Hello guys, dont buy fruits and vegetables from bigbasket... Past 4 months there are sending damaged vegitables amd fruits every raised complaint and getting refund. Always i will get respond from big basket further it wont happen.. But waste of time again it will happen then what is the conclusion? Bigbasket need to action strictly dont waste our time and money..

Big Basket is the most horrible company when it comes to online shopping. This company is infested with fraud agents like CHANDAN BOSE who is in the quality check department & delivers all sorts of rotten food items to people residing in Kolkata.

    Dear sir,

    I have submitted one order on 03/05/2019 at 6.32 pm and it was suppose to deliver by 05/05/2019 (Delivery slot - 10am - 12.30pm)

    Invoice no. Mkovi[protected]

    In big basket app, its showing "your order is on the way" and the customer care is telling me continuously that it will be delivered at the earliest, sorry for the inconvenience due to technical issue. Today when i called for the delivery status, they informed me that since the delivery slot for tomorrow (06/05/2019) is fully booked, it will be delivered on wednesday (07/05/2019) evening.

    My only concern is, if the delivery is delayed due to their technical issue then the very next day the "delayed delivery" should be prioritize to the first slot??

    My humble request to you, kindly look into the matter so that other customer should not suffer the same.

    We tried reaching you, but there was no response. Please share us alternate number or convenient time.
    I have subscription with BBDaily for getting 2 Milk Packets Daily and for quite long time I have been receiving only one packet of Milk and daily I called/Chat with customer care and inform them about this issue. They refund the money but this again at same point where it all started.

      I hv started using bb daily for vegetables.
      But i met happy with the plastic you use.
      Stop the use of plastic for vegetables delivery.
      This company should hv some civic sense.
      How can they use so much plastic/ polythene
      Just to deliver 1 chilli or 1 lemon.
      The whole world is against the use of polythene.
      They should ban the use of polythene.
      Or else some serious action should be taken against the company.

        When i pour the juice in bowl then i find this dirty elastic thing in the juice. I have proper bills and videos to justify it.
        If any child consumes this juice then their may be a serious health issues may arise, who is responsible for this, bigbasket why dont you inspection the juice before it get deliverd and also why you are tie up with this company which supplies this type of product. Insted of blaming u i decided to register complain against basket.

        Very sorry for this experience. Could you please help us with your order number we'll check and assist you. We're unable to retrieve your order details with your name.
        Amount is deducted by net banking reference no. #IGAGABYDAB, on 24-April-2019 6.13pm, it showed declined, so your representative took cash 1000 Rs FROM ME & charged the bb daily wallet, subscribed. now 1000 rs extra has gone out from me.. net banking amount has not come back. so refund it.
        Very Very bad service from the BB daily team, Promised a free kit, but even after 2 months of subscription i haven't received the free kit. And the records show a free kit is already delivered. Even after complaining twice no action has been taken.
        This is the case with Many of the customers who have subscribed for BB daily in the society.

          I have ordered waterbottles for office use order no.#77813808 for morning time 7-9 am and first i recd a msg that your order #bmo[protected] will be delivered on 29th april between 7-9:30am on 29th at 08:01 am then again at 10 am i recd another msg that order scheduled for delivery has been delayed due operational constraints... And again i recd a call at 11 that big basket person is in our lobby and your security is not allowing so i spoke to your bb person to confirm that our office is opened and we are there till 1.. And have came at 08.00 am.. So hav asked him to come on 7th floor after waiting for next ten minutes i send my person to see in lobby.. And then called to your cust care.. And came to know that ur person left bcz of not responding... Even after talking to us your delivery person told lie... Then two times i recd call from your side and have again told whole story,.. But only because of your person is not interested or may be in hurry to go home,. Our deleivery hasnt completed even speaking to us and visiting our doorstep.. He was tired to come on 7th floor by lift. And after talking arguing 4 times to cust care i have recd last msg thatour deleivery person was at you doorstep and we tried calling you on reg mobile no.. Since there was no response (Completely false statement and liers) from your end we have rescheduled it on tue, 30th april...
          Just because of your delivery person who said or have given false statemenst our office staff suffered.. This is ridiculous.. And pls follow customers as well... Not only person who lies... Really disappointed and third class service even though cust calls u to resolve issue.. U ppl send that they arent responding... Hatsoff to such liers.. Managers and del., boys aswell... Shame on you, if it will happened regularly then bigbasket will not last long... Mark my words...

