    I had ordered 14 food items on 11th oct 2018 worth rs.500 from bigbasket which were expected to be delivered on 13th oct 2018 between 5:00 p. M-7:30p. M time slot. The items are not delivered and the status on the bigbasket app shows delivered as well as they have sent me a delivered message on my mobile number. This is pathetic service, i want all the items to be delivered or i want my full amount i. E rs.500.

      Ref. Attention of mr. Hari menon please

      I take this opportunity to bring to you kind notice the following:
      I made a purchase from bigbasket online purchase vide statement no. Bmi[protected] for rs.4, 846.90 and the items were to be delivered on 4th october between 7. Am and 9.30 am.
      It was in respect of the following items:

      7. Danish premium mutton chops 450 gm 355
      8. Danish premium mutton chops 450 gm 390

      9. Fresho avacvado green 3 2.1 kg 438.90
      10. Fresho kiwi green 3 3 165

      11. Np coconut oil 6 1494
      12. Stayam taj patta 3 34

      13. Kra coconut oil avacvado green 3 1 60
      Grand total

      Rs.4846.90

      1. Out of the above items 1 to 6 were wholly rotten and decayed. I am taking up this matter with food and safety commissioner of maharashtra and commissioner for food and drug administration.
      2. Since the materials 1 to 6 was rotten i refused to take it. Then the delivery boy said i should call customer service, and they will arrange for pick up. Out of the above items 7 to 8 were not delivered at all. Even item 9 and 10 were rocky kachcha and i wanted the same to be replaced

      3. Then i called up and then the delivery boy said he will deliver it in the evening. Then he delivered the two items

      4. I called up customer service again, they said they will collect it next day.

      Next day again i called them, they advised me to send them photograph of the rotten items and they will replace all of them on 7th october 2108.
      On 7th october 2108 they delivered me item no.1, 4 and item no.6. Through they brought avacdo and kiwi, both were like stones and wholly unripe and i refused. Even the avacado and kiwi lying with me was returned to the delivery boy on 7th october 2018.in fact it was your deliberate ploy to delay the matter so that you thought the customer could be illiterate and would forget the issue so that your deliberate intend to cheat becomes successful.
      5. Thereafter every day i have been calling and mailing you, you were just avoiding and delaying the matter.

      6. I have got some messages where you said you credited rs.603/ rs.885/rs.146 has been credited. I don’t know what it means. Then today ms pallvi rang up to say that they have reversed all credits. I will be charged fully for rotten items and for items not even delivered.

      7. All these days there was no issue and i had faith in bigbasket. But suddenly you have become a big crooks and cheats, cheating in delivery, cheating in quality and even supplying criminal acts like selling rotten and poisonous items and to create an atmosphere to deliberately delay the delivery. I shall be forced to take up the matter with appropriate forums so that no more people are cheated like me.

      8. I take this opportunity to give you seven days notice asking you to correct yourself failing which i shall be forced to resort to appropriate measures to protect my interest at your entire risk as to cost and consequences failing which i shall be forced to seek justice to protect and enforce my interest and also stop your public loot at your entire risk as to cost and consequences. You shall be fully further be liable to pay all litigation expenses together with interest and also for mental harassment too, breach of trust and dealing and selling rotten items which are likely to spread contagious diseases.

      9. Regarding avacado and kiwi.

      They were delivered on 4th which i returned on 7th.
      On 7th what the delivery boy brought was too kacha, kacha kacha and unripe and that too i returned with result that you gave me credit of rs.603/- which is now snatched by you. That means you collect rs.603.90 from me but no delivery is given. It is rather outright cheating. It is rather an extortion. This is great from ms. Pallavi. When she sends a message to me and say short delivery, will you please explain what is short.

