Mkofvo[protected] the most disgusting app i have ever seen i have never expected that the product which i will receive will be soo much disgusting this is a fake app nothing real they provide my 1600rs got totally wasted neither i have received my cashback after applying the promo code welcomebb wt the hell this app is doing i am not understanding the buns i have received were smelling like yakk there was a surf smell coming rm it not at all fresh the tomatoes i had ordered were so much rippen that i even can't restore them the broccoli is so small in size i have requested for the replacement of the order the size of the potatoes re so huge like u people are # or wt the the hell will i do with so much huge potatoes nd why the hell till now i have not received my cashback reply to my mail fast or else i have to file an fir against this app nd will surely complaint in consumer forum about all this i[censored] re not willing to provide us fresh product then don't make the delivery at least don't deliver rotten products

    There was an campaign on bigbasket.com to apply citibank credit card and get 2000/- after spending 3000/- in 30 days. I have applied credit card and spent more than 3000/- with in 30 days. But i have not received gift card of 2000/- after too many and many follow ups. Every time executives responds with assurance of gift cards. Finally i received email saying that my transactions are not eligible for gift card. Big basket trying to fool the customers. I am attaching few snapshots of offer, chat with customer care and transactions.

    Please do the needful and save future victims from getting fool.

      I have ordered fresho strawberry 200gm from big basket on 18.02.2019. When i received my order and opened it i found fungus growth on few strawberries. I have attached the rotten strawberry picture as a proof to my complain. I didn't expect this from big basket. Kindly take a genuine and immediate action on my complaint and please return my money.

        This is breach of trust.

        Bdaily is a new service line of big basket where they offer customer to order any product a day before until 10 pm to get it delivered next day until 7:30 am.in case of delay in delivery they are supposed to refund the 10% of the total bill amount.
        On 10th february no products were delivered until 9:30 am, i have been chasing with them since 7:30 am but they have not even delivered until 9:30am.

        I have been telling them that after 8:30 am noone would be available at home for receiving the products and some of them are to be kept in the refrigerator (I. E. Milk, pineapple slices, butter milk, grapes etc) but they promised me that they will call us but no one got back to us.
        We have made many calls, written emails but no concrete response at all.

        The products were kept outside of my door for whole day and got spoiled off. They have not even refunded 10% of total bill amount.

        They are cheating consumers and wasting our time when we raise our concerns. I request you to please take some strong actions against such online retailers.

        They do not even give any order id if we add more products i. E. To daily deliveries.

        Please check attached order emails and other conversations.

          Bigbasket software is mischievously adding shipping charges in later steps of order. If you are going in good faith, you will end up paying shipping charges that were shown as not applicable.
          I have taken 2 screenshots to show that - in first screen bb-2, delivery charges are shown as waived off. Later, in screen bb-3, charges are added back.

          Bigbasket customer care is absolutely not listening to this and they keep repeating their rule book. Very frustrating that they can't accept a software bug, how ever it will be fixed then?

            I took bb subscrtion of Rs 299 from Bigbasket. They have done cashback of Rs 100 from that. recently I have purchaged few items from Bigbasket along with Maggi ketchup. When delivery person came to my door he found that maggi ketchup bottle was broken, I asked him to send me the replacment not the refund. But Bigbasket has given refund. I got a call from Bigbasket Customer care, I asked them to replace the item. They intiated the replacment along with shippig charged of res50. I cancelled my order but they deducted Rs30. When I asked they were telling the procedure, I requested to cancell bb subscription and refund all my amount and close my account. Initialy they have not refunded for BB Subscrtion, but later they refunded only Rs199 and not comlete rs 299.
            My Questions are
            1) For replacement how they can charge shipping charge as replacement was done due to their mistake
            2) When I asked for my refund they should refund my entire amount instead of giving the partial amount.

              This is regarding the order number - ecro[protected].
              We have ordered few items on 8th feb which delivery was scheduled on 10th feb 7:30pm-10:00pm. This time the order number was - mco[protected]. But, suddenly this order has been cancelled by big basket team without any reason after 10:00 pm on the same delivery date. We expected urgently the items ordered with this order number.
              I did chat with customer care, but didn't received any satisfied reason why they cancelled it, and they rescheduled it for 13th feb at the 7:30pm-10:00pm with the order number - mco[protected].
              But, again they cancelled it just after the delivery time has crossed.
              Again i did chat with customer care and again i didn't received any satisfied reply from them why this order is being cancelled at the time of delivery.
              Now, they again rescheduled it on 16th feb at the same slot with the order number - ecro[protected]. I doubt if they can give the service on this time.