            While i was ordering my monthly grocery from bigbasket, i observed patanjali 500 gm that has an mrp of 135 rupees, is being quoted at 145 on their site.
            Which is clearly illegal and even though i highlighted it on social media, their account didn't bother to change/lookup the issue after acknowledging my tweet by systematic response.

              Hello...
              I am so much frustrated to say that im one among the bbdaily customers as i have seen that there is continuos miscommunication and fake promises made by the executives (To be precise bbdaily). We should have told about the policies and offers when we are asked to signup to bbdaily by the agents... They have mentioned free milk and bag but now we havent get that from the past month and neither of my friends did... When i called customer service they have mentioned me that you will get the bag in two days (Same happened with my friends and roomates) and now when im calling them after a week they are mentioning that the same address people will not get the free bag and wow... Bbdaily agents are not aware of pg, hostels and flats where the people live on the sharing basis and really big woww... The people living in one flat should have only one account according to bbdaily... Congrats guys... You won by fooling customers... Im really fed up with your service even... The agent who has asked me to signup and mentioned that you can contact me incase of any help is now not responding to my call or message but the offers will be posted by the agent in my whatsapp and thats how your service is working... A big big clap from my side for your service and response to your customers... This message is not even from and so many of my friends too... Please note that we are so much frustrated and disappointed with your service

              I had opted for bbstar premium membership in April for 6 months which was supposed to expire in September.

              On 13th night I got an email stating that my bbstar membership had been cancelled as payment was not completed which isn't true as I had already paid for 6 months. I've the bill in my mail and bigbasket app order details.
              I have raised concerns 5-6 times to bb daily customer care that their delivery guys is simply throwing everything at my gate instead of keeping it in the bb daily box. This is causing leakage of products also really getting embarrassed when many times its found at my neighbors gate in same leakage state. The customer care and even their senior executives are giving fake promises but nothing is resolved. I want to return their so called useless box, but they are not agreeing to that also. Please help.

                It's been about a year that we have been ordering with bb. It's been a practice for the delivery staff to call & pester for address, location etc.
                It gets irritating, because they invariably contact when we are busy in office. The staff feel it's their right to ask us to be their guide, the excuse given 'same staff do not come everyday' - as though that's our mistake.
                Today again they called me, unfortunately i was held up... 25 missed calls
                & i get a message 'order is cancelled'

                    Bigbasket is the worst online supermarket to do shopping. I have had a 2 hour delay and have been delivered with a rotting cheese. And this is not the first time i have been served rotting items, i was before delivered with mouldy, expired bread. I stopped ordering from them and out of stupidity have started again thinking of convenience. They are a complete health hazard. If you have kids, anyone pregnant or unwell, do not buy their products for your safety. Legal action should be taken against this company

                      The order mkoo[protected].
                      I had ordered frozen items which included curd, arambagh chicken & butter. Those were supposed to be carried inside a chilled box. When the delivery agent came & handed over the items i found melted butter, chicken packets with water inside & hot curd. The agent came on a bike & shamelessly said big basket never provides chilled box for such less ordered items. I hardly had a hassle free delivery from this company.
                      I am sure whatever has happened was due to the cheap mentality of agent chandan bose. He said he us the head of quality check department. Previously also he had misbehaved me over phone. He is the one who has asked & instigated the delivery agent to act in this way. I complained against chandan but this worthless company only gave me 2 ticket numbers but
                      Never took any strict action against that rogue agent. Ticket no:[protected] dated 14th march & ticket no:[protected] on 19th march.
                      I demand compensation of 50% of the total amount for this harassment i faced due to misbehavior of big basket agent. Big basket need to provide that as my ordered items were not delivered as it were damaged during transit due to the absence of the chilled box. My mother who is
                      A retired state government officer & also suffering from arthritis had to run to market to procure these items for which i had placed order at that company. This company is the reason for this harassment. But they denied to provide compensation of 50% of the total amount & severe punishment for that rogue agent chandan bose. Big basket is such a shameless company that they can do anything cheap activity against customers but when it comes to compensation they deny saying that they do not have such policy. Big basket's policy is to harass customers & shield their rogue agents.

                      Big Basket's 2 agents named Venkat & one other agent have already contacted me & DENIED to provide compensation. If you are really ashamed of yourselves for the behaviour of your agents, & want to provide compensation for the extreme harassment that myself & my mother have faced you can add Rs.500 to my wallet & I will close the case.

                        You know what's common in all of these orders. Well yeah, all of these orders have your trademark, "delivering stale /expired food items in the name of quality". You guys don't learn from your mistake, do you??
                        Anyways, coming to my recent order issue.
                        Order delivered today - 13th apr 2019
                        Products expiry dates are -14th, 15th apr 2019.