        I received expired mysore pak.
        I ordered on 27 september and received on 28th september in bangalore. When i opened the sweets i found fungus all over the sweets.
        Actually it has expired on 25th september.
        Please look into the issue asap

          Hi, i have ordered the goods for 1oct (8-10 slot), but without asking my order was shifted to 2nd oct (6-8slot), when i called dor the order it was informed that the same will be delivered by 10pm, then at 11 i got a call that delivery boy is standing out side your gate for the order. When i have to pay, delivery boy was not carrying card machine, which i already mentioned on the app that the pyment will be done via card, there was no pay now option on the app as the called this as a replacement order and thr delivery guy not ready to accept the cash. I had to cancel the order as left with no other option left. This is pathetic and when we reached to customer service desk the representative asked me to share my email id as i have cancelled the order, he was not even bothered to resolve the issue or ask delivery guy why he was not carrying the card machine. I am serious hurt seeing this kind of customer service. It is better to order stuff from local dealer rather then going for such big brands which are value and services for nothing for their customer.

            Big basket customer care agent called me on October 1 that khurpa (one of the item) can’t be delivered yesterday as the item is out of stock and will be delivered on oct 3. I was dejected as I planned to do gardening on oct 2 holiday and I couldn’t do the same. Moreover, it took them 2 days after placing the order to let me know about unavailability. My delivery slot was 5-7:30 pm and he informed me at 6:30 that he couldn’t deliver the item which I was eagerly waiting for. Unfortunately the call got disconnected due to network issues.

            He didn’t bothered to give me call again and he then immediately cancelled my order of khurpa which was supposed to be delivered on oct 3.

            BB delivery guy already arrived at my apartment complex at 6 pm (I got security notification that guy has checked-in into the campus) and I conversed with the rep at 6:30 pm. Soon, I got a notification that my whole order will be delivered the next day though the BB delivery guy checked in my campus for delivery.
            Soon thereafter, I got a message that my order is cancelled and I will not be getting any items delivered..

            I am completely dejected by the BB service. I would request you to please take strict action against the customer care agent who called me on oct 1 at 6:30 and he cancelled the order without my permission and for unnecessarily harassing me.

            Order cancelled without intimation. Again the delivery charges were applied instead of redelivery. I shall complain this on consumer forum
            I booked order on 25 September 2018 for delivery on 29 September 2018 from 8:00pm to 10:30pm but I didn't receive delivery no status of my order on app no customer care services.

              Every time for the last 6 deliveries that i have placed orders for frim big basket the online credit card payment is declined stating an issue at their end, but the order is placed. When i call up the support staff mention that they can see the transaction has failed but only suggestion is to try again which doesn't ever happen. Then they say i could use the credit or debit card on delivery. The delivery boys have never carried the card swipe equipment.in times when cash transactions are strongly being discouraged this kind of practices from big basket are unacceptable.

                My first order placed yesterday successfully with discount voucher code applied and got sms from bank for payment transaction.

                But afterwards app was showing cash as payment and when contacted support team, they are denying even when i provided transaction number.

                I will now neither get discount, nor my debited money come back till 120 days.

                This is purely cheating as i don't want cod as option.

                  I had placed an order on 13th september with order id: wmo[protected]
                  Which has been delivered on 15 th september 2018 by your delivery guy named - ram, the order delivered was incomplete as some items were missing namely. A curd packe. Figs packets and both of eggs tray. I had mentioned that to your delivery representative on which he has promised to deliver the left out itemthe another day, i. E today,

                  But today neither the staff is picking the phone on his provided no. Nor your customer care no,[protected] is connecting, and you really make me feel helpless and fooled.

                  I want my leftout order to be delivered today only anyhow. Even for the eggs whose money was refunded to my big basket account, i had clearly told your delivery guy that i need my order not the money back, on which he had told that he will place the re-order again and deliver those today - but obody has shown up today.

                  Please dont fool around with customer money. And his reliability and trust on you.

                  Will have to think 100 times from next time to place order through big basket, but this time urgently get me delivered my left out missing order items.

                  The bill was of 983 rupees and the delivery guy said it's failed but it was deducted from my account .I called the bigbasket people as well but they said it will be refunded but it's not until now.

