As we were shopping @bigb, city center mall, nashik we got insulted by a sales girl & sales boy at fbb as we opened the folded t shirt to see..
We may didn’t mind it,
If that boy or girl talk with us in a proper manner, they literally insulted us.
I called the department manager mr das to inform him about the incidence. Instead of correcting his sales girl & boy mr das simply ingnored our complaint & told us i will tell them later.

We always shop &enjoy at bigb as my family is very old &may most delighted customer yet, but this time it was very bad experience

    Dear Mr. Shah

    Let me introduce myself as Anshul Agarwal, a poor customer of Hometown.

    I bought Hometown Shoerack (through Flipkart) as my family loved it. It was delivered on time.

    But when it came to installation of the product, your people is not ready to install.

    Shoerack was delivered to me on Saturday. And as per your policy it was supposed to be installed within 48 hours. On Sunday morning I contacted your customer care and requested to get it installed on Sunday itself. I spoke to Ms. Binal (Supervisor) in Customer Service. She said she will try for Sunday itself however if not on Sunday it will be installed on Monday by 12 PM for sure.

    Nobody came on Sunday not even contacted. I thought lets wait for Monday 12 PM. For this I took leave from the office for half day and kept on waiting. Nobody came, nobody contacted.

    On Monday around 2 PM, I again contacted Binal and asked why nobody contacted. She said she will get back to me in 30 min. She never called me back.

    On Monday in the evening, Mr. Kuldeep called me and made me to talk to Mr. Abhishek Trivedi (Service Manager). After lot of arguements, he said he is sending a person right away (around 4 PM, when I was in office after wasting my half day leave). I said to him that it wont be possible to go to my home as I am in office. He refused to install. After lot of request, he gave me technician's number to talk.

    I spoke to the technician Mr. Daleep and requested him to come by 5:45 PM. He said he schedule some doctor's appointment and needs to go there however he said thaf he will come on Tuesday at 5:45 PM. I thought to wait for 1 more day as somebody has taken doctor's appointment.

    Today Mr. Daleep contacted me that he will be reaching to my place in sometime. I hurried up to from office and reached my address by 5:45 PM. In the meantime, Mr. Abhishek called me up and said that we wont be able to install. He also questioned me why I have escalated this matter on Social Media.

    I immediately contacted Mr.Daleep and asked, he said he has been assigned new installation request at a new place which is just 2-3 kms away from my place.

    I lost my cool and tried reaching customer care to speak to Binal again. She was not there in the office. After lot of arguement with front caller, call got transferred to Mr. Mehul. I spoke to him and he also refused to install. He said we will not install it, we will not take it back also. As a customer he asked me to cooperate and stay at home for full day to get that 5 min.job done.

    I have few questions from you:

    1. Is it the way Hometown is troubling the customers for service??
    2. When customer service committed to me about Monday 12 PM installation, why it didnt happen?
    3. Why your people have go so much of attitude while talking to the customer?

    Mr.Shah as a customer I felt mentally raped by your people on the calls. And feeling so much disrespect I cannot keep your product.

    Pls refund my money and take your product back as I wont be able to do anything with the uninstalled product.

    I was not aware that buying a product from Hometown will create so much of trouble for me. This is my first and last purchase from Hometown and I will ensure nobody in my network will buy from Hometown in future.

    Hope you understand the gravity and do the needfule for your customer.

      Didn't got items on offer price. I bought 2 jeans of denim matrix brand from big bazar raza bazar patna at Rs. 1468 which was different from offer price Rs. 1199. On asked, Manager said I had no information just got it from you.
      This is the management and coordination of this fake market. Shame on Big Bazaar. Never gonna buy anything from this bazaar.

        Yesterday i bought a 25kg packet of rice from sealdah big bazar in kolkata. I chose a rice from there display of rs 39/kg. They gave me a packet of rice from there stock, net amount of rs975.00. When i opened the packet at home it is completely a poor quality rice not the same which i bought from display. I want to see what they done after lodging a complaint.. Otherwise i have to take ligal action against the company.

          I purchased clothes of worth 10, 792 at central mall in orion mall, dr rajkumar road, malleswaram west, bangalore-560055 on 21/10/2018
          There was an offer on that day if we shop for 10k worth then central will give kryo mixer worth 2k for 500 ruppe...
          They took my address
          Apoorva
          504, d block, ramanuja enclave, kodipalya main road, kengeri, bengaluru 560060.

          Central customer service informed us they would delivery in 5 to 7 days.
          We have been calling to the customer service n ensuring every 5days no response from the central service of orion mall

          It's been 1 month and we are still waiting for the delivery for the order we paid for mixer.

