I m writing again to big basket as my yesterday's issue has not yet been addressed.
Today your customer care does not respond to my query. No reply in the chat session.
Big basket has harassed me alot today. I had taken leave today so that my items are delivered today but again and again it's being rescheduled.
Order had to be delivered on 11th Sept vth lot timing 4.30 to 6 pm but got rescheduled for 8.30 to 10 pm and...

You people have downgraded your service quality. I had ordered for curd and it was delivered to me today, but it could not consumed as it was old packet and was too much deteriorated.
You are soft spoken people master in fooling the people. My order no was

Dear, i order before 2 days big basket message me that product is delivered on 8/09/18 on between 8.00 pm to 10.30 when i called on helpline no. They will conference me to delivery boy he told me that he will coming with in 15 minutes but when he not coming in 15 minutes i ll call again to helpline no they will again conference me delivery boy then he told me that his time is over he told me that he will call me on my alternate ph. I have ordered groceries items after that bigbasket executive called me to confirm the address and then told me your item will get delivered on 2/09/2018.

Fruits and vegetables delivered by bigbasket are very old and worm infested. For instance I ordered custard apples from bigbasket. After hallways eating the fruits I noticed white tiny worms inside the fruits. I was so disgusted and nauseated and vomitted as much as I could but still I feel bad on eating the worm infested fruits. I ordered fruits n vegetables worth more than 650 inr
I was shocked to see spoiled n over ripe fruit and spoiled vegetables were sent to us
We pay full amount including delivery
Still they think they can deliver worst of quality why,?
We order online coz we want good quality and comfort especially in rainy season when we don't go out and shop.
Whereas even after paying full price we get rotten products.br...

I have frequently placed order in big basket and whenever i have done express delivery i have received it on time. But this is the third time that standard delivery has failed and they give excuses that they were unable to locate address. Secondly from the items i order, few of them are suddenly unavailable and refund is given in the wallet instead of actual source.
Very poor service... Quality of service is deteriorated...

I have faced pathetic experience of Big basket twice where they were not able to deliver my order within time even they closed order marking as delivered without getting the same delivered physically. this is happens twice & which is really sad experience for me. Even the team is unable to close it on top priority since they were getting the same highlighted to within organization instead to getting the same delivered on top priority. Completely...

I have been contacting big basket for my one order which was delivered but few items were missing i made the payment online. Till date whenever i m contacting them they are starting from scratch and end up saying we have escalated your concern. Nor i have heard about the order when it will be coming. The order number #bbvo[protected] suppose to be delivered on 15th aug before 9am. There has been a damaged item, hence i rejected the delivery. They promised me to send the item in another one hour and di not happen. Later i came to know that this has been cancelled and rescheduled for tomorrow. I became a new customer last week with bigbasket. I ordered 1l box of ice cream, and the ice cream was completely defrosted and looked like water. I also bought 1kg of frozen already chopped chicken. Again, the chicken was completely defrosted, and very warm feel to it. I would like to raise my voice against big basket, i have placed around 10 orders last six months. They have not delivered the order on time. I have always paid them before the order - online payment. While ordering they shows the next available slots.
