unable to get refund for cancelled order

I ordered groceries from bigbaset on 23-march-2020. Thee was paid in total immediately. Big basket cancelled my order from their side the same day.

However instead of refunding the amount to the source which was charged, they mentioned it will be refunded to the big basket wallet. The wallet amount can only be used with big basket and since their website and mobile app are disfunctional for last several days i am not able...

bigbasket cheating by not returning my money in my bank account

I have placed 4 orders on 23 rd march with bigbasket total amount of rs 6073.. Its tough time for everyone coz its locked down on 25 th march i received message from bigbasket that all my orders are cancelled coz restricted by government. They have refunded my money but in bigbasket wallet for next 2 months i will not get salary. Bigbasket cheated me they credited my amount in wallet instead of bank.. I have to purchase so many houehold things...

fraud/ pathetic service

Big basket takes money and order with 2 hours delivery commitment. Then does not deliver. Asked for refund. Not given for last 3months. Further blocked my account and not able to purchase and whenever you will try to take your money from wallet it will show no slots available. Deleted all reviews and does not allow to post reviewa. High level cheating company....

do not deliver products.. last minute cancellation of orders

Bb delivery should be renamed as
Bb no-delivery!!
They take orders wth all excitement but fail to deliver.
For the last 3 days in a row my order has not been delivered.
Last minute cancellation is highly inconvenient!!

no response from escalation team

Bigbasket site gives an e-mail address

[protected]@bigbasket.com for feedback but my mail bounced back.

My order was cancelled by bb multiple times and i received several emails and calls for the same order, causing me lot of inconvenience and waste of time. Further they delivered poor quality vegetables on three items. The same order was delivered a second time next day which of course i sent back.

fresco selling fake eggs on your website

I have purchased tray of eggs from fresco from your bigbasket on 22 may in hyderabad, eggs what i received are fake eggs, yolk melta in egg white very easily without wisking almost half of the tray were fake and i have rest half with me and i can even hear sound when i shake the egg normally real egg yolk with not mix with egg with easily unless you whisk it and you will not hear any sound from real eggs

Big basket has fake items in their application and looted and blocked account when the order was placed.
Ticket no:[protected] was opened by big basket but no one seems to bother to look on it. They have blocked my account and forfieted the amount that was charged for the order.
The entire big basket team is a bunch of frauds. They said that my phone was switched off when they tried to contact me whereas my phone is never switched...

I have balance in there for 500 buck and customer care seems to be ignoring request for account activation nor they are giving any proper reply.

I need my account balance back, if they have no intentions of activating my account again.

Big Basket has a bad customer service. Pallavi, Manjari and Pooja didn't provide me Good service, kept me on hold, never came back and the call was finally disconnected.

However, even though call with Miss. Anandi was disconnected, I am happy that atleast the requested service was provided. Thank you Miss. Anandi and hope even the Airtel Cashback would be done within 48 hours, as told by you....

Wrongfully claiming that delivery is free for purchase over Rs. 500

As per the big basket promise if my bill is over Rs. 500 the delivery is free. So now they are splitting the bill into 2 -3 bits after confirmation to go ahead and then charging a delivery charge. They should let people know that they are no longer delivering free. Don't lie to your customers. We have been regular customers since they opened and we were surprised to see that we are suddenly getting charged 2 -3 delivery charges....

Hi,
I placed one order from Bigbasket on 20th Sept which was consisting of 2 sub order(that wasn't known to me). With so mush hustle and changing the time slots one of the order got delivered. The other order wasn't delivered and Big basket called telling that the items are not in stock. Rather they updated in system as customer cancelled the order. When raised this concern they apologised, refund the amount as big basket wallet points....

I had placed an order on 3rd August 2016, of Rs. 408 through net-banking for which money was deducted from my Bank account. This is with regard to my order placed on 25th January 2025. I received three bad apples and one spoiled skim milk packet. I duly sent them an email along with the pictures supporting my claim on the 25th itself. On the 26th, I received a response saying that they have credited my Bigbasket wallet with the amount relating to the spoiled products. Last night when I checked, my account was blocked and the entire balance had been revoked. Upon questioning them, they mentioned something about Bigbasket policy without specifying the reason. Please help me get my refund back at the earliest.
