Pathetic costomer support even after events done at premises they are unable to deliver subscription order and not able to sort it out from 2days...

Bigbasket came with false Misleading offers at our Optimum Rose apt, one Mr.Dhiraj[protected] misleaded with offers and hidden agenda of cheating residents and post transfer of wallet amount neither he is able to deliver nor responding for the calls. Everyday i am getting delivery message without order delivery and deduction of amount from wallet. with this experience we feel bigbasket is fraud and misleading innocent costomers beware of this...

I ordered some mazza and sprite from big basket but i got one mazza bottle unsealed...

Hi in My wallet is +16 & after3 months, i opened the BIG BASKET app, My wallet amount is in -9rs. why it is so....

I have been struggling with big basket and bbdaily since October 2021

I had complained to your customer service cell and explained that against my order for Sula Chenin Blanc RESERVE I had been supplied the ordinary Sula Chenin Blanc - this despite the Bill showing Chenin Blanc Reserve.
This was delivered in a soft sealed pack at the gate at night.
On opening the sealed pack next morning I found that I had not been supplied the Chenin Blanc Reserve...

I ordered for a few grocery items on Monday which was to be delivered on Tuesday morning but due to dome delivery constraints it wasn’t and the order was cancelled. It was said refund will be credited within 48hr to source but it’s been a week already. Everytime I contact them the time is extended. First 24hrs then 48 then 72 and now 9 days. And I contacted the bank with the reference id given by them and as per them there’s no payment...

My account is deactivated and bb wallet money is also taken and saying they will not return...

I made an order on 4 September 2022 for Rs. 2282.75 through my visa card but it failed and I tried again through my card it failed again after that I tried through UPI and it was successful, but bigbasket is saying they haven’t received the amount which has already been debited and is also mentioned in my account statement. When I contacted my bank they are saying that amount has been received by bigbasket but bigbasket is saying they haven’t....

We had done shopping for the RS.1200 the delivery boy is saying us to take the delivery from the office in gullapalli. He is saying that if the products are above the1500 rs he will give the door delivery else we have to collect from office.or we have to give the extra charge for him of 50rs to get products delivered.
But the site is showing free delivery.
It is the 2nd time we are facing the same issue....

I have ordered oil packet and they have sent me a product which is expired a month ago,
who is responsible if our health is affected and how neglegent is the team to send such products, the customer care team is not at all bothered about this...

My money didn't credited to my upi account for my cancelled order which was done 14 days ago...

Yesterday I got a leaked oil packet. And today I placed it for exchange. But after placing my exchange order my bbwallet is showing a negative balance of 166. whereas it was 0 before placing the exchange order....

Everytime i order from these guys, they deliver my order an hour late. What is the point in picking delivery slot.
