I am a regular customer of big basket, recently i realised the eggs aren't getting cooked fully and tasting differently. I did a little research and found out that i have been consuming plastic eggs, then i checked online for big basket fresho eggs and found out that big basket is selling plastic/fake eggs on the larger scale, shame on u! We trust you and then you cheat on us, that too in this dangerous way. Take some step big basket!

I too had similar experience. I too get plastic layers from Fresho Eggs of Big Basket. Today (12th December 2019) I have kept the sample of the thin layer of plastic which didn't chew while eating Bulls Eye made out of BIG BASKET fresho Eggs! How dangerous the big brands have become!

    Ordered chicken and after 3 days on freezer realized the expiry date was 3 months ago.
    Texted to customer service and as we chatted they changed the order on my profile and said it wasn't delivered. Problem was... I found the physical receipt... And the escalation team kept saying it wasn't charged. Obviously someone thought they could change things online and the consumer would be out of proofs. Really poor customer sevicd

      As per the product details the approximate weight of the apples should have been 550gms to 650gms. I ordered 2 quantities, making it around 1100 to 1300 gms. When i checked the weight of them at home, it came out to be just 460gms for one quantity, i. E., 920gms for 2 quantities ordered.
      When there is an increase in weight value by even.20gms, these guys charge us even 1rs.
      Now when the quantity is less than 180-320gms, they did not even bother to send the product with accurate weight, neither did they reduce the cost

          Big basket is simply fooling your customers by charging delivery fee even when the app shows free delivery for particular slot (if all items gets delivered at once)
          After talking to customer care for an hour, the guy says I have no resolution for this.
          He told me that even he has faced the same issue and the technical team knows about this issue and yet he wanted me to draft a mail and send it to the team for which I don't even know if I ever will get a reply.
          Everytime the customer is expected to take a screenshot of every order just to have a proof or else CONGRATULATIONS... YOU HAVE BEEN FOOLED!
          Customer care cannot help the customers even for the known issue.

          This happened with me twice.
          Once when my cart was of amount 731
          And Now when my cart was of 530 (for which I was told by junior staff that since the amount was below 600 I was charged delivery fee and Senior said this is a known issue)
          Luckily I have the screenshot of my last order but this time I got fooled!
          Worst customer care service.

            I am a regular customer of bbdaily having a regular subscription of items like coconuts etc.. But lately i am finding that every month at least 3 -4 time they either don't deliver or deliver less quantities. After complaining sometime they refund monry but sometime they come up with excuses and new policies (From nowhere) and eat up the money. This is really pathetic and unprofessional.

            I have travelled many countries but have never seen a policy that take customer money and don't deliver. I must say that cheating companies like this defame india.
            It is not the duty of the customer to ensure proper and fair delivery but the duty of the company to ensure fair delivery.
            Just imagine, even if they cheat 50 customers every day, multiplied by 365 days, how much extra money they earn by this cheating. This is a new closed scam.
            I am not sure if they train their delivery people for this type of activities.

            I would rather suggest bbdaily to open a ngo and ask for donation for themselves which is more professional rather than cheating customers and making money by short delivery.

              I have order from bigbasket.com on[protected] my order id is order id: mbo[protected]. I have attached order details also.

              Money is debited from my account rs 1217.38. I have attached transaction details from hdfc bank internet banking.

              1) big basket refused to give the money back & they have no details on there platform.
              2) big basket customer care number is never reachable[protected] to resolve this issue.
              3) i also tried to other big basket number used by delivery boys +[protected] but they are telling to settle the dispute with hdfc bank, but bank transaction clearly shows money debited to payubigbasketcom, which big basket should have record for.

              I need my money back rs 1217.38, i have to cancel my order as there is no guarantee big basket provided for my refund & they are not even acknowledging that they received money.

                  I recently joined bbdaily and placed my first order on 30.10.2019 which was supposed to be delivered on 31.10.2019.in the morning, i checked the status of order was delivered but i didnot get the products. I informed the customer care and got refund. Now again i placed order on 31.10.2019 which was supposed to be delivered on 01.11.2019. But again my ordered products were not delivered. Again i informed customer care and got refund.

                  Now, the issue is that when we select address in bbdaily app i am getting option to select plot no. As 158a or 158b. Whereas we do not have any block in our plot like a or b. I informed the bbdaily customer care over chat and telephone several times. I was told that my complaint has been escalated to concerned team and i would get call back within 15-30 mins. However, that call never came. Its been more than 10 days but no call. I am tired telling them that there is no block in my society and requested to correct the address. But that never happened.

