I bought my first product (Night cream) of neutrogena from bigbasket and the very first product they delivered was out dated that was an expired item.
The product was ordered in first week of august of year 2017 and the same product delivered already had an expiry date of june 2017. This is how you guys treat your customers, and take your customers for granted. Imaged attached for clarification.
Very very disappointed. I need a replacement of that product as soon as possible

    Today is the second time i am mmaking a complaint about delivery being before time.

    Was siupposed to be delivered between 9.30 and 11 am. Instead the order as at my door at 7, 55 am.

    Why cant you adherew to time slot? I intend not doing business with you for this reason and am planning on shifting to either grofers or amazon. Please not

      I have order from this site on dated 11 Aug 2017 and my order number is MDO[protected] but they are not delivered my order and send me a confirmation mail regarding my delivery " your order is delivered " after that I called there customer care but they are doing nothing even on my first call somebody picked up the call and he don't know Hindi then I said kindly transfer your call to the person who know English but he refused. Than I called again and they connected to the delivery boy and he said that my order is delivered and handover to my maid but there are nobody work at my home I don't have maid.

      We had ordered some bottles of handwash and chosen delivery time of 8pm to 10.30pm 27th Aig.However the bell rang at 5.15pm when we were not at home and our 80 year old parents had to open the door although they were asleep and unwell.And this is not the first time this has happened with big basket.This is unwanted nuisance.
      I didn't get fresh palak 500gm from mh ordered list of vegetables and I didn't get the full amount of carrot 500gm (approx 8 to 9 nos) I got only 5 of them. Refund my money otherwise give me those missing items from my list. It's my first time such a horrible experience from big basket which isn't really appreciable at all.

        This complaint is regarding the poor quality of apples that i ordered from the big basket.

        I ordered fuji apples and all the four pieces were stale quality. The item can not be exchanged or returned. This is not acceptable.
        This is not the way you sell the stale quality products.
        I am attaching the order details here with this mail.

        Kindly look upon this issue and either you refund my amount or do the needful.

          Big basket automatically converts any unfinished order to cash on delivery. They will email about it but if you forget to check your email then they will send the product and will charge extra money for late cancellation.

          If your network fails at the time of checkout/payment and after few minutes when network is back and you are successfully paid for the order they will generate two orders for same products. One is paid and another is cash on delivery. They never call or alert you for duplicate orders. They will alert you when the delivery man is 10 minutes away from your home. The delivery man will call you and ask "sir, did you cancelled any order or i will cancel it behalf of you?" when you call customer care they will say it's their policy. Every time your transaction fails or you press back button to add some more items this will happen and as per customer care, you have to cross-check every time over the phone after placing your order. They will never alert you over the phone. This happened twice with me on bigbasket. Strange!!!

          I am an online shopping buff for many years, never faced this kind of problem with amazon, flipkart, snapdeal, jabong, myntra & etc. Etc.

            I gave 401 to the delivery boy however did not get change of 60rs. He said he ll credit my wallet. How ever he has not done it. Please check. When will i get my money back. I trusted bigbasket. Why did th delivery guy promise me. He has not yet credited and also told me he only comes this way for delivery which was not relevant. Need immediate resolution.

              There was an offer of 20 percentage cashback if payment for the ordered item is to be done through freecharge app. I have done the payment by freecharge but no cash back is credited in my big basket wallet. And i have applied an additional coupon of rs 50 off (That coupon is applied). Could you please tell me the reason behind this issue?

                There was an offer of 1kg free poatato and 1kg free onion while placing order of 1500 and above. I have order items of amount more than 1500. While placing order above mentioned item were there in the ordered list but during delivery they were not included. I talked regarding this to the delivery person he aske me file the complain as this issue is faced by many others.

                  Big basket delivery van damaged garden wall of my society and run away. The company employing worker not trained and threat to public life. Complaint given on call center no 3-4 times but no response yet.. If no response in 2 days will file a police complaint against bigbasket as i have cctv footage and detail of delivery of item in my society by bigbasket van.

                    I ordered one 1 kg packet of masoor dal from bigbasket. I didn't enquire much about market price of it. But out of my bitter surprise, i got to know that company charged me ₹400 for 2kg of masoor dal whereas market rate is half of it. I am attaching screenshot.in that you can see, half kg pouch cost only ₹42, 2kg pouch cost ₹159 and at the same time 1kg pouch cost ₹200. What does it mean? Kindly help me.

