We ordered 16epigamia yoghurts, and out of which we receivef 8rotten puffed yoghurts. I really wonder what they think of customers, just because customers have trusted them and have ordered online without actually checking the items because we trusted them. But big basket just cheated. Itsnot first time they have done this, also when i tried to log a complain at their site, the toll free number doesnt provide any option to log the complaint. Big basket should be banished from the online buisness.

    Thi is to bring to your notice that my order no - mlkfo[protected] was cancelled abruptly today at 10:26 pm without any vaild reason.

    I was getting msgs whole day that it will be delivered by eod, but at the end it got cancelled.

    It was supposed to ne delivered on 25 june 2018 but was not delivered.

    Timely delivery has been bigbasket's usp and i am not at happy with its services.

      For this above item, your big basket person two time swiped my card and deducted the amount two times for the single invoice. The amount deducted was

      17 june, 8:44 am, rupees 2135
      17 june 8:46 am, rupees 1996

      Big basket had promised to return the amount by one hour, 24 hours gone, so far the deducted amount is not credited back.

      Please return amount to the card asap. It is pathetic to regular follow up.
      Big basket returned the amount to big basket wallet, i am not an frequent buyer, company forced me to buy their product alone instead of returned to the my card.

        I had ordered a few items with delivery slot given as 12-4 pm on 23rd June.
        But I received a mail that the delivery slot is changed to 7:30 pm to 10 pm as the security did not allow them inside. This could have been easily resolved with a call as I could have collected at the gate. But I did not receive a call.

        I would appreciate the items being delivered in the original slot.

          Firstly the order for which i had paid 1300 inr was not delivered yet shown complete, now the remaining balance in the bigbasket wallet 1600 has been used automatically for the same order by the customer support team of bigbasket who say that the items will be delivered today evening.
          That means although i have not received the items two times money has been deducted for the items.
          Take stern action against the bigbasket team, and see that my money is not lost to such fraudsters

          Quality of vegetables not fresh . Also banana ordered weighed less. This is the third time I am getting vegetables which are not up to the mark. You need to change your supplier immediately to retain your customers. Banana stem returned twice as it was hollow from inside. Clear case of cheating by the supplier. But thanks for the refund.

            It is really ridiculous that after repeatedly contacting the customer service team both through text message and email, my order mlkvo[protected] was not delivered and neither was the money refunded. I had already paid online an amount of 1300inr. The status is also tampered with the bigbasket app, where status seen as complete.
            Stern action should be taken about the concerned team of bigbasket lucknow for the fraud.

            My money should be refunded immediately, or my order should be delivered. Such a fraud by bigbasket will lead to the company lose reputation as well as customers
            I ordered today 21.06. And it was told that it will get delivered with in10.15. I did not get any calls any notification. And it says " we cancelled the order as per your request". I want to know when have I asked to cancel. Why I was not told? Why I did not get any call? I needed those products.
            I am going to consumer court if not resolved.

              Very bad experience with big basket being a regular customer big basket has broke my trust. I ordered vegetables and it was cash on delivery but the delivery person named ajay did not had change so i asked him to get it from somewhere but he was ready to go and promised me that he will paytm me but never did and this was the second time this happened with me. What is this is big basket not paying well their employees i want my money 80 rs back and no more shopping from big basket

                I am ordering for so long. Prior to this i was using grofers, and more, they were piece of #. Now same is the case with big basket.
                They without informing customize the quantity, and send a simple mail. Don;t even bother to inform the customer before hand. If i have ordered 1 kg, then they will make it 1.25. I guess they can send a little less instead of increasing and making money.

                Three days back i ordered veggies, and few more stuff. Tomatoes (2kg) were rotten, potato were of mixed quality (Big and baby potato) but amount paid was for the bigger one. Then onion were of two qualities, same. When my father told the executive to take back these things he refused and did not allow to make call to cce. He said "charge lagenge iske". Every time there is an issue in the billing.

                I am sure this heavy discount on bb is just because they put such low quality stuff. I ordered chemical free bread, and when i baked some blue color was there on all the slices, and bad smell was coming

                This is hard earned money, and these people give a dam even after giving so many feedbacks. Same is the case with their seniors.

                  This is the second time that we have received rotten food.

                  First time we spend hour cooking fish which turned out to be horrible and was not fresh.

                  This time minced chicken smells like it is spoiled.

                  It not only waste money but time.

