in 15 days but after 18 days again a executive called me on phone to resubmit id prooff on big bazar said mail. Again i have mailed the required doc on 10th october 2018 again after 12 days a executive called my to submit same document. It is enough time taken to refund my amount. Now i have no time for wait because already 2 emi hai deducted from my account now i have no money for rest emi.
                                      Please refund my amount in my account as soon as possible other wise i will go for next process for refund.

                                      I am really frustrated. Everyday I am getting promotional and deals sms from Bigbazaar Future bazaar. I don't want it anymore. Kindly do the needful ASAP. Otherwise we have other options to stop it and you will have to suffer from that. I don't want any kind of SMS please.

                                        Incident: on 19th october my family went for shopping at central - oberoi. We bought all our clothes for 'diwali' from central - oberoi (Bill amount rs.16289, tr. No. 73846). My husband got me a dress of 'lovely lady' worth rs.3499. He got me size 44 which usually fits me well. However, after tying out the dress at home, it did not fit me well. We decided to get it exchanged fom central - growels which is close to our residence. My husband was told at central-oberoi that we can exchange it at any central store across mumbai. When we went to growels, we couldn't find bigger size in the same dress. However, i liked a dress with a suitable size and same price but belonging to a different brand (Vedic).
                                        Then we approached customer desk on the second floor and told them that we would like to get another dress which we loved in exchange. At this point, the lady at customer desk bluntly refused and told us that we can either get a dress from same the brand or go to oberoi get the credit note and buy the vedic dress that i liked from growels. We had to rush home and had no patience to go through this tedious and time consuming exchange procedure. So we requested them if we can get the credit note from the growels store itself and buy the product which we wished. The staff was unhelpful and i had to settle down for the dress belonging to 'lovely lady' but with a different pattern by paying rs. 1000 extra. We had to return home dissatisfied as we had payed for something unexpected and leave something we really wanted to have.

                                        P. S. After this experience i will definitely no recommend any of my friends or family to shop from central.
