They are just making fool of customer and customer. After Having this product my family member having food position and they admitted in hospital for two days. Doctor was clearly written that the mishap happened due to food only so we go ahead...

They are just making fool of customer and customer care said that we do not have quality check before sending product to customer while I called customer care. Such a pathetic quality. Big basket taking consumer for a ride: I am senior citizen staying with handicapped child. I ordered cut vegetables online to be delivered on 5th October 2015 between 5 and 7.30. Horrible customer service

We ordered monthly grocery from big basket on 3rd Oct'15 who promised to deliver the goods on 4th Oct'15 at 17:30. At 18:00 we got a call from them saying they are sorry and cannot service. Its become a regular practice with them to take the order and not deliver on time. If not for the money credited by them, the last time they messed up with our order, we would have never gone back to them. NEVER ! May be this is the last time we are ordering...

I placed an order with Big Basket via their online portal on Oct 2, 2015. The bill amount came to Rs 1532. I am wary of them so I always pay by cash on delivery. This way I can keep track of the delivery and wont lose money if they dont deliver on time.

Anyway, my order was supposed to reach between 7 and 10 pm on Oct 3, 2015. A lady called me up at 4 pm and said my order will be delayed and I can expect it only the next day...

Irresponsible response from big basket

They were supposed to deliver the products beteeen 7.30 am to 10.00am. I called the customer care at 10.30 am to register a complain for non reciept of the order. The customer care executive told me that she will call me back with the order details, but whe till 11.40 i haven't received any call or messages i called them back . A lady recieved my call and was chit chatting among themselves .when she was over with her talks she talked to me...

Complain about fake offer given on site

Repeated delivery failures- Dishonouring of Delivery commitments and items

Big Basket is so far the worst services company that I have experienced. They have failed to live up to their delivery commitments (in terms of the delivery time and items delivered) for consecutively 5 times in a row now. Their customer support is the lamest of all and can't do much apart from apologizing on call or sending the same apology email over and over again from different IDs. Without a miss, they have failed to deliver my order...

Incorrect backdated charges with out any proof

On Aug 5th 2015 charge for 1017 INR showed up on my account. The charge is tagged as short collection for a delivery in 20th July 2013 (over 2 years ago) I called 3 times on 3 different days to figure out what's wrong. I was assured that charge will be removed in 1hr and some one will call me to confirm. 7 days later no call and charge is still there so much for customer service. Wrong product with right label

There is big difference between idli rawa and normal rawa as former is made of rice and later of wheat.. How can you send samolina with a label of idli rawa.. You made me waste around a kg of samolina. I soaked it to make idli and it became wet dough.. What shall I do with it.. When you have least knowledge if some product please don't sell it....

Inferior quality of Mangoes (Langra)

Purchased 1 Kg of Langra Mango but the mangoes are too hard and raw and also very sour in taste. I looked for but did not find any exchange policy in their website. rude and arrogant behavior
