I had placed an order on 3rd feb'16 and had selected time slot for 4th feb'16 5-7pm for the delivery.delivery was not done without any intimation.received an appologies call 8:30pm and promise was given for order to be delivered the next day 7-9AM.Again the same story.no intimation.i callee to check for my order at 10..no track..Akshata personally promised to look into this matter and promised the delivery would take place before 5 pm...no delivery done..
No calls..instead in the meantime i received msg of order cancel without my athority.received a call from akshata..she asked to ignore the msgs.
Today is 6th feb..15:35 hrs.i have not received the delivery nor the call.

    I had ordered certain products from the portal and it was scheduled to be delivered by Sunday 31st Jan, 2016, I had made payment online. They cancelled the order without informing. I requested them to deliver by Tuesday 2nd Feb, 2016 if not possible I would like to cancel entire order, and they committed to do so. I didn't receive any call and they cancelled the order. I called up them next day and inquired about it and they said they will deliver by Thursday 4th Feb, 2016. They again did the same without informing cancelled order and same was repeated on Friday as well. I had to waste my cellphone balance calling them around 20 times and was made to wait for 10-15 minutes on the call. Kindly help me out with which department I need to take this complaint.
    I am frustrated with such behavior and wasted my time and peace of mind.

      Today i ordered for products worth rs 540, many products were in good condition but one thing im noticing is that from past few months they are intentionally mix rotten vegetables with good one specially in potato&tomato, two of the potato that we received out of 10 were smelling, water was oozing out of them&they were fully black& that is happening with us for past few months and it always happen with vegetables, i dont want to return the products since it is of less than 25 rupees, but i want you (big basket) to know that we order products from big basket so that we get products which are good and because we have confidence in you, but please dont play with our emotions and dont cheat us, because its only you who will be at loss not us.thank you

        I had refereed many of my friends and colleges and they have completed their first order above 500 rs, as per the terms and conditions bigbasket have to add 100 rs to wallet for each one but not giving, i called customer support team, they are asking orders ( whome i was refer ) . its not at all correct, how can i ask there order id, for calling customer team i was spent more than 200 rs till date. the wrost service never seen any where . my details are

          I ordered items on 24jan.2016 for rs.288 via
          order no.Bho[protected] and handed the delivery boy rs.300, instead of returning me the change of rs.12/- he told me that the 12 rupees change he will deposit in my account wallet of big basket and ran away.

          It is not a question of rs 12/- but the way he lied and pocketed the money and did not put even 1 paisa in my account is vexing me, i feel cheated, probably he thought i am a senior citizen and i may not report this.

          I wonder, to how many people he will be doing this trick by telling he does not have change and the same amount will be deposited in the wallet account of big basket.

          This should be stopped. The big basket authorities must return the change back to consumer as they are running such a big super market chains without chains and giving the delivery boys a chance to cheat gullible people and prosper on dishonesty.

          Big Basket is the worst company seen so far for online purchase.They provide PATHETIC Service.

          I found a coupon in which it was mentioned Rs 250 Off on when purchase done from SBI card (refer the attachment) in the coupon it was clearly written that code is applicable on all SBI DEBIT/CREDIT Card. but after talking to customer care they denied telling that its only applicable on SBI Credit cards.Why to display wrong coupons then???? If hadnt contacted them, i wouldnt have come to know that it is applicable only on credit cards.

          I will take this matter to higher authorities and all the possible strict action because this is not the only case i have faced other issues also with big basket.

            Referring to Order ID is MBO[protected] worth Rs. 1013 dated 21.01.2016, as per the offer applicable, on a purchase of Rs. 799 or above from BB Popular Range, 1 KG TOOR DAL will be FREE !

            When the item was on "MY BASKET" i.e before placing the order, the offer was applicable (I have a screenshot) However when I proceeded with the checkout, the offer was REMOVED from the Order. NO FREE ITEM was received during Delivery.

            Now the Customer Service Team, Communication Hub and Email Team are ignoring my claim. I need an explanation to this fraudulent behaviour from the BB Team.

              order no : BHO[protected], A-BHO[protected], BHO[protected] all my money got deducted and the reason was invalid referals... what is wrong with bigbasket ???? All the referals are genuine . how can some one create an invalid referal ??? if one mobile number can be used to create one account and no one can use same mobile number again . how can they be invalid ??? They did not even care to cross check, they just saw huge amount and took my money.. beaware guys ... beaware ..