            I am ujjwal roy... Today on 16th november 2018 at approx 6pm i reached big bazar city center sector - 4 bokaro steel city jharkhand to purchase few products.
            Out of all products i purchased 4 lux shop of 150gm each whose price was wrriten as 32rs per piece under the place of products.
            Bt after billing when i rechecked the bill than i found that big bazar deducted 38rs for each lux soap.
            When i go back to adjust the billing amount than the big bazar staff said that because of their fault the price was wrriten wrong... Than i applied for refund,... After passing through whole procedure for refund the tl of big bazar named vijay said they can't able to refund my amount in cash... They can refund only through future pay...
            And i didn't use futurepay and don't wanna use also... As i paid through cash so i should eligible for refund in cash and also the tl name vijay arguing with me that i should first see the tag which is wrriten under the product that wheather the tag belogs to that product or other... I am attaching the picture that product with tag also and also the bill...
            And one more thing that when i asked for manager than he said that he is not available...
            Now please take appropriate action please...
            Can't able to unload bill pictures and other pictures as it will take maximum 2mb file only... Bt ever if you need any proof for this than mail me on [protected]@gmail.com.

                I placed an order for vacume cleaner vet and dry option dx model on[protected] with full cash payment our shimoga store promise to dilaver the product within 10 days but those peoples fails to fulfill the promise till today that is[protected] days )
                i am very upset this transaction makes me to stop doing purchase in future in any bigbazar outlets and i request you to refund my payment with in a day

                  I purchased a solo microwave oven (Bajaj 1701 MT) and a SK mixing bowl set on 05.11.2018 for a total amount of rupees 4388. at first i tried to make payment by card but due to some problem in the server my transaction was not processed and it was cancelled. later after 1.5 hours later i made the payment through cash and purchased the above mentioned products (Tax invoice number: [protected]). today i updated my passbook and to my surprise i saw the transaction which got cancelled was successful and 4388 was debited from my account on the similar date with the following details MEDR/BIG BAZAAR/511190/. could you please look into this and tell me how to get the refund for double charge..

                  Someone from future group as as from bigbazaar called and asked about the problem. I told them about the problem in detail. I submitted the necessary docents at big bazaar, sentrum mall. After that i again visited big bazaar after two week since nothing were done from there side. They tol me to contact bank and submit the cash back form. I did as said. Today i got my refund of Rs 4388.

                  Earlier I raised a complaint on 14th Nov, 2018 regarding twice charging of same solo microwave oven I purchased from Big bazaar, Sentrum mall, Asansol (complaint no. BB[protected] ). someone from the customer service did contact me and asked me to provide the documents in this regard. i submitted those documents (xerox of passbook and receipt) as asked by Big bazaar, Sentrum mall, Asansol after that they told me that they would look into the matter and inform me when i would get my refund and if not what step should i take in this regard. But to my disappointment no one from the big bazaar called me after that but my complaint was marked resolved. someone from the future group called me instead and i told them that my complaint was not resolved. after that nothing was done. kindly look into the matter and help me resolve it.

                    Order was placed on 20/04/18 for construction, supply and delivery of one modular kitchen.
                    The work was started on and from june, 2018.
                    But i regret to state that till date the work is not complete. The craftsmanship of the work is worse than anything. During the execution it was pointed out several times to the craftsman. But it was ignored. Number of constructional defects can be easily identified by a layman also. No supervisor attended during the execution.
                    Moreover, wrong and insufficient material were supplied. Till date the defects are lying unattended and modular construction is also not complete.
                    This is to be worth noted that we have chosen hometown, a renowned service provider with highest credibility. We had great expectation on hometown that the modular kitchen would be the best and free from glitches in every respect. But we are shocked to observe the quality of job and the service. We are sorry to say that hometown no longer remains credible and dependable.

                      I and my mom went for shopping on the 13th november... We purchased items worth 1500... The staff were extremely unhelpful and didn't even care while i was searching for a trolley to put all the items... We bought a container of saunff which was unsealed when we opened the lid after coming home... Last but not the least, they treated my mom with utmost disrespect and checked her thrice while checking out as if she was a thief... This incident happened in big bazaar jorhat... Better teach your staff some respect and the ability to differentiate between noble people and cleptomaniacs as i am thinking of taking legal action to make sure big bazaar closes their branch in jorhat once and for good.

                        I had purchased a shirt from big bazaar ghodbandar branch 1.5 months back. I tried this shirt to wear on the diwali occasion but when i went out with my friends one of my qfriend saw that this shirt was torned near the shoulder. It was an embarrassed moment which i had to face to due the quality of product big bazaar is selling. Now today when i came to return this shirt initially one lady at the counter said return period has crossed so we cannot return it but if you purchase another shirt of the same price she can accept this return. Then another person came and said that they cannot accept this return at all. So i want to make a complaint as if this is the service received from big bazaar i will never ever purchase any good from you as u guys are selling bad quality of products.

