I have been contacting big basket for my one order which was delivered but few items were missing i made the payment online. Till date whenever i m contacting them they are starting from scratch and end up saying we have escalated your concern. Nor i have heard about the order when it will be coming. I want refund then also they respond we will update you when the delivery us scheduled.,... Ignorance... Customer service is poor. I was eligible for jolly jolly offer in that also they did not deliver the gift items nor the credit was provided. The ongoing sale offers are so lame... Never expected from big basket such a customer ignorant company.

    Because I need this amount urgently in my pay tm account for my personal issue.
    So. I hope you should understand my situation and co operate with me.
    I already mail them but verbally they said they will transfer but I said I need mail reply from than onward neither they call me or mail me .

      The order number #bbvo[protected] suppose to be delivered on 15th aug before 9am. There has been a damaged item, hence i rejected the delivery. They promised me to send the item in another one hour and di not happen. Later i came to know that this has been cancelled and rescheduled for tomorrow. Even though they charged me 30rs as delivery, this was never accounted and did not return on late delivery.

      I assume that this is not the first incident. Bigbasket do not have any mechanism to manage the delivery charge taken from customer in case it is cancelled. This is a clear cheating. Many customers might have end up paying unnecessary.

      Spoke to cm regarding the complaint where order was cancelled due to ops issue. Cm was really disappointed regarding order cancellation and delivery charges which was not credited back to Bb wallet when the order was cancelled. However, apologized and informed cm about the delivery charges policy and split order reason. Also, voucher cashback policy when the order gets cancelled. However, cm was not willing to speak anything and does not wants us to do anything. Also, ask flood amount to be used. informed cm not possible disconnected the call. Hence, no action taken and close the case.

        I bought royal wheat lokwan 5kg bag from big basket on 12/aug/2018. When i opened the bag, i found lot of insects in it. I have written email to the costumer care team for refund. Currently feeling cheated. The current tv advertisement which talks about quality testing and quality control is totally fake. Please don’t fall for it.

          I ordered 3 items order num bbo[protected], just in an hour i got email that the order is rescheduled for tomorrow. I called the customer care and the lady "madhushree" said that somebody else rescheduled because i didnt answer my phone. This is idiotic.

          I asked to cancel the order because i needed the items today only. The customer care executive credited the amount i paid, on so called "wallet" of big basket. I told her i paid the amount from my bank account and it should be credited there. Wasted 2 hours on phone and still haven't got the intimation that i will get the refund. Make sure it's done otherwise i will make sure to post this on social media and let everyone in my contact know about this. I would make sure that nobody buys anything from bigbasket

Informed customer that order is not delivered because call was not answered however customer is not ready to listen and confirmed that amount is refunded to source account hence no action taken, Our executive reached the location called customer care to confirm the address as per comments it was incomplete. However customer did not answer the call in case if the customer is not reviving the call the team will cancel the reschedule Delivery executive will move the next order. However customer is not ready to listen over the call. However team has followed the process. We will have the feedback shared. Also request the customer to update the complete address for future orders

            I became a new customer last week with bigbasket. I ordered 1l box of ice cream, and the ice cream was completely defrosted and looked like water. I also bought 1kg of frozen already chopped chicken. Again, the chicken was completely defrosted, and very warm feel to it. When i checked the delivery van from bigbasket, there wasn't any cooling or freezing equipment for transporting any frozen or chilled food products. I was very shocked and also disappointed with this service from bigbasket.

              In my last order# mkoo[protected] and a-mkoo[protected], i have returned few items because i have found these items were costing me higher than another source. So my wife suggested me to return those items as it were costing me a lot. We can use those money for other grocery items for rest of the month. But i have paid for all those items and my money is in the bigbasket wallet.
              There is total rs.3991.29 left in my bigbasket wallet.
              And now they have deactivated my acount, i don't know why. Pobably for stealing my money. Please see the attached screenshots.
              Please sir, help me to get my hard-earned money, i have not enough money for rest of the month, i can not survive.
              Please help me to activate my account, i want to buy groceries for the rest of the month. Or help me to get my money back to my original source of payment.

