I ordered groceries from big basket and choose a slot of 8:00pm-11:00pm as given by their app, but got a call from delivery guy that it’s late and he needs to go home, on humanitarian grounds i agreed that please deliver it in a the morning latest by 8:00am.
After calling several times in morning he didn’t answer and my order shifted for Wednesday without my concern and they removed stuff from my inventory without prior notice.br...

Today I have ordered some things from big basket now and also done the payment but after several calls it's showing in the App that your order is delivered but I haven't received the order. Also the order is paid i want my refund. I'm attaching image below and also attaching delivery boy no. He's not even answering the call ‪+[protected]‬....

Bigbasket now delivered incomplete parcel and is not picking up the return order
The delivery agent played a game by not delivering the entire order and the customer care is playing a game from 3 in the afternoon till now 8:48
They arenot issuing my refund and are not responding

I have never activated my bbwallet nor use money from there.. why is there a debt from me in the wallet and why the app is charging me extra for this debt?...

For Order ID [protected] after expiry of slot delivery waiting for 2 days, Canceled by the BB Team by just SMS. When Contacted CC Executive they just told me the reason you didn't picked call.
When I asked for the repeat order for delivery, than BB team giving time for another day slot.
It's too pathetic service.
Kindly look into it....

I placed the above order for delivery on 26.06.23 in the 10.30 - 12.30 slot .At 10.30 the status showed out for deliver . At 12.40 I contacted the customer on chat to ask for a time as to when it would be delivered and was told " It will be delivered today " ! The debit applied wallet should lower the the final price of my order but it got added to my final payment.. if i can get a refund of this i would be grateful...

My account ticket no.[protected] was blocked and the company refuses to return the money left on the wallet. if the issue is not resolved on your part, I will file a lawsuit in court to recover the amount of money and non-pecuniary damage...

They had given so many items in the bad condition..so we asked for refund .....

I ordered Vanilla Protein Powder and I received atta with insect. I returned it and Big Basket is accusing me of changing the product to atta. they did not investigate the delivery guy or the management where the product is kept, they just assume I changed the product.

I feel defeated because no one was open to listen to reason. bunch of irrational people....

On 8th of June, I was placing my order in the bigbasket app for an amount of Rs 1751. The mode of payment was credit card and the money got deducted but the order wasn’t placed.

Bigbasket is part of Tata Neu app . Tata neu team conducted Tata rewards league where users are encouraged to place more orders and amount more than 15000. In the league users who place orders more than 10 and amount more than 15000 reach to final stage. I have placed almost 12 orders worth 17000 on bigbasket and my bigbasket account is deactivated due to this. I have wallet balance.more than 3500 in bigbasket and they are not activating...

I have been a customer of BigBasket since 2018 and order regularly every week. Since yesterday, I was unable to log in using my credentials and upon contacting customer service, I was told that as per records, it had been noticed that I was misusing the Bigbasket policies, and hence, the account has been deactivated.

Big basket has deactivated my account with out a reason. On 4th they failed to.deliver the sausages and when I call customer care they refund the amount in my wallet, from yesterday the account says deactivated and the customer care team is not helping...

Order was to be delivered on June 2 Friday but was cancelled and was to be delivered on 6 June before 7 pm
But till now there is no delivery.
And no good response from customer care. Highly disappointed....

The expiry date of the canned sardine I ordered was in 2025 but when I opened the can, the fish gave out very foul smell and had a yellowish-orange growth on it indicating spoilage. It was a waste of my money. Very poor product quality by big basket....
