Hi, I have purchased kitchen needs from your Big bazaar Ghaziabad branch (Aditya amll).I used SBI card, but it was showing Card not accepted and RS.1278.50/- has been deducted from my account .I kindly request you to check this and refund the amount. Thank you. Was this information helpful? | |||

I sent my details please check it
I did shopping worth Rs 3686/ from Big Bazar, LIC building Kolkata on 8 July 2016 at 18:30:04 (time) they swiped my card twice and said no payment is done but my money got deducted by 3686+3686=7372/ rs. I again paid rs 3686 by cash to collect my purchase...
I asked customer care and customer support to get my money refunded they told me to send a mail..they told me it will take 72 hours but now it's 5 days and no refund is done... please take some sincere steps to solve my problem asap...
