My order number is: BNN[protected][protected]...some time before the order was delivered, my mother pickedup the grocery ..when i checked i see that some items are not delivered..the uldelivered items are.maggie, safed detergent, all out ultra, tata tea, ghee, sahi garam masala, soya chunks, emami soyabin oil, maida 2 kg, posto, kasmiri chilli powder, butter, jeera powder was not deliverd...i have recived vim dishwash bar, salt, red chilli powder, mustard powder, biriyani masala.1kg maida, sooji...so much dispointed big basket..i paid full money.i want my money back now.

    Inactivation of account, order cancellation and wallet balance of over Rs 500 debited

    I have been a BB customer for last 4 years ordering approximately once a week

    I was shocked to receive a series of emails stating that my orders for today and Tuesday were summarily cancelled due to "unusual conflict " and I was logged out of the app

    When I tried to log in msg says " Account does not exist" and a call to CS also said they are unable to access my account and I should email CS to rectify the anomalybr...

    Two emails and 3 calls to CS have not been responded to

      Account shows inactive orders cancelled without any reason

          My Order id: ( EXN-[protected][protected] I would like to give a zero rating. Very bad customer experience.

          You run a big delivery company and its such a cheap and poor thing you cannot even provide proper packaging or carry bag for the items you deliver? I received my order today and the delivery executive has given me all my items openly on the road with out even a carry bag it was so embarrassing on the road like that to take it. This not the first time everytime I ordered the delivery guy gives all items loose open. Your company name is big basket, leave about basket atleast provide a carry bag to the customer. Atleast for name sake do that or change the company name.

          When i reached out to customer service they say that they don't have option for carry bag. And they said i should carry a bag.If this is the case, you should mention it on your app and website so that customers know this when they are ordering. The customer can be receiving the order anywhere at their work place or at home and receiving the items they order loosing and openly is such a bad and embarrassing thing.

          I face this issue whenever i use this worst company delivery service. I have complained previously as well about this issue but same thing repeats everytime. They just keep sending same apology email and no action is taken.

          This is the reason people don’t use big basket for such poor customer service. I never use it but it was my bad luck that i had used it. I will never use big basket in the future neither will recommend it to others.

            Forcing me to buy a free item that hurts my sentiments

            Trying to order few items from big basket app. It automatically adds item Eastern Chicken Masala that is added to my cart and then gave an equivalent discount of the price, i.e. 10 rs. This strongly hurts my sentiments as I am a pure vegetarian and buying this kind of masala even free, hurts my religious sentiments. Also, twice tried to reach out to customer care but they said they cannot remove the free item. Also asked for escalation but...

            Actually I places multiple orders at the same time that also prepaid and after without asking they cancelled all and blocked my account and they told it will never be unblocked so my 20000 rupees which I have invested have gone from my wallet and they are not responding not even replying properly

              Hi,

              I tried to ordered something from big basket.com on 13th August 2023, but due to connectivity issues my payment didnt went through and now today when i opened the bigbasket app its showing a negative balance of 27.13 Rs. They are cheating their customers just because payment didnt went through and now if i have to use the app, first i have to pay 27.13 Rs. Please look into the matter as they are cheating thousands of people like that.

                I ordered groceries from big basket and choose a slot of 8:00pm-11:00pm as given by their app, but got a call from delivery guy that it’s late and he needs to go home, on humanitarian grounds i agreed that please deliver it in a the morning latest by 8:00am.
                After calling several times in morning he didn’t answer and my order shifted for Wednesday without my concern and they removed stuff from my inventory without prior notice.
                I called the customer care to seek help but instead of giving me any solution or taking any action for this false promise the customer cate executives(sohail and jayant) try to put me on hold which as you can know costed me another ₹50.

                For you guys this can be a small thing but for me this is a big thing because there is no flour at my house because of this blunder and no one in this company is ready to take the responsibility.

                          I am employee of bigbasket dc bantala, sir I Dont know where I complain as employee that's why I complain here please read sir, today my senior behaviour neha mam is roughly bad for me. She snatch my device roughly in front of my colleagues and also some other senior order allocator and told me to get out in the middle of my work because today my health condition was not good i told them before and from last 4 day i am absent because of my family issues i told every one for leave but no one answer . Sir or mam i am picker i always be in top if you want then check please! but today i was slow because of health sir or mam its ok if she shout on me its senior but her behaviour i cant tolerate sir my behaviour for all.Colleagues and seniors always good. No abusing no shouting always hi with smile, but why sir what can i do she insult my in front of everyone told to getout why ?? my senior order allocator present there prashant sir and apurba sir but they didn't told any word why sir or mam ? she did this type of behaviour why because i am in short post or she is senior, many pickers want to complain but because of job they cant sir or mam when we told any thing the things are never gone to hr table why sir or mam !! sir i am not a respectable man, sir i belong from. middle class family i come here for earn, but this type of behaviour how middle.Class boy would.Earn. Sir please do something. Please! please!
                          Sir salary day is coming what can i do if my salary will be stop because of this how i pay my house rent and else sir. sir in this word i didnt tell lie a single word ! please check and then take actioN. If i am wrong then i am punishable but i am not wrong sir please help me sir. Sir in that condition what i choose respect or work tell me!

                            For Order ID [protected] after expiry of slot delivery waiting for 2 days, Canceled by the BB Team by just SMS. When Contacted CC Executive they just told me the reason you didn't picked call.
                            When I asked for the repeat order for delivery, than BB team giving time for another day slot.
                            It's too pathetic service.
                            Kindly look into it.

                              I placed the above order for delivery on 26.06.23 in the 10.30 - 12.30 slot .At 10.30 the status showed out for deliver . At 12.40 I contacted the customer on chat to ask for a time as to when it would be delivered and was told " It will be delivered today " ! When I said that I have other work and need to to know the time so I could leave the house I was told a call back will be arranged . At 1.10 I called your helpline and was given the same answer that a call back will be arranged . At 1.32 I got a call to say that the team is not being able to contact the delivery person so no further details can be given !~ If this is help then I am afraid my definition of help differs from yours ! Once an order has been placed one has to wait with folded hands to get the delivery leaving aside all other work outdoors ! Why was I called if there were no information to give ?