                Dear officer,

                I would like to raise my voice against big basket, i have placed around 10 orders last six months. They have not delivered the order on time. I have always paid them before the order - online payment. While ordering they shows the next available slots. I have choose those options and paid them the reason i have choose the option is i need those items on that particular date and time.
                Now unfortunately they have never delivered this items on that particular time slot. They never call or sms about this status, i have waited waited long and call them to ask about the order. When i called them they have ready made answers - kindly wait for some more time or order is on the way. After sometimes i called again why still not delivered - they will put on hold for 10-15 minutes and say deliver person is not answering the call or unreachable. They will cancel this order and place new order after 3-4 days.
                Now each time they change the price of the order and charge customer extra amount for the same.

                cust complained-the order was cancelled and reprocessed due to late start from, and the replacement order was also not delibvered, hence spoke to cust apologized for same and arranged manual delivery before 1.30 and after delivery spoke to cust and customer was very irate and customer told that want to speak with the vipul sir and abhinay sir, however spoke to cust apologized for all the hassle gone thru and, cust also complained about the IBND(Fresho-Tomato - Hybrid-1 kg) instead of 2 cust received only 1 qty, cust also complained about the quality issue(Britannia-Good Day Cookies - Rich Butter-66 gm)1 Qty damaged, Britannia-Good Day - Nuts Cookie-58 gm)- Refunded the value and also previous agent has already promised for another 10% SG, hence credited that amount and closing the tikcet

                  I have ordered on 9aug 2018. I did not get my order, today is 12 aug. Big basket changed time slot according the way they want, without letting me know. Customer service picked my phone and said, " they would get back to me but i did not get any call from there side. If i would cancel the order, they charged money for cancellation. Kindly registered my complain.

                    I am a regular big basketer.. But for the past 5..6.. Orders it was the worst service i have ever experienced anywhere.. I was patient and kept ordering believing it will be better next time and that is my big mistake..

                    Every delivery i had to fight to get it to my doorstep.. It's like i am in a war for food.. I order.. No one delivers.. When i call they say delivery boy was at doorstep no one home.. But i will be home the whole time.. Again.. Delivery boy called no switched off.. Where my phone will be on the whole time.. Even in that case i called up customer care and updated my alternate no for situations like these.. But not once i have got a call to it..

                    And as per their wish they keep changing the slot and cancelling the order without checking with me.. We choose a slot because that's the time convenient for us.. Most o[censored]s are office going and if they change the slot as per their wish who will be at home to receive this order?

                    Then the items which are delivered especially fruits and vegetables are rotten & worms started coming out even if i keep it in the refrigerator immediately and use it the same day.. This happened thrice..

                    Latest incident: i placed an order around 5.30pm on 10/8/18.. I chose the delivery slot 10.30am to 1pm (2nd slot) for 11/8/18 by mistake.. I immediately called up customer care to check if the 1st slot of the day is available.. They said it is and they have placed a request to change the time to 1st slot.. Also i will get a callback to confirm.. I particularly said i don't need a call back since i am calling from the registered mobile no and i am the one who placed the order.. Also i would be in a meeting during the callback time they mentioned.. But he said it is their policy and they cannot change the time without callback confirmation.. I understood and also gave this guy my alternate no incase if they say my mobile is switched off.. Also my payment was not complete due to some incorrect information on my side (Credit card) hence my payment was pending..

                    As expected after 2.5 hours and no callback.. By this time i completed the payment.. Then i called up customer care to check if the slot has been changed.. The fellow said that my phone was switched off after trying several times so thy couldn't change the slot.. I specifically told them my phone was on and even then i gave an alternate no but i did not get any call to that.. He said ok mam i will cancel the order.. I said do not cancel the order.. Even if you can't change the slot it's fine but deliver in the initial slot itself (10.30 to 1pm). Seconds after that i get a message saying my order is cancelled upon my request and the amount is in bigbasket wallet..

                    How smart big basket is to message me this minutes after my payment??!! They think customers are fools. Now no delivery and my money is stuck with them.

                    I again called up explaining the situation for the 100th time.. They said the same story and they can reprocess the order but will be delivered only by 12/8/18 and 2 items are out of stock..

