I have purchased samsung smart tv from lucknow hometown however the tv has stopped working so samsung is asking for bill to get it repaired. I have requested for duplicate bill as lost my original bill but didn't got any solution. It is very expensive tv so expected good support from hometown as bought the tv on their goodwill but feeling cheated now.
