In big basket app some products showing me at discounted rate and I'm placing those items but after placing successful order I became to know their was a technical issue at big basket end and big basket not delivering those products. When I'm contacting customer care to escalate the issue as a reward their executive deactivated my account. As per advice their BDM Mr Haripada Ghosal I'm placing order from another account to verify is it really any technical issue or something else. Now please clarify me what was my faults.

      I recieved some items in bad quality so sharef them 2 kg onions i did not received but delivery boy said ordered by mistake so returned truth is there were no onions, some products are low quality asked for replacement they said we can't do replacement at this time but refund you & very next day at 2 p.m.i received a mail stated your wallet amount has been debited after then there's no amount is my wallet & after half an hour my account got deactivate. feeling very bad as i trusted this app so much i keep my own money in wallet. How can you deduct it by yourself & then deactivate account by putting a blame. I want my money back i am very poor person, pleaae i beg you return my money.

        Yesterday I ordered products/items worth Rs 600 but it showed -7 from BB wallet and paid for it not thinking much about it . And today I tried placing some order and it showed -10 in BB wallet . Why is it showing negative balance when I have paid fully amount already.

          I ordered items for 300 Rs and delivery fee is 30 Rs, then why it is showing settle balance as 15 to account and it forcing to pay it. this is not making sense even i didn't get any loan amount from big basket. Can you please clear my doubt.

            BB Order no - EXN-[protected][protected]. Placed order on 4th Mar for delivery on 5th Mar 2023 for the slot 7.30 to 10.30pm. Dint receive the order till 10.30pm. Called up the customer care at 10.40pm to get no update from them. They said they would call back in 15 mins with the update. But with no intimation or call, i see the delivery slot changed to Mar 7th 8.30am to 10.30am.
            When i called the customer care again... they said vehicle broke down and we do not have slots for 6th March.
            This is a very unprofessional behavior from BigBasket. Atleast they should have had a courtesy or a communication set right where they intimate the customers. So now for the order placed on 4th March, i am receiving it on 7th March. This is indeed disgusting.

                My order has not been delivered in the scheduled slot. I have made repeated calls to the customer care. Each time I was told it will be delivered within an hour. Now at 8.30 in the night the delivery person calls and says they cnt deliver today.

                What kind of professionalism is this? Moreover this is happening 3red time. My schedule is getting rescheduled by big basket .

                After the TATA s has taken over big basket the service has gone from bad to worse. Really upset with the service

                  Returned products but full refund not received. The details are in attachment with this complaint. I returned two boxes but received refund for only one box. Pathetic service and delivery boys these days. Yeh behaviour of the person who came to collect was very rude. His name was Ram and the phone number is [protected]

                    I am receiving lots of spam calls from third party selling me various schemes. Also they are misusing the number by proving my numbers to hotels who are reaching out with invitations.

                    Kindly do not sell my private contact data. This is serious breach of privacy and it can be reported.

                    I am not interested in any services provided by Big basket or its subsidies. Kindly delete my private information from the database.

                      One executive from bb daily his name is Anup ([protected]) came to my Apartment and gone to each and every flat saying download app and register you will get 4 liters of milk for first 4 days and you will receive 1800 Rs worth vouchers and there will be no service charges and you can order minimum value like 5Rs and asked all customers forcefully to recharge 500Rs. Now once subscription started, they are charging service charges on items and no free milk and no vouchers. We tried to catch him but his mobile was switched off.

                      I spoke with customer care executives and raised a complaint on Feb 18 to refund my money from my big basket wallet to my original mode of payment. They said within 48 hours they will initiate the refund now Day 4 running still not initiated and not giving my money back.

                        I made a payment on number [protected] to load the wallet with Rs 4000. That transaction got failed later but i have not received any refund for the same.

                        I made the payment on sunday 5th feb 2023 to EBUZZBBDAILY via HDFC net banking and it got deducted from my account but does not credit to Bigbasket wallet.

                              1. It is very regretfully observed that whenever we lodge complaint to Bigbasket related to any grievance in the matter of any of our orders, they do not ever respond.
                              2. Our three emails are still pending without any reply though a substantial period head ellipsed but Bigbasket did not care to respond back for proper redressal.
                              3. Such an attitude is totally against the consumer protection act and offensive as it goes against the interest of consumers, causing them hell of the trauma and waste of time.
                              4. It is further regretful to note that bigbasket does not provide any toll free number.why?
                              5. Every online shopping centre, selling their products on net, always provides toll free number for customers to contact them easily and freely. Non providing such a number makes customers beer all the costs to speak to their customer care people for any grievance they have against their supplied product. A totally wrong and illegal strategy by Bigbasket to discourage consumers to lodge their complaints.
                              6. When they sell their product under COD, cash on delivery, their duty is to send their delivery man with proper change. They cannot expect if the bill amount is ₹ 678, the demand 78 change but they do not carry ₹ 22 change with their delivery people, causing dispute at the time of delivery.
                              7. All such anti consumer policy aur highly condemnable.

                                    On 25th Jan 23 I had placed an order for Birriyas tofu and brown chana. The rate mentioned on website for tofu was Rs 55 but I was charged Rs 99 plus delivery charges. Similarly for brown chana the rate mentioned is Rs185 for two kgs but I was billed Rs 140 for ONE Kg plus delivery charges.
                                    I tried to speak to your helpline number[protected] at 9.16 pm but the person was rude and disconnected the call.
                                    It is extremely shameful for a company which carries TATA name.
                                    Please clarify and refund me the amount if any.
                                    It will be most appropriate to trace out the person who attended my call and rudely disconnected and take punitive action/