                        Almost 80% products having an expiry date of very next day. Whats up pimps??
                        You closed my last complaints at consumercomplaints by refunding the money and saying 'sorry and it won't happen again [censored]'.

                        I think this time its also gonna be same. Since you guys are really incapable of providing customer satisfaction. And there is no point in picking up a fight with a pig.

                        Let see how it goes. As a responsible citizen, i will file the complaints so that new people will know your "pimp" behaviour and rather prefer other platforms.

                          I subscribed to bb daily end of jan2019, and was promised a big basket bag worth rs 650, as advertised we would be entitled to with the subscription. Since then i have been a subscrber and have made 6 requests to them, 2 with customer service chat agents and 4 over emails, however every time i am promised that the bag will be delivered in 24 hours and has not happened for the last 6 times.
                          I am tired of hearing the same response and would want the company to stop the fake advertising to lure new customers if they can't fulfill their promise.

                            My prepaid order has not been delivered yet. Its already more than 1hr post the defined schedule. No communication from bigbasket yet. I am not able to connect to the customer service as they don't work after 10pm. I am not able to cancel the order as it is showing on the way. My money is stuck. Please escalate & take action accordingly. Also please help to refund my money stuck with the order as soon as possible.

                                Please refer to my complaint on this forum. Big basket team has contacted me on my mobile no. And resolved the issue. I request you to delete the photos and complaint uploaded on this platform.
                                I had made payment through paytm.
                                Cash back was not received for six days after applying the voucher code. Neither did bigbasket nor paytm specify any conditions of cash back on the "payment mode" screen. They expect customers to read the t & c on their website before placing order for vegetables, grocery! It is better to buy from the nearby shop! Online shopping is convenient for senior citizens staying alone or busy working people. But, all senior people may not want to go through such bad experience as mine. I had to reach your forum when bb gave evasive replies since 28/03/2019 till yesterday. Today, maybe because of your forum, the complaint was resolved. Thanks.

                                I would never place an order on big basket.. its very hectic inspite of being a bb star member. In kanpur the delivery guys are so "BADATTAMEEZ" that they deliver at their convenience.. i always get late for office wen i order on big basket.. very poor service

                                  I would never place an order on big basket.. Its very hectic inspite of being a bb star member.in kanpur the delivery guys are so "badattameez" that they deliver at their convenience.. I always get late for office wen i order on big basket.. Very poor service. And after that u need to follow them the full day for your order leaving ur job work.. The delivery people say from front to complain.. They dont care for complains.. "kardo complain" and the cashew quality is very poor.. It has black spots inside.

                                    My coupon got applied successfully in my first order of big basket, till date i have not received any cashback. It was committed by the company.
                                    Max 48hours were committed but till time 72-74 hours are completed.
                                    I informed the customer service but i am getting no response from them.
                                    This is a way to do fraud with the customer.
                                    They don't have value of money and time of customers.
                                    This is merely a cheating with the customer. It was not expected by a big company like big basket.
                                    We lost trust in the company.

                                      I am fed up of calling big basket CUSTOMER CARE . They have a set of ### to attend calls.
                                      I paid for my order through PAYTM, for which cash back voucher code WELCOMEBB was applied. I have not yet got the cash back of ₹ 130.65, though it is six days now.l have attached photos of my PAYTM passbook and order summary, taken today. I have contacted big basket several times but they are not redressing my complaint. They have only cheated me.

                                        Bigbasket marketing person approached me Feb last week with lots of offers.I thought of trying out this option thinking of big brand of bigbasket.But I was completely wrong with their pathetic service
                                        I recharged for rs2000 thinking I will use for long term.But the service was pathetic.Out of 7 days i subscribed, 4 days milk didnt come and rest of the days it came late after 7.30AM when they promised to deliver before 7AM.I was using Daily ninja for last 1 year and they were delivering regularly before 6AM.So BBdaily expectation was very clear for me.
                                        Disappointed with their service, I requested to refund my money of Rs2000 and as per their customer care people they initiated tranfser on 12th March.I had called them atleast 6-7 times, 10-12 times contacted through their customer support through app and continuosly following up for the last 2 weeks(almost 25 mail transaction happened).Everytime I will get a standard reply that the issue has been escalated(ticket number[protected]) and payment team is working on that.But I am not sure what the payment team is working for 3 weeks that they could not resolve the issue.I have shared my account statement also to prove that money has not credited till now.Still I am not getting any update and they have no intention to resolve the issue which is pathetic especially from a brand like bigbasket.