              Please look into this matter, as we are now fade up with this type of worst service of big basket.

                I have ordered through credit card and and the payment was unsuccessful. Immediately the order was automatically converted to Cash on Delivery. In fact I need to submit through Credit card since 20% discount is given by HDFC. I cancelled the Order and again I paid through HDFC Credit Card and got the discount of Rs.300/- . Next day I received the message that Product is going to deliver and I need to pay Cash. Immediately I called customer care and explained and again I asked them to cancel the COD order. They also confirmed that the order has been cancelled.

                The delivery boy came after 1 hour to deliver the product. I said that the COD order cancelled and I will expect one more order in the evening which I Originally made payment. The delivery boy told that if both are same we will adjust the order. Then I accepted the product

                Later I realised that the discounted amount paid through Credit has been returned to my wallet and asked to pay the difference since I accepted the Cancelled Order.

                I could not understand in what way I am wrong in this.

                  Hope you are doing well !!

                  I am writing this email with utter disappointment and frustration highlighting how big basket provides pathetic service to customers. The customer service associates are worthless and does not have any process knowledge. There is no common sense involved at the time of responding back to customers. Just copy and pasting scripts does not help. You should look into the matter on a serious note and understand the pain point of the customers which none of the executives do. Neither from call center team nor from chat team. Each associate needs training and I believe all are new hired. They know nothing. I would specially would like to escalate against few such associates such as Vinaya N, Mohammed Aejaz Ahmed, Salma Begum who are from the Chat Team. There were few members from call center team as well, where I am unable to recall their names. These people does not know what is BB star program is? They are unable to help me at any situation and just copy pasting scripts?

                  My issue was that being a BB star member, neither I am able to use the delivery tokens for free delivery above 600 nor I am able to get reserved slots which you people show in advertisement and presentation. Post being a BB star member and seeing such advantages I opted for it but till now I have done 2 orders which were above 600/-, from that neither I was able to use the tokens nor any preferred slots were given. The biggest disappointment was post my order, your application splits those into 2 types of delivery as you have procure those items from a different location. Due to that split, the value of those to slots gets down under 600/- and I am being asked to pay delivery charges. This is the second time I had to pay delivery charges and post calling the customer care they waives it off as an exception. Why it should be an exception and moreover why I will pay delivery charges? Your application is splitting the same into different slots which is not my problem. When raising the question to customer care they say that your value is under 600 as there are 2 slots hence I need to pay. My question here is why I need to go through such hassle? I am placing an order above 600/- and I am not asking anyone to give me in different slots. You people are splitting that and asking me to pay delivery charge? The customer associates does are so dumb that they dont understand the simple issue that a customer is ordering above 600/- so it should be free. Moreover they are telling me that its a one time exception that they are waiving off my delivery charge and in future it will not be possible.

                  What is this? Is this some kind of a joke? I am a very old member of bigbasket and have I made a mistake of opting for BB star program? I am getting this feel that it would be easy being a normal member rather than a BB star member. My headache have increased post the membership and I am getting no benefit out of it rather than tension and anger. What logic these associates have? What logic does BB have on this? Post enrolling in this membership for the 2 orders I had to call customer care to waive off my delivery charge despite of order being above 600 as a whole. Does this mean I have to call or come to chat every-time and speak to your team where I need to listen that delivery charges being waived off as exception? What exception are they talking about? I have paid for the membership to get benefits and the customer care team provides wrong information. Misleads customers and give fake assurance? This is your customer support team ? What training have you given them and what logic you people use? You are also misleading customers. I am being charged since your app splits my products. Its your app problem and not mine and I need to pay for that?

                  People like Vinaya N, Mohammed Aejaz Ahmed, Salma Begum who are from the Chat Team have mislead me and gave false information. I want a stern action to be taken against them for misleading a customer.

                  Moreover I need a resolution. This cant go on like this. Every-time I cant call customer care to waive off my delivery charges. I will be posting this in social media as well as how pathetic BB has been in terms serving customers. I will highlight everything and copy past the chat transcript and show to people so that they can understand how BB is handling customers and what pathetic service the customer care team is providing in terms o[censored]nderstanding customers and guiding them. Simply copy pasting scripts and sending to customers.Its disappointing. I need a solution or else I will be filing case in consumer forum as well against these names. I have proofs to show with all the chat scripts. I cant bear this any more. Pathetic.