                    I placed an order on big basket and when i tried using the cashback offer through airtel money on bb app it gave an error. I has already chosen my delivery slot for 9am next morning which is suitable to me and esp since the order also contained baby food which was required urgently by morning.
                    I called bb and explained the problem to executive. He cancelled my order mentioning that i can try paying again through airtel. Money and avail offer. It failed again. However in the whole process not just my order was cancelled, even my delivery slot got changed to evening which wasn't acceptable and not confirmed to me as well.

                    Supervisor mohammed came on line and surprisingly did not offer any solution and completely ignored my problem arrogantly. I asked for same delivery slot or provide compensation however he denied and said big basket cannot do anything to help me.

                    What problem i called was left unresolved and ignored completely and on top they cancelled. My order and denied me any solution and compensation. I asked for grievance id and supervisor mohammed said they can't give any details to customer.

                    I need strict action against supervisor and executive and also compensation from big basket.

                      I was purchasing royal gala apples since i started taking vegetables/fruits from big basket. Apples were sweet and soft. But the apples bought for last four orders were not upto the mark. Some of them are found rotten and the taste was not good.
                      I had also complaint about the packing of vegetables/fruit with plastic bags before but the action was not taken. Now-a-days the world is trying for less use of plastic we should also share our efforts. Kindly pack all vegetables/fruit in paper bags.

                        I m writing again to big basket as my yesterday's issue has not yet been addressed.
                        Today your customer care does not respond to my query. No reply in the chat session.
                        Big basket has harassed me alot today. I had taken leave today so that my items are delivered today but again and again it's being rescheduled.
                        Order had to be delivered on 11th Sept vth lot timing 4.30 to 6 pm but got rescheduled for 8.30 to 10 pm and now again rescheduled for 26th august.

                              Dear, i order before 2 days big basket message me that product is delivered on 8/09/18 on between 8.00 pm to 10.30 when i called on helpline no. They will conference me to delivery boy he told me that he will coming with in 15 minutes but when he not coming in 15 minutes i ll call again to helpline no they will again conference me delivery boy then he told me that his time is over he told me that he will call me on my alternate ph. No. But he didn't called me. And not delivered my product. Now what to do??? This is not to way talk like this very disgusting. Pl delivered my product i already pay money of product.

                                  Fruits and vegetables delivered by bigbasket are very old and worm infested. For instance I ordered custard apples from bigbasket. After hallways eating the fruits I noticed white tiny worms inside the fruits. I was so disgusted and nauseated and vomitted as much as I could but still I feel bad on eating the worm infested fruits. What kind of quality checks are performed by the company before delivering quality products to customers? Featuring Sharukh Khan is not enough to bring the customers. The company is so cheap and I have been cheated by them. I am going to escalate this as much possible to stop them delivering such trash items to customers.

                                    Order # delivery person came to deliver items where i could hardly see 30-40%of the items. By asking, he called his superior n spoke to him after few mins oc of your team spoke to me rudely n asked to cancel the order or to get it tom at avlb slot as i hv told him i won't be avlb after 8am he uttered something n asked to give phone to delivery person

                                      I m writing again to big basket as my yesterday's issue has not yet been addressed.
                                      Today your customer care does not respond to my query. No reply in the chat session.
                                      Big basket has harassed me alot today. I had taken leave today so that my items are delivered today but again and again it's being rescheduled.
                                      Order had to be delivered on 24th august but got rescheduled for 25th aug and now again rescheduled for 26th august

                                      Didn't receive the order by the time mentioned and the order has been rescheduled for the next day.
                                      Also the delivery boy didn't call before rescheduling the order.
                                      Very much disappointed by the service offered by big basket.

                                        I ordered fruits n vegetables worth more than 650 inr
                                        I was shocked to see spoiled n over ripe fruit and spoiled vegetables were sent to us
                                        We pay full amount including delivery
                                        Still they think they can deliver worst of quality why,?
                                        We order online coz we want good quality and comfort especially in rainy season when we don't go out and shop.
                                        Whereas even after paying full price we get rotten products.
                                        I think they hire big bollywood celebrity to promote their brand which cost them huge amount and to compensate it they comprise on quality of products to middle class people like us.
                                        I could not click one potato it was so damaged that it leaked when i touched and lifted so i threw it straight away.
