Myself mohammed usman and i have ordered an item from big basket on 29th july it was not been delivered to me yet and once i called the CUSTOMER CARE they again reordered for me for which i should have to pay of rs 298. Basically my 29th July order was already paid order and they are seeking me to pay again for the same order. They team is also not supporting well such a ### big basket. Well no worries im gona file a suit against big basket in consumer Court where in i hav a strong proof of order has not delivered with cctv footage. And for god sake please stop giving 10% on wallet it loojs like beggar. First understand to solve your order then refund 10%. I need ua high authority number within a day. If my issue would not be solved no worry see u direct in the court

I have called them for nearly 7 8 times. And the chat what they provide is waste of time just reduce my energy by chatting with them.

    I made an order with bigbasket, worth 800 rs the delivery slot was changed continuosuly without checking with me to 7.30 to 10.30pm.. the delivery boy never turned up when i contacted them their response was sorry our records say it is complete. When i told there was nothing delivered, their response was respective team will get back to me. It has been more than 15 days, i am still waiting for that team's call. I placed an order yesterday again the same repeats.. i dont even understand why they have customer care..they give irrelevant responses when you keep asking them they just cut the call or switch off the chat..

    When i enquired about delay in delivery today, the initial response was we are facing traffic issue, after some time when i questioned the response is that I have not opened the door and the delivery guy was there the door step.. in 30 minutes their reasons changed.. blaming the customer.. how cheap

    After multiple follow ups & complaints the order got delivered with an expired item, a missing item and a bread expiring tomorrow.Think I should be grateful to bigbasket that rest of the items have a couple of days for expiry.

      I placed an Order worth INR1200 and paid via Paytm. I placed this order only because of the cash back offer with code RAIN with Paytm where on placing an order of at least INR 1200, I would get INR 120 cashback .
      I got the cash back immediately.
      Next day when the order was delivered, one item worth INR 45 was missing. The delivery boy accepted his mistake.
      After a while we see the following message-
      Funds Credited due to items billed but not delivered for BBVO[protected].
      This was accompanied by the net order value falling below 1200 INR and immediately the cash back of INR 120 was reversed from my paytm account.
      All this meant I actually ended up in loss.
      I lost my cash back.
      I did not received all items I ordered.
      I ended up paying quite a bit more as the individual items were cheaper on other sites on that day (I chose Bigbasket only for that cashback).
      And now I am being harassed having spent multiple hours talking to customer support and exchanging emails with them with no resolution in sight.
      This seems a fraudulent practice from Bigbasket. They first lured me into purchasing from their site using the cash back bait.
      Then conveniently forgot to bring one item that made the net order value fall below the minimum requirement.
      then reversed the cash back from my paytm account.
      The order value falling below the minimum requirement is not my fault.
      I would be happy to received that missing item the next day, or even a replacement item.
      The fact that they NEVER offered either of their options or any other alternative clearly shows their cheating mind set. They opted for the choice that got them additional INR 120 back into their bank accounts.
      The missing item was ENTIRELY their fault, how can they make the customer pay for their mistake.

        Pathetic service.
        m a frequent customer of bb but the quality has just gone to 0
        vegetables delivered were spoiled
        cookies delivered were expired
        and when they don’t feel oike delivering it either the item is out of stock or else they will end up saying that the delivery boy was at the door step but u did not open the door.
        just trying to make their customers fool.
        irresponsible people sitting to handle the complains. Would definitely report this to consumer forum

          I have placed an order and that order was cancelled coz that they didn't get any response from customer which is false as the delivery person didn't come to my address. So they placed another order for next day but in that order few items were missing and on top of that i even have to give 36Rs exta to the delivery person. I didn't recieve any amount from bigbasket for the missing items and when i called customer care they put my call on hold and then doesn't respond. Acording to their policy they are suppose to pay 10% extra if they don't deliver in the alloted time slot which also they didn't credit.
          I am attaching invoice of both orders. Please Help.

            Order No. MNOD[protected], items quantity 2 pcs, amount paid 207.68 Rs. Upon receiving the order on July 11, 2018, I boiled the eggs and found the yolk and white part blackish for all 6 eggs, when I checked the box for the manufacturing date, there is no date available on them. I want the refund of my order also want to ask the food corporation of India is this legitimate to sell food items which do not have a manufacturer date, after all, you all are playing with the health of our country. Buying 12 eggs for 207.68 Rs is a real deal in India and on top of that if we get this it's pure sin.

              Had to fight for a delivery which eventually delivered late
              After swiping ICICI crecard for 15% cashback, stated no code used so no cashback which was sheer cheating
              no discount upto Rs 1000 or even 10 on purchases made befo 10th of the month, as claimed in TV advt.
              Face hell if you enter into email communication. Irrelevant replies killing you.

                I ordered 5 items today morning (around 8:30 AM), "In Express" and this is what happened:

                When no one delivered it till 1, I checked the app and it said 'order status as delivered'. but I had not received the order.

                I called customer service and they said they will escalate and call me in 15 mins to update the status - No delivery, and no on called again!

                I pinged on customer care chat window at 2 PM and 3 customer service reps pinged me for details and did not get back to me:
                1. Soujanya S.
                2. Lakshmikanth S.
                3. S Parahana

                All of them said they will escalate the issue and when I asked to cancel, they closed the chat window.

                There is still no delivery or even response from BigBasket.

                  I did not get my delivery today in the time slot of 7 30 to 9 30 am. No message to say my delivery is delayed or cancelled.

                  I called twice to to only told that there is not slot until Wednesday. The customer care lady Stuti tells me now it can be delivered only on Wednesday evening...if ones order is cancelled, how can we be given our orders after 2 days!!

