I have my Big basket order delivered on 1st May, 2017 at 8:45am amounting to Rs. 946/- for which the payment had been done online via net banking. There has been deduction of Rs. 946/- twice i checked my account transaction.

Post connecting with BB customer care they told me (via email) that the payment has been credited only once and i should contact my bank.

I had ordered Cauliflower. It came wrapped nicely in a package and was delivered to us. That evening when we cut open the Cauliflower a large black worm was inside and it had laid innumerable eggs inside!! We had to throw it away immediately. My money was wasted. Being a BBC customer, almost from when you started and recommendung to many others.. Am extremely disappointed at your service. Most items unavailable, quality of vegetables poor, delivery schedules are the worst. Cancelled orders coz delivery time has not been kept. I haven't recd a call after speaking to customer care 4 times today. No payback for any errors or omissions. Very sad. Being from Blore I hate to see the doom of this venture...

Everytime the fruits are rotten. Fruits weigh much less than the order specifications. There were crawling insects in the pulses (chana daal) and rice. Both were "BB Popular" or "BB Royal".
Overall loss to me of about Rs. 200.
I had also purchased noodles, which were open and had rodent bites. Luckily that was only worth Rs. 10.
Much better items are available in the local market.

For the last few orders I have been facing horrible service. Vegetables which are supposed to be supplied peeled and then cut were found not peeled. Stale fish was supplied and the same had to be thrown off. Invoice was made wrong and some items had expiry date the day it was being supplied.
I expected much better service but now I have decided it is a waste of money and will not order on big basket any more...

Big basket is a rogue site.
Ordered milk. Big basket sent the wrong brand the wrong quantity.
When contacted the customer care they said they would rectify the error as we another order then we could get a refund.. But the delivery person called the "madam" at customer care and then she refused to exchange the wrong item for the right one

Due to technical issue as per their comment they took bill amount twice. Now they have sent the discounted item charging the full amount. Since morning 3-4 attempts are being made to explain them the error/fault, however they kept on saying system glitch. They are making people fool!!

Recently we bought a tray of 30 eggs from Big basket belonging to Fresho and could not consume any of it suspecting it's all fake eggs.

and the check out process didnt mention about any ambiguity, now post sales the discount of 250 /- is not reflecting when called the customer care they email back saying that the voucher is not applicable and hence the voucher discount/cash back is not being given.

In my recent order with big basket I have ordered one 5 kg bag of India gate rice. When I opened it it was some thing else worst quality of ricein small pieces. I called back immediately to the customer care and informed them that the rice bag is not genuine. They simply said that they cant take it back as there return policy is with in 30 days. This complain is regarding the service provided by the delivery person. I had booked a delivery 24 hours before, they had called twice, but I was busy in some call. It took me 1 minute to call back the number from which the call came, but it went to call centre where they couldn't track down the delivery person within 1 minute. Big basket is an online grocery selling store. I was purchasing lot of groceries on regular basis. I used to keep money in my big basket account wallet.
