I am ordering for so long. Prior to this i was using grofers, and more, they were piece of #. Now same is the case with big basket.
They without informing customize the quantity, and send a simple mail. Don;t even bother to inform the customer before hand. If i have ordered 1 kg, then they will make it 1.25. I guess they can send a little less instead of increasing and making money.
Three days back i ordered veggies, and few more stuff. Tomatoes (2kg) were rotten, potato were of mixed quality (Big and baby potato) but amount paid was for the bigger one. Then onion were of two qualities, same. When my father told the executive to take back these things he refused and did not allow to make call to cce. He said "charge lagenge iske". Every time there is an issue in the billing.
I am sure this heavy discount on bb is just because they put such low quality stuff. I ordered chemical free bread, and when i baked some blue color was there on all the slices, and bad smell was coming
This is hard earned money, and these people give a dam even after giving so many feedbacks. Same is the case with their seniors.
Shame on you people.