                  Bbdaily customer is is not resolving the issue. They are just making me fool everytime that i would get call back. I request to take strict action against them.

                    I had ordered a bulk of items (#MBFVO[protected] which was to be delivered on 3rd Nov between 2 pm to 5 pm. At 5 pm I called the customer care and was told it would be delivered the next day from 7 pm to 10 pm. On 4th Nov, today, I called them again and they said order cannot be delivered as the area is out of service. So why was the order taken at all? And now my 3809 rupees are refunded to my BB wallet. But since my area is out of service, how on earth am I supposed to use this wallet? All my money and time just gone. When I wanted to escalate, the executive put me on hold and then disconnected the call. And now I cannot even call back cause may be they blocked me. Pathetic service.

                      I have requested for vegetables through app after recharging rs.2000.00. They could not deliver 75 percent of vegetables which are available in app. During chat they promised delivery first at 7am then at 9.30. Am. They could not deliver. Then, i sent mail to customer care whom i requested to return back rs.2000 from their wallet as i have to buy vegetables from other sources. They have assured but even after 4 days, no response. I gave my complaint no.

                        Usually the vouchers available on your mobile application doesn't get applied. After that your application place the order to cod by default. If i have to apply the offer than after 60 mins you ask me to cancel and re-place the order for which inr 30 is charged as cancellation fee. I must say this is really smart way to fool and loot the customer.
                        I want to understand why you put these vouchers when they don't work?
                        Why am i paying cancellation fee when your executive advised me to replace the order.
                        Your customer care executives do not provide correct guidance, are they specially trained to fool the customers?
                        With this attitude you are certainly loosing customers like me (Bb star member) i feel really sad to opt for big basket when i have more professional players in the market.
                        Your customer care is reluctant to provide email address or phone number for logging the complaint, hence posting on the public forum.

                            One of the renowned and super famous online portal with shahrukh khan as the brand ambassador. This is enough to tell you the company is making huge profit.
                            However, there is not one person who is happy with the service, quality, price, delivery and availability of the products. I am jotting down some issues happening daily :
                            1. Glitches in the app.
                            2. Product out of stock at the time of delivery.
                            3. Delivery happens before time.in case you are not available, delivery is cancelled. This is not it, the money you paid via card will be refunded in the form of big basket wallet hence this is an infinite circle of money in bb wallet and you ending up buying from here.
                            4. Rude delivery person.
                            5. Chat support never works. You call them, it is highly chargeable. They put you on hold for minutes and laugh off and don’t even close the issue.
                            6. You request for a call back, never happens.
                            7. Picture of the product is nice, what you get is so bad in shape, size, freshness, everything. Bad quality product for the price charged is unaceptable.
                            8. High prices.
                            9. Delivery charge, until you have bb star which is again a waste (I do not understand why every app these days comes with a membership, we as customers promote it by buying it all)
                            10. Closing down the point by mentioning a recent incident which made me feel how badly we as customers are getting cheated at bigbasket. So i happen to order some fruits and vegetables in case i have a busy week or something was unavailable in the vegetable market. I ordered week’s fruits and vegetables. I got an email 2 hours before delivery saying modification in the weight of the items. I thought this is fine. I got the delivery, quality super bad, rotten lettuce and unripe tomatoes and slit bananas with insects on it. I am honestly telling you i still did not lose my cool, happens. I happened to buy kitchen weighing scale the same day so i thought lets just start using it by checking the weight of the products. I lost my mind when not 1 but all the items were 100–300 gms less than the charged weight. I will give you examples now. Tomato was charged for 1.04 kg, i was sent 840 kg. The papayas were in the category 1–1.5 kg, i ordered two of them. One weight 670 gms & 1 wegihing 723 gms. I contacted them, they being so unapologetic about it, told me +-5% weight difference happens. I also agree, but what is with 10–20% in every item? It clearly doesn’t make sense. Imagine, i was being cheated on 14 items that were fruits and vegetables, i was charged somewhere around 700 where the actual price should have been around 540–570 inr. For me they charged 20% extra than what they delivered, this price is on top of the expensive vegetables already. Everyday, they are cheating 100’s and 1000’s of customers who are not bothering to check the weight exactly like me, such fraudulent activities are making them no.1 in india.
                            I would actually encourage buy it from local vendors, you can bargain a bit but at least you will get exact quantity and you will not feel cheated, this will in turn help them earn money too.