                    These items going out of stock should be mentioned when i ordered itself and the customer care fellow cancelling my order without checking with me is not my fault.. I escalated the issue and told the same story to a senior executive.. I specifically mentioned that i want the time slot i mentioned initially (10.30 am to 1pm) with all the items i mentioned or i am going not going to use big basket anymore and i need the amount in the wallet credited back.. He said i ll get a call back in 10min with a solution..

                    2 hours went by.. No call.. So naturally i called up to customer care.. They said i will get a call back in 10min..

                    The call finally came.. He said i will get the delivery in the initial slot (10.30 am to 1pm) but the items out of stock cannot be given.. The money for that will be credited to the big basket wallet.. Also the slot in the record is 4pm to 7pm on 11/8/18 but i don't have to worry about that as the delivery will happen as promised in the 2nd slot itself.. I got tired and i said it's fine.. But i want the money back to my account as i don't want big basket holding my money.. He said it will be done..

                    Needless to say.. It's 11/08/18.. I have been waiting from 10.30 am.. 1pm came by.. No delivery..

                    I curse myself for being patient with bigbasket and giving them chances every time they screwed up.. I learnt my lesson..

                      This is visakh from bangalore. It has been 13 days since i placed an order of rs.967 and i haven't received it yet. I have paid the complete amount upfront, probably that is the big mistake i made.

                      The status of these orders is complete, but it was not delivered. It was supposed to come by 2nd aug, but just no update from bigbasket. No email, no sms nothing.

                      I have already paid using my credit card and now at the mercy of these people to deliver them. This is gross misconduct by bigbasket. I have registered a complaint (Ticket no:[protected]) on aug 3rd by phone, some body told they will get back but all false promises.
                      In between i have got two emails from their customer service asking me to wait for 24 hours. It seems bigbasket's 24 hours is different from rest of the world.

                      They have a customer care number[protected] which is never connecting.
                      I dont care if they deliver now or not because this is my last deal with bigbasket. But i certainly need a refund of my hard earned money.

                      Spoke to cm's friend Lakshmi on the alternate phone number [protected] stating order was wrongly acknowledge as delivered as cm phone number was switched off. hence, apologized and informed cm we will get the same escalated to our team. Also, asked him to inform cm that issue has been resolved as we have reprocessed the order and we will be crediting 10% Dg. As one of the item which was not delivered. We have credited the amount into Bb wallet. hence, Close the case by crediting 10% DG and close the case.

                        I had placed my order on Thursday morning 7:30 slot in Mumbai. Due to Mumbai Bandh issue order was not delivered. I had received no updates on the same from customer care.
                        Friday morning when i called you customer care, they refused to deliver the order on Friday. There reply was we can deliver it to you after Saturday evening, take or we will cancel your order.

                          I have to order in bisbasket with some grocery item, like aashirvaad wheat aata,
                          The worms are coming out in the dough, when I call the customer care, I say 7 days the policy is done by replacing the replaces, refills and refunds. Even before this I had ordered the egg tray, the bugs were also found in the egg ... and such a big superstar Shahrukh Khan is promoting such a company. Where the fraud merchant is connected, where there is no value of customer service is. If the customer can not tell in 7 days, then will not give bigbasket service, Fake Company, Fake Commitment, if Shahrukh Khan is the public, such services of Big Basket and Aware is from All Merchant, then Shahrukh Khan is also a roang, then the world for money Making fools

                            I'm kirthi a loyal customer of yours and often user. I placed an order to be delivered yesterday morning slot from 7:30 to 9. I found 9 items were missing and delivery person promised to send them by 12 and left. We being working professionals had to stay till then but dint receive. At last found only part of amount credited to my wallet stating out of stock. If that's the case why was the order accepted? I ordered for necessicity not for fun. Atleast today morning i dint receive and no response further. I'm not able to call. On trying to order it's showing delivery charges of 50 and tom. I need those items by 12. If not I'll move to consumer forum and will be last order. I'll definitely fight for compensation for wasting my time soo much. So resolve my matter by 12

                              I have been trying to cancel a particular order dsj-bkoo[protected] since 9am today. I have spoken to 5 different customer service executives, each of them have told me it was not cancelled previously, they are cancelling now, there is a charge of rs. 30/-, and nothing has happened. The latest one doesnt know i have raised a concern previously, and i have no idea how to make this happen anymore.

