Yesterday on 25th November 2015 my friend and I went to bigbazaar. My friend had a Dairymilk in her clutch. Before entering the shop it is nowhere mentioned that clutches are to be sealed or we have to put stickers on chocolate or any stuffs. Always the guard let us go with wallet and clutches. We were inside the shop bought some items. At the time of billing the billing person also saw the chocolate but didn't utter a word. After billing Guard saw the chocolate while taking out the bill from the clutch and did an unethical behavior with us as we are looting the shop. If he cant believe us then he can see the cctv footage. We belong to a good family background and such activities does not suit us. I didn't utter a word to the guard as it may have created a chaos and an issue there. My friend was angry with the guard but she also told the guard that "Why will we take the chocolate like this. We have so many items so we can't buy a chocolate?". I hope you look upon the matter.

    I ordered a bedroom furniture and dining table along with chairs, from hometown Lucknow before Diwali and they told to deliver it by 19th November, till date there has been no delivery initiated and since today morning when I'm calling the manager is not receiving my also. Didn't expect such ignorance from hometown.

My humble request is pls do not opt for home town.. Staff - horrible and not capable.. I spoke to the customer relationship manager.. Who spoke like a door to door sales man n not a manager.. I dono how a brand like home town can treat customers like this.. M disappointed

        I visited big bazaar located at V3S mall, Laxmi Nagar, Delhi-110092. I am a heart patient and implanted with AICD (pacemaker) device. Due to this devise i can not go through magnetic barriers at the exit doors. At the big bazaar I explained my medical condition and asked staff to let me through some other gate, but staff available there forced me to pass through those magnetic gates at exit doors. This could have been life threatening to me so I forcefully did exit through other gate but with lot of trouble with staff available at gate. Kindly educate staff there to take care of medical conditions of patients as a standard procedure at other security checks.

              I had done shopping of food items, garments, etc on 12.11.2015 during the festive offer period for the total billed amount of Rs 13894/- from your outlet at Rave Moti Mall, Gutiaya, Rawatpur, Kanpur – 208005.

              There was a festive offer going on in the store which offered 50% discount on 2nd item purchased. I had purchased 4 sweat shirts each of Rs 899/- (snapshort enclosed), but after reaching home, when I cross checked the bill with the items purchased, i found that total of six sweatshirts were billed (bill enclosed). So, double billing of Rs 899 & Rs 471.98 were done. (Invoice No – 0025461)

              In order to get the refund for extra billed item, I visited the outlet once again on 13.11.2015. But I was shocked by the response I received from the customer desk representative – Mr Rahul. He took the photocopy of the bill and informed me that the matter would be taken care of only after few days when the festive season is over or whenever he is free. Being a rational consumer, I am not saying that all the customer would face the same problem, however what amazes me is the poor after-sales service from your help desk representatives.

              When I informed him that I had brought all the clothes and he could verify from the bar code, he refused to do so and informed me that the video recording for that day would be checked and if it is found that the item has been billed twice he would arrange for a call back. I feel surprised by the way your coding system is working if you can’t check from the system whether the same item has been sold or still in your stock.

              Moreover, when I requested the billing counter person to check for the video recording, he arranged for the same and after waiting there for almost more than an hour, I was informed that the video recording does not show any double billing of item. When I requested them to show me the video, they totally refused it and once again requested me for wait for some more time.

              I don’t understand the fact that when there is no double billing shown in the video, then why your sales person and in charge is reluctant in showing me that video. You need to understand that customers feel cheated with such type of things happening at your outlets.

              I have to state that I feel duped by your brand and more with your after sales service considering the fact that my family has been a loyal customer of your outlet since past so many years.

              Such uncaring and unprofessional conduct from a company that vows on delivering exceptional service comes across as totally unacceptable and oxymoron-ish.

Afterwards I visited for some clarification to store but your executive his name is Nithin his response is very very bad & he gave wrong information to me & he is not ready to give his store manager number also. Then some how I contacted branch manager & he was resolved my issue. Totally am unhappy with him & his words are hurts me a lot .

                  I had brought 1 three seater sofa, 2 one seater sofa and 1 center table.
                  There are 2-3 cracks occurred on 1 seater sofa because of the bad quality of the product/wood.
                  I am trying to connect on customer care no. since last 10 days but nobody is responding on that.