                              I see peculiar behaviour with the eggs delii to me, i got doubt when the egg peeled off and inner layer was seen. When i shake the egg i can hear sound. Which is unusual and when i break the egg the yellow yoke mixes with white part without mixing/whisking. I doubt it's fake eggs.

                                I am facing issues since i joined the bb daily. They gave fake promises and every time change their rules. Frustrated with their services.. Sharing few issues.
                                1. Initial they told you will get free milk samples for 12 days regularly but from 7th days it was being charged. When i connected customer care they told balance will be delivered from next month. So i have paused the delivery till next month but again milk was delivered for 2 days and amount charged. I followed up with customer care that i have done paused then why milk was delivered and charged but no satisfactory answer.
                                2. Next month again it was started with milk delivery and charges then again i told why balance samples are not being delivered then told it will be delivered after one month of last free sample delivered. Then basis frustrated service, i decided to use my balance amount from this account and left some amount to deliver free sample. When i connected for free sample then told you don't have minimum balance to deliver; i told for free sample why minimum amount required. So nothing done from their side. I have charged my account with some amount then next day again milk was delivered and amount charged. When i connected with customer care. They tried to give unjustifiable reasons and told we will arranged call to resolve the issues but waited for few days but no response.. Whenever connected they told will give call in 15 min but that 15 min didn't came.
                                In last got message that you have done paused so your free sample were expired.
                                So much time wasted on these but no resolution.
                                3. Sometimes when i given order, not delivered

                                Don't suggest anyone to join bb daily. Very frustrating experience.

                                  They sent me a rotten, foul smelling vegetable. How can you believe that its a miss from their quality assurance team. Please take necessary action. This is happening very frequently in our area. Earlier, they sent me a rotten cauliflower, apples too. Every time i cant accept their apologies. What are the senior officials doing.

                                    When i was registering in bbdaily, i spoke to one of your representative and got a coupon code to get free milk for 24 days. Initially for 8-10 days i got the milk for free. But now its charging 22 rupees as per every delivery.
                                    If that was the case why would i apply that coupon. I dont want milk which cost me 22 rs each. I would not have used that coupon. I have lost almost 600 rs because of this coupon. I need my money back. The money got deducted from 18/09 till date. I am cancelling the subscription for now. But i need the full refund. Your representative should have informed me that it would cost me money after certain number of deliveries. He said that i will be getting full 24 deliveries for free. That is why i have applied the coupon.

                                      Bigbasket is not able to deliver the groceries/vegetables ordered on time. I ordered my monthly groceries on 1st of october, for a delivery to happen on 2nd october between 7 pm to 10 pm. The delivery executive called me around 9.40 pm in the night and said it will take another half hour. I asked them to deliver the next day (3rd oct) in the first slot between 7 am -10 am. They messaged me that it will be delivered on 3rd oct between 7 pm-10 pm. It was not delivered on time. The delivery executive called me around 10.10 pm and asked if they can deliver in another 20 mins. I told them, the apartment securities will not allow external vendors after 10 pm. Again, it has been rescheduled today between 7 pm -1o pm. Pathetic service. They do not have any courtesy to call and inform about the delay and the reason they say is there is only one small van allocated to your area mam,,, and hence the delay. Ridiculous answer. Irresponsible people. Bunch of #. This is my last order with bb.

                                        Hi there,

                                        I have ordered on whey protein from big baskets app and have done card on delivery option, when i received the product box was not sealed from inside and looks fake because as per on website it has not matched to criteria so i have asked for replacement. They haven't given replacement and also cancelled my other order without informing this happened 4 times. When i asked for refund they given me refund in wallet as amount in rs. 6000 so i asked to refund in my bank account. They are like card on delivery doesn't refund in bank account. Then after convincing them they said, they will give me cash. This is 2nd day no information on this. Every time i asking to customer care chat people they are sending me auto generated message and closing the chat window. Is it good to take fool people on fake product then putting his money in their wallet what if i don't want to shop anymore. For them it may be small amount but for me it's big one. They just have taken my money and manipulated with their term n condition which is unknown to customer.

                                        No today i have not received any calls regarding this matter neither they have given any information. They massaged though chat box saying escalation team working on it that is auto generated message. My issue is not resolved..i don't know how it is displaying as resolved

                                        Thanks for sharing but how it has been resolved. I have not received any communications regarding it from big basket people? My money is still stuck in wallet..i mean its big basket's wish to mark as resolved without contacting customer??
