Harassment from bigbasket customer care and local employee

I ordered 4 items 2 days ago and had paid upfront for a delivery promise before 10:00 am after 2 days, i.e. 6th August 2022.
On the day of delivery the executive only delivered one of the product at 7:50 am and promised to give the other product same day within the time frame, i.e before 10:00 am.
Without any information, they updated that I have placed a return of the product. This return happened on my behalf from bigbasket...

Cancellation of product without my consent

With reference to order no- NJBPTFO[protected] dtd-31.07.2022. One item- Oven cake mix was expected to be delivered on 05.08.2022 (7.30 am-9.30 pm).Delivery boy call with his personal no at 10.15am (twice) that got unpicked as I was not available at phone at that point of time. At 10.17am I called back. The delivery boy understood my location on phone call and assure to come in next 1 hour. But meantime I got a message on my Registered...

Non-Receipt of Ordered Products & Deficiency of Services by Big Basket.

Poor quality of vegetables

In the order delivered on 1 August, the baingan was rotten (all of it); the tomatoes were stinking and the onions were too small.
Pathetic quality for a TAta company...

Cancelled order but amount is not credited in bank account

Sir i have ordered a product in big basket but due to some reason i am cancelling order. After cancelled order my amount is not credit in airtel money wallet . My order date is 18.07.2022. i have complaining big basket and airtel money but they do not reply. Sir please help me to refund proceed my account imadiately ....

Bbnow didn't deliver my order

I have made an order worth 500 which i have prepaid but i didn't receive it.app is closed later and now I can't track also customer care chat expect us to sit with mobile all time so that I can mssg at their convenient time.so frustrating...

Refund both bank and big basket guys are playing with me

Hello team,

I've ordered groceries from big basket on 07/07/2022 costs 3600/- delivery guy failed to deliver that day next day we will be going outstation so said them to cancel the order they said that they will cancel and refund back from that day they are saying to wait 9 days once 48 hours onc 24 hours once but amount wasn't refunded finally they said amount was refunded but I didn't receive any amount i contacted bank...

Undelivered items - reimbursement

They steal in small amounts from each customer for products that they don't deliver. Regret being a customer of theirs in the first place. I know of very many people losing money with them like this and not get it back. Poor customer service responses, they give you reasons which are another headache in itself not really addressing the issue....

Inducing by false promises and offers to recharge their wallets

The Big basket ran an promotional campaign for milk subscription and to recharge their Big basket wallet. Relying upon this promotion offer, I recharged Big Basket wallet by Rs.2000/- and when attempted to avail the offer of milk subscription, the offer was denied.
Further Big basket is expensive as they charge service charges and it never shown on the price of the product. It is hidden charges and no transparency. So in totality including...

Not received the order but app show order completed

I placed the order on July 8 2022. and the order is to be delivered on July 9 2022. but as of July 11 the order is not delivered but the app show the order is completed and when I tried to complain it they didn't response to the mail or call.....

Jackfruit included in the bill but not given

Refund of amount - Rs652.45

Multiple payment received for order[protected] and refund promised to reach my bank within 24 hours as intimated by bigbasket vide sms on 2nd july, 22.
The amount is not yet credited to my MASTERCARD account.