                  Please return all these 4 items and refund the money as they had mentioned that it's made of solid wood which is written on invoice also but after the crack occurred it's clear that it can't be made of solid wood or a very poor quality wood.

                  The technician has visited for this and now we have found out that these cracks are coming because of the low quality of product. It is a solid wood soda but there were cracks on it since the beginning but Home Town or it's vendor filed the cracks and policed it so it was not visible at that time.
                  Now the hometown guys are saying that the warranty has expired, and nothing can be done on htis; now this is not my mistake if Hometown has provided damaged products, this is fraud and cost of this should be bourn by either Home Town or it's vendor.
                  I bought the product from home town henc for me the responsibility of this is on Home Town.
                  Now there are only two solutions of it:
                  1) return the complete set (one 3 seater sofa, two 1 seater sofa and one centre table) because now I am not at all sure
                  about the quality and can not say how long it can servive. If any of these get damaged then complete set would be of no use.
                  2) Extend the warranty for 10 years and if any problem omes on any of these products then it can be replaced.

                    I had been gifted an home town gift voucher some time back. The voucher number is [protected].

                    Your outlet at home town – ghodbunder road has refused to accept this voucher saying that it has expired. Also, he refused to re validate the gift voucher.

                    How can you refuse to revalidate a gift voucher which has been bought by cash ? All modern retail outlets like shoppers stop, reliance retail extend the validity of gift vouchers after expiry.

                    I urge you to immediately re validate this gift voucher.

                    Otherwise, i will be constrained to initiate legal action and also ensure that you get maximum negative publicity about this incident on social media. All legal costs will be to your account

                    It is very annoying and in many people's opinion, borders on illegal and unethical.
                    In the interim, whilst you fight this battle, please use our FREE consumer help service "Use It Don't Lose It".

                    I had redeemed my big bazaar e gift card on 22-May-20, as per 1 year validity it is valid upto 21-May-21, but i am surprised that during visit of big bazzar store at Vapi Gujarat on 09-May-21 cash counter person told same was expired.

                      I have enrolled for future group shopping card no. [protected] and big Bazaar festive delight card no. [protected]. I have produced both the cards at the time of billing always. On purchase on 25.10.2015 from big Bazaar Phoenix mall outlet, Lucknow for bill amount rs. 2614.46 till no. 9 invoice no. 0015573 tr no. 83003, I provided both my cards but the staff ASHISH SHARMA fraudulently feeded only my future group shopping card and used his personal big Bazar festive delight card for feeding. As a result my bill value has not been feeded in my big Bazaar festive delight card. I want the bill value feeded in both my cards otherwise I will approach consumer forum. I am a government employee well aware of my rights. Stop fooling people.

                        I am using SBI Styleup Credit card No ( 4726********8517 ) Name of
                        Prasanta Kumar Sahu, Saturday (7.11.2015) I shopped at Big Baazar
                        Kothrud branch Pune.

                        With an amount of 7054.02, however at the cash counter the card
                        was swiped twice. The cash counter guy said that there is some issue
                        with the card and asked me another card for payment so i did the same.
                        But after some time I received two different SMS of amount 7054.02
                        being dedcuted twice from SBI card.

                        I enquired at Bigbaazar Customer service and they said there was some
                        technical issue and the amount will be reversed within 24 Hrs. they
                        have also given me a written acknowledgement letter about the money
                        being dedcuted and the technical issue.

                        However the amount isn't reversed yet, I tried to contact SBI customer
                        care but it never connects. till i didn't recive my amount. Please look into the issue on priority basis since my billing cycle is from 17th every month.

                            I did shopping worth Rs 3686/ from Big Bazar, LIC building Kolkata on 8 July 2016 at 18:30:04 (time) they swiped my card twice and said no payment is done but my money got deducted by 3686+3686=7372/ rs. I again paid rs 3686 by cash to collect my purchase...
                            I asked customer care and customer support to get my money refunded they told me to send a mail..they told me it will take 72 hours but now it's 5 days and no refund is done... please take some sincere steps to solve my problem asap...