                  They are saying its because of the rains in Mumbai...let me tell you Amazon is here, already delivering and so is Myntra...there are no floods today...inspite of the same, they are giving such reasons...it will rain in Mumbai for 2 more months, so I have no trust in Big Basket anymore. We need groceries on a daily basis. I order atleast weekly from Big Basket. Very bad service and follow up to the problem...then they just disconnect the phone once you ask to talk to the manager...and dont bother to call you back!!

                    An order that was supposed to be delivered in an express delivery within 2 hours is not yet delivered even after 3 days. One of the most disgusting delivery services ever in Hyderabad. This is the 4th time that the delivery has delayed like this. The delivery executives are giving false information that I am not available at my place.
                    Most disgusting delivery service award should go to Big Basket

                      I order from big basket 1/07/2018 no single slot available so I selected two shipment one shipment got delivered on 2/07/2018 and for the other shipment which is supposed to deliver on 3/07/2018 got cancel by mentioning the reason as address is wrong.
                      When I called customer care they said that my phone was switch off because of which the service provider can not reach you .
                      They process the order but saying some of the item is out of stock and they refund the money to BB wallet when asked for bank account they cut the call.
                      It took almost 1 hour to talk with customer care and phone bill was around Rs 50.
                      They did the mistake and for that i wasted my time and money also.

                      Bigbasket is denying the order without proper reason and fail to revert the money on time.
                      Earlier they have delivered the order but curtain they denied without call/reason
                      I have called several to helpline number but no one is there is provide me resolution.
                      As i paid for order using credit carx but still it is showing cash on delivery... and they said for first order user will get 200off... but this did not happen for me atleast.

                        This the wrost services i have seen in industry, they cancelled the order without informing and return back the money to wallet and when i called they told me that money will refund me in 7-9 working days. My question if i order something more value like[protected], so i have to wait till the money comes, and i can't use it open market. I am going to cunsumer court for my loss!

                        Big basket has to make a refund for the order which got canceled. No response for the email send . Contacted the people Aanand and Selva for department worst response from them.

                          I paid for the items I ordered yesterday which was supposed to be delivered July 2at 9-11 am. But they rescheduled the time to 10.30-12.30 pm. But now it's 3.30 pm and I have not received my order not any information about it. I have been facing problems with my last few orders. If this continues I will stop ordering from big basket. At least have some shame to deliver on time when you have already got the payment

                            I had ordered a total of 8 items in a single delivery and bb had split it in two without any confirmation. It was a prepaid order and i was not charged extra for that. But i was unavailable to take the delivery and wanted to cancel the order. They are charging me 30+30=60 for the cancellation stating that as delivery fee. If bb was not able to deliver all the items in a single slot as per the original order, why should i be paying the extra 30 during cancellation. When i contacted the customer care. Half the time i am not able to reach them. Very bad experience with customer care!!

                              We ordered 16epigamia yoghurts, and out of which we receivef 8rotten puffed yoghurts. I really wonder what they think of customers, just because customers have trusted them and have ordered online without actually checking the items because we trusted them. But big basket just cheated. Itsnot first time they have done this, also when i tried to log a complain at their site, the toll free number doesnt provide any option to log the complaint. Big basket should be banished from the online buisness.

                                Thi is to bring to your notice that my order no - mlkfo[protected] was cancelled abruptly today at 10:26 pm without any vaild reason.

                                I was getting msgs whole day that it will be delivered by eod, but at the end it got cancelled.

                                It was supposed to ne delivered on 25 june 2018 but was not delivered.

                                Timely delivery has been bigbasket's usp and i am not at happy with its services.

                                  For this above item, your big basket person two time swiped my card and deducted the amount two times for the single invoice. The amount deducted was

                                  17 june, 8:44 am, rupees 2135
                                  17 june 8:46 am, rupees 1996

                                  Big basket had promised to return the amount by one hour, 24 hours gone, so far the deducted amount is not credited back.

                                  Please return amount to the card asap. It is pathetic to regular follow up.
                                  Big basket returned the amount to big basket wallet, i am not an frequent buyer, company forced me to buy their product alone instead of returned to the my card.

                                    I had ordered a few items with delivery slot given as 12-4 pm on 23rd June.
                                    But I received a mail that the delivery slot is changed to 7:30 pm to 10 pm as the security did not allow them inside. This could have been easily resolved with a call as I could have collected at the gate. But I did not receive a call.

                                    I would appreciate the items being delivered in the original slot.

                                      Firstly the order for which i had paid 1300 inr was not delivered yet shown complete, now the remaining balance in the bigbasket wallet 1600 has been used automatically for the same order by the customer support team of bigbasket who say that the items will be delivered today evening.
                                      That means although i have not received the items two times money has been deducted for the items.
                                      Take stern action against the bigbasket team, and see that my money is not lost to such fraudsters

                                      Quality of vegetables not fresh . Also banana ordered weighed less. This is the third time I am getting vegetables which are not up to the mark. You need to change your supplier immediately to retain your customers. Banana stem returned twice as it was hollow from inside. Clear case of cheating by the supplier. But thanks for the refund.

                                        It is really ridiculous that after repeatedly contacting the customer service team both through text message and email, my order mlkvo[protected] was not delivered and neither was the money refunded. I had already paid online an amount of 1300inr. The status is also tampered with the bigbasket app, where status seen as complete.
                                        Stern action should be taken about the concerned team of bigbasket lucknow for the fraud.

                                        My money should be refunded immediately, or my order should be delivered. Such a fraud by bigbasket will lead to the company lose reputation as well as customers
                                        I ordered today 21.06. And it was told that it will get delivered with in10.15. I did not get any calls any notification. And it says " we cancelled the order as per your request". I want to know when have I asked to cancel. Why I was not told? Why I did not get any call? I needed those products.
                                        I am going to consumer court if not resolved.
