As per the citibank offer i place an order of rs 2600.. Realized the cash back offer was not reflecting even though it was in place. I requested for the cancellation and refund. Now the refund has moved back to big based wallet and they are saying it would take 7 to 10 working days to put back to source account my citibank account. This has already related twice and vague excuses are being given instead of the refund. On top of this long waiting and explanation on the phones an addition expense of rs 50 every time. My recommendation if cheating is the business please be careful with these kind of business people. Also they should return the money in 2days max as other b2b or b2c

    Dear big basket team,

    This is regarding my order number a-mnoo[protected] of inr 200/-.

    I made the payment via my sodexo card of inr 200/-. Please find enclosed confirmation of the same. Also, in your application, it's reflecting that payment was made by food coupon.

    In spite of making at least 6-7 calls to the call centre, money paid was not showing to the delivery boy.

    I had ordered strawberry from bigbasket from fresho brand which claims to be 100% organic.
    When i dipped those strawberries in hot water, it started leavinv red colour. This is highly unacceptable for a brand claiming organic products to fool customers by selling such items. They should stop selling this immediately as it can totally harm customers health and even fetus health in case of prgenant customers

      On sunday morning i have ordered grocery on big basket application. It contains vegetables etc. For rs 1904 by adding extra service for fast delivery but still tuesday i am not getting delivery of product. Big basket cancelled all delivery without any prior information. Also when call to customer care on banglore office number [protected] every time they assured of delivery on given time slot. But they cancelled everytime without any prior information. I want my total money back.

        I was ordered some 17 different groceries item from big basket daily but they have delivered only 10 item.& no bill given after delivery. When i am contact via messenger they was refund only 1 item payment after that i was calling on via phone they was not picking my call. No gentle response from big basket daily.           Hello my name is rekha shetty, i was suppose to get the combo of onion tomato and potato of 1 kg each at a price of 52.75 rupees which was later increased up to rupees 80.92. This was not the price that i wanted to purchase it.
          Secondly, sodexo meal pass works for all the food product whether it is a local food product or a branded food product. It's the first that i have come across yesterday that it does not work on the branded products like parle and nestle.
          The quantity of the products that we bought of the particular brands were not summing up to the cash that they took of 100 rupees.

            I had placed an order for the time slot between 5 pm to 7:30 pm on 31 december 2018. I was told by the customer care that my order is running late and will be delivered by 9.20 pm. Then i received a call from delivery person that there is some problem with vehicle and will not be able to deliver the order and will deliver in first slot the next day. After few minutes a got another call from big basket customer person that your order will be cancelled it will not be delivered in morning slots on next day and he hang the call. Then i received an email from big basket that my order was cancelled because i was not available for order pick up and i was not picking the call also. Such a liar these bis basket customer support people and delivery person are. And these happened with me not just once but 2-3 times. There should be proper action taken against it.

              Sir/ madam,
              I'm roshini shetty, i had ordered from bigbasket on 20/12/2018 and it was supposed to be delivered on 21/12/2018 but it got automatically rescheduled to 22/12/2018; i spoke to the customer care after it got rescheduled but they informed me that since i hadn't picked up the call, so it was rescheduled, so i provided an alternate number and asked them to ring the bell if i don't pick up the call. Today at 7.30 pm to 10 pm was the delivery slot but they again rescheduled it to 23/12/2018 for no reason.
              I don't wish to order again from bigbasket and am simply not happy with your services. Kindly cancel my order and refund my entire amount.

                First Order ID: BVZFO[protected] discount not received and when mailed to customer service got different answers from them.

                For my first mail no reply, for second mail they said no coupon applied, third mail sodex meal and ticket restaurent not applicable and fourth mail paid through rupay card so offer not applicable and for fifth mail the order not eligible for discount, and for fifth mail as per our records, we notice that the voucher code was applied to the failed transaction and not on the successful transaction.

                On checking our records, we see that BVZFO[protected] was applied with Voucher 'BBMC20' as per the T&C Voucher if the 'BBMC20' Voucher is used customer should use Master card. However the transaction was attempted using Rupay card hence Transaction failed. We request you to go through the T&C for more information.

                We are sorry to inform you that as per our records, you have not applied the voucher code for the order[protected].
                We request you to share us the snapshot of the offer which your referring to, so that we will do the needful.

                For third mail
                sodex meal and ticket restaurent not applicable

                For fourth mail
                paid through rupay card so offer not applicable

                However, as per our records, we notice that the voucher code was applied to the failed transaction and not on the successful transaction.
                Hence you cannot avail the cashback for the same.

                For fifth mail
                We are sorry to inform you that as per our records, you have not applied the voucher code for the order[protected].

                And I already uploaded the snapshots of my order where it isclearly written as coupon applied,
                I need clear explanation of each every mail sennt by you, if at all we used rupay card howcome the voucher applied as you can see in snapshot and whats alll those replies you should have clearly explained in first mail itself.

