I had ordered few things through this online site and its never been delivered rather it showed me that it was delivered already in the status...over all also the cse are also irresponsible and horrible in customer handling this online should shut down because they are making money by doing scam to people...please take care of 216 complaints including mine as well...!...

I am very much disappointed by the service provided by BB. First, I placed order and choose option for express delivery. There was some technical fault from BB side, so location was not recognized from their team, so they called us and told as delivery will be given at 2.30 PM instead of 12.30 PM. I have placed an order with bigbasket on 8th november. It was supposed to be delivered by 9th nov, but it wasn't delivered.
When i checked the order status, it shows delivered. I tried calling their customer care department 5 times, but there's no action from their side. Every time they've been saying that they'll get back in 15 mins, but never got any call from them.
