My order was made yesterday evening and the delivery slot promised was today morning between 9.30 to 12.00 . I had already made the online payment in advance also. Its really disappointing that the order was not delivered at all.

I called customer care and made several attempts to find out what is happening . To my surprise none of them gave me any solution and promised me call backs which they failed to keep up.I am disappointed to have been treated in this way with worst customer service from a company like BigBasket

Now I'm trying for my refund . What a headache !

    With reference to above mentioned orders, I had placed 2 orders on Dec.3 for delivery of certain items on Dec.4. However, your customer support services had called me to tell that the order could not be delivered on Dec.4 due to technical issues and hence, I should expect the delivery on Dec.5.
    However, to my utter surprise, on Dec.5, my order was automatically cancelled and I did not receive the delivery of my products.

    As you can see the contents, my order contained items of everyday use, general groceries to cook my meal, etc. Due to this behavior on your part, I have faced inconvenience in managing my meals and everyday life from past two days.

      I have ordered a 750 grm chicken in big basket and paid the money trough online. But after 1 hour i got a sms that chicken has been delivered to me. Immidiattly i called to customer care and they said that will take care the issue. But till next day i dint get my money back again i called them. But still my issue has note been rectified. Kindly check the the pic i attached where all the details is there.

      But this is a big stupidity from big basket. Customer care is like hell. They doesnot know how to handle the situation.

        Hi.. my order, #TBO[protected], got delivered today morning. Out of 27 items 9 were missing.. I called customer care and they sent the delivery boy and he took the bill and informed the missing items will be delivered before 10 pm today. I have not received them yet.. when I checked the order status online, it shows complete.. can you please update it as pending till the time i receive them.

          My order num is dx-mguo[protected] and invoice num is mgui[protected], my scheduled delivery timeslot was 8.30 to 10.30 pm on 3 december, 2016. I got a message at 10 pm that order will be delivered by 11.30 pm due to some delays. Order did not came till next day, but it is showing completed in the app. I have already made the payment using payment gateway.

          I called customer care and they told me that they will call me back in 20 mins, it has been 2 hours and they have not called me back.

            On 24/11 I ordered for initiation of refund of Rs 2000 in my Paytm wallet which was funded with a debit card and the same was initiated from your end suggesting that it would get refunded on a maximum of 7 days.

            It's now 4/12 and no refund of the amount has being made.

              Absolutely crap of a service, as well as the team who sits there on client calls.
              Had order an express order, while adding it showed eta 90 mins, when i pleaced an express order it became morning 8:30 am.

              I had to cancel. Again after 1 day when i placed the order, the executive called me once and when i could not pick up, he went away, without delivering my order. Your team who sits and takes client calls is utter crap.

              NO more trust in this firm

                I have ordered 8 items as under :

                1. order no.BBO[protected] with a delivery slot as:[protected] to 730 pm.
                2. order no. BBO[protected] with a delivery slot as:[protected] before 1010pm.

                Payment made online. This is also to inform that I stay at Ahmedabad and my family is at Bangalore. Hence, I order online with an instructions to deliver at Bangalore/Ahmedabad. Off late lot of problems noticed from your service personnel/boys. For this delivery till today at 815pm neither i have received express delivery items nor normal delivery items. After going through lot of mental harrassement and hasselful behaviour of your personnel and customer care personnel, I got two items against order[protected] BB royal organis ajwain 100 gm and catch ginger power - 2 packet at 830PM. Balance till now not received.

                In order to have hassel free purchases, we go for BB. But it turned out to be horrified. Your delivery people are really harassing us by asking again and again address. You people should know that I am a regular customer for the past 1-2 years. Why this kind of locating the address that too after providing detailed address with pin code is provided? This problem I never faced for the ordered placed at Ahmedabad. If this being the attitude of BB why the hell you people are asking delivery address. Instead you can take our mobile no. and ask for the route. This is really ridiculous. Pl. advise your people else change your policy or staff if needed rather than harassing customer. The very purpose of customer support by your personnel is defeated. During the conversation overphone by my son, your customer care people are talking rot and screaming about us thinking that my son doesn't know Kannada language. If required you may check the recording of the conversation your people had with us today between 8.15 pm onwards.

                Again today I have received a mail stating that against order No.1889906 products delivered which is wrong. Pl. investigate your personnel and arrange to refund the amount. I got only 1889905 delivery. Check tele conversation between my son and BB rep of yesterday and arrange tor refund Rs.718/- urgently. If I got the items against order, where is the acknowledgement signed by me. It should be with your personnel. Pl. check and provide hassel free services and arrange tor refund the amount of rs.718/- urgently.

                  We had guests at home and order was suppose to be delivered between 5pm to 7.30pm. I kept on waiting till 8pm but neither order was received nor any response from big basket. Finally i called customer care and came to know that my order was shifted without my knowledge, no call no sms

                  This is really pathetic.
                  Delivery man said when contacted by cc, he visited my location but he was lying as i had confirmed with the guards on the gate number 3 as mentioned by driver.

                  It's really sad to see that how can such a big company hire such irresponsible people. I asked them i need it urgent, even then they refused to provide express delivery. It's really annoying and unexpected experience with such a big market player.

                    Dear,

                    i placed an online grocery order on bigbasket at 12 nov 2016 but they didnt deliver my goods.Next day they called me and said, we dont have the enough items for your order so we are not able to do that and then i asked to refund my amount and then they commited me that the amount will be credited in my account within 5-7 days. Today its 27/11/16 and they are continuosly telling me lie that they have credited that in my account.They are scams.

                    Order not delivered for last 2 days. But order status shows complete. It's a prepaid order, please deliver ASAP. Else please return my money.

