[Resolved]  Big Bazaar — Misbehaviour of BIG BAzaar Staff

Dear Sir/Madam, We went for shopping to Big Bazaar, Old Madras Road, Bangalore. During this, i had a very bad experience with the BIg Bazaar staff, "Mr. Muthukumar A. S". He started unnecessary discussion, Also, he was very badly behaving with my spouse.Later he was telling to come outside the shop, will see you. Not only this, after my shopping he was waiting for us to come outside and finally he started following us. I complained this to other security and staffs available there, and surprisingly they were supporting him. Finally, he was raising finger on us and started abusing and telling that you will not be alive if i will see you around. When i told him that i am going to complain, very proudly he is saying 'go ahead', i have seen many customers like you and doesn't matter whether they come or not. Is this the behaviour expected from Future group staffs? I am surprised that on what basis these staffs are being appointed. I just want to know what is the resolution and need apology for this. Anyway i am not going to visit and even will not recommend anyone to go Big Bazaar now onwards. At least. you should keep staffs having some kind of manner and should know how to behave with customer and should have respect for girls. . Regards, Dhiraj