                  I am writing this complaint with deep dissatisfaction from BBdaily. i too BB daily on 2nd Feb and was promised free milk first 10 days . The marketing guy who had come to our apartment mentioned that you can take alternative day milk also for free milk ..but after 5 days of free milk i have been charged .
                  I contaccted the chat service and call center they say its only for daily subscription .i have been misled by the entire BB daily team. i need service for next 5 days or refund for the days i have been misled .

                    While making the payment, the amount of rs 1513.00 has been deducted twice for the same order. Following which the delivery person promised that, one of the payment would be reversed to the bank account soon. I even got a sms saying that the reversal is going to happen. But i have not got the amount in my bank account still. It has been over 10 days, and all my mails to the customer service are falling on deaf ears.

                    I placed an order on 27th January location karapakkam nadu street, delivery time slot was 5pm to 7:30pm but I got the product at around 10pm for that I didn't get 10% money back on my entire bill amount as well as product quality is very cheap...
                    They started money making instead of customer satisfaction as well as doing cheating..

                      After calling customer care several time, the answer I got is they will call back. But still now I haven't received any call or message regarding my order. I am fedup with bigbasket's worst service. They have changed the delivery scheduled stating that I have not picked the call but there is no such call from them.

                        This is regarding the order id bpvo[protected]. I have placed an order on 3rd feb and got the delivery on 5th feb 2019.

                        Its one of the worst experience i ever had with you bigbasket. Where is your promise of delivering fresh fruits and quality products?

                        For this particular order atleast 6 of the items were almost close to expiry. After creating a return/exchange for the same product first there was a huge confusion at the delivery that we have to pay some amount, which doesnt make sense if i am returning or exchanging the same product. If that was not enough, the return product were again the same, fruits have no tag /packaging on it and another product which was returned has again the same old stock. What is wrong with you guys???

                        With this horrifying experience, i doubt if we ever use your platform anymore or even suggest to anyone. Because even after asking for arranging a call back, i have never heard back from you. Just return these # product and give me my money back. I don't believe in your services anymore.

                        Whats more frustrating is even after writing tens of email, now they have stop responding on that issue. And we still have those packages kept safe with us since we can not consume them, its totally unhealthy and could be poisonous as well.

                        No, you don't understand the concern. The issue is still open and hasn't got any proper resolution for it. I gave you guys enough time to come back with a resolution and all I got was a lousy reply from your people.
                        You guys keep on doing the same cheap mistakes with every other customer. Selling expired products and then asking for forgiveness. I am gonna file a case this time and see you in the court. I still have all the expired products, images and emails from your end.

                          I have ordered one product which should be delivered on 7th February between 1 PM to 2 PM. The address was an Office address. As we all know for an office address the product should be delivered on or before 5 PM or else office will be closed. They have clearly mention that our delivery slot is between 1PM to 2PM. But it is not delivered.

                          We tried reaching the customer on the registered number at 7:30pm on 8th Feb 2019. Customer requested to call after one hour called customer at 8:30pm same day but no response. We request you to check with customer as the order is canceled as the product was not available with the vendor and customer has already used the amount that was refunded for another order.

                            I am unable to use my account since past 1 week and despite several complaints i have not received any resolution yet. I was told that there is a technical issue and the problem would be resolved in 24-48 hrs but even after a week the problem has not been resolved. How can the company make such false promises? This is the condition of a bb star member who has paid rs 600 extra to get better services. Shameful.

                              I made a transaction on 3rd dec using my citi bank credit card for rs2504 and was entitled to receive rs500 cashback from citibank for this transaction. However, bigbasket incorrectly captured my payment method and marked it as paytm transaction because of which i did not receive the cashback from citibank. On calling customer care, bigbasket refused to entertain my query. I even mentioned that i can present my paytm statement where there is no such transaction, however, they did not listen.
                              Pathetic experience, they are simply fooling customers with lucrative offers and at the time of giving the benfits to customers, they just give lame excuses.

                                Read story about a cheat organization and its cheat leaders ( big basket was founded in 2011 by hari menon, vipul parekh, abhinay choudhari, vs sudhakar & vs ramesh in bangalore, karnataka.)

