I have to highlight a fraud which was done in my account. I had done pre payment for my big basket order amounting to 5377 rs on and it was due for delivery on 23.01.2019 between 8 to 10.30 pm but i did not receive delivery. I called big basket around 10.30 pm but there phone lines were not working. O i complained on their chat service.

Around 11:52 pm on the same night, i received a delivery confirmation message stating products...

I have orders items from big basket having cumulative sum of rs. 1028 the payment channel was via airtel payments bank. The amount was debited from my account and the transaction was done successfully from airtel side too because the offer money of rs. 100 was credited to my airtel wallet but the transaction was not successful from big basket side and since after this incident i am continuously complaining to big basket customer care and...

I am a regular customer to big basket and to my utter disappointment the delivery person was very rude and his behaviour was irrational.

I opted sodexo for my order and the delivery slot i chose was 7:30-10pm. The delivery person was on my door step at 7:25 wherein that punctuality is not required in standard delivery when they don't show this punctuality in 90mins straight delivery.

I had ordered strawberry from bigbasket from fresho brand which claims to be 100% organic.
When i dipped those strawberries in hot water, it started leavinv red colour. This is highly unacceptable for a brand claiming organic products to fool customers by selling such items. They should stop selling this immediately as it can totally harm customers health and even fetus health in case of prgenant customers...

Hello my name is rekha shetty, i was suppose to get the combo of onion tomato and potato of 1 kg each at a price of 52.75 rupees which was later increased up to rupees 80.92. This was not the price that i wanted to purchase it.

You are cheating people with wrong items and fraud price. I must go to consumer court for this. My order number is mnovo[protected] and i have received a water bottle in rupees 609 and when i checked mrp on bottle it is 450 and one more thing 609 is your discounted price after 40% off. And your mrp on site is 1036 which i more than double of the original mrp....

My delivery was scheduled between 7:30 pm to 10:100pm. Delivery boy did turned up to my address. Date 3dec2018.

By 11:00 pm i got mail from big basket that delivery slot is changed to next date.

To my outer dis belief i found that reason is i am not available. Though i wasted my whole evening for them.

I placed am order for 14 items on the 1st of dec 2018. I was given a delivery slot of 8 to 10:30 pm on 2nd dec. I received a message that the order was delivered at 10:35 pm on the 2nd of dec. But i did not get any delivery... When i called bigbasket, i was promised a call back next morning at 9. I waited and nobody called. I called customer service again. They again promised a call back within 30 mins, unsurprisingly no one called... I again...

BHO[protected] order id contains 14 items worth rs 1410rs in which 5 items worth rs were missing 628 rs . the delivery boys and the store manager of the concerned area were very rude and they made a scene in front of my building to make the complete payment for the order including the missing items. i want to lodge a complaint against the local store manager for not doing his duty properly and harassing on the phone for making the false...
