Sir my name is p.ravi few days before my Big basket account inactive. I don't know why they do . When I call customer care they say that I misuse big basket policy. But I don't know the policy .By the inactivation time I have 2, 500 in my wallet .I am middle class family. And this is big amount and important for my family. Please activate my wallet money . Please solve my problem please.
I know big basket is never disappoint their customers. But it was unexpectedly.

    i order good from bigbasket of rupees 1512.56 in which i paid 1418 from bigbasket wallet and 94.56 from debit card ..
    I morning i recieved call saying that it was bulk order and we are deativating your account and they canceled the order and deactvated the account ...
    I simply m ailed them and contacted them and they said no .
    I order atta 10kg and 1 ghee and rest amount of biscuit for my family ...
    I simply want my money back 1418 which i paid from bigbasket wallet... Its my hard earned money ...Need my moneyback

      I have ordered a product from bigbasket from mobile app on 24 sept 2023 and the delivery date is on 26 sept 2023 with out my concern the order got canceled on the date of delivery.
      The reason given by customer care was the item is out of stock while processing the order if that was reason then why did the money got debited and order got placed.
      They even didnt inform me on phone call. This is worst experience i have ever seen.I want to complaint it in consumer forum.

        I hereby inform you that Myself Dileep Kumar Pathak S/O M P Pathak Join as SAE on 10 April at Prayagraj DC for Varanasi Location but due to department torcher issue sales department want to achieve demand of sales amount 20 Lac from starting month and monthly give mentally harasment and pressure to give for resign each and every month on behalf of sales Department Sales Head Prayagraj Mr Hariom Pandey always try to give me mentally pressure for resign on that reason I was resigned due to his pressure, Here Hr Department and Sales department both said that if you are serve notice period of company then you will receive 15day salary and noc certificate but till date not received any compensation from the company side and both department deny that we can't to do any help to me and they were wanted to take order as well as delevery on same same day that was reason on the delevery day my beat plan was change which was shown in MIS record, and seeing this record sales & Hr both dept. to make my salary and paid me only ₹ 605 amount as occasion of notice period 15 day and Mr Hariom pandey sir tell me that I have not worked as according to company policy if there he have any written policy then he will try to share me and rectify me with satisfactory ans because each and everyone want to pass on this msg.

        So please request to all of you kindly see the above matter and do needful as soon as possible

          I have ordered some items from here on 7th sept and was delivered on 8th September order number MK[protected].
          Total 11 items were ordered out of which Hellman’s mayonnaise was tampered and was nearing expiry on 12 th September 2023 along with DeHaat Honest Farms unpolished urad whole dal had expired too on 1st September 2023. I can’t submit the pictures as it’s crossing 2mb mark but I have all the pictures of the products

              My order number is: BNN[protected][protected]...some time before the order was delivered, my mother pickedup the grocery ..when i checked i see that some items are not delivered..the uldelivered items are.maggie, safed detergent, all out ultra, tata tea, ghee, sahi garam masala, soya chunks, emami soyabin oil, maida 2 kg, posto, kasmiri chilli powder, butter, jeera powder was not deliverd...i have recived vim dishwash bar, salt, red chilli powder, mustard powder, biriyani masala.1kg maida, sooji...so much dispointed big basket..i paid full money.i want my money back now.

                      My Order id: ( EXN-[protected][protected] I would like to give a zero rating. Very bad customer experience.

                      You run a big delivery company and its such a cheap and poor thing you cannot even provide proper packaging or carry bag for the items you deliver? I received my order today and the delivery executive has given me all my items openly on the road with out even a carry bag it was so embarrassing on the road like that to take it. This not the first time everytime I ordered the delivery guy gives all items loose open. Your company name is big basket, leave about basket atleast provide a carry bag to the customer. Atleast for name sake do that or change the company name.

                      When i reached out to customer service they say that they don't have option for carry bag. And they said i should carry a bag.If this is the case, you should mention it on your app and website so that customers know this when they are ordering. The customer can be receiving the order anywhere at their work place or at home and receiving the items they order loosing and openly is such a bad and embarrassing thing.

                      I face this issue whenever i use this worst company delivery service. I have complained previously as well about this issue but same thing repeats everytime. They just keep sending same apology email and no action is taken.

                      This is the reason people don’t use big basket for such poor customer service. I never use it but it was my bad luck that i had used it. I will never use big basket in the future neither will recommend it to others.

                        Forcing me to buy a free item that hurts my sentiments

                        Trying to order few items from big basket app. It automatically adds item Eastern Chicken Masala that is added to my cart and then gave an equivalent discount of the price, i.e. 10 rs. This strongly hurts my sentiments as I am a pure vegetarian and buying this kind of masala even free, hurts my religious sentiments.                         Actually I places multiple orders at the same time that also prepaid and after without asking they cancelled all and blocked my account and they told it will never be unblocked so my 20000 rupees which I have invested have gone from my wallet and they are not responding not even replying properly

                          Hi,

                          I tried to ordered something from big basket.com on 13th August 2023, but due to connectivity issues my payment didnt went through and now today when i opened the bigbasket app its showing a negative balance of 27.13 Rs. They are cheating their customers just because payment didnt went through and now if i have to use the app, first i have to pay 27.13 Rs. Please look into the matter as they are cheating thousands of people like that.

                            I ordered groceries from big basket and choose a slot of 8:00pm-11:00pm as given by their app, but got a call from delivery guy that it’s late and he needs to go home, on humanitarian grounds i agreed that please deliver it in a the morning latest by 8:00am.
                            After calling several times in morning he didn’t answer and my order shifted for Wednesday without my concern and they removed stuff from my inventory without prior notice.
                            I called the customer care to seek help but instead of giving me any solution or taking any action for this false promise the customer cate executives(sohail and jayant) try to put me on hold which as you can know costed me another ₹50.

                            For you guys this can be a small thing but for me this is a big thing because there is no flour at my house because of this blunder and no one in this company is ready to take the responsibility.
