But we found that 1) dosa batter worth 59/-
And atta worth 259/- were not delivered..
But delivery boy gave us order totalled amount as 1061/-
1118 minus (259+59)= should be around 700 but the cheat bigbasket was asking us to pay a much higher amount of 1061/-

This is fraud/cheating and discrepancy of 261/- rupees

And...

1-in order no. 48701985 free 2 kg sugar was short in delivery, so it is pending.
2- in order no. 48804693 cucumber were short and not delivered.
Again bananas were so rotten, foul smelling, not eatable, injurious to health.

I placed one order from bigbasket on 3rd june 2018 which was supposed to be delivered on same day between 6pm -8pm. There were 25 items total bill amount was 2151/- which was prepaid.

For the first i have faced reall severe issue and the customer car team completely irresponsive of my calls n msgs and chats. I have ordered yesterday for today morning delivery for groceries items and evening delivery for vegitables and fruits they them self changed the slot to tuesday and when i contacted with customer care that girl who picked the call cancelled my order bull # will never recommend and one in noida to use big basket it's very disappointing and nonsense customer service...

I have ordered bunch of grocery items with sizzle code applied and no cashback credited to paytm and its is their application fault not mine and they are not crediting cashback to me.
I called and mailed them and they said we are regreted and if promo is not applied after the successful payment from payment then it is not consumer fault as it is big basket fault and they are not even giving me my cashback.

Recently purchase d order from bigbasket and i have applied voucher code welcome bb but they are saying voucher has not been applied but in the invoice genrated by them shows that voucher has been sucessfully apllied.20 days has been passed but there is no resolution.

Now bigbasket guys are disconnecting the callin the middle and they are not responding to emails properly.

And my issue has not been closed....

Bigbasket fresho organic - safely ripened mangoes

Ordered this product from bigbasket.
When i received the product, i just tested them by putting in a bucket of water.
4 mangoes went down and 2 were floating. If mangoe floats, it means it is chemically ripened. It is the simplest test to do at home.
I ordered organic mangoes and got 2 chemical mangoes along with 4 good ones.

Recently i ordered 30 eggs tray from big basket. The egg was totally different than the real eggs. While breakin the yolk is already mixed with the white n one shell corner is stick with yolk. When u boil it inside the shell one more thin layer will b covering the egg. Taste n smell is weired. While fryin in a non stick pan it gets burnt n stick to the pan. There was a callback from customer service team and they told me that there was some technical issue and due to which the correct price was not getting reflected and they will cancel the order.