                  Service order BCO[protected] I received only one Bournville - Cranberry 31 gm Pouch delivered and no invoice for the delivery. Unfortunately it was received by one of my family member who had little knowledge about this online service 1. Why there is no customer signature required for the delivery confirmation. Atleast a basic check should have been done. 2. No invoice sheet given. There can be only fraudulent intent behind not giving the invoice at the time of delivery No action taken for one week

                    Invoice number MBI[protected] Order no DX-MBO[protected] I had ordered banana walnut cake from baked to order section in Big Basket on 1st Jan 2016. The product was stale .. Had fungus and had packed date as 27 th Dec which was sent to us as a baked to order item. My kids saw it and told me that there is something grey on the cake and to my horror I saw it was full of fungus ... Earlier I had ordered chicken which was stale and they had promised that such things will not happen in future ..

                        Placed order on big basket order number EMVO[protected] on 24 Sep 2015 between 07:30 pm and 10:00 pm. In same I got product expired in Aug, 2015 (AASHIRVAAD Atta - Whole Wheat 1 kg Pouch)only. They are just making fool of customer and customer. After Having this product my family member having food position and they admitted in hospital for two days. Doctor was clearly written that the mishap happened due to food only so we go ahead and check all the food which commonly consumed by all the family members. Yes it chapati we are having in our dinner that night. Actually there were few earthworm which was visible. after contacting wastebasket (Big Basket) they are sending just replacement and when the delivery boy drop in to deliver the replacement product i showed him the packet. He was agreed but still asking for the money initially. but latter leave without any money. Now customer care senor desk Ajay Pandit called me up and he told me not logged any complain to consumer forum court, and he offered me rs 2000 in big basket wallet. then i realized that the problem was already admitted by bigbasket so close the chapter. So i ask for all the non mediclaime expenses which i incurred (Around Rs. 10, 000) because other expenses i got cashless Mr. pandit was asking for time to discuss this with his seniors. then i got a call from another person, and he was also offer me the same 2000 wallet balance. when i ask for ajay he refused to transfer. Now i will raise this with consumer court .

                          I placed order on big basket order number bmo[protected] on[protected]. In same I got product expired in sep, 2015 only. They are just making fool of customer and customer care said that we do not have quality check before sending product to customer while I called customer care. Such a pathetic quality. Please take nessacry action so that they do not play with consumer's health. I have all images and product Tin with me as proof.

                            Big basket taking consumer for a ride: I am senior citizen staying with handicapped child. I ordered cut vegetables online to be delivered on 5th October 2015 between 5 and 7.30. The goods weer not delivered till 10 pm during which time I called at least 20 times and was kept on hold or with false promises. We had to arrange the food from outside after 10.30. Today 6th October 2015 till now at 5 pm still the products are not delivered. I leave home 8 in the morning after cooking for my son which was not done today because of non delivery from big basket. this matter is to be taken very seriously because I was put into very difficult state.

                              We ordered monthly grocery from big basket on 3rd Oct'15 who promised to deliver the goods on 4th Oct'15 at 17:30. At 18:00 we got a call from them saying they are sorry and cannot service. Its become a regular practice with them to take the order and not deliver on time. If not for the money credited by them, the last time they messed up with our order, we would have never gone back to them. NEVER ! May be this is the last time we are ordering with big basket, we urge all others to think twice before ordering with big basket !

                                I placed an order with Big Basket via their online portal on Oct 2, 2015. The bill amount came to Rs 1532. I am wary of them so I always pay by cash on delivery. This way I can keep track of the delivery and wont lose money if they dont deliver on time.

                                Anyway, my order was supposed to reach between 7 and 10 pm on Oct 3, 2015. A lady called me up at 4 pm and said my order will be delayed and I can expect it only the next day by noon. I said Ok. We went out and I didnt check my phone. The delivery guys called me at 1130 pm and I got a message saying they were waiting outside my gate. I was wondering why they never rang the bell if they were standing outside. Next day, morning I got the delivery. I realized to my horror that all the vegetables (diced carrots/capsicum/red cabbage/sprouts) are stale and had gone bad. How am I supposed to use them?

                                I logged a complaint on their Facebook page. There was a standard response from the team saying: Hi Nithya Kalyani, We are extremely sorry for the inconvenience caused, We will get in touch with you. Thank you.

                                Then after a while, I saw this message on my FB post page:
                                Hi Nithya. As discussed over the call hope we have addressed the issue. Thank you

                                They didnt call me at all. They are a fraud company and buy stuff from local vendors and mark up the prices after packaging stale food products. They also seem to have a FSSAI number! Will anybody look into it or will you wait till there is an accident or death due to their cheating behavior?