                              Complaint against mistreating and false allegation at BIG BAZAAR, VIP Road, Lake Town, Kolkata, West Bengal 700048.
                              With disgrace and pain I have to complaint about what happened today with me at BIG BAZAAR, VIP Road, Lake Town, Kolkata, West Bengal 700048 between 4-5pm . I am really in shock and anger with the things happened even I have not a single fault in it and the false allegation put on me when I complaint against an executive of BIG BAZAAR, VIP Road, Lake Town, Kolkata, West Bengal 700048.
                              The incident occurred between 4-5pm as I don't remember the time. I went to deodrant section to buy deos and put it in the basket and moved for the other product. But an executive of fiama di wills forced to have a look on new range of products. I told I have seen it and there is nothing but she was insisting me for a look. I went with her and then she showed me the product. I told her, that this product isn't a tester and I will not buy it, but she didn't care and opened a new product right in front of me and asking me to test it. I denied but she did and what happened next is horrible.
                              She sprayed the product without rotating the nozzle and the whole deo went straight into my eyes. I was in pain and what she and other executives where doing? They were laughing at me. This is a very shameful moment I felt and I couldn't open my eyes for 30secs, but they were continuously laughing and giggling about it. Then she asked me to go to the washroom to pour some water and still she and others were laughing.
                              I was feeling very shy and insulted and returned all the deos I was planning to buy and moved to other section thinking not to spoil my shopping mood. This is a blunder I did, I should have raised my voice at that point of time but being a gentleman and educated person, I didn't and went away from the section with pain in my eyes.
                              The pain eventually went away and I continued shopping. I am not a rich person like others so I took my time and buy the essential things for my home with a bill of about Rs900. After a spending a time of like 2 hours I paid and bought my things. I didn't think to compliant about that poor executive names SOHINI DEY. And was moving on but I saw they were looked at me and laughed. This time I really felt, its very insulting.
                              So after putting my stuffs into the bag and depositing it to the baggage counter, I went straight to that section and demanded to see the manager. The girl with whom I asked for the manager, went to that executive and called her instead of manager. She came and asked about the problem I have and I asked that I want to report this issue to the manager. She became sad and was pleading to me not to say to the manager as she could loose the job.
                              I still told her that I want to see the manager and want to report against the incident. She then started begging for mercy from my side and also ready to touch my feet in public. I said no. Then the next thing she did was expected from her, she offered me money so that I can let go this case. I didn't agreed. I asked her that she is a grown up women, how can she laugh at someone like this. She told me that this is her 1st job with ITC and she isn't trained by none for this job. She even told me that she is 26+ old and have a 5 year of worK experience in back office. I didn't paid the heed and asked for the manager name, she told me that she don't know his name and the manager passed by. Again she repeated that she will pay me the money to save her job or will do anything as I say. I told her, I want to talk to her manager about the compensation against this incident and report that others don't do the same thing. She offered me the money and was ready to pay what ever I was willing to buy from the store as its her fault and why the manager should be involved.
                              I find it logical and asked her how she is going to compensate what she have did. She hurriedly took me to the deo section and said that she will pay for the 2 Engage deos and she picked the 2 bottles. Finding it reasonable I said ok.
                              She then told me that she can't give it to me in the store, I have to wait outside the store to collect it while she pay for it as she don't have enough cash. I also don't want to put her in shame in front of her colleagues so I moved and she took my mobile number in her tab but in skype. She told me, once she is ready with the product she will call me as she have my number. I agreed and went to the other section so that she don't get embarrassed.
                              After 10-20 mins when I received no call from her I went back to the section seeing whether she left the deos over there or not. She ignored me. Then I went to her and asked, how much time more she need? The reply was shocking.
                              I directly put an allegation on me, why I am following her and why I always need her?
                              Furious with that I told her, now its time to talk to the manager. She took me to the dept manager, SUMAN DEY. I don't know what she had told her but the manager told me that she is not going to pay me for anything.
                              I briefed the whole incident to the manager and also requested to check the CCTV footage if he have any doubt and he smiled on the incident of the executives laughing at me and said sorry and will train the executives next time so that deo doesn't fly to the eyes. Then the executive who sprayed on my eyes, infront of the manager, put an allegation, why I asked the number of her, as she was trying to prove infront of him that I was stalking. I said, I did asked because she saved my number in her tab and if in case she is bit late in giving me the product I could call her.
                              Then manager asked here and there with other executives and told me that I can do what ever I want to do .He said right to the girl that he will handle the things and she need not to be worried about this petty incident. She repeatedly saying to the manager that I demanded money from her becuase of this incident. Dept manager, said I can mail to anyone and he will take care of the issue and it's a human error which no need to brag about and charge his executive.
                              At any point of time – 1. I never demanded money from her, just compensation, that too big bazar has to pay for it.
                              2. I never hoped that this is the human value big bazars managers and executives have in their mind. I can talk, walk, see and hear, I have a feeling that big bazar have no values and had made fun of the disabled people which can't do things like a healthy person.
                              3. I only fault I did is I tried to save the job and the name of a poor girl who was pleading me like a beggar to save her job and her reputation. And in return, put an allegation in front of the manager that I was following her.
                              I know even I mail to you people, you won't do anything regard to this and these people like Sohini and Suman will keep making fun and fool of the people. But I wish to consult this to my lawyer so that anything could be done to that.