                                I have given order of 1430 rs products price 2days before. On delivery date it suppose to deliver in a selected slot 7-9:30am. Although on delivery date i received message it will be delayed and delivered by 10:20am. Later i got phone and they cancelled due to inconvenience issue. And they transfered money to bigbasket wallet instead my source account. And later when i had word with customer service they said it can't transfer to source account. If you want it will take 7-10 days to transfer in original source. I have bought any product as i ordered from bigbasket believing and they have not shown loyalty. I asked theme deliver the product next day early morning slot but they declined. And suggested slot when i am not available.
                                Very very bad experience ever i had, not wanted to use bigbasket anymore if such service.

                                  Myself mohammed usman and i have ordered an item from big basket on 29th july it was not been delivered to me yet and once i called the CUSTOMER CARE they again reordered for me for which i should have to pay of rs 298. Basically my 29th July order was already paid order and they are seeking me to pay again for the same order. They team is also not supporting well such a ### big basket. Well no worries im gona file a suit against big basket in consumer Court where in i hav a strong proof of order has not delivered with cctv footage. And for god sake please stop giving 10% on wallet it loojs like beggar. First understand to solve your order then refund 10%. I need ua high authority number within a day. If my issue would not be solved no worry see u direct in the court

                                  I have called them for nearly 7 8 times. And the chat what they provide is waste of time just reduce my energy by chatting with them.

                                    I made an order with bigbasket, worth 800 rs the delivery slot was changed continuosuly without checking with me to 7.30 to 10.30pm.. the delivery boy never turned up when i contacted them their response was sorry our records say it is complete. When i told there was nothing delivered, their response was respective team will get back to me. It has been more than 15 days, i am still waiting for that team's call. I placed an order yesterday again the same repeats.. i dont even understand why they have customer care..they give irrelevant responses when you keep asking them they just cut the call or switch off the chat..

                                    When i enquired about delay in delivery today, the initial response was we are facing traffic issue, after some time when i questioned the response is that I have not opened the door and the delivery guy was there the door step.. in 30 minutes their reasons changed.. blaming the customer.. how cheap

                                    After multiple follow ups & complaints the order got delivered with an expired item, a missing item and a bread expiring tomorrow.Think I should be grateful to bigbasket that rest of the items have a couple of days for expiry.

                                      I placed an Order worth INR1200 and paid via Paytm. I placed this order only because of the cash back offer with code RAIN with Paytm where on placing an order of at least INR 1200, I would get INR 120 cashback .
                                      I got the cash back immediately.
                                      Next day when the order was delivered, one item worth INR 45 was missing. The delivery boy accepted his mistake.
                                      After a while we see the following message-
                                      Funds Credited due to items billed but not delivered for BBVO[protected].
                                      This was accompanied by the net order value falling below 1200 INR and immediately the cash back of INR 120 was reversed from my paytm account.
                                      All this meant I actually ended up in loss.
                                      I lost my cash back.
                                      I did not received all items I ordered.
                                      I ended up paying quite a bit more as the individual items were cheaper on other sites on that day (I chose Bigbasket only for that cashback).
                                      And now I am being harassed having spent multiple hours talking to customer support and exchanging emails with them with no resolution in sight.
                                      This seems a fraudulent practice from Bigbasket. They first lured me into purchasing from their site using the cash back bait.
                                      Then conveniently forgot to bring one item that made the net order value fall below the minimum requirement.
                                      then reversed the cash back from my paytm account.
                                      The order value falling below the minimum requirement is not my fault.
                                      I would be happy to received that missing item the next day, or even a replacement item.
                                      The fact that they NEVER offered either of their options or any other alternative clearly shows their cheating mind set. They opted for the choice that got them additional INR 120 back into their bank accounts.
                                      The missing item was ENTIRELY their fault, how can they make the customer pay for their mistake.

                                        m a frequent customer of bb but the quality has just gone to 0
                                        vegetables delivered were spoiled
                                        cookies delivered were expired
                                        and when they don’t feel oike delivering it either the item is out of stock or else they will end up saying that the delivery boy was at the door step but u did not open the door.
                                        just trying to make their customers fool.
                                        irresponsible people sitting to handle the complains. Would definitely report this to consumer forum