                    I have ordered a fruit basket thinking it would be a novel idea to deliver online to my daughter celebrating her birthday and sister celebrating wedding anniversary. I have mentioned it as a gift wrap in my order itself online. It had to be delivered on 12/12/18. To my dismay big basket could till date...13/12/2018 10.40pm have not delivered a basket of fruit ordered on line on 11/12/18 with full details that it's a gift for birthday and a wedding anniversary for some one else in the same house.
                    .. Very dissappoiting and bad experience. Worst, a happy moment ought have to be has become embarrassing moment... Big thanks to big basket. So many phone calls and today just 25 mints back made me wait long time on phone and made me give directions etc., all humbucks and customers are riddiculed and taken for a ride.

                        You are cheating people with wrong items and fraud price. I must go to consumer court for this. My order number is mnovo[protected] and i have received a water bottle in rupees 609 and when i checked mrp on bottle it is 450 and one more thing 609 is your discounted price after 40% off. And your mrp on site is 1036 which i more than double of the original mrp.

                          My delivery was scheduled between 7:30 pm to 10:100pm. Delivery boy did turned up to my address. Date 3dec2018.

                          By 11:00 pm i got mail from big basket that delivery slot is changed to next date.

                          To my outer dis belief i found that reason is i am not available. Though i wasted my whole evening for them.

                          They did not even give me a call. How they can decide this by them self.
                          How big basket can automatically change the timings on their own.

                          This happens only in india. They got customers now they can play with anyone.

                          Shame big basket.

                            I placed am order for 14 items on the 1st of dec 2018. I was given a delivery slot of 8 to 10:30 pm on 2nd dec. I received a message that the order was delivered at 10:35 pm on the 2nd of dec. But i did not get any delivery... When i called bigbasket, i was promised a call back next morning at 9. I waited and nobody called. I called customer service again. They again promised a call back within 30 mins, unsurprisingly no one called... I again reached out to their customer service and they gave another escalation and call back promise. My order number is : mmvo[protected].

                              It is very concerning to see how big basket is screening their employees. I would like to narrate an incident which occurred in our society nitesh forest hills and flushing meadows apartment, seegehalli, bangalore.

                              A delivery boy named chethan came for delivery at one of our flats. He entered the premises at 6:35 pm and took wrong entry which has signage saying no entry and when the security asked him to go through the right way he said, "who are you to ask me, do you know who i am, come outside and i will show you" and started cursing the poor guard, grabbed him by the collar and started slapping him. Thankfully we had our security officer rush into the situation and neutralized the event, sending the delivery boy out. But after completing duty for the day, the security guard was on his way home in the main road, the same person tried to attack the guard again.

                              I am very concerned with the kind of people who are coming to our door step, when we are away from our family for work, our kids alone at home alone..

                                BHO[protected] order id contains 14 items worth rs 1410rs in which 5 items worth rs were missing 628 rs . the delivery boys and the store manager of the concerned area were very rude and they made a scene in front of my building to make the complete payment for the order including the missing items. i want to lodge a complaint against the local store manager for not doing his duty properly and harassing on the phone for making the false payment and also on the delivery boys for being rude and disturbing me with their phone calls repeatedly.

                                  I am purchasing grocery from big basket on 6 th of november 2018..in that grocery list i am ordering 30 nos egg tray from the bigbasket..in that un opened tray i found lots of insect worms.. Its also smells very bad..

                                  Then i am rise a complaint on their customer care about the faulty product... But they just suggest me that take a pics and dispose the un opened tray box.. Their team will be contact me an half an hour and tell me that they refund me my money. But who is the responsible for that fault. They are playing with our lives.

                                  It was a totally un acceptable behaviour from their side.. I wanted that you take a immediate action against them. I want's a compensation from them. I already launch a complaint against them at consumer court

                                    I am purchasing grocery from big basket on 6 th of november 2018..in that grocery list i am ordering 30 nos egg tray from the bigbasket..in that un opened tray i found lots of insect worms.. Its also smells very bad..

                                    Then i am rise a complaint on their customer care about the faulty product... But they just suggest me that take a pics and dispose the un opened tray box.. Their team will be contact me an half an hour.. But still they are not contact me yet. Who is the responsible for that. They are playing with our lives.

                                    It was a totally un acceptable behaviour from their side.. I wanted that you take a immediate action against them. I want's a compensation from them.

                                      I ordered grocery and stationery items from big basket for 1700 rs. One of the items of rs 26, which was unavailable, was rescheduled for saturday. But in the order history page, they showed that an additional 50 rupees will be charged for separate delivery. I didn't feel to pay any additional charge, as this was not my fault. After checking the availability only, order was placed. So i cancelled that particular item's delivery. For this again they charged 30 rs. Which according to me is not justified.
                                      So i request a refund for the charges applied to my account.

                                      Got 2 corns delivered home. Both were terribly bad .I want my money back n pls do not deliver such products in the future.
