Ref. : Pick-up Order ENKPO[protected]
I had complained to your customer service cell and explained that against my order for Sula Chenin Blanc RESERVE I had been supplied the ordinary Sula Chenin Blanc - this despite the Bill showing Chenin Blanc Reserve.
This was delivered in a soft sealed pack at the gate at night.
On opening the sealed pack next morning I found that I had not been supplied the Chenin Blanc Reserve but the ordinary variety.
In the chat that followed with your customer service on 14th Sept it was confirmed that the incorrect supply would be picked up the same day and I would in due course be credited with the cost to Big Basket wallet for use in future orders. I also received a SMS at my mobile number the same day providing me with the details of the above Pick-up Order.
Strangely at around 4.30 p.m. I received a call from [protected] advising me that I had been incorrectly advised (in the chat and in the SMS that followed) that the wine bottles would be picked up and that I should have asked for open delivery etc. etc. etc. Very typical 'bazar' attitude - customer is always wrong.
The position is very simple : BB has failed to take back the incorrect supplied bottles and failed to abide by the very fair agreement reached with your customer service executive and confirmed by SMS.
The TATA ethos seems not have trickled down to your ground staff. Can never imagine something like this happening with Amazon or Flipkart.
Since I will not be risking ordering further from BB I have asked for my account to be immobilized (or whatever it is you call it) and this has been confirmed in my chat with you.

      I ordered for a few grocery items on Monday which was to be delivered on Tuesday morning but due to dome delivery constraints it wasn’t and the order was cancelled. It was said refund will be credited within 48hr to source but it’s been a week already. Everytime I contact them the time is extended. First 24hrs then 48 then 72 and now 9 days. And I contacted the bank with the reference id given by them and as per them there’s no payment stuck with that reference id.
      Just take a proper look into this cause now it’s frustrating.

          I made an order on 4 September 2022 for Rs. 2282.75 through my visa card but it failed and I tried again through my card it failed again after that I tried through UPI and it was successful, but bigbasket is saying they haven’t received the amount which has already been debited and is also mentioned in my account statement. When I contacted my bank they are saying that amount has been received by bigbasket but bigbasket is saying they haven’t. It isn’t either my fault for doing what the bigbasket app said. I paid two times for the same order, as I thought my previous amount will be debited, but it wasn’t.

            We had done shopping for the RS.1200 the delivery boy is saying us to take the delivery from the office in gullapalli. He is saying that if the products are above the1500 rs he will give the door delivery else we have to collect from office.or we have to give the extra charge for him of 50rs to get products delivered.
            But the site is showing free delivery.
            It is the 2nd time we are facing the same issue.

              Received expired product

              I have ordered oil packet and they have sent me a product which is expired a month ago,
              who is responsible if our health is affected and how neglegent is the team to send such products, the customer care team is not at all bothered about this...

                Today I placed an order that got cancelled initiatially due to technical glitch from the payment gateway. However the same order was successful for the second time. When the order arrived, the delivery boy had got two sets of products, both the cancelled as well as the confirmed orders, but was not ready to give the products without collecting the money for the cancelled order, or give the products of the confirmed order and take back the products of the cancelled order. He is not understanding to the point that I had to finally cancel the confirmed order too n he took all the products back. Such a big brand like bigbasket recruiting such uneducated senseless ppl for delivery. Such a waste of time, money n resources for nothing. Customer service is worse than that. They dont want to even take a complaint. Even Rathan Tataji will feel very embarassing n shameful seeing his human resources. Where will India improve if it goes like this.

                    I cancelled it on august 9 for some reason, then I got a message from bb that my refund will be credited to my source account within 24hrs, but till now(23 august) the money is still not credited, I tried contacting their customer service but they were not responding

                        Everytime i order from these guys, they deliver my order an hour late. What is the point in picking delivery slot. Customer care guys always give a wrong statement that delivery will not happen today, and other side delivery guy calls and deliver the order. Sometimes their delivery guys lie, and they are like "customer ghar pe nahi tha, address nahi mila. I am facing this crap for the past 4 years, and only reason to order from BB is they have all the products there. Today my delivery slot was from 7-9 am, and around 8:50 guy called me and said that he is around my house, and reaching in ten minutes. Around 9:20 i called customer care and they said that OPS team will call back, when they called they said it will not be delivered today, what the hell is this. Shame on you guys, and BB is just a piece of thrash nothing else. Unprofessional idiots, and higher authorities.

                          I am worker in Big Basket (Night Shift) since 1 months and my salary was ₹12, 000/- with OTT but i will get only ₹6, 200/- at 8/08/2022 and dats 9 - 10 i had a fever soo am not able to go duty at night shift. Soo i will calling higher post employe to complaint this case but he will not doing anything soo i will directly go company at 11/08/2022 too meet HR but he will telling why you will not come to company date 9 - 10 write a leave letter soo i will write letter for previous 2 days leave and last time HR was telling i will calling you tommorow but No response soo i will decide to do grieviance against BIG BASKET.

