successfully applied coupon but didn't received cashback

My coupon got applied successfully in my first order of big basket, till date i have not received any cashback. It was committed by the company.
Max 48hours were committed but till time 72-74 hours are completed.
I informed the customer service but i am getting no response from them.
This is a way to do fraud with the customer.
They don't have value of money and time of customers.
This is merely a cheating...

2 hours delayed delivery after 10pm for the second time

1. Ordered 3 days before and scheduled for 7:30-9:30PM and got it delivered on 11:15 PM. [2 hours delayed]. Informed customer care.
2. Ordered today again and scheduled for 6:30-8:30PM and still not received ( time now 10:20 ). Once again informed customer care and once again they told it won't happen in the future.

Another regular issue which i face is, most of the vegetables have an expiry of 5 days in Big Basket....

I have ordered BB on 13th for 14th delivery slot on 1900 hrs to 2200 hrs, MBO [protected], however it was rescheduled to next day. The same has been happened so many times, the executive without reaching the address will decide to reschedule . Reason always give as my number is not reachable.
So if I have to navigate on call to reach my address why the address is mandatory to provide. It can be on call instead.

worst grocery store ever

Big basket has ruined my breakfast 2nd time in a row. Both the times, i ordered from bigbasket for my breakfast. But both the times they didn't deliver my breakfast items and delivered other items which were not necessary. They apologized last time but yet again same thing happened and they didn't even bother to let me know that they are delivering the order partially.