                  I need to understand why the fresh products are not sent? You should not send meat which is gone bad as its not only money waste, time waste, and can make someone sick.

                  true same is the case with me. They are giving discounts just because all they have - rotten stuff. be it vege or other things. They give a damn about your feedbacks. Better to delete their app and buy from outside

                    We ordered vegetables and pulses from Big Basket on 6th June, 2018 Order No:- DX- MDFVO[protected], which were found to have worms. On complaint to customer care - the customer care executive said to return 21 rupees only and no compensations which was only in cases of “critical conditions”. My place being a pure vegetarian place with no one eating non vegetarian or worms, big basket therefore returned 16 rupees for the Said product ( Brinjal vegetable ) without any compensations.

                      I recently ordered for salmon river fish, got it delivered on 9th june, 2018.
                      The expiry date was mentioned as 11th june, 2018. But it started smelling very bad, even being kept in refrigerator, from 10th june itself.
                      I had to throw it in the dustbin as the smell was unbearable and it was useless.

                      I spent rs 225/- on this which got wasted as i could not use the item at all.

                      Please, work on this complaint and deliver good quality items.

                        I have purchased from bigbasket.com via online and paid by paytm wallet. I also used discount voucher but still the amount is not deducted. When I asked the customer care executive he is saying that first time when you use the voucher your payment is unsuccessful. Second time I again add the e voucher and still the e voucher not applied. And executive is not believing my word. I have a repeatedly saying that I already applied the discount coupon. Still he is arguing with me.

                        Apart from that you will find other discrepancy also that promo used in Zorabian Chicken Breast - Boneless 450 gm Pouch 1 Rs. 260.00 Rs. 260.00 Promotion used: june-boon-offers-T2 . See that the discount not given on that particular item.

                            On 1st june we placed 3098/-rs consisting of edibles rice, pulses, wheat flour, tea, sugar, spices, edible oil etc

                            Despite repeated reminders, order was not delivered n today is 9th june

                            And very conveniently big basket already took online amount and removed our order from the ordered list

                            Despite writing delivery address, contacts precisely & despite reminding continuously... No response and to top it i have names of 4 bb representatives who sent emails that they are looking into the pending delivery and after that they too stopped responding all together!!

                            We are old continuous clients but since last week of may'2018 untill now, we faced hell with 3 pre paid orders of ours

                            Nobody at big basket is bothered except to generate ticket nos. For complaints but no action; no follow-ups

                            Big cheats are they! Is my doubt??

                            I have all ordered, paid and undelivered details and emails as proof.. Fyi

                              On 2.6.2018 i was delivered a packet of amul processed cheese 400 gm block. It was kept under refrigerated condition. On opening the packet today it was noted that the cheese had melted at some time and seeped out of the foil inside the packet. I sought replacement from your customer call center. The response was that cheese is a perishable item and cannot be replaced. Please propagate on your site that buyers beware and check each packet at time of delivery that the seal is intact and their is no damage to the product. Your slogan no questions asked on return is bull # and mis leading.

                                  But we found that 1) dosa batter worth 59/-
                                  And atta worth 259/- were not delivered..
                                  But delivery boy gave us order totalled amount as 1061/-
                                  1118 minus (259+59)= should be around 700 but the cheat bigbasket was asking us to pay a much higher amount of 1061/-

                                  This is fraud/cheating and discrepancy of 261/- rupees

                                  And it is highly shameful that bigbasket is doing these miscalculations with its extremely old and loyal customers;

                                  So we asked delivery boy who was representative of cheat bigbasket organisation, to get out and cancel the order

                                  Ice cream was molten and not chilled and milk was leaking from boxes..

                                  Looking at bxtremely pathetic quality of ice cream, we cancelled the order

                                  Bigbasket should be ashamed of this embarrassment to customer who has purchased more than 200 orders..

                                  I will like to give message to my friends and family that bigbasket has become pathetic with its quality...
                                  Products are bad, many products given to us recently are expired, the calculations are wrong and they harass and embarrass customers; every-time.

                                      Yesterday, the big basket delivery guy delivered a whole bunch of things at my residence in error. These goods were meant for another customer in a closeby location. The bill clearly indicated the customers name and apartment name. He also collected an amount if rs. 836 from my dad who was not aware that we had not placed an order. As we regularly order from big basket, he assumed this was our order. When we realized the error made, we i formed your customer service immediately. It took 4 calls and being kept in hold for almost half hour, that we got to speak to someone. They said the delivery guy will pick up the goods and return the money by 7.30pm. When i called customer service at 9pm to ask why no one had come, the guy had no idea what to say and the standard response of "i'll call you back" was offered. Till now there has been no response! The 1-800 number they have doesn't work half the time and when it does, they keep you on hold for ever! Shame on you big basket! You have betrayed a loyal customer! If i don't get my money back, i will lodge a police complaint.