                                Please take action against them. There seems to be no quality testing. They are selling old and stale food products online and consumers have to pay a premium for it.

                                the coupan number was entered. the reduction displayed as 400 but not done it should have been 1136.
                                the bigbasket had cheated and took 1536
                                i cancelled the order as i was vexed
                                they promised refund in 24 hours
                                but they made the reversal on 17th after 13 days.

Big Basket company is a fraud company.My order got delayed and promised me to pay 10% refund of the order amount but paid less than 10% as refund only after calling them but they deduction some amount from that refunded amount saying that some extra charges for previous order.No.1 fraud company. I humble request to buy from local dealers than online.
                                I don't understand why FSSAI has not taken any action against them yet.
                                Today I got a message from big basket that my order has been cancelled. I have not received any call from them before/at the time of the delivery. Now they are asking me to again order and my money is not refunded in my bank account but it's stuck with them in there BB wallet.
                                Big basket delivery slot is a week away so why should a customer who waited for a week to get product should once again wait for a week to get delivery in which most of the items will be automatically removed and cart items are modified without getting any consent of customers.
                                That's a total of 14 stupid days of waiting for getting nothing.
                                So I guess in Big basket all are playing with emotion may God curse you for this act and all your team members as well as owner of this company go to hell for such fraud at this time and situation when people are stuck at different places and don't have other options to buy things and necessary food items for their family.
                                I don't have any words when you guys are playing with people feelings and in such moment also thinking about money cause they put money safely in thier bbwallet.

                                I see when ordered through bigbasket, the actual weight varies as its half kg always less compared to the weight thats displayed on the packet. In the app, they show discount attracting lots of people to buy from their site. However, no one would notice this weight difference as its rightly mentioned on the packet, however when tried to actually weigh the packet, there would always be a discrepancy. Someone should take strict action against them.

                                  They were supposed to deliver the products beteeen 7.30 am to 10.00am. I called the customer care at 10.30 am to register a complain for non reciept of the order. The customer care executive told me that she will call me back with the order details, but whe till 11.40 i haven't received any call or messages i called them back . A lady recieved my call and was chit chatting among themselves .when she was over with her talks she talked to me and said there is another delay of order for1 hour . Its really a negligent behaviour from big basket .

                                    Request the dear customers like me to be aware of this company Bigbasket, they are advertising all over the place show and saying all Good things about the service. As a company they are very bad with Service and bad quality of product. They are the worst online company, with worst staff all around. Initially you will feel the service and everything Good, they will make you comfortable and use to their system and then the True face comes with all the worst things and nightmare service. So be careful with Big Basket

                                      This complaint is against Bigbasket from my past two orders order id:EBO[protected] on Fri 18 Sep 2015 between 07:00 am and 09:30 am and i had ordered for tapioca and watermelon cut pieces which they send old products which the watermelon was not even kept properly the packet was open and the food was old and was not in a condition to be edible, also the tapioca had fungus in it which i had to break and check found it was dry old tapioca, i called the customer care and complained but no action was taken and my money also want reimbursed today Sun 20 Sep 2015 between 07:00 am and 09:30 order id :BBO[protected], I ordered for chicken skinless they send bad rotten chicken even the delivery boy could understand it is not good the packet was open and it was stinking very bad, i complained the customer care and they are not ready to replace it and asked me to wait till monday for them to a lot me a slot to have chicken. this is not just my complaint so many people in bangalore who order from big basket are facing this bad service of big basket providing bad food, a serious inspection has to be made on why they are sending us these rotten meat fish and vegetables.

                                      i purchsed mango but quality of the product is not good out of 2.21 KG 50 % of the mangoes are over ripes and stinking smell is coming

                                      big basket is collecting the amount for good quality but supplies of the same product is not good they need to lookinto the same

                                        Order No. MPFO[protected] Date 07.09.2015 Amount Rs. 1974/- Payment made through Credit Card. After 5 min I received a mail stating "Payment Failed for order MPFO[protected]" The amount already got debited from my credit card. I confirmed the payment from my bank, it was successful. The order was delivered on 08.09.2015. While delivery of order, I again paid for the same order with revised amount of Rs. 1985/- Now I have paid twice for the same order expecting for a refund of the previous payment as assured by the customer care of bigbasket.com After eight days past, I have no redunds.
                                        BigBasket.com customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