                      The potatoes sent to us were completely rotten from inside, it was evident event from outside.

                      The apples we received was rotten. This was also very evident from outside.

                      The bananas we received were rotten from inside.
                      Ordered many other things. Not sure what else will be a waste!!

                      It was really frustrating to see this. Please do something about it.

                        This complaint is regarding dileep raju who came for delivery in bangalore jp nagar 5th phase mbm elegance on 23/7/17 at 5:10 pm. First he did not follow the parking instructions given by our security even after security allowed him to ark inside after lang discussion he ignored him for entering his details after which we residents who were there itself told him to enter details in register he started showing his attitude and quarreling with us. His words : i don't care of rules and customer service i won't apologies do whatever u want. I request big basket team to take action against this or else you will lose your name due to these guys.

                        The order I placed with Big basket is yet to be delivered and the response they give is pathetic.I paid for an express delivery service and they make me wait for two days to get the product delivered.Please stop you service cause thats what a pathetic organisation like yours would help
                        Yesterday I bought groundnut. The quality is very very poor. Earlier occasions it was really good but now the worst. More than 50% not at all good. Mere waste of money.

                          Rat eaten tomatoes delivered which is health hazardus. Support team non supportive as they mentioned the product cant be replaced if i dnt keep these rotten dangerous product in my home for2days before which dey cant sent anyone to replace.. You are cheating on ur customers. Just to inform the conaumers not to rely on bignasket of they are concerned about the wellbeing of their family members

                            I am a bigbasket user since 2016, i am writing this article out of immediate grievance that bigbasket blocked my account.

                            I am a north indian and usually speak in hindi but bigbasket had bad english speaking duffers who do not understand simple things until you write them abuses for selling damaged or expired food stuff.

                            These big basket professional suddenly behave as they are not understanding hindi when you come with a complaint about their products or lodge any grievienecs.

                            But at that moment when you you abusive words they start to understand hindi suddenly.

                            Sometime you have to abuse bigbasket and after abusing them they accepted the mistake of selling bad food stuff or expired food stuff and then they agree to take it back.

                            Sometime, these bad english speaking fools do not understood any complaints or issues with your orders. You have to shout and abuse to make them listen to you.

                            I complained about bad quality food of big basket and the big basket closed by account and i went emotional to abuse big basket professional for selling expired product to me.

                            As that they blocked by account with mobile no [protected] which had more than 100 rs wallet balance.

                            And by not allowing me to shout and use 100/- rs.

                            So i call big basket as 100 rupees thief or cheat,

                              This is with reference to the order I placed. My payment got stuck in the first attempt, however, it was paid later.
                              Still, your delivery guy came with the bill which had "PAYABLE" mentioned on it and my father paid him Rs 1543/- since the delivery guy informed him that he has to pay in cash.
                              This is totally wrong and I spoke to the customer care yesterday evening, with the delivery guy and my father on conference call. To my surprise, he straightaway DENIED TAKING CASH, and also spoke in rough language !!
                              Is this what you do to customers ?? And please check I am a frequent buyer and there have been no bad experiences untill this ruckus happened.
                              I am disappointed and need resolution at the earliest. I have already shared the scanned copy of the wrong bill sent.

                              I HAVE BEEN WRITING TO YOU GUYS CONSISTENTLY ASKING FOR MY MONEY BACK AND NOW YOU HAVE SIMPLY BEEN AVOIDING MY MAILS, ABSOLUTELY NO REPLY ?? ARE YOU THUGS ??

                                My name is ashish dash. I live in malad west, mumbai, maharashtra. I am writing this complaint against the online shopping portal big basket whose loyal customer i had been until the fateful day of 24th of june 2017 when i was victimised by their pathetic service and completely unreliable employees.

                                This is regarding the order number: bmo[protected] that was placed on the 24th of june 2017. I had selected the delivery time slot between 07.30am to 09.30am and had opted for cash on delivery for the amount of rupees 1025. Have attached a copy of the order along with this complaint for reference.