                      Today i am getting a very bad experience frm ur BigBasket team bcoz my order has been canclled due to out of delivery area Name : Rahul Singh, Register No. [protected]. But from my another account heres the account holder name: JIYA SINGH, Register mobile no. [protected] the address is same with my address, i have placed an order with another account but i got to see that express delivery and standard delivery is in service area after tht i gotta call from the delivery boy i'm stunt to see this kinda service and at last i return the order which i have placed from my another account.. so how its possible both the accounts address is same one is delivery available and another one i out of service area, Plz look into the matter bcoz customer service is the most valuable service in the world.

                      At last my account has been got blocked frm ur end and i have changed my mind to dont placed order from ur Big Basket.. no one is there to help me this is bad experience which i have share with u...

                      If there is some responsible person is available then call me...

                        I had ordered few things through this online site and its never been delivered rather it showed me that it was delivered already in the status...over all also the cse are also irresponsible and horrible in customer handling this online should shut down because they are making money by doing scam to people...please take care of 216 complaints including mine as well...!

                          My order of Bangur Peas and Fresho capsicum was found rotten the very next day . Please consider a refund for these items as they were not received fresh .

                            I placed an order (J-BDVO[protected] on Nov 16 2016, and was supposed to receive on Nov 20 2016, but one item was missing. The delivery guy said that i will receive it by evening the same day, which of course i didn't. when i called on Nov 21 morning, they didn't have a clue and said that they will try to deliver it by the following day which is Nov 22, but latest by Nov 23 2016. When i call back on Nov 23 to check on the update of the order and when it will be delivered, i was informed that the order was not placed at all. Spoke to the supervisor (Komala) again and when asked about it, she is placing the order now and will receive it after 7 pm on Nov 25 2016.

                            So grocery order made on Nov 16 2016, i am receiving on Nov 25 2016. Is this how big basket works.
                            Will have to rethink my options of ordering from big Basket.
                            Pathetic service.

                              I am very much disappointed by the service provided by BB. First, I placed order and choose option for express delivery. There was some technical fault from BB side, so location was not recognized from their team, so they called us and told as delivery will be given at 2.30 PM instead of 12.30 PM. After some time, they again called and told that you will be getting delivery by next day morning; which was not at all acceptable.

                                I had made online payment and I did not get delivery on time as per scheduled period. There was not support from customer care for this after repeated calls. They would put delivery person on concall and he would hang up every time. There is no co-ordination between call center, some OC person and delivery guy and no one seem to be in control. Since i have already made the payment they cared the least.I am yet to receive the order neither am updated on the status of it or on refund.

                                  I have given this order BBO[protected] and slot selected on 17th nov 2016.
                                  But i didnt received this order.on 18th morning one lady employee called me and spoke in a rude way that we will not deliver this order today we have slot tomorrow.
                                  this is a groceries how can they delay this order.In need only we will gave the order right.there will be a good way to speak to a customer.if not interested to deliver please close your company.
                                  or make your employees to learn manners at least.how they can behave like this. we are thinking this is a good company to customers.but behavior of employees are more pathetic.
                                  And also she told not to give orders on big basket.
                                  I have referred so many of my friends to this but i didnt expect this kind of behaviour from big basket.
                                  Please tell us whether we have to continue with big basket or not.

                                    I Placed the order on 13th Nov and the delivery asked for 14th Nov. My order number is BBVO[protected]. When we called up customer care on 15th, they told us that it was already delivered, we told them since it was not delivered, we called you up. They later confirmed that yes, it was a mistake and confirmed that it will be delivered on 15th. But still 42 items are not delivered still. This is really frustrating. They simply updated the online status as delivered. No way we can prove that we did not receive the material. Really frustrating.

                                    Thanks a lot. Finally they concluded and that the goods were not delivered and they delivered the items on 18 & 19th Nov. Also they credited 400INR as delivery guarantee to my wallet. Thanks again for getting a resolution. However the bigbasket system need to be changed. There is no way the consumer to prove that the order is not delivered. Also it is very difficult to reach customer care over phone and no response to the customer care emails. Even we talk to customer care they are not keeping up the words. They said after 30 minutes they will call us and update the status. We never received an information from them. They are not giving any complaint number and no update in our online account and in online the order status showed as complete till the end. Atleast they could have updated the status as under review which can give a confidence to the consumer. This is really a bad experience and it made me to hesitate to order again with bigbasket. Hope they will understand our feelings and take a corrective action accordingly.

                                      I am not got my item delevery yet. I am also trying customer care number around 40-50 times but evry time network is busy or not reachable. The 3rd class service very disappointed never ever order again. I have done the online payment already. I am trying to cancel my order but the call is not made on the customer care number.

                                        I ordered the grocery of almost Rs 5447 and Rs 415 on Nov 13th 2016 with online payment mode. The company divided my order in 4 parts and gave following delivery time:

                                        Oredr NO.
                                        DX-MDO[protected] Complete 6 items Before Mon 14 Nov 2016 09:30 AM Rs. 283.00
                                        DX-MDVO[protected] Complete 11 items Before Sun 13 Nov 2016 09:00 PM Rs. 1357.00
                                        A-MDO[protected] Delivered 2 items 15 Nov, 2016 07:30 pm - 10:00 pm Rs. 132.00
                                        MDVO[protected] Delivered 19 items 15 Nov, 2016 07:30 pm - 10:00 pm Rs. 4090.00

                                        Now on website the order no. A-MDO[protected] & MDVO[protected] amounting Rs.4402 is showing delivered. While I did not receive any item yet. In past 4 hours I have made 4 calls to their customer care number [protected] where they keep you hold for long and then come up with no solution. They promise you to give a call back with updated information. I have not received a single call back from them about the status of my order. why do they take orders when they are unable to deliver it on time. Its the last time I am doing any transaction with Bigbasket. Their services are the worst ever as e commerce.