                                I ordered for a combo of kitchen utils of chimney, cooktop for which an induction cooker was said to be free. To my surprise when the induction cooker is delivered it came in a completely damaged condition(Surprised that if it is an offer then a damaged piece will be delivered). I went to the showroom right away for replacement and they promised to do so and get back in 2 weeks. But even after a month no action is taken, intermediate calls were made by me for an update and they just skip the information that it is pending approval here and there. I am surprised that after placing an order it will almost take atleast one month to use the product and if a damage piece comes, then you have to just keep running behind them for no luck. Surprised to see such a reckless behavior shown towards customer. Very poor service, it will seriously kill your patience.

                                There is some drama started with regard to this complaint. I got a call from future group on 13th saying that the product will be replaced on 21st Nov. On 21st, there is a surprise plan from the Glen dealer that the product which came for me is delivered to someone else and new product will be requested and delivered by 25th. On 25th when I call, it is postponed to 27th.
                                Again on 28th a new drama started, the Glen dealer turned up in the morning saying to return back the damaged piece and by evening new piece will be delivered. I refused to do so that only if new piece is given I will return the damaged one(which I believe is not a sin). That fellow left and again when I called him in the evening he responded that "currently I dont have any work towards the area you live and hence I wont come today".

                                Priya can you please respond who is the director of this whole drama? Is it Glen, Hometown or Future Group?

                                  Today I visited Big Bazar(Durgapur, West Bengal) to buy grocery and vegetables..wherein at the billing counter both the cashier and his fellow helper misbehaved with me when I asked them to pack my things in two(2) packets! This is not the first time they misbehaved with me..since I m a regular customer I often come across this sort of behaviour from your representatives. They show a similar rude behavior with other customers as well..Moreover when I asked them to behave properly they were giving me that "don't care look" as if I was talking to a wall. I expect atleast some corrective steps to be taken in order to teach your guys to "behave" politely since we r customers and not beggars! Regards, Priya

                                      I had bought dallas king size bed before 2 and half months back from hometown for 34 k bucks. before 3 days, hydrolic portion of bed got separated from wooden block.Since then, i am calling hometown customer care number for repairng the same.but, nobody is bothered to give a service. everyday they are telling same sentence"within 48 hours, complaint will be resolved".but no any initiative has been taken yet from hometown side.so, if you expect good product with support after buying, PLEASE DONT BUY HOMETOWN PRODUCT.

                                        Bought a acer laptop e571 from Ezone central mall outer ring road Bangalore on last Sunday 25th Oct 2015.

                                        initially the store tried cheating me by selling used laptop which when i raised it with the store manager, he somehow managed the situation.

                                        they have given me 2 offers which were running (1. Rs. 1000 off or 3750 big bazar voucher)

                                        when they got to know that they got cuaght red handed by selling used laptop, they refused to give me 1000 rs discount offer.

                                        for selling a latop i had to invest 4 hours in your store due to highly unprofessional staff.

                                        Ultimately they accepted that the first laptop which they were trying to sell was used, then they showed me new box pieceof above ACER E571 laptop.

                                        I bought the above laptop after good 4 hours and then no discount offer was extended.

                                        i opened the laptop at home and started using only last night and i realised some issue, so I called up the toll free number of ACER.

                                        they told me that "sir seller has cheated you THIS LAPTOP IS OUT OF WARRANTY.

                                        Now the ezone (Central mall outer ring road Bangalore) is not refunding the money, i want the refund and nothing else.

                                        Please help and get me the refund...I really really want to sue ezone for the agony which I went through while making this purchase.
