I am a regular customer of big basket but for last ten days I am unable to order because when after selecting the products I click on the basket then an icon comes up saying ‘Oops something went wrong.’I have been so much troubled and disgusted.I complained to the grievance Officer also.He called and listened to the problem and promised to look into it but nothing happened.Si do something fast otherwise you will lose a loyal customer.

Bigbasket.com — Account Deactivated with wrong Reason
I am the customer for BigBasket for almost 6 months.I am using the service very actively. But when on 3 Dec 2022 i opened My App to order it shows my account has been inactivated and i need to reach out to Customer Care. When call Customer Care they said don't know reason and asked me to contact [protected]@bigbasket.com. When i dropped mail they responded back after 5 hours stating that "We would like to inform you that as per the update from the fraud-prevention team, we noticed that the account was deactivated for misusing promotional offer the Bigbasket policies and the same cannot be activated".
This is really rediculous. On what justification the team says that i am misusing my account and even without prior notice team simply inactivated accout
I said that the executive 27 nov 2022 your app is not working properly or technical error due to I ordered only one time but due to erroe multiple time means 3 times amount are deducted next day bigbasket accept and send me mail and they accept due to erroe or conflict the order so all orders are cancelled. But after this 8 days no money was received or refunded . And Today 3 dec 2022 bigbasket deactivate my account this very harras to me. How can happened this behave to a customer
Because this mistake is bigbasket and they blaim me
I again request to plz activate my account [protected].
Other wise I post this the social media and request to all my near and dear to bycot the bigbasket. And I file the defamtion of individual court case due to my reputation in society

I am getting phone calls from random numbers claiming that bigbasket is providing them with their customer's numbers regarding random scam schemes.
I would like to know the accountability of bigbasket leaking sensitive information of their customers to scammers.

Delivery executive refused to give the order as he didn't hv change, mine gpay was not working at that day, he told he will come later on but he cancelled my order without informing me I received a call from cc I explained them the incident they told I will get my order but haven't received any info from last 3-4days

It has been 2 days i haven't received my order yet, such unprofessional attitude from your team .

Sir I ordered on 11 th November. And my order schedule on 12 th November till 9.pm
Unfortunately.my order not delivered on schedule time then u rase complent then they give me 5 percentage delivery guarantee cash back and my order rescheduled on 13th November.
But today's I received mail that my order again rescheduled due to not attempt call .
While no call received from your side.
What is delivery guarantee in BigBasket?

What is WYSIWYG Guarantee? As per the guarantee, Bigbasket promises 100% Order fulfillment. If they could not deliver all the products ordered, your bigbasket account would be credited with additional 50% of the order value for all the undelivered or partially delivered items.

Give me above guarantee. And deliver my product today
Otherwise I go for consumer court

I took a subscription of banana leaves every alternate day. They provided very poor quality leaves 80% of time. They refunded the amount 2-3 times and after that they said they cannot refund any more. I needed the banana leaves, so had to arrange locally . This is really poor service from a company owned by TATA group....

Big basket is harrassing me from few days they didn't delivered me products and argued with me the delivery partners and delivery agents given threating me and use bad words also ...plz take strong action against them

My account has been deactivated with false reason that i had received a phone call from big basket and saying that your account has deactivated because of bulk orders then what i should do there are giving only 2 quantity only in 3 days then what i should do about this iam not able to understand please help me

I have received items other than what I ordered.

Last time I returned the same to the delivery person but yet to get back the refund.

This time also wrong delivery

No response till now

Pathetic costomer support even after events done at premises they are unable to deliver subscription order and not able to sort it out from 2days

Bigbasket came with false Misleading offers at our Optimum Rose apt, one Mr.Dhiraj[protected] misleaded with offers and hidden agenda of cheating residents and post transfer of wallet amount neither he is able to deliver nor responding for the calls. Everyday i am getting delivery message without order delivery and deduction of amount from wallet. with this experience we feel bigbasket is fraud and misleading innocent costomers beware of this portal business

I ordered some mazza and sprite from big basket but i got one mazza bottle unsealed

Hi in My wallet is +16 & after3 months, i opened the BIG BASKET app, My wallet amount is in -9rs. why it is so.

I have been struggling with big basket and bbdaily since October 2021

Since am working in big basket my salary was not paid last 3 month please give my salary I need pay my household expenses & hospital bill I already taken an loan from outside to fulfill my need please request you to help me