                                I had selected that time slot because i had to pack lunch with the ingredients and carry the food with me for work. I leave for work at 10.30am. But the order arrived 2 and a half hours late. The delivery boy rang my doorbell at 12pm. Noon. Now this is a company that is proud of its punctuality and even awards a 10% cashback if they do not deliver on time. But in my case, all i got was further harassment and unprofessional conduct by the customer service representatives. During the 2 and half hour delay, the customer service representatives did not even help me get in touch with the delivery guy and casually kept insisting he is on his way and that he is stuck in traffic without ever telling me exactly where he is. When i insisted that i will forfeit half a day of pay if he doesn't show up soon, they confessed they are not able to catch a hold of the delivery person because the person is not taking calls and that they can do nothing to help me. I asked for the guy's phone number so i can try myself but their officials steadfastly refused to give me his contact details. Stating that they cannot do even in case of special situations like mine.

                                This is abysmal service and support that i did not expect big basket to give me. Their customer cell also handled my questions very casually giving little or no importance to the trouble caused owing to their delay. They did not provide his location or how much longer is he going to take.

                                And then, as if the scenario wasn't bad enough their delivery person did not even have the forethought to carry spare change. The total cost for the order was 1025 rupees. And he did not even have change for ten rupees. I am not asking the delivery people to carry change for 500 or even 100 which they ideally should. But not even for 10 rupees? That's awful. He even told me that i was one of his early orders so he did not get change till now. It was 12pm. If he did not carry change, why did he not get change from somewhere? I had to dig out all the change i had. And when i payed him a total of 1030 and asked him for five rupees back, he said he will get back with the change and never returned.

                                I have attached the biggest selling point of this fraud company that they proudly display on their website: quality you can trust and on time delivery. This is not quality anyone can trust and two and a half hour delay is not being on time. I thought this was a deemed chain run by individuals committed to their jobs. But they turned out to be duping tricksters.

                                I am horrified by the sheer unprofessionalism of this company. I would urge one and all to never trust their quality of service or rely on their time slots because these are people who are never going to meet them. They have no respect for their customers and have hired a bunch of duping tricksters who fleece money from people instead of doing their jobs.

                                  My frined /neighbour asked for reverse pick up of sealed poly pack but it has been 5 days but big basket has not done anything on the matter;
                                  Shame on bigbasket..

                                  They are not ethical and cheats... I condemn hem. Them and suggest others to not shop from them

                                    The order below when i have placed was shown not successful and the payment mode was changed to cash on delivery.
                                    I have paid the full amount for the order on online also which was from your end showed as unsuccessful payment but the amount of 2218 rs was deducted from my account.

                                    When i have enquire to big basket customer care, they said they have not received the amount.

                                    So i have enquired the bank and raised complaint,
                                    Now i got the report that big basket has received the amount by may 2017 itself and
                                    The transaction no is [protected].

                                    This was not expected from big basket.

                                    As i have paid cash on delivery for this order why you are cheating me by telling you have not received the amount?
                                    I need the amount back with in 2 days or else i am going to file case against you in cyber crime and fraud list.
                                    And i am going to tell all my social media blogger friends to write about how you guys are cheating people.

                                    I need update asap.

                                    Same thing happened with me Rs. 4238.53 was deducted from my bank account and received by big basket, but they converted my order on Cash On Delivery and now my money is gone from my account and i have to pay again for the same order in Cash. Daylight fraud it is.

                                      First of all i ordered my item yesterday and it was scheduled to be delivered today.I asked them about my order status this morning and they replied as 'sit back we will deliver it at the right time.'But my order was not delivered and then i get a call from bigbasket that it can't be delivered right now please cancel/modify ur order as your phone was not reachable (Bigbasket called me on my not reachable Number i.e. my not reachable number become reachable instantly wtf.).So i want a serious action to be taken regarding this complain.
                                      BigBasket.com customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                      I have called up BigBasket as I am not able to login, and so cannot use my wallet amount of more than 100 in my account... If BigBasket is not cheat, BigBasket should credit the wallet amount to my bank account or else activate account to place my...

                                      so i feel big basket has cheated me...

                                        My order number BMO[protected].Received stale French bean with fungus on it. Only realized after the delivery...and also one item missing... Got to know they had no stock of it...very bad service ..they don't let customers know about it...only a name big basket showing sharukh khan...very bad pathetic service from big basket. spend twice the money to get thru customer service to complaint about a vegetable worth rs.20/- and waist of time...