                              I ordered two amul dark chocolates worth Rs. 220 and made the payment via UPI payment. Next the delivery person Kilambi Naga dheerendra called and said he will not deliver my order and asked me to cancel it. He talked to me very rudely and kept on asking me to cancel the order. I tried to contact the customer care service of big basket but no response.
                              This is unacceptable. You are creating problem for customers. Please deliver my order now.

                                We have been facing lot of issues with big basket daily. We have been ordering milk on daily basis since last 4 to 5 months now. Last 2 to 3 months every week there are 2 to 3 incedences where the delivery is short. We have been complaing, and every time get the answer that next time this issue will not repeat. Bb daily is refunding the short receipt, but that does not give solve my problem. I have to everytime go out and again buy the milk which was delivered less. Dont understand how they are not able to solve this since 3 months??? if they cant do this, it is better for them to shut down this milk service.

                                  Harassment from bigbasket customer care and local employee

                                  I ordered 4 items 2 days ago and had paid upfront for a delivery promise before 10:00 am after 2 days, i.e. 6th August 2022.
                                  On the day of delivery the executive only delivered one of the product at 7:50 am and promised to give the other product same day within the time frame, i.e before 10:00 am.
                                  Without any information, they updated that I have placed a return of the product. This return happened on my behalf from bigbasket...

                                  With reference to order no- NJBPTFO[protected] dtd-31.07.2022. One item- Oven cake mix was expected to be delivered on 05.08.2022 (7.30 am-9.30 pm).Delivery boy call with his personal no at 10.15am (twice) that got unpicked as I was not available at phone at that point of time. At 10.17am I called back. The delivery boy understood my location on phone call and assure to come in next 1 hour. But meantime I got a message on my Registered number that My order is cancelled and it's delivery is rescheduled on 10.08.2022.
                                  I called back delivery boy and told it. he excused you did not picked my phone so order got cancelled. I contacted customer care-[protected].I requested to lodge my complain but they did not gave any reference number for my complain.
                                  For such a small item that can be bought on retail shop within few hours. I am waiting for that for last 6 days and still I am asked to wait for 5 more days even after I have paid the money at the time of order only.(Prepaid order).
                                  Sir, Kindly help to resolve my greivance.

                                    I have placed an Order vide Order Ref. No. EXN-[protected][protected], on Monday, 1st August, 2022 with Big Basket and made the full payment on-line on their App. and the items were supposed to be delivered on Tuesday, the 2nd of August, 2022 between 7.30 PM to 10.30 PM, but it was shocking and surprising that the same were not delivered inspite of being at Home during the whole day and my Order Slot was changed by Big Basket on its own, without informing me and even without taking my consent to Thursday, 4th August, 2022 between 7.30 AM to 10.30 AM.

                                    Further, when I contacted at their Customer Care No. [protected] on 3rd August, 2022 at 9.52 AM and enquired about non-delivery of my above said Order on 2nd of August, 2022 as per the slot given as well as change in the slot to 4th August, 2022, I have been informed by their Customer Care Executive that my above said Order was not delivered yesterday due to wrong information and comments updated by their Delivery Agent that my Order was returned un-delivered from my Door Step (Home). This is totally fake comments which were put there by their Delivery Agent and ridiculous and we were at Home for whole day on 2nd August, 2022.

                                    This is totally un-justified at Big Basket's end and also deficiency in services and I am feeling cheated by a Company like Big Basket, a well knowned Tata Enterprises, as their Delivery Agent never came at my Home address during the whole day till midnight. He has put the fake comments. This is not fair on the part of Big Basket.

                                    It was again shocking to mention here that inspite of the promised slot for delivery of my order, which was given for today i.e. 4th August, 2022 between 7.30 AM to 10.30 AM, again my Order has not been delivered and the Slot has again been changed for tomorrow between 9.00 AM to 12.00 PM by the Big Basket on its own, without informing me and even without taking my consent. The delivery agent has mentioned the reason for not delivering the items as "he has called me up, but he did not get any response from my side". In this regard, I would like to mention here that the Deliver Agent of Big Basket has never called me up today and he is totally lying.

                                    This is totally ridiculous and un-justified on the part of Big Basket like Company, a Tata Enterprise. An enquiry in this regard should be initiated and a strict action should be taken against the Delivery Agent for giving and putting the fake information and not delivering the ordered products on the given slot and time and also I should be compensated for the mental harassment.

                                    Further, I would also like to mention here that I have not received any response from the Big Basket like Company, a Tata Enterprise against my Complaint lodged over their Customer Care Phone Number as well as sent through E-Mail yesterday.