                        I just ask him to show me same unpacked shirt he denied and Misbehaved with costumer and aslo used slangs.. he is the Manager of Of Latur Big Bazar... Continually talking on phone..

                          While billing the offer of buy one get one product the cashier is not giving the offer. While asking why there is no offer they says no offer today. But the shelfs saying its but one get one free. I refused to pay and left the item. The floor incharge also saying offer is not ended but they forgot to remove the offer. The whole shelf they forgotten to remove and i ask them why before opening the showroom its not removed and they have no answer for this

                            I bought cucumber from big bazar store one day before but after keeping it in refrigerator for night i found i t is totally stale. The product quality bmust be more high as Jalpaiguri store is recently opened.

                              Future pay has published there customer care numbers in their websites, mails, promotions, online sources etc. which is not at all working from couple of months when I tried to contact customer care. May be before that as well its not at all working not sure. They are fooling the customers by avoiding customers queries and compliants.

                              I want the compensation from futurepay for causing the inconvenience to me and take the action on them. I will be publishing this on news channel if no action is taken.

                              Any time, how many times you try calling this number, its doesnot work or no response and automatically disconnects it. Please try from your end this number - [protected]. PFA screenshot for the number in the mail which they send as well.

                              The company cannot publish their non working numbers according to the law. They have exposing and misleading the customers just showing the dummy customer care number.

                              I purchased a ellite mop from Big Bazar yesterday. Today we observed that the tub is leaking as soon as we added water in tub. Is it possible that the tub can be replaced?

                                I was asked by the counter sales boy to re-charge my value profit card on 23.09.18 for which I paid Rs.10, 000 through my SBI Credit Card for which I have the receipt. While we shopped again in November we were told that there is no balance in card no.[protected], not in our name and wrongly charged through payment made through my SBI card. I inquired morning of 8th Nov. at BB store Metro station Mayur Vihar Phase 1 Extn. counter sales. I was told that balance of worth 9000 has been transferred from the above card to some new value card in the name of Ashish Jain. I told the counter to block that card and they said they cannot do it without the card. I wonder how transfer from the card that I had could be made by BB without the card as we always had that in our possession. As while recharging the counter boys take the card away to recharge we as customer are never sure that the card we are getting back was the card we gave for recharging. We do not remember our original card no. but the fact is an amount of Rs.10 k have been paid by me and are being used by some other customer in connivance with BB staff at Vasant Kunt as the balance transfer took place there on 29th October. May I request you to sort it out before I make complaints in media, FIR with the police, etc.

                                They have charged me 5% GST after netting off discount from MRP. According to me this is wrong. Please help.

                                After asking the same, the guy at billing counter said with audacity that you can go to consumer court and fight against Brand Factory.

                                I think Brand Factory is cheating by overcharging.

                                  I with my aunty went for shopping in bb . There during billing they were making chaos that there are 46 items in the bill and 47 there in the bag. That took one hr for recheck. And the women billing there was very rude and arrogant. She behaved very rudely when I asked for fast service. A single boy was matching the goods from the list and when I said him do fast he refused. And when i asked him to call one more person for help no one was coming for help. Such a poor service. I said do fast otherwise I will complain about u. Then he rudely replied Ki kr lo complain Kya kr loge . Then after checking there was nothing extra is the bag. They counted wrongly. Worst experience . I was a regular customer of bb but now it was my last shopping. Her name is seema kumar. I want strict action against her.

                                    I had been to brand factory store rr nagar. Whenever i go there the billing section staff. Either only one counter will be open inspite of customers waiting in queue. The items they have displayed with offers will not be matching the offer in their system. Items will be missing in their system and the list goes on. When questioned mr. Leo the so called store manager, we don't even get a proper response. Only response is "sir, wait for two more mins". Even my time has a value. I can't keep waiting there wasting my time for irresponsible mistakes done by these people. And today 5-11-18 when i purchased a shirt. The item was missing in their system for billing. I mean, how can they display a item which is not entered in their system. We had to wait for 10mins even after reaching the counter after long queue just for billing one shirt. When complained the store manager he was arrognat enough to say "u can complain anywhere u want"

                                        Hi,

                                        I visited at big bazar virar yesterday and due to festive season billing counter line is too much long. When i came at billing counter after 1 hr. Standing in q.

                                        At the time of payment their system hanging up and lost of my coupon which is given me of inr 250 and 2nd time this coupon not given. As well as payback amount also not given by billing counter. I highlite this issue with the branch manager he not supported and neglate this issue. As well as customer desk. Very bad experience with the big bazzar. Finally i left the big bazar without purchase anything due to this issue. I have lost my 2/3 hours.