                                bigbasket is selling inferior and poor quality products and doing fraud in wallet and debiting cheating customers who have shopped lakhs

                                cheating complaint 1) 5 months back i tool bbstar, i purchased bbstar membership on promise that i will get free delivery for order above 300/- from bigbasket and i should get a cashback every month for order post first order ;
                                however cheat bigabsket custoemr acre had not credited me bbstar for my orders purchased in feburary, as my last month starts on 26th january but since 26th january 2019 i have purchase 4 orders but my feburary month cashback fo 100/- is not credited bigbasket fro my spouse account (catch.[protected]@gmail.Com)

                                cheating complaint 2)on last thursday whihc was on 31st january 2019, i purchased chicken item (chicken kebab) from bigabsket….It was smelly and foul and bad…that i had put that to my dog who had refused the bad quality selling by bigabsket…
                                i had to waste my call charges to explain this to customer executive named "uma", but she asked me to dispose and promised a 50% refund but it has been since morning but i have not received the wallet refund;

                                readers never order and buy a filthy and food items from bigabsket fi you do not want you or your dog to die of bad food consuming sold by bigbasket

                                cheating complaint no 3) despite purchasing bbstar, the bigbasket system charges me for all orders above 300/- and bigabsket cheat is not fulfilling its comittement, when i called customer are they told that tehy are changing rules and now raising amount to 600/-…providing is cheat and changing rule after taking membership fee from me;

                                big basket while taking money they had rule of 300/- plus order as free per offer, but cheat and inethcial organisation bigbasket has not fulfilled promise and charged me wrongly..For which i have to waste my call and fight with bigbasket customer care and face harassment

                                cheating complaint no 4) wallet is a safe deposit fo customer, but bigbasket is a cheat organisation who debits from customer wallet without asking customer; bigbasket double debited from our wallet though we had already paid for order dated 3rd december, but bigbasket debited for 3rd december without asking us and this way bigbasket cheated us...The cheat bigbasket emailed me sorry when i shared them proof of our payment to bigbasket using our sodexo statement ... But i warn people never pay to cheat bigbasket paying my cash ever in future..

                                And therefore for, after being by cheated by bigbasket, i am posting with all my effort of for telling people and warning shoppers against cheat bigbasket and do this every week ..And have stopped shopping from bigabasket now...

                                  I have to highlight a fraud which was done in my account. I had done pre payment for my big basket order amounting to 5377 rs on and it was due for delivery on 23.01.2019 between 8 to 10.30 pm but i did not receive delivery. I called big basket around 10.30 pm but there phone lines were not working. O i complained on their chat service.

                                  Around 11:52 pm on the same night, i received a delivery confirmation message stating products delivered at 11:52 pm.
                                  Next day i complained to them - they apologized and told me they will deliver all my products but at diff intervals... So on 24th morning & evening they delivered.
                                  They missed on 1 product and gave me that product on 25th morning.

                                  Inspite of all this, they have still not delivered my 1 product surf excel..

                                  I want to know is there any fraud? Why did i receive delivery message when there was no delivery done and where is my product surf excel for which i have paid money???

                                    I have orders items from big basket having cumulative sum of rs. 1028 the payment channel was via airtel payments bank. The amount was debited from my account and the transaction was done successfully from airtel side too because the offer money of rs. 100 was credited to my airtel wallet but the transaction was not successful from big basket side and since after this incident i am continuously complaining to big basket customer care and every time i am getting the response that my complained is registered and the amount will be credited to my account within 8 to 9 days and yet i didn't got anything from them. I have complained 2 to 3 times but nothing.

                                    Big basket people this kind of services you are providing to your consumers.

                                    My money got debited from my paytm account and then it showed on big basket that the payment has failed even though amount of 1035 got debited from my account and the transaction was successful from my end and it still showed cash-on delivery on the app. When i complained to the customer service, they said money would be credited in my account on its in 3-5 days but it hasn’t happened yet ! I want my money back and very disappointed with the service . And help me resolve this issue because i dont know how to

                                      I am a regular customer to big basket and to my utter disappointment the delivery person was very rude and his behaviour was irrational.

                                      I opted sodexo for my order and the delivery slot i chose was 7:30-10pm. The delivery person was on my door step at 7:25 wherein that punctuality is not required in standard delivery when they don't show this punctuality in 90mins straight delivery.

                                      My father in law spoke to me and i conveyed i am driving and will be there in 15 minutes. Please ask the delivery guy to wait for 15 mins. As i was driving it is common sense i will not pick more calls so it is useless to call. He should have said that i have other deliveries and can't wait so please pay with cash or seek permission for change in slot. But the behaviour of the delivery person was unacceptable. He simply denied staying for 5mins also and packed bag returned and mentioned that customer will come after 30mins.

                                      Slot was changed directly after 24 hours which is again disappointing. I have guests to serve and as per that chose to select time slot accordingly but the next slot will be of no help to me.

                                      Now if i asked customer service help to change time stop to atleast in next morning atleast again that is of no help.

                                      My question is if customer service is of no help to customer why customer will opt to seek help? Instead big basket a huge brand will lose valuable customers where customer dont have option to chose slots or ask for human adjustments.
